Full textThe aim of the research is based on the following central hypothesis: Systemic pedagogy and inclusive education complement each other in the improvement of school coexistence, strengthening the bonds of recognition and dignity towards each family system and its territories. The fieldwork was carried out during the 2016-2017 school year, and extended until January 2018. The fieldwork was carried out from two perspectives: on the one hand, everything that happened in the systemic pedagogy workshop with the teaching staff and families and, on the other hand, what happened beyond these sessions. To do this, it was necessary to establish relationships with the different study populations.

Full textSince very young I became involved in this word of the Peruvian Horse and I have participated in numerous competitions as well as breeding. In the past years, I saw many people enjoying this show and the steadily elegance of this beast. However, I understood that with the limited resources we have, joined with the poor show off of this breed: despite of being a unique breed in the world, this passion would never become truly recognized as it should. So, the idea of having a Riding School in Lurin appeared. In a location that has history, amazing surroundings, good climate and more over in a place where people breathe and live this passion. In this way, research starts from the theoretical frame, teaching a little of history, evolution and roots of this breed. Then, the study of referential projects that despite of not being directly related help us to have an inside of what we were intending to do. In consequence, the study of the place, the user, the architectural program to reach a final result that suited the needs of these subject. With that said, the issue to be addressed in this graduation project is the commitment to improve the show off of the Peruvian Paso horse by creating a school of Chalanes as said before. But this time working in encounter an integration places where between users would share and learn their knowledge and points of view creating a complete experience.

Full textCurrently in the city of Chiclayo there is a high deficit of educational spaces, only 85 out of every 100 children study and only 71% of the educational centers have basic services. The Chiclayo Public School project proposes a space/place where environments are created that inspire the true purpose of learning; where convergent and divergent thinking are educational tools and deductive reasoning is encouraged. In addition, the project contemplates spaces for technical education and complementary spaces for the community and services. The concept of the project refers to an active learning methodology where the student is the protagonist, and each environment is designed so that the architecture serves as a facilitator of learning. Colors, free and flexible floor plan, textures, spatiality, scales, and a direct relationship with the surroundings and environment are the guidelines of the project. The design considers all spaces as learning spaces "inside and outside"; they are educational areas where knowledge is acquired through experiences. In addition, connection and dynamism are generated between the environments through natural lighting and ventilation. Native flora is also part of the project, establishing a sense of belonging and generating resources. As part of the project, spaces for interaction and relationship with the community are proposed, a mall is created as part of the project to connect with the neighborhood. Complementary spaces that generate a circular economy promote responsibility and effort. Complementary activities to complement knowledge, values and skills for the personal and professional development of each student.

Full textThe theme developed in this thesis is an art school in Manchay, Lima Peru. The project questions the way of doing architecture in an evolutionary environment where most constructions are based on generic typologies. It proposes new ways to generate typologies according to their uses, both for art, dance and music classrooms. In the design process, it is conceptualized to generate shared space translated into the spaces that the community shares and uses for their artistic activities. Enhancing the living qualities lived in Manchy for the benefit of the School. On the other hand, the project seeks to introduce public space and not be alien to its environment as it is located socially and culturally in holidays and cultural. It promises a public space of quality fed with commerce to offer more animation to the area and to diminish the blind walls and therefore to increase the security.

Full textPeruvian School of Good Practices is a business project that consists of the training and development of soft skills such as empathy, verbal and non-verbal communication, adaptation to changes, among others. We believe that it is important to be able to manage these techniques to solve problems, learn to work as a team, be a leader, reduce the level of stress and other aspects that help the development of a training that encourages the student because, in Peru, the educational system is only focused on basic subjects such as mathematics, communication, science, among other courses. However, in recent years the importance of teaching soft skills for assertive decision making has been demonstrated both in personal and professional life. Faced with this situation, in the Peruvian educational sector there are few preparation centers dedicated to the development of these courses with a different proposal. In this sense, this business project seeks to cover this need with a value proposition that lies in a specialized center that will be in charge of developing soft skills in children and adolescents with long-term teachers. The Peruvian School of Good Practices will have as a source of income the payment of parents who enroll their children, for which we will go to all private primary and secondary education centers, supporting ourselves in campaigns that allow us to show our proposal of value.

