Abstract:
ABSTRAK. Arumanis 143 merupakan varietas mangga unggul nasional yang memiliki kualitas buah cukup baik dan sudah dikenal di pasar, tetapi tingkat produktivitasnya masih rendah dan kulit buah tetap berwarna hijau walaupun sudah masak. Persilangan antara mangga Arumanis dengan varietas yang lebih produktif dan berwarna merah merupakan salah satu cara untuk memperbaiki produktivitas dan mengubah warna menjadi merah. Penelitian dilakukan mulai Januari sampai dengan Desember 2006 di Laboratorium Balai Penelitian Tanaman Buah Tropika Solok dan Balai Besar Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pascapanen Pertanian untuk menyeleksi secara dini karakter produktif dan warna merah pada kulit buah terhadap 19 semaian hibrida F1 hasil persilangan antara induk Arumanis 143 dengan mangga-mangga Cukurgondang melalui analisis aktivitas enzim esterase dan kandungan antosianin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 19 semaian hibrida F1 ada empat semaian yang produktivitasnya lebih rendah dan 15 semaian yang produktivitasnya lebih tinggi dari tetua induk Arumanis 143. Dari 15 semaian ada lima semaian yang sangat produktif karena aktivitas enzim esterasenya lebih tinggi daripada standar (tetua paling produktif yaitu Keith), sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai kandidat varietas mangga Arumanis yang produktif. Kelima semaian tersebut berasal dari persilangan nomor 25, 33, 35, 47, dan 50. Hasil analisis kandungan antosianin menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruh semaian hibrida F1 memiliki kandungan antosianin lebih tinggi dari induk Arumanis 143, tetapi yang memiliki kandungan antosianin lebih tinggi dari standar (Apel dan Khirsapati Maldah) ada empat semaian, yaitu hibrida dari persilangan nomor 20, 25, 44, dan 48. Keempat semaian tersebut selanjutnya dikategorikan sebagai kandidat varietas mangga Arumanis yang kulit buahnya berpotensi berwarna merah. Khusus semaian hibrida F1 dari persilangan no 25 selain lebih produktif juga kulit buahnya berpotensi berwarna merah.<br /><br />ABSTRACT. The Arumanis 143 is a national superior mango cultivar which have a good quality and marketable, but the low productivity and green of skin fruit. The hybridization of Arumanis 143 cultivar with the productive cultivars and red skin mango is a method to improved the productivity and change the skin color to red on Arumanis cultivar. Early selection on productivity character and red skin color of mango based on esterase enzyme activity and anthocyanin content on hybrid F1 seedling by crossing Arumanis 143 with the productive cultivars and red skin mango. The research was conducted at Laboratory of Indonesian Tropical Fruits Research Institute Solok and Postharvest Research and Development Institute Bogor from January to December 2006. The objective of the research was to early selection of productivity character and red skin color of mango on 19 hybrids F1 by activities of esterase enzyme and anthocyanin content. The results analysis of esterase enzyme activity showed that there were five seedlings hybrids F1 which activity of esterase enzyme higher than standard (Keith) i.e. hybrid number 25, 33, 35, 47, and 50. Those five seedlings hybrid can be determined as productive candidate of Arumanis mango cultivars. The results analysis of anthocyanin content showed that there were four seedlings hybrids F1 which anthocyanin content higher than standard (Apel and Khirsapati Maldah) i.e. hybrid number 20, 25, 44, and 48. The four seedlings hybrid can be determined as red skin of mango candidate of Arumanis cultivars. The seedlings number 25 have high of esterase enzyme activity and anthocyanin content, thus could be determined as Arumanis cultivars which productive and red skin mango.<br /><br />

Abstract:
<p>Buah jeruk JC harus dipetik pada saat masak fisiologis untuk mendapatkan benih bermutu tinggi. Pada umumnya benih masak fisiologis saat berat kering benih optimum dan vigor optimum. Sementara itu benih JC bersifat poliembrioni, diduga dapat memengaruhi mutu benih. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan informasi tentang karakter poliembrioni, menentukan tingkat kemasakan fisiologi benih dan mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kemasakan benih terhadap multiple seedling dan off type pada benih JC. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Terpadu, Nurseri, dan Kebun Percobaan Balai Penelitian Tanaman Jeruk dan Buah Subtropika, pada Bulan Juli-Oktober 2012. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui karakter poliembrioni benih JC. Percobaan di nurseri menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap satu faktor tingkat kemasakan buah dengan tiga ulangan. Pengamatan terhadap beberapa variabel dilakukan untuk mengetahui mutu fisik, fisiologis, genetis, dan jumlah semaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa benih JC mempunyai 1–6 embrio yang dapat tumbuh menjadi 1–4 semaian. Berat kering benih JC tidak dipengaruhi secara nyata oleh tingkat kemasakan buah karena adanya keragaman tingkat kemasakan embrio di dalam benih. Tingkat kemasakan fisiologis benih JC dapat ditandai dengan indeks vigor, kecepatan tumbuh, dan daya berkecambah optimum yang diperoleh pada saat buah berwarna kuning lebih dari 90% merata dengan karakter warna kulit benih krem kecoklatan dan embrio dominan krem. Tingkat kemasakan buah tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase multiple seedling dan persentase semaian<br />off type. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mendapatkan multiple seedling yang banyak dan semaian off type yang sedikit.</p>

