In this project, coverage planning in GSM networks as well as capacity and frequency planning has been studied. Various signal interruptions and the necessary steps to remove those interruptions in order to maintain signal quality in mobile communication have been studied. Precautions that should be taken for reducing the effects of interruptions have also been discussed. A drive test has been performed as a part of the improvement process. Transformation vector with mutated psbA gene and selective aadA gene was created and transferred into Nicotiana tabacum living cells using Biolistic bombardment. Due to homologous recombination, transformed plant lineage carrying D1-A209, D1-C-212 instead of D1-S209, D1-S212 in D1 protein in PS II was obtained. Seeds from transformed plant were harvested and homoplasmy of the first generation was tested. These mutations caused higher thermostability in Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 so the transformed plant is expected to be the first step in the study of PS II thermostability in higher plants.

One key step of the transposition mechanism is a transcription of the elements. This thesis is focused on evaluation of the compatibility of entomopathogenic fungus Isaria fumosorosea with different species of entomopathogenic fungi and mycoparasitic fungi at different temperatures. The strains of species Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae, Lecanicillium muscarium, Coniothyrium minitans and Clonostachys rosea f. catenulata were selected for experiments base on compatibility. The results showed that combination of I. fumosorosea with species L. muscarium is compatible. The species do not limit to each other in the environment at all temperatures (15, 23 and 25 °C).