Full textThe present research has the purpose of elaborating a business plan for the streaming service called ExpresArte. This consists of dance classes taught by professionals through a web platform. The target audience is both dance instructors and people who want to learn different artistic skills. The need to have a service that allows you to exercise at home was enhanced during the lockdown for those who worked in the service sector and those with a regular exercise regimen. One of these cases would be applied for dancing instructors and dance students. The demand for this service was shown in an environment in which restrictions were key to its necessity. The emergence of a new way of practicing art but also the frustrations and joys of both audiences was considered. In developing the business plan, the Business Model Canvas (BMC) was carried out. This allowed us to visualize our segments and how we can satisfy them. Thus, the research team created the business model based on both needs. The business plan consists of detailing the identified need, testing the service through prototypes, validating the BMC quadrants, applying the Concierge methodology to ensure the viability of the project through real and executed planning.

Full textThe school of the Ashaninka Cosmovision arises from a need of the community “El Milagro” to recover the ancestral knowledge that is being lost, such as textiles, gathering and healing; where traditional education does not gather the importance of this knowledge. Also, the project is designed so that the community can build it and adapt it to their needs. The project arises from the Ashaninka Cosmovision, where all the parts belong to a whole unit and act together in a harmonious way creating spatial systems, where the ancestral activities converge with the educational ones; environmental systems, where rain, solar rays, winds and compost are used; and construction systems, in which a flexible and adaptable modular structure is developed for the different uses of the school. In this way, improve traditional construction techniques and materials such as wood and natural fibers. Therefore, design promote a quick and simple construction taking into account material and spatial expressions to stimulate ancestral educational cohesion.

What kind of links promote community senses from the socio-educational practice that converge in the school? community senses are language-mediated discourses within a socio-historical process located in the school. Community senses are versatile, therefore the theoretical cuts that are considered in this thesis are based in a narrative by analogies, as aesthetic form of expressive singularities. The work addresses knowledge’s social nature and considers the social conditions of its production. It also enquires about the teaching and learning processes, and how interaction and innovation are built. By the means of research techniques such as ethnography and case study, it dives into the heart of the school. It favors the detailed and close observation of facts in the search of recurring phenomena, nuclei of patterns and interests, activities, and processes by looking at the daily life of the school, the territory and the context. It shows how education, and specifically the rural school, can overcome gaps and build a country by making use of the means offered by the digital. It also displays how the process of digital literacy -use and usage of CIT in learning- in rural territory, surpasses the school borders and extends their horizon of action to environments such as the family’s and community’s.

Artes Vivas, the name given to the project, are all the manifestations of the so-called world of entertainment that are linked to the staging, disciplines such as theater, dance and music. Artes Vivas will be located in the open spaces within the Quinta Heeren, that is, those where the first pitch tennis court in Peru was located; one of the first private Zoos that Lima had at the beginning of the 20th century; in addition to a riding stable and an equestrian trail; and the former orchard of the convent of the Mercedarias. This space comprises a total of 17,621.70 m2. The design of the project is based on the structure that has a school of performing arts and the composition of the fifths or neighborhood dwellings in plant as in elevation. The interior spaces are conceived in such a way that they are suitable for the practice and trial of the artists. To the extent that this school is not thought of as a school behind closed doors, it has spaces in which people outside it can enjoy student essays without interrupting them. However, there are places where interaction with the exogenous public can be generated at the school. What you want to achieve with this school, first of all, is to cover the demand for lack of adequate institutions for higher education and accredited in Lima. Secondly, it is about generating a new cultural space in Barrios Altos, expanding the cultural circuit of Lima, and, in this way, continuing to cultivate the art and the exponential growth that has been taking place in recent years. As Gehl has stressed, as soon as the conditions of the urban space are adequate, the use of space by people is for a longer time at the same time that people move and interact in this space wax safer atmospheres (Gehl, 2014). This space will counteract the feeling of insecurity in the sector by attracting the public, thus contributing to the urban restoration of the sector.

Full textThe Workshop Schools arise as a social training project and the need for specialists in Restoration of Historic Monuments. The Workshop Schools operate in various countries, and arrived in Peru in the 1990s. For 20 years they trained young people with low incomes, providing them with a technical career, traditional trades applicable to the restoration and conservation of heritage. Currently, the Workshop School of Lima (ETL) is out of operation; and the intervention in our Heritage does not have a specialized workforce to supply restoration and conservation projects. Given this shortage of labor, the opening of the new headquarters of the Workshop School of Lima is proposed, where the infrastructure, curriculum, workspaces, socialization, etc. will be conditioned, optimized. As well as implement improvements, so that the school manages to be self-sustaining and is not forced to close, as it has now happened.
