En la presente tesis se estudio la biología reproductiva de la Palkachupa (Phibalura flavirostris boliviana, Cotingidae) un ave con importancia de conservación en Bolivia. El seguimiento de nidos en Atén, al sur de Apolo (norte de La Paz), demostró que los padres presentaban cuidado biparental desde la construcción del nido hasta la salida de los pichones, y la probabilidad de éxito de anidación fue del 20%.
