Der Beitrag setzt sich zum Ziel, Erwin Kruk als eine große Individualität in der Literatur der masurischen Region zu präsentieren. Das Hauptaugenmerk wird auf das Problem gerichtet, wie der polnisch-masurische Autor die Realität seiner Vorfahren rekonstruiert und wie er versucht, ihre Kultur und die Erinnerung an sie unter der zeitgenössischen Bevölkerung aufrechtzuerhalten. Basierend auf der relevanten Sekundärliteratur, wird der in Kruks literarischer Welt vorkommende schwierige Themenkomplex gruppiert. Erwähnt werden auch die bekannten autobiographischen, psychologischen oder soziologischen Interpretationen seiner ausgewählten Romane und Essays.

Abstract:
The population growth with its activities causes pressure on the Krukut River. Load management of pollutants that enters the river is based on the self purification of the river. This study aims to analyze the river characteristics and degradation rate of Krukut River. Krukut River which is a research location has a length of ± 9.04 km. Characteristics of Krukut River has a type of small rocky riverbed and irregular with manning coefficient from 0.035 to 0.045. The depth ranging from 0,99 - 2 m, with a current velocity from 0,3 to 1,29 m/s. Krukut River discharge at 2,873-7,889 m3/sec. Streeter Phelps modeling to find out the constant rate of degradation of Krukut River which resulted in the value of DO and BOD. The rate of increase of dissolved oxygen (Ka) with the value of Ka range of 1,586-4,542 d-1, the standard value should be 1,494 d-1. The results of degradation rate (Kd) of the study obtained values range 0,285–0,394 d-1 with a default value of 0,501 d-1. For a settling rate (Ks) the range of 0,070 d-1 –0,096 d-1 with a standard value should be 0,751 d-1 which means the precipitation process is quite slow. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui status mutu air dan potensi beban pencemar Sungai Krukut. metode yang digunakan untuk analisis status mutu air ialah Indeks Pencemar (PP No. 82/2001). baku mutu yang digunakan ialah baku mutu air Kelas I dan Kelas II. Abstract:
A monograph of Curarea, a neotropical genus in the plant family Menispermaceae, is presented. Curarea is distinguished from related genera by the combination of staminate flowers with sepals in two whorls and pistillate flowers with three petals, three carpels and usually elongated carpophores bearing three sessile drupelets. Nine species are recognised, amongst them two new to science, C.gentryana from Ecuador and C.barnebyana, from Ecuador and Peru. Additionally, two new combinations, C.iquitana and C.tomentocarpa, are proposed for distinct taxa recovered in a multivariate analysis of quantitative characters of the broadly distributed and morphologically variable C.toxicofera. The anatomy and morphology of species in the genus is documented, identification key, species descriptions, distribution maps and a preliminary conservation assessment for all accepted species are also provided. Of the nine species recognised here, C.barnebyana is assigned a preliminary status of Vulnerable, C.crassa (known only from the coastal Atlantic Forest in Brazil) and C.gentryana (endemic to western Ecuador) are both assigned a preliminary status of Endangered.

Abstract:
Results are presented from a field study performed on the Ciliwung, Sunter and Krukut Rivers in Jakarta. The rivers are used as raw water sources for Jakarta municipal water supply systems, yet the rivers are used as receiving bodies by some inhabitants and industries. In this study, the quality of the rivers' water was determined using a Water Quality Index (WQI) which is scaled from zero to a hundred. The higher number of the WQI indicates, the better quality of the river water. Among the results presented are the WQI and heavy metals concentration. River water sampled from upstream of Jakarta, intake areas, and estuary areas were tested during the dry and rainy seasons. In the dry season the WQIs of Ciliwung, Sunter and Krukut Rivers ranged between 21-42, 20-29 and 21-38, respectively. In the rainy season the WQIs of Ciliwung, Sunter and Krukut Rivers ranged between 34-47, 32-50, and 34-47, respectively. The level of heavy metals did not exceed current Indonesian Standards. It was concluded that the overall water quality of the Ciliwung, Sunter, and Krukut Rivers was between very poor and poor, and the rivers were polluted by Cu, Pb, Cd, Zn and Hg.

Handling pigs with care before slaughter is beneficial for both animal welfare and meat quality. Water showering pigs in lalrage prior to slaughter is considered to calm pigs, improve meat quality and reduce slaughter line contamination (Logtestijn, Corstiaensen and Kruijf, 1977; Smulders, Romme, Kruijf, Eikelenboom and Corstiaensen, 1982). The objective of this experiment was to investigate whether water-spraying pigs, in the lairage of a commercial abattoir, reduced the amount of fighting and if it improved meat quality.

