Abstract:
Ovaj rad bavi se problemom predikcije cene Bitkoina na osnovu istorijskih cena i blokčejn infor­macija. Cenu kriptovaluta velikim delom diktiraju špeku­lacije pa je ispitano u kojoj meri sentiment analiza tvitova doprinosi padu ili rastu cena. Pored podataka o ceni i sentimentu, korišćeni su blokčejn podaci i istorijski podaci za još tri popularne kriptovalute: Lajtkoin, Etereum i Ripl. Za sentiment analizu ispitane su tri tehnike: konvolucione neuronske mreže, ansambli leksikona i metoda zasnovana na jezičkim pravilima. Rezultati sentiment analize upotreb­ljeni su u daljem procesu predviđanja kriptovaluta. Izab­rani model za predikciju je rekurentna neuronska mreža sa GRU ćelijama. U fazi evaluacije posmatrala se tačnost predviđanja kretanja cene, odnosno da li će ona da raste ili opada. Takođe, upotrebljena je i relativna tačnost u kojoj se posmatra odnos stvarne cene i prediktovane. Najbolji rezultat dostigao je 57,3% tačnosti u predikciji kretanja cene, odnosno 99,39% relativne tačnosti.

Abstract:
U ovom radu je predstavljen model za predikciju cene nekretnina na osnovu podataka iz oglasa. Iz oglasa, preuzetih sa veb stranice za oglašavanje, su izdvojene tehničke specifikacije nekretnine, slike nekretnine i, ukoliko su dostupne, geografske koordinate nekretnine. Geografske koordinate su upotrebljene za formiranje ocene kvaliteta lokacije. Slike su upotrebljene za obučavanje neuronske mreže za detekciju značajnih objekata na slikama. Formirana su tri skupa podataka za obučavanje prediktivnih modela. Prvi skup sadrži samo tehničke specifikacije nekretnina, drugi skup ima dodatu ocenu lokacije, a treći skup ima i ocenu lokacije i detektovane objekte na slikama iz oglasa. Za svaki skup je obučeno nekoliko regresionih modela za predikciju cene i njihove performanse su poređene. Performanse ovih prediktivnih modela, izražene kao R2, su poređene. Najbolje performanse je imao GBT (Gradient Boosted Trees) model na skupu sa slikama i ocenom lokacije sa ostvarenom R2 vrednošću od 0.856.

In theoretical part of the thesis I first mentioned a project management structures and the way it compiles the price of the works. I also noted a general procedure for calculating the price of work construction machinery. Conclusion theoretical part I dedicated the composition, development and consumption of fuel prices. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the effect of changes in fuel prices on the cost of the building and generalize this affect the whole construction output. This target has been demonstrated in practical part of this work. I was doing calculations on a particular project.

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to investigate stock price sensitivity of 50 European companies to oil price changes using panel data analysis. Besides that, this Thesis compares sensitivities of different groups of companies. The first comparison is between Eastern and Western European companies. The second comparison is between different segments of the oil industry. Specifically, Upstream, Midstream, Downstream segment and integrated oil companies. The main finding of this thesis is that there is a positive dependence between oil price and stock prices of European oil companies. Moreover, there is a significant difference between sensitivity of Upstream and integrated companies. However, no significant difference in sensitivity of western and eastern European comapnies was found.

Na osnovu sprovedene simulacije među subjektima idobijenih rezultata, cilj ove disertacije je da se utvrde dominantnifaktori prilikom poslovnog odlučivanja u uslovma kada donosiolacposlovnih odluka ne raspolaže informacijama potrebnim za ispravnodonošenje odluka u trenucima kada njegova investicija ostvarujegubitak. Prilikom utvrđivanja sklonosti donosioca odluke u obzir jeuzet i pol donosioca odluke i poslovni status, kao i prethodnoiskazane sklonosti ka riziku.
The subject of this research is behavior of decision – makers in ambiguoussurroundings. Based on the simulation that was conducted among subjectsand results obtained from it, the aim of this dissertation is to establishdominant factors that influence decision – making process in situationswhere information neccesery for adequate decision – making are notavailable to decision – makers in situations where decision – makers arefacing loss. Gender and employmet status were taken into considerationduring determination of decision – makers preferences, as well as theirpreviously exhibited risk preferences.

Abstract:
In the diploma thesis there is an influence of revitalization of panel(prefa) building comples on usual price analyzed. The building has three separate doorways, whole complex is situated in North Moravia-Moravian Ostrava in Moravian-Silesian region. In the theoretical part of my diploma thesis there are basic concepts defined. There are defined different types of insulating materials, durability and wear down buildings. The diploma thesis also informs about economical aspects. In the practical part there is information about price estimation of buildings with cost approach according to the cost announcement. There is also price calculated according to the income approach and price estimation with direct comparison as well. All of these methods have been used for both - state of building before and after reconstruction. After the price extimation the final evaluation has been implemented. In the practical part of diploma thesis there are also another building modification for whole life span of the building parts designed. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate an influence of reconstruction on the market price as well as a possibility of increasing rental price on the market level due to increased standart of living.

Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine what is the effect of the train noise on prices of properties in Prague. This influence is investigated by using the method of hedonic price. The theoretical part is devoted not only to the problematic of the train noise and its physical properties but also to its impact on humans and the prices of apartments. Then the train noise is specified as well as its issuers and the ways in which it is possible to defend from the negative effects of the impact of the train noise. The thesis also explains the various stages of the method of hedonic price together with the theoretical part of Foreign Studies which have been engaged in using the method of hedonic price and the train noise. In the empirical part are used the knowledge from search, the selected variables are discussed and are submitted to descriptive analysis and the hypothesis are given. Then the model works through a regression analysis of function of the method of hedonic price and the various results are discussed. This thesis finishes by calculating the implicit prices and elasticities for the individual variables in the selected models. At the very end recommendations and the benefits resulting from the analysis are drawn.

Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the problems related to farmland valuation in Czech Republic with emphasis on the valuation methods. This thesis gives a complex view on this topic. The first part of this thesis contains introduction to basic terminology that is needed for understanding the problematics of farmland valuation. The main part of the first section consists of detailed analysis of valuation methods that are suitable for valuation of farmlands in Czech Republic. There are also described factors affecting the prices of farmlands and there is also described the price analysis of farmlands in Czech Republic and few selected European countries, with their comparison included. Discussion of this topic includes the analysis of farmland market mechanisms, so that the price analysis will be set in context. The second part of the thesis contains detailed analysis of study areas. Based on the acquired results and findings from the first part of the thesis, price or value calculations of selected lands were performed. Third part of the thesis evaluates the possibility of creation of a tool that can be used for calculation of lands price or value in the ArcGIS environment. This section draws from theoretical findings mentioned in the thesis. Discussion of possible calculation automatization is included as well. Notable contribution of the thesis is comprehensive view on the farmland valuation. Another contribution is price and value calculation of selected lands in study areas and the discussion of possible automatization of the calculation in the ArcGIS environment. The results of the thesis may be useful as e.g. comprehensive material for basic introduction to the problematics of farmland valuation.

The Thesis deals with impact of land price on the usual price of building and its change due to code no. 89/2012. The impact was determined based on market prices of lands and buildings retrieved from real estate databases. From statistically processed data was found out a 75% correlation between the market price of building and land. For numerical description the impact of land price on the usual price of building was assembled an equation. With this equation can be from land price roughly estimated usual price of building. The results of this thesis can contribute to speeding-up the process of initial estimation of usual price, as well as presents a way of displaying location, price, distribution of data and frequency of equal prices in one graph.

Real estate evaluation is a very attractive and up to date area of interest. Real estates can be evaluated for several purposes. Whether we talk about the evaluation by the certified valuer for purposes set by the law such as the real estate sale, tax purposes, and property settlement or appraisal by the assessor based on market approach for the market needs. Within the Czech Republic, we define two main ways how to evaluate a real estate. Those are the evaluation according to the price regulation and market approach evaluation. Each of these ways defines a lot of evaluation methods/ approaches such as cost approach, comparison approach or revenue approach. The question is how much the result of the evaluation correspondents with reality and how much different the prices are set based on those methods. And that is what this diploma thesis deals with. This thesis will compare potential differences between the values estimated by selected methods.

