Abstract:
The main objective of this thesis is the analysis and comprehensive review of agricultural tires designed for agricultural tractors highest performance class. Another part deals with the description and evaluation of major parameters for calculating the contact surfaces of tires with respect to an individual combination of inflation pressures and loads. The first part was prepared by literature review. Followed by laboratory testing focused mainly on determining the tire contact area with respect to an individual combination of inflation pressures and loads. The first part of the testing procedure was aimed at verifying the functionality and accuracy of the Plantograf. The second part of the test procedure included the estimate of the relationship between the wheel load and pressure distribution in the contact area of the tread of the tire under static loading. The last part of the test procedure consists in comparison of static and dynamic load tires. The measured and calculated values were processed into the relevant tables and graphs.

This master’s thesis is focused on measurement of electrical contact resistance. The beginning of the thesis is devoted to the introduction of the electrical contact resistance and electrical parameters of journal bearings. Next part of the thesis deals with engineering design of test rig. In order to verify functional measurement principle, the test rig based on engineering design has been made. In the end of the thesis the measuring devices and the measuring process is described. The measurement results from the test rig are presented.

This thesis deals with the design of brewery in Litomyšl. Brewery with beer production 2000hl per year and restaurant for 140 guests and kitchen have the main function of the building. The building is designed as one construction object and its built-up area is 472,2 square meters. The building has a partial basement, two floors and it has structural masonry system. A load-bearing walls of two floors are formed by clay masonry and the load-bearing walls of the basement are formed by permanent formwork. A roof of the building is a flat roof with a slope of 3 percent and the finish is made of modifed bitumen membrane.

The aim of this master’s thesis was to evaluate cold spray technologies as an alternative method of repairing contact surfaces of parts, especially made of high-alloy manganese steels, to choose a suitable system of materials and to analyze the properties and structure of the produced coating. The thesis presents the basic of the mechanism of cold spray deposition, the described influence of basic process parameters on the structure and properties of metal coatings. Performed analysis of chemical composition, structure, porosity, hardness and strength of AISI H13 steel coating on a high-alloy manganese steel substrate. The described dependence of the structure and properties of a given coating on the heat treatment regime.

Abstract:
Diploma thesis is about design and making of execution project for office city building which is located in Nový Bydžov. The building is located in the late brownfield area of Dufek´s wood manufacture, which is on the south part of Nový Bydžov. The building has four above ground floors and one below ground floor. The building shape is rectangular of dimensions 53,02 x 17,62 m. On the south, west and east is the façade from height of second floor slightly cantilevered. On the east part the edge of cantilevered façade duplicate slopping edge of the bottom land and it creates wonderful but economical shape. The height of the building from the ground is 14,5 m. The shape of roof is flat, covered with the mPVC foil and gravel mound. Façade which covering the first ground floor is made of polystyrene with thin layer of plaster which creates building plinth. Top cantilevered façade is made of ceramic tiles of dimensions 1200 x 600 mm which are suspended behind the air layer. The ceramic tiles are light brown color. In the bottom part are glazed areas of rectangular and square shapes to create the open feeling in the ground floor. In the rear part is designed coffee bar with nice outside wooden terrace. Windows in the top cantilevered part of the façade are the circular shape and extend the architectural impression of the building. All windows are in the same color of dark blue. The steel parts of the building are also dark blue color. In the bellow ground floor are designed underground parking lot with the maximum capacity 29 cars and technical equipment. In the first floor above ground are designed reception, big lecture hall, exhibition hall, coffee bar with terrace and toilets. In the second floor above the ground are offices, computer room and HVAC equipment. In the third above floor are offices, conference hall, and IT equipment. In the fourth floor above the ground are also offices, maintenance room and storage of furniture.

This house is brand new building, four-storey, basementless, with a single layered flat roof. Height of the house is 13,580 meters. On the first floor there is technical hinterland and commercial places for a rent. On the second, third and fourth floor there are situated thirteen flats for a living. The foundations of the house are made of concrete C16/20. The bearing walls are made of masonry Porotherm. The external bearing walls are combined with the contact thermal-insulation. Windows and doors are triple glazed with a thermal-insulation.

In this thesis project is developed for the implementation of new build crematorium in Austerlitz. It is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of town, at the intersection of roads from Brno and Křenovice. When designing the building, emphasis is placed on the longitudinal axis symmetry object. The building is single-storey, semi-basement. The roof structure is designed with three different height levels, except where the input parts and components for guests is located lowest flat roof, a second, higher level flat roof above the crematory facilities at the rear. Above spaces funeral parlor is the highest, the dominant part of the roof, which is of trusses and is pitched. The basic construction of the crematorium are bearing walls of ceramic bricks, are used in the basement concrete perimeter wall. The exterior walls are used insulation system.