Les carnets de philippe jaccottet (couvrant les annees 1954-1994) sont de son propre avis le lieu de son oeuvre le plus fidele a sa recherche et le plus proche d'une eventuelle reussite. Les notes, meme les plus simples, y semblent lestees d'un poids plus grand, d'une signifiance plus vaste. En quoi le support-carnet - en fait un support-cahier - est-il responsable d'un tel surcroit de sens ? l'etude de la pratique du cahier de philippe jaccottet, non itinerante, et celle des pratiques de publication, selection assez radicale des notes et reecritures parfois importantes, ont montre que la semaison, si elle beneficie a la fois d'une elaboration minimale et d'une "reactivite a l'evenement" bien plus importante que les autres oeuvres de philippe jaccottet, elle n'est pas pour autant la concretisation de la recherche du "tel quel" que le lecteur, trompe par le sous-titre "carnets" et par l'illusion de l'immediatete, a pu rapidement y voir. La densite des notes est ailleurs, dans leur inscription dans l'espace continu (relie) des cahiers, aire de rayonnement et de pleine signifiance refletant l'aire du monde ou chaque objet prend place en un ordre aleatoire et necessaire. Le texte des lors compte moins que le fond qu'il fait surgir ou dont il donne le sentiment, ce dont la note la plus insignifiante, le simple mot, qui est l'horizon des cahiers, est soudain capable. S'il est vrai que la poesie est conscience de la "vibration de l'ame du monde" (yves bonnefoy), alors les cahiers de philippe jaccottet sont une autre, et nouvelle, ecriture poetique - la plus efficace le concernant.

Abstract:
Ce mémoire porte sur les carnets, publiés sous le titre La Semaison, du poète Philippe Jaccottet ; il s’attache à dégager les grandes lignes d’une pratique d’écriture qui évolue au fil du temps et à déterminer le statut de La Semaison par rapport au reste de l’œuvre. Les quatre premiers chapitres du mémoire établissent les caractéristiques de l’écriture des carnets, en étudiant de près les textes ainsi que leur évolution au fil des années, et en comparant ces textes avec les œuvres publiées parallèlement. On remarque qu’au fil du temps, les œuvres ressemblent de plus en plus aux textes que l’on trouve dans La Semaison. Les deux derniers chapitres essaient d’apprécier, plus globalement, le travail qui y est à l’œuvre. Non seulement les carnets constituent le lieu le plus approprié pour mener une réflexion sur la poésie, mais encore ce sont eux qui assurent cohésion et validité à l’œuvre.<br>This M.A. thesis concerns the notebooks of the poet Philippe Jaccottet ; it attempts to find the main lines of a practice of writing which evolves as time goes by and to determine the status of the notebooks with regard to the rest of the work. The first four chapters of this thesis establish the characteristics of the writing of notebooks, by studying closely texts as well as their evolution over the years, and by comparing these texts with the works published at the same time. We notice that as time advances, the works tend to look like the texts found in notebooks. The last two chapters interpret, more globally, the work that we see in notebooks. Not only the notebooks are the most suited to lead a reflection on the poetry, they also insure cohesion and validity to the work.

Abstract:
Kakao merupakan komoditas yang memiliki nillai penting bagi sektor perekonomian indonesia. Saat ini, tanaman kakao diperbanyak melalui biji dan sambung pucuk. Salah satu pertimbangan penggunaan biji adalah dengan melihat karakter perakaran tanaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji karakter morfologi akar beberapa semaian klon kakao asal biji. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Kaliwining, Pusat Penelitian Kopi dan Kakao Indonesia pada bulan Juli - Agustus 2017. Penelitian dirancang dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan faktor utammanya adalah jenis klon (Scavina 6, KKM 22, Sulawesi 1, Sulawesi 2, TSH 858, ICS 60, dan KEE 2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diameter ICS 60, Sulawesi 1, dan Sulawesi 2 menunjukkan nilai yang tertinggi, sedangkan pada panjjang akar menunjukkan Scavina 6 memiliki nilai tertinggi. Permukaan akar terluas ditunjukkaan pada klon Sulawesi 1. Sebaran akar terluas yang ditunjukkan dengan dimensi fraktal ditunjukkan oleh Sulawesi 1 dan Scavina 6.