Pertumbuhan penduduk DKI Jakarta yang pesat adalah salah satu permasalahan yang kompleks bagi penyediaan air bersih terutama karena limbah domestik yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan masyarakat. Sungai sebagai badan air penerima limbah domestik menjadi salah satu sumber daya alam yang rentan terhadap pencemaran. Sungai Krukut adalah salah satu sungai yang digunakan sebagai air baku air bersih PDAM dan saat ini telah tercemar akibat kegiatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis mutu air dan menentukan upaya pengendalian pencemaran air Sungai Krukut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode gabungan antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode SWOT (Strength, weakness, opportunity, and Threat) digunakan untuk menentukan upaya pengendalian pencemaran air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status mutu air pada 5 titik pemantauan dengan metode Indeks Pencemar yaitu (7,65), (7,54), (6,93), (6,95) dan (9,03), sehingga mutu air tergolong dalam kategori tercemar sedang. Upaya pengendalian pencemaran air yang dapat diterapkan di Sungai Krukut adalah (1) Melakukan penertiban masyarakat yang tinggal dan usaha di daerah sempadan sungai (2) Mengadakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat dan UMKM tentang pentingnya pengelolaan limbah (3) Meningkatkan pengawasan pembuangan limbah cair UMKM (4) Bantuan pemerintah dalam membuat sistem dan menerapkan IPAL terpadu untuk kegiatan UMKM dan permukiman kumuh (5) Implementasi program pengendalian pencemaran air

Abstract:
Long-term studies (1998–2018) of shallow lakes Krugloe and Krutoe (Russia) were carried out. The trophic status of the lakes was estimated using physicochemical parameters of water and the indicators of zooplankton. Physicochemical studies of Krugloe and Krutoe lake water make it possible to classify these reservoirs as eutrophic according to their trophic status. The lakes are characterized by low water transparency, a high content of organic substances in water, the “blooming” of water is observed periodically, accompanied by the increase of pH to 8–9 units. The zooplankton communities of Krugloe and Krutoe lakes are characterized by relatively low species richness, the dominance of a small number of species, and the predominance of species that are indicators of eutrophic waters. Quantitative indicators of zooplankton are characterized by significant fluctuations in values over the years, the prevalence of rotifers. They showed that zooplankton community is a good indicator of the trophic state of lakes. Such indicators of zooplankton communities as the composition of dominant species, their number, the presence of indicator species, the quantitative indicators of zooplankton and individual taxonomic groups, and the average individual mass of the zooplankton can be used to characterize the trophic status of lakes. They can be recommended for use during monitoring of the lake condition in the Volga-Kama State Natural Biosphere Reserve.

Kruk merupakan tongkat/alat bantu berjalan untuk orang yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik karena cacat atau cedera, biasanya digunakan secara berpasangan untuk mengatur keseimbangan tubuh saat berjalan. Kruk biasanya terdiri dari dua jenis yaitu kruk ketiak (Axillary Crutch) dan kruk lengan bawah (Forearm Crutch). Kruk ketiak pada umumnya terbuat dari aluminium karena berat jenisnya yang relatif ringan, namun memiliki kekuatan mekanik yang relatif rendah, sehingga pada beberapa kasus kruk aluminium mengalami bengkok saat digunakan. Kruk ketiak yang diusulkan oleh [1] dan [2] kurang praktis untuk dibawa, penutup kruk yang licin dan mudah rusak, serta ketinggiannya yang tidak mudah diatur sesuai keinginan. Pada makalah ini dilakukan studi untuk mengusulkan alternatif material pengganti yang lebih kuat dan sekaligus mengatasi masalah kekurangan kruk yang diusulkan oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Material yang dipertimbangkan dalam kajian adalah aluminium, baja karbon, dan stainless steel. Material terpilih untuk diusulkan sebagai material pengganti adalah stainless steel, penggunaan material ini dapat mereduksi bobot kruk sebanyak 28,6% dari 1,75 kg menjadi 1,25 kg. Agar kruk praktis dibawa, diusulkan sistem geser dengan tiga komponen penyusun utama yaitu tiang penyesuai jangkauan, tiang utama dan tiang penyesuai ketinggian, dengan sistem ini kruk memiliki panjang yang bisa disesuaikan yaitu panjang minimal 100 cm dan panjang maksimal 150 cm. Tiang utama kruk dibagi menjadi dua bagian, panjang masing-masing tiang utama adalah 50 cm dan 45 cm sehingga lebih mudah dilipat untuk disimpan dan dibawa. Penutup ujung kruk menggunakan karet agar tidak licin, karet tersebut dimasukkan ke dalam pipa tiang utama sehigga lebih tahan terhadap tekanan. Pegangan kruk dirancang dengan kemiringan yang bisa disesuaikan, rasio penyesuaian kemiringan yaitu 14,4o agar posisi tangan dan pergelangan tangan lebih baik dan nyaman saat penggunaan, tetapi derajat kemiringan kruk rancangan ini masih lebih besar 2,4o jika dibandingkan dengan kemiringan yang ergonomis yaitu sebesar 12o.Keywords: kruk, cacat, cedera, ergonomis

