V současných diskuzích patří podpora učitelů jako klíčových aktérů kvalitního vzdělávání pro všechny ke globálním cílům udržitelného rozvoje. Cílem studie je představit systém vzdělávání a profesního rozvoje učitelů v kontextu vzdělávacích reforem v Číně, kde podpora učitelů je politickou prioritou vlády. Metodologicky je studie založena převážně na desk-research, má deskriptivně analytický charakter (srovnávání je implicitní). V centru pozornosti je kontinuita přípravy a profesního rozvoje učitelů na národní (centrální) úrovni s exkurzemi do úrovně provinční a lokální. Soustřeďujeme se na strukturu a kurikulum přípravného vzdělávání, přechod do praxe, profesní standardy a kariérní řád, na činnosti čínských učitelů ve škole a cyklické hodnocení jejich profesního rozvoje. V závěrečné diskusi jsou reflektovány charakteristické přístupy k učitelské profesi ve specifických podmínkách kulturně a typologicky odlišného vzdělávacího systému.

Studie se zabývá fenoménem sociálně-kulturní animace ve Španělsku, která se v této části románského světa začala rozvíjet v pedagogickém a sociálním kontextu v 60. letech 20. století. Většina španělských odborníků hovoří o animaci ve smyslu sociálně kulturní animace, tj. v původním a nejrozšířenějším pojetí animace vůbec. Chápou ji jako druh komunitní činnosti (un tipo de acción comunitaria), jejímž hlavním cílem je vyvolat v jednotlivcích i skupinách aktivní participační postoj k procesu vlastního osobnostního a sociálního rozvoje. Text zachycuje nejvýznamnější vývojové momenty rozvoje sociálně-kulturní animace ve Španělsku od prvopočátků do doby současné s ohledem na její ukotvení v dobovém a společenském kontextu. Zaměřuje se na tři modality sociálně-kulturní animace ve Španělsku, které stanovil v 90. letech 20. století V. Ventoso Pérez a na aktuální situaci sociálně-kulturního animačního modelu ve Španělsku. Dále se zabývá otázkou profesionalizace animace a animátora, analyzuje aktuálně existující vzdělávací a profesionální profily sociálněkulturní animace ve Španělsku. Součástí textu je stručné přiblížení sociálně-kulturní animace v latinskoamerickém světě, resp. ve vybraných zemích hispánského světa (např. v Argentině, Ekvádoru a Mexiku) a určení základních shodných či rozdílných rysů se sociálně-kulturní animací španělskou.

This thesis has the subtitle Conceptional cooperation between elementary schools and cultural institutions in Prague. It focuses not only on the theatrical field, but also on other types of institutions such as galleries, music ensembles and libraries in order to gain insight into the situation of programs for schools that contribute to the education of the youngest generation of visitors. It aims to map the situation of cultural education in Prague and to put it into the context of the Czech Republic and Europe. Further, the work examines motivation or vice versa barriers of the implementation of educational programs from the point of view of cultural institutions and schools respectively. This is done on the basis of background research, interviews and studies of the constitutional documents. The first part deals with the nuances of terminology related to the education of children in the field of arts and culture, and summarizes the conceptual documents, which work with the term cultural education. Work continues with the summary of the way-out of the current state of cultural education. There are described the most common types of programs for schools, the role of the lector in the institution and different possibilities for the implementation of such programs due to operating conditions. The second part is devoted to a comparison of outcomes from interviews with eight representatives of Prague's cultural institutions and five teachers from elementary schools. Finally the two examples of good practice from abroad are introduced as well as two examples of projects in Prague and their potential for future development.

The thesis deals with a support of children's reading. The work is aimed to factors and actors influencing reading education. The first part solves theoretical definition and the meaning of reading. Primarily there are explained two important terms related to the topic - reading and a reader. Further it is proceeding by attention given to different phases of reading education before and during school attendance. Primarily three environments influencing reading literacy were observed. These include family, school and public library. Furthermore, national representative projects supporting reading primarily in libraries are shortly presented at this thesis as well. The second part is focused on the Municipal Library of Prague, specifically Smichov branch and its activities. In this part are charted various programmes for children. Repeated activities for parents with children or for children alone are observed. Also, events for groups of preschool and school children are described. The important part of presented work deals with survey of cooperation between Smichov branch and local schools. The research results are to determine practical experience of teachers from these schools in activities of Smichov branch and in their cooperation with this library.

This diploma thesis deals with the development of interest-based adult education in the Czech lands since the end of Second World War until now. The aim is to provide a view on the development of the functions, aims and content of interest-based adult education based on the study of historical documents. Historical and political context is mentioned. Chosen strategic and legislative documents, which influenced the development of interest-based adult education, are analysed in detail. Both the specifics and the institutional support of interest- based adult education in each epoch are described.
