It incites the dependence of virtual communication. There is a big discussion about virtual communication on the scientific level, but also we face a shortage of deeper analysis even in Lithuania. The deeper attitude is necessary to solve this problem. That is why this work deals with a discussed problem into a deeper way. Purpose of work – to ascertain the signs of dependence from virtual communication. Object of work – the signs identification from virtual communication. Tasks of work: 1. To ascertain the components of communication process. 2. To definite the relation of psychological dependence evolution and its sings. 3. To identify the signs of dependence from computer. 4. To identify the signs of dependence from internet. 5. To review and eveluate prevention means of dependence from computer and internet in Lithuania. 6. To carry out the empirical research of teens dependence signs identification from virtual communication. The research has been approved the hyphotesis partly only. The stongest dependence for teens is the internet, which has high negative impact for youth psychology. 50 per cent of teens agree with the biggest dependence from internet (33,3 per cent). Full textThe aim of this work was to view it not as the means of communication but the organization seeking its profit. The main task was to analyze the main possible means of communication on radio stations and their effectiveness on the radio station „News Radio“. After having interviewed the representatives of „News Radio“ (during a qualitative analysis) it became clear that the aims of communication depends on a season. In autumn after presenting a new network self-advertisement strategy is usually aimed at advertising of the program. In the middle of the season more attention is paid more attention is paid at supporting the image of „News Radio“. During a quantitative analysis which aim was to make surveys of the present means of communication and their effectiveness it became obvious that these means are ineffective. Therefore, we can make a conclusion that the present „News Radio“communication policy is targeted at the executives of enterprises. The effective communication channels should be considered those which reach the whole objective audience (the listeners of managing or non- managing duties). In this case those who were interviewed stated that the most information about „News Radio“ was received from its page on internet. Advertisement of 'NEWS Radio' is mostly seen in press.

Full textAcknowledgement enables organization to show up from other participants in the market and to make a spectacle of itself because of earned award or acknowledgement. In order to gain benefit of it, organizations have not only seek and work for acknowledgement but also to involve it into corporate communication of organization. However there are organizations which do not communicate about acknowledgement, so they do not exploit the chance to make its’ image better. The object of the master paper is organizations acknowledgement. Goal of the work – after examination of corporate communication’s and acknowledgement’s impact to organization, to sift, how Lithuanian organizations handle acknowledgement in their corporate communications. Tasks of the work are: to determine to whom organization’s corporate communication is dedicated; to sift the conception of acknowledgement; to determine spheres in which organization can seek for acknowledgement and disclose benefits of acknowledgement; to examine corporate communication of organizations and communication about gained acknowledgement; determine what acknowledgement organizations seek for. Full textMaster's thesis analyses the publicity features of business organizations. This topic is actual because business organizations that are planning and taking care of their publicity have to evaluate forms of expression and capacity in the media and select the means that allow best access to targeted audiences, thus improving their performance. The object of work of the Master's thesis is the advertising features of business organizations. Hypothesis of work is the organization's size, the economic sector, and positions on the stock exchange that affect the organization's publicity in the media. The aim of work is to explore the advertising features of business organizations and their determinants. Targets of work: to discuss the concept of publicity, determining factors and classification methods, to analyze the features of publicity change, to examine the specificity of publicity among business organisations, to examine the publicity in the media of companies from two economic sectors (petroleum and telecommunications) and companies enlisted in Vilnius Stock Exchange, to assess significance of the organisation’s size, economic sector and positions on the stock exchange for the publicity in the media.
