Abstract:
The performance of biosensor is based on the hydrolysis reaction of organophosphorus compounds catalyzed by organophosphate hydrolase (OPH), produce H+ and the other ionic species that increase conductance on the surface of electrode. In this research, OPH was immobilized by crosslinking on chitosan–glutaraldehyde membrane on the (Screen Printed Carbon Electrode) SPCE surface. Measurements were carried out at the range concentration 0 to 3.0 ppm of organophosphate, the range of pH 7.0 to 9.0 and 5–25 mL of enzyme. The result showed that optimum performances were obtained at 25 mL of OPH, pH 8.

This thesis deals with ionic liquids, their conductivity and the action of the electrode materials, separators and current collectors. The theoretical part is focused on the properties of ionic liquids, Li-ion batteries, corrosion, conductivity and analysis elements. The practical part is focused on the production of graphite electrodes, measuring the conductivity of ionic liquids with different parts of lithium – ion battery and measuring the potential window. Also, there is the effect of ionic liquids described in these parts.

Lead-acid batteries are the oldest and most common type of secondary cells. Their biggest use is as a power source for a car starter. Bipolar lead-acid batteries could also be used for new applications such as power sources for hybrid electrical vehicles (HEV) for their high power. My Master thesis is focused on a tracer dilution technique in the well using automatic conductivity logging probes LTC Levelogger (Solinst co. Canada).