This bachelor thesis is a project of new five-storey, semi basement guesthouse in Opava. This guesthouse will be used for accommodation, catering and recreation. Accommodation capacity is 21 people. In the basement is a technical background. The first floor is designed for the overall run of the guesthouse, staff, catering and sports. In the second and third floor are rooms for guests. Almost every room has a balcony. In the fourth floor is a common room with adjoining terrace. The building is brick. The vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. Outer walls are insulated by outer contact system. The ceilings are mostly ceramic-concrete and a smaller part of the reinforced concrete. The guesthouse is roofed by single-flat roof.

The aim of the project is student housing in Brno, which is in the administrative area of Pole.The building has four floors above ground and it is mounted on slightly sloping land. The main entrance is a follow-up to the entrance hall, where is the reception with twostaircases, which are on north side. There is the technical part of the building on the first side, lodging for 2 personswith reduced mobility, studyroom , game room and grillbar. The remaining three floors are designed as a cellular system of accommodation for university students. Every unit of them is designed for four students. The every unit of them has a hall, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Total capacity is 98 students. The bearing system of the building is monolithic concrete skeleton with filler external walls, which are made of aerated concrete blocks. The building is coveredby flat single roof. Subject of this thesis is elaboration study and project documentation of new firehouse building type P in Polná. New firehouse building is designed instead of the original firehouse, which was in poor technical condition and didn’t meet the new requirements. The firehouse is situated on the plot number 91/5 with adjacent numbers 91/11, 91/10, 91/7, 91/8, 91/9, 91/6, 2684, 2693. The land is slightly sloping. The building is detached, partially basement and with three aboveground floors. The vertical load-bearing structure in the basement consists of masonry from permanent formwork and in the aboveground floors the sand-lime masonry YTONG SILKA. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed from prestressed panels Spiroll. The roof is designed as single-skin flat roof with a poured cementitious foam layer. Firehouse consists of two parts – administrative-operational part and garage of emergency vehicles with appropriate stores. The main entrance and exit of vehicles are situated southwest. The administrative of firehouse is on the 3rd floor. Fire brigade rooms are on the 2nd floor, locker rooms with clothing stores are on the 1st floor. The technical background is designed on the underground floor. Garage parking space is situated over two floors and is roofed by flat single-skin roof. Project documentation is designed according applicable laws, decrees, regulations and technical standards.

The subject of my diploma thesis is elaborating the project documentation for making a new building of a separately standing apartment house. The building is situated on the outskirts of town Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, on a slightly slanting land which goes up to the northeast. The building is without cellar, four-storeyed with a flat roof. On the first floor above ground level there are an indoor garages, cellar units, a staircase and an elevator. On the second, third and fourth floor above ground level there are separate housing units, a staircase and an elevator. There are other parking areas on the exterior of the building. The vertical constructions are designed within the system HELUZ, the horizontal constructions are made of ferroconcrete. The perimeter structures are designed with the contact insulation system. The building will be based on foundations.

In my diploma thesis I drafted a layout of a medical facility of emergency care in the town Kravaře. I focus on a choice of an appropriate structural design and processing of the design documentation for the construction in accordance with the laws, bylaws and the technical standard. The building is a standalone three stories building without cellar and with a flat roof. There are 16 medical units, a pharmacy and an optician. The construction is based on reinforced concrete foundation slab and walled with sand-lime blocks. The ceiling is constructed from cast-in-place reinforced slab. The façade is made of combination of ventilated façade with fibre-cement board paneling, insulation system and a glazed area with sunscreen. The construction is roofed with a warm flat roof. The openings in the external walls are designed as aluminum infills.

The topic of this thesis is a project documentation of a Retirement home located in Prague in Novodvorská street. The building is designed as a stand-alone building with five floors of a rectangular ground plan with a receding fifth storey. The retirement home is divided into a public section - a pharmacy and a part for clients - accommodation, leisure time including facilities - a restaurant with a kitchen, a laundry room. The construction system is designed as a reinforced concrete monolitic skeleton with rectanguplar columns and the filling structures are made of ceramic blocks. The building is based on reinforced concrete footings. A waterproof concrete is proposed for the lift shaft, and the foundation sills are designed for the perimeter masonry. Roofing of the 4th and 5th floor is a warm flat roof. In the 4th floor roofing section, the roof is made as a concrete tiles paving. The main entrance to the building is from southwest and the access to the building is from the northwest side where there is a parking lot for employees and clients.

