This dissertation treat the study of fibrary maps as well as its application, following work by K. J. Brown and T. F. Wu [see [6]]. There, the authors apply the fibery maps introduced by P. Drabek and S. I. Pohozaev [see [9]] in order to present a simple proof of the existence of positive solutions for the following class of elliptics problems of the type (P) { −Δu = λa(x)uq + b(x)up, se x ∈ Ω u = 0, se x ∈ ∂Ω when Δu = Σi=N i=1 ∂2u ∂x2i , Ω é a bounded smooth domain of IRN, with 0 < q < 1 < p < N+2 N−2 , λ > 0 e a, b : Ω → IR are smooth sign changing weight functions.

\begin{eqnarray}
\left\{\begin{array}{lll}-\Delta_p u&=&\lambda f(x,u,v)\quad\mbox{dans}\quad\Omega,\\
-\Delta_q v&=&\mu g(x,u,v)\quad\mbox{dans}\quad\Omega,
\end{array}
\right.
\end{eqnarray}

In this dissertation, we study the existence of two types of non-negative weak solutions for a class of problems of Schrodinger-Poisson type. This kind of problem models, for example, several physical phenomena in quantum mechanics. Initially, by minimization arguments, Splitting Lemma and the Variational Principle of Ekeland we find a weak solution that minimizes the minimum energy level associated to the variety of Nehari N. This is the so-called ground state solution. Afterwards we will find, by using the Linking Theorem, a strictly positive weak solution which is not a ground state solution: the so-called bound state solution.
Tal solução é denominada do tipo bound state.

Full textThis thesis is formed of four chapters. The first one presents the mathematical notions and tools used in this thesis and gives a description of the main results obtained within. The second chapter presents our generalization of a result obtained by Rousselet-Chenais in 1990 which describes the sensitivity of eigensubspaces for self-adjoint compact operators. Rousselet-Chenais were limited to sensitivity for specific subspaces of dimension 1, we have extended their result to higher dimensions. We applied our results to the Proper Orthogonal Decomposition (POD) in the case of parametric, temporal and spatial variations (Gappy- POD). The third chapter discusses the optical flow estimate with quadratic or linear energies at infinity. Mathematical results of convergence are shown for the method Progressive Generalized Decomposition (PGD) in the case of quadratic energies. Our proof is based on the decomposition of Brézis-lieb via the convergence almost everywhere of the PGD sequence gradients. A detailed numerical study is made on different types of images : on the passive scalar transport equations, whose displacement fields are solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations. These equations present a challenge for optical flow estimates because of the presence of low gradient regions in the image. We applied our method to the MRI image sequences to estimate the movement of the abdominal organs. PGD presented a superiority in both computing time level (even in 2D) and accuracy representation of the estimated motion. The local diffusion of standard methods (Horn Schunck, for example) limits the convergence rate, in contrast to the PGD which is a more global approach by construction. The last chapter deals with the application of PGD method in the case of variational elliptic equations whose energy present all challenges to classical variational methods : lack of convexity, lack of coercivity and lack of boundedness. We prove convergence results for the weak topology, the PGD sequences converge (when they are well defined) to two extremal solutions on the Nehari manifold. Several mathematical questions about PGD remain open in this chapter. These questions are part of our research perspectives

Full textThis study aims to analyze the modifications that various digital supports can produce throughout several languages (we take into account Romanian and French). In doing that, it is influenced by the support’s technological features and therefor separates our corpus source accordingly: blog, chat, SMS, Facebook. The purpose is therefor finding if this (or those) new way (s) of communication change the traditional rules of exchange (spoken or written).In order to evaluate the differences between the digital discourse and the previous types, one has to compare the collected data to the prior types: dialogue and conversation. Statistical frequency analysis will complete our perspective as for this new discourse genre’s stability. This will allow shaping its general lines as well as its inner variation.The next step is a comparative study of various intercultural situations (the cultural context that can modify the speaking frame). We turn therefor towards a description of the interactive behavior within the two cultures. We shall take into account the interaction’s prototypical course in a given situation as well as its specificity according to the situation/ frame/ specific speaker
Pasul urmator este trasarea studiului comparativ a situatiilor culturale (contextul cultural inerent putand sa modifice in mod sensibi lcadrul conversational). Ne vom apleca astfel asupra unei descrieri a comportementelor interactive in interiorul celor doua culturi pentru a obtine o comparatie exhaustiva. Astfel derularea prototipica a interactiunii intr-o situatie data cat si declinarile sale specifice in functie de situatie/ cadru/ locutor specific, sunt elemente cheie in cadrul studiului nostru

Full textIn this thesis a theorical and practical study of residual resultant is proposed. This residual resultant provides a necessary and sufficient condition so that an algebraic system has solutions on a residual variety obtained by blowing-up. Effective methods to compute this residual resultant as its degree are exposed, more precise results being obtained when the locus that one blows up is a complete intersection or a projective local complete intersection Cohen-Macaulay of codimension two. An algorithm to solve the implicitization problem in case the parametrization has base points which are a local complete intersection is proposed using residual resultant. One also shows how this residual resultant allows obtaining the Chow form of the isolated points of an algebraic system. Finally the last chapter of this thesis gives a definition and a first study of determinantal resultant which traduces a necessary and sufficient condition so that a generic matrix is of rank less or equal to a given positive integer

Full textThis study is a description of Ngangela () as spoken in Menongue through the analysis of its tonology. It is a restricted tone system. Two contextual rules classify Ngangela among 'tone cases' languages. The concepts of theme and theme allows to define the conditions for those rules to apply. The implications of Ngangela tonology for the theory of lexical phonology are considered here and lead to word structures in domains, in which limitations on tonal expression are observed, regardless of any concatenation. While nominals have partially kept a tonal distinctiveness, neutralization has a stronger impact on verbal roots. As the post lexical level, others rules come up, from bridging within prosodic groups to tone assignments on verbal stems. An optimality theory account, based on a set of less than thirty ranked constraints help to explain the prosodic realizations in the language. The data collected, as well as the facts described are a contribution to a better understanding of such tone systems, close to an accentual one. AS this study is about a language and a region that are not well known, it offers new prospects on the whole K zone of the Bantu language classification; Some first comparisons are therefore proposed, in particular with other varieties of Ngangela

Full textLn this thesis, we want to understand some singularities in the character variety. ln a first chapter, we justify that the characters of irreducible representations from a Fuchsian group to a complex semi-simple Lie group is an orbifold. The orbifold locus is, then, the characters of bad representations. ln the second chapter, we focus on the case where the Lie group is the projectif linear group over a complex vector space whose dimension is a prime number. ln particular we give an explicit description of this locus. ln the third and fourth chapter, we describe the isotropy groups (i.e. the centralizers of bad subgroups) arising in the cases when the Lie group is a quotient of the special linear group of a complex vector space of finite dimension (third chapter) and when the Lie group is a quotient of a complex spin group in the fourth chapter
