Abstract:
The main aim of the study is to determine the relationship between the variables (mentoring functions, organisation commitment, job satisfaction, and organisation intentions to quit) and also to determine the impact of the mentoring functions on work–related outcomes in the steel industry. The main work–related outcomes of interest are job satisfaction, organisation commitment and organisation intentions to quit. A quantitative methodology using survey research was used to collect the data. A total of 104 employees working in the steel industry were surveyed using a convenient sample. The find

The prescription of R. M. Wald for determining a thermodynamic first law for stationary, axisymmetric, asymptotically flat black holes in general theories of gravity is applied to the effective Lagrangian for the bosonic sector of low-energy heterotic super-string theory. It is found that the presence of the gauge fields necessitates an alteration of the prescription. Specifically, the Lie derivatives with respect to the Killing vector of the gauge fields are non-vanishing. This introduces new terms which ensure gauge-invariance of the final result in a natural way.

In this paper, the authors analyze the positions on the objectives of Comparative Law as an autonomous discipline, as well as the intersection between law and economics and its implications for future studies of law. this is studied in relation not only to what is Law, but with what it should be. ending the authors propose a new perspective for comparatists lawyers, seeking to revitalize legal research.<br>En el presente artículo, los autores analizan las posiciones acerca de los objetivos del Derecho Comparado como una disciplina autónoma, así como la intersección entre Derecho y la economía

Abstract:
So far, science does not have a unified approach to what is the field (branches/areas) of law, what is their classification and relationship. The European, more exactly the continental law, philosophers and thinkers want(ed) to put each branch of law into this dichotomy: Public and Private Law. In continental law, such areas of law are generally distinguished as constitutional, administrative, criminal, civil, etc. Other researchers offer a much broader classification that separately includes computer, competition, aviation, space, and other areas of law that are classically distinguished as

Abstract:
Today’s microprocessors with millions of transistors perform high-complexitycomputing at multi-gigahertz clock frequencies. Clock generation and clockdistribution are crucial tasks which determine the overall performance of amicroprocessor. The ever-increasing power density and speed call for newmethodologies in clocking circuitry, as the conventional techniques exhibit manydrawbacks in the advanced VLSI chips. A significant percentage of the total dynamicpower consumption in a microprocessor is dissipated in the clock distributionnetwork. Also since the chip dimensions increase, clock jitter