The project addresses the social construction located in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. The proposed building is called: Halfway House. The building is brick with contact insulation, has three floors and a basement. Roofed building is solved by a flat roof. The building contains 11 residential units and two private establishments. The object is fitted into a planar ground. In the basement there are storage rooms, technical facilities and ceramic workshop for leisure activities. On the first floor there is an area reserved for the space of two establishments, which are psychological and legal counseling. The content of this thesis is the documentation for the project of Microbrewery in Hodonin. This microbrewery is a detached building on building plot in the urban area of Hodonin. In the building is located a microbewery with planed beer production 3500 hl per year and restaurant for 150 guest with the summer terrace planed for 35 guests. Building is a ground floor structure with cellar under the part of it. The ground floor is divided into the section for guest and a part for restaurant’s services with kitchen, storages and background for employees. In the restaurant is located a brewhouse which is a heart of the object. Microbrewery – fermenting room, lager cellar, tank cellar, boiler room, engine room for ventilation, storage of barrels and drinks are located in the basement. Bearing system is formed by walls- in the ground floor by ceramic blocks and monolithic concrete walls, in the basement by the concrete formwork blocks. The building is insulated. The roof above the kitchen and the restroom for guests is a flat roof. The roof above the restaurant consists of a wooden chest nailed trusses with a slope of 4%. The subject of this diploma thesis is designing a new building of Motel in Mikulov in Moravia. The object is located near a road in the suburbs. The land is in a sloped terrain. The object has three aboveground floors. In the first floor there is a restaurant including a kitchen and the background. There are two barier free rooms for accommodation as well. In the second floor there are eight double rooms. In the western part of the object there is a multipurpose hall including its own backgroud. In this floor there are recreation rooms to be found – a library and a children’s club. The third floor consists of eight double rooms too. Some space in this floor is used for technical purposes (air conditioning equipment). The motel‘s operational part is made of cloakrooms for stuff, technical rooms and a warehouse. The construction of this building is bricked using the Porotherm system. There is flat single vegetation roof or classical-structure roof used. The building is based on base band. The perimeter wall is insulated using contact insulation ETICS system. The drawings are processed in ArchiCAD 17.

The accommodation capacity is 68 guests. A car park for hotel visitors is situated close to the hotel. Paste-like plaster and brick tapes were used for facade construction. The roof is made up of one roof surface and the foundation will be realized on the foundation strips. The building has a partial basement, the maximum number of floors above the ground is 3. The building contains several categories of areas. The largest of them are office space and restaurant area. The total number of employees of the center is 73, including 63 administrative staff and 10 people serving the restaurant. The building also houses sanitary facilities, areas for rest, food preparation, meeting rooms, storage areas and filing cabinets, rooms for technical equipment. The building has a skeletal frame system made of monolithic concrete. Perimeter masonry and interior walls are made of Porotherm bricks. The building is covered with a general and vegetation flat roof. The facade of the building is ventilated, clad with titanium-zinc panels DEKCASSETTE and DEKLAMELLA IDEAL. This project deals with a design of a multifunctional house in Svitavy. The object is designed as a building without a basement, detached house with four above-ground floors. It is fitted into flat terrain. Newly built multifunctional house serves two main functions. The first is the creation of nine housing units, which are accessible from the central staircase and have an individually designed entrance. The second function of the new building is commercial utilization. There are three business premises in the house, each of them has its own sanitary facilities and separate entrance. This diploma thesis depicts project documentation for realization of a mixed-use building in Hradec Králové. The designed object includes fifteen flats in four storeys, a café, a hairdressing salon and no cellar. Vertical load-bearing walls of the first storey are designed to be built of reinforced concrete. Vertical load-bearing walls of the other storeys are designed to be built of ceramic blocks. The outside wall is insulated with expanded facade polystyrene and plastered with a thin-layer textured cream plaster. The last storey has a ventilated facade made of fibre reinforced concrete panels. The openings are filled with plastic windows including an aluminium entrance door with a fanlight. Horizontal constructions are made of monolithic reinforced concrete panels which are reinforced in one dimension. The roofing in designed as a flat roof with a layer of vegetation. The foundations of the multifunctional house are based on concrete piles and a reinforced concrete slab. The design of the object respects current housing in the area. The diploma thesis includes a basic review of construction physics and fire safety layout.

The two-storey building with partial basement is located southwest and has a regular ground plan. There are four departments for children of the age from 3 to 6 years, administration part with language classroom and speech therapy classroom, offices and facilities for teachers, cafeteria and technical part located on the first floor. The building is constructed of Porotherm 30 Profi, Porotherm 30 AKU bricks and is built on concrete strip foundations. The perimeter of the basement is created by the vertical load-bearing walls made of reinforced concrete bricks. There is used the certified external thermal insulation composite system. The internal non-load masonry is designed from Porotherm 14 Profi and Porotherm 11,5 AKU. The horizontal load-bearing ceiling construction is made of pre-stressed reinforced concrete panel Spiroll. The stairs are monolithic, made of reinforced concrete. The flat roofs are designed with using of extensive green roof system.

The subject of the Diploma thesis was to design and prepare a documentation for the construction of a spa hotel. The building is situated in the village of Lipno nad Vltavou. This area is famous for a ski resort and the Lipno Dam which can be seen from the hotel. The hotel consists of three operating parts - spa, restaurant, accommodation and recreation area. The whole complex is designed as two rectangular plans. The spa part is a one-storey building with a flat green roof. The hotel with restaurant is a three-storey building with a pitched roof and metal roofing. The main entrance is oriented to the north. In front of the building there is a parking space for hotel guests. The spa structural system is a mix of a reinforced concrete frame with beam and a wall system made of clay blocks Porotherm. The hotel and restaurant is a wall structural system made of clay blocks Porotherm. The floor structure is designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The whole building is insulated to meet all the requirements of energy consumption of buildings.