The article considers the relevance of research aimed at improving the automatic control systems for thermal power plants, mainly with piston internal combustion engines, based on the analysis of the reports of the all-Russian scientific and technical conference named after Professor V.I. Krutov. These plants are widely used in various sectors of the economy --- power engineering, transport, agriculture. The current level of development of such systems is assessed; the conclusions about the prospects for further development of automatic control systems for thermal power plants with piston engines are drawn. The main directions of their improvement are associated with the need for further improvement of fuel efficiency and reduction of toxicity of exhaust gases of thermal power plants, increasing the dynamic characteristics of internal combustion engines. The main directions of research in the field of fuel supply equipment of diesel engines, the working process of engines, and their adaptation for working on various alternative fuels are discussed. Perancangan kembali ruang bimbingan belajar Mahkota merupakan bagian dari kegiatan PkM program studi Arsitektur Universitas Pelita Harapan bekerja sama dengan mitra Yayasan Beritakan Kasih. Perancangan ruang bimbingan belajar ini mendesak untuk dilakukan karena 1) bangunan bimbel terlihat kumuh; 2) ruang kelas terlalu kecil; 3) ventilasi ruang kelas yang buruk; 4) bangunan bimbel terkena banjir. Lokasi bimbel yang terletak di permukiman padat penduduk memberikan peluang pada perancangan kembali bimbel untuk berfungsi sebagai tempat belajar dan bermain bagi anak-anak yang kurang mampu secara ekonomi untuk memperoleh pelajaran tambahan sekolah. Rancangan kembali ruang bimbingan belajar Mahkota meliputi penataan kembali layout/denah ruang belajar, penataan ruang eksterior dan ruang interior bimbel. Proses perancangan ruang bimbingan belajar menggunakan pendekatan partisipasi, dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan yang peka terhadap kebutuhan anak serta bermakna bagi anak. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan dalam empat tahap, yaitu 1) community background research; 2) mengumpulkan pandangan anak dan orang dewasa; 3) membahas material yang terkumpul; 4) memutuskan apa yang perlu diteruskan dan diubah. Luaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah rancangan final gambar desain ruang bimbingan belajar dalam bentuk gambar kerja, gambar presentasi serta maket bangunan yang digunakan oleh Yayasan untuk pelaksanaan pembangunan fisik di lapangan.

Dijelovi tijela katkad su komprimirani tijesnom odjećom, obućom, zavojima i slično. Pritom je važno uravnotežiti funkcionalnost i udobnost te izbjeći negativan utjecaj na zdravlje. Za analizu pritiska uslijed tijesne navlake treba uzeti u obzir mehanička svojstva same navlake, kao i tkiva. Teorija debelostjene cijevi prilagođena je za slučaj kompozitnog cilindra s krutom jezgrom, kao približnog modela ruke ili noge, primjenom odgovarajućih rubnih uvjeta. Rezultati upućuju na utjecaj pripijenosti i elastičnih svojstava tkiva i obujmice na razinu i karakter naprezanja u tkivu.

We first give a definition of admissible (or entropic) solutions to the system. Under this definition, we prove the existence, uniqueness and continuous dependence of the global admissible solution for the system. Abstract:
The paper focuses on the uniqueness issue for scalar convection-diffusion equations where both the convective flux and diffusion functions have a spatial discontinuity. An interface entropy condition is proposed at such a spatial discontinuity. It implies the Kružkov-type entropy condition presented by Karlsen et al. in 2003. They proved uniqueness when the convective flux function satisfies an additional "crossing condition". The crossing condition becomes redundant with the entropy condition proposed here. Thereby, more general flux functions are allowed. Another advantage of the entropy condition is its simple geometrical interpretation, which facilitates the construction of stationary solutions.
