Abstract:
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to measure Corynebacterium kutscheri antibodies in mice and rats was developed. Seven c. kutscheri isolates showed considerable serological relationship, but Japanese isolates differed from the British isolates. The ELISA appeared specific since c. kutscheri antigen did not react with antisera against 8 heterologous coryneform species. Antibodies to c. kutscheri were to a limited extent absorbed by autologous and homologous antigen, but not at all by the heterologous coryneform species. In naturally infected wild Rattus norvegicus and laboratory NA rats, the ELISA demonstrated high ODs to c. kutscheri.

Abstract:
Work has been carried out by Kutschera on how to assess, at the conceptual design stage, the performance of fighter aircraft. As part of this work, Kutschera reviewed a number of existing and proposed metrics for assessing aircraft performance. Reference 4 also describes how the performance of an aircraft can be quantified by three types of metric. The first type are steady state or point performance metrics, such as turn rate plots and energy manoeuvrability diagrams. The second type are manoeuvrability metrics and the last are agility metrics.

Abstract:
Con esta investigación, se pretende que el ilustrador y/o diseñador gráfico adquiera consciencia de sus procesos de trabajo y que si así lo requiere, replantee ese proceso a partir de los elementos y categorías expuestos a lo largo de ésta. De igual manera, derivado de esta investigación se propone al ilustrador y/o diseñador gráfico a participar en la construcción del conocimiento, en tanto que pueda considerarse a la ilustración como una disciplina más que una herramienta.
La ilustración como mediador de comunicación, es un recurso empleado en distintos ámbitos del diseño gráfico, ya sean impresos y digitales, así, el campo de incursión que presenta desde sus inicios ha aumentado. De esta forma, la ilustración llega al ámbito cinematográfico, donde adquiere un carácter dinámico que a su vez marca una cualidad que es capaz de tener y que no precisamente se refiere al movimiento como técnica visual. Así mismo, la ilustración como parte de un proyecto de índole cinematográfica, implica también un reto para el ilustrador y/o diseñador gráfico, no solo a nivel profesional individual, sino también como parte de un equipo de trabajo. Aunado a lo anterior, y debido al papel que adquiere la ilustración, es necesario que ésta deje de ser vista como una expresión artística, y adquiera su papel de objeto de comunicación, donde el proceso de producción es ejecutado en función de objetivos, que a su vez están influidos por la intención que se quiere comunicar al espectador y la forma en como éste lo aprehende, para finalmente hacerlo tangibles. Desde esta perspectiva, este análisis con enfoque hermenéutico integra modelos y categorías de esta área aplicables al proceso de producción, dentro de las cuales, el objeto de estudio, la ilustración, es abordada como una unidad de interacción entre el autor, espectador y contexto, convirtiéndose así en un medio de acceso al conocimiento.

The number of areas of society that are being digitised continues to increase and so Internet offers are becoming increasingly important. This development also affects social work, whose specialists meanwhile see a trend to expand the internet-related offerings. This has been further strengthened in germany by the lockdowns since March 2020. This poses a particular challenge for youth workers, as their addressees, the so-called digital natives, did not experience the time before digitization and use the Internet as a matter of course to cultivate existing friendships and meet new people. Today’s young people no longer distinguish between offline and online, they are onlife. However, even in this age group there is every level of the digital divide, because not all have the same equipment, fast internet access or the necessary application skills.Up to now, they have only had limited success in switching to hybrid offers. In addition to the requirements of the recipients, this is partly due to the technical scepticism of the social work-ers, the relatively one-sided orientation of further training and the lack of equipment (Klein-schmidt/Scheibe). All this is still incomplete and does not apply equally to all social workers.This unfinished list shows that this phenomenon is interrelated and cannot be described and explained solely by describing the skills of the social workers. At this point, the actor-network theory (ANT) could be a useful theoretical perspective, because it allows the entanglement and reciprocal influences of human and non-human components in a network to be visible and then analysed. I take up the previous considerations on the use of the ANT in contexts of internet-related social work and think about them along the question of how a case study could be structured in which the individual situation of youth workers in relation to the respective conditions of success of their internet-related activities can be explored and subsequently analysed.To answer the question, I first outline the basic elements of the ANT, and then explore the potential of a thematic examination of specialists in case studies on object-related theory buil-ding. Based on this, I present a possible research design. Finally, I summarize the relevant findings and discuss ideas for further development. Abstract:
Renewable energy systems operated by a thermal energy resource such as geothermal power plants and solar thermal power systems are demanding improvement in their condensation performance [Kutscher & Costenaro, 2009]. While their energy resources are naturally obtained at almost no cost, heat rejecting components become relatively expensive to maintain and operate. In this research, a heterogeneous condensing surface is proposed to enhance the condensation heat transfer coefficient in vapor-to-liquid heat exchangers. On its surface, parallel stripes with hydrophobic feature and ones without it alternate. The effect of the partially hydrophobic condensing surface on the dropwise condensation heat transfer of saturated steam on the flat plate copper surface is experimentally investigated. A vertical flat plat condenser is constructed to evaluate the performance of the heterogeneous condensing surface in comparison with a plain copper sample and a homogeneous hydrophobic-treated copper sample. Experimental results show that condensation heat transfer of steam on the homogeneous hydrophobic-treated sample is superior to that on the plain copper surface despite the fact that both the surfaces stably promote dropwise condensation. The heat transfer coefficients for the heterogeneous surface at lower subcooling temperatures, when its stripes situate horizontally, are as high as the heat transfer coefficients for the homogeneous hydrophobic-treated surface. The enhancement for the horizontal heterogeneous sample over the plain copper sample is approximately 100%. The heat transfer coefficient for the heterogeneous sample with its stripes being vertical at 4 K subcooling is 25% greater than that of the plain copper sample. Higher heat transfer coefficients are observed at lower subcooling temperatures for all the samples. The results and observations of this project suggest that the heterogeneous surface has the potential to enhance the heat transfer coefficients.