Abstract:
Основни циљ истраживања у раду представља утврђивање функционалности бонитета у одређивању тржишних цена акција емитената пољопривредног-прехрамбеног сектора у Србији који су укључени на одређен сегмент тржишта Београдске берзе а.д. Београд. Превасходни циљ истраживања је да се утврди каква је међузависност бонитета и метода фундаменталне и техничке анализе цена акција пољопривредно-прехрамбеног сектора у Републици Србији, да се критички сагледају, утврде слабости и предности и да се на основу тога предложе одговарајућа решења, пре свега у смислу како бонитет утиче на тржишне цене акција. Наведено истраживање треба да представља основу за доношење правилних одлука, приликом инвестирања у акције емитената пољопривредно-прехрамбеног сектора. Полазне основе у истраживању представљају финансијски извештаји и показатељи емитената пољоприведно прехрамбеног сектора.Утицај бонитета на тржишне цене акција емитената пољопривредно прехрамбеног сектора утврђена је применом дескриптивне статистике и логистичке регресије. На основу добијених резултата дескриптивне статистике и логистичке регресије за факторе на нивоу значајности 0,05 и 0,01, установљено је да бонитет нема пресудан утицај у одређивању тржишних цена акција, што указује на то да остварени финансијски показатељи и резултати немају утицај на тржишне цене акција. Наведено указује да велики утицај на тржишне цене акција имају макро фактори економског, политичког и друштвеног окружења. Са друге стране добијени резултати указује да бонитет предузећа може да пружи значајне информације приликом предвиђања пада или стагнације цена акција.
Osnovni cilj istraživanja u radu predstavlja utvrđivanje funkcionalnosti boniteta u određivanju tržišnih cena akcija emitenata poljoprivrednog-prehrambenog sektora u Srbiji koji su uključeni na određen segment tržišta Beogradske berze a.d. Beograd. Prevashodni cilj istraživanja je da se utvrdi kakva je međuzavisnost boniteta i metoda fundamentalne i tehničke analize cena akcija poljoprivredno-prehrambenog sektora u Republici Srbiji, da se kritički sagledaju, utvrde slabosti i prednosti i da se na osnovu toga predlože odgovarajuća rešenja, pre svega u smislu kako bonitet utiče na tržišne cene akcija. Navedeno istraživanje treba da predstavlja osnovu za donošenje pravilnih odluka, prilikom investiranja u akcije emitenata poljoprivredno-prehrambenog sektora. Polazne osnove u istraživanju predstavljaju finansijski izveštaji i pokazatelji emitenata poljoprivedno prehrambenog sektora.Uticaj boniteta na tržišne cene akcija emitenata poljoprivredno prehrambenog sektora utvrđena je primenom deskriptivne statistike i logističke regresije. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata deskriptivne statistike i logističke regresije za faktore na nivou značajnosti 0,05 i 0,01, ustanovljeno je da bonitet nema presudan uticaj u određivanju tržišnih cena akcija, što ukazuje na to da ostvareni finansijski pokazatelji i rezultati nemaju uticaj na tržišne cene akcija. Navedeno ukazuje da veliki uticaj na tržišne cene akcija imaju makro faktori ekonomskog, političkog i društvenog okruženja. Sa druge strane dobijeni rezultati ukazuje da bonitet preduzeća može da pruži značajne informacije prilikom predviđanja pada ili stagnacije cena akcija.
The main objective of the research work is determining the functionality of solvency in determining the market price of shares of the issuers of the agricultural and food sector in Serbia who are involved in a particular segment of the market of the Belgrade Stock Exchange ad Belgrade. The primary goal of the research is to determine what is the interdependence of solvency and methods of fundamental and technical analysis of share prices of agri-food sector in the Republic of Serbia, to critically analyze, identify weaknesses and strengths and that on that basis propose appropriate solutions, especially in terms of how worthiness affects the market price of the shares. The study should be the basis for making the right decisions when investing in shares of issuers agri-food sector. Baseline research are the financial statements of issuers and indicators for agricultural production and food sectors.Influence of solvency on the market price of shares of issuers agri-food sector was assessed by descriptive statistics and logistic regression. Based on the results of descriptive statistics and logistic regression for factors at the significance level of 0.05 and 0.01, it was found that creditworthiness has no influence in determining the market price of shares, indicating that achieved financial indicators and results have uicaj the market price of shares. The above indicates that a large impact on the market price of shares have the macro factors of economic, political and social environment. On the other hand, the results indicate that the creditworthiness of companies may provide important information in predicting the decline or stagnation of share prices.

Abstract:
Povezana podjetja, ki imajo sedež v različnih državah, si v transakcijah med seboj zaračunavajo transferne cene. Te so lahko različne od cen, ki bi jih ta podjetja dosegla v transakcijah z nepovezanimi podjetji. Posledično se s takšnimi transakcijami podjetja v različnih davčnih režimih lahko izognejo davčnim obveznostim ali pa so dodatno obdavčena. Do transakcij med povezanimi podjetji prihaja tudi znotraj Slovenije in tudi ta podjetja si med seboj obračunavajo cene in obresti med povezanimi osebami. Dokazovanje ustreznosti transfernih cen predstavlja za podjetja veliko administrativno breme, dodatne stroške in kljub temu tveganje dodatne obdavčitve ob morebitnem davčnem pregledu. Zato imajo podjetja možnost uporabe vnaprejšnjih cenovnih sporazumov in tako imenovanega »varnega pristana«.

O trajnostnem razvoju se pogosto govori, toda veliko ljudi ima pomanjkljivo osnovno znanje že samo glede energije, njene proizvodnje, potreb, porabe, cene, zato je potrebno iskati načine, kako predvsem mlade generacije poučevati, da bodo lahko v življenju delovale razvojno trajnostno. Na srednji tehniški šoli so dijaki dobili konkretno nalogo, ki so jo z velikim entuziazmom reševali in pri tem spoznavali svet energije in problematiko trajnostnega razvoja. V članku je opisan način, kako lahko z izobraževanjem na konkretnem primeru dosežemo, da dijaki s pomočjo mentorjev pridobijo znanja s področja trajnostnega razvoja, ki ga bodo lahko koristno uporabili skozi svoje življenje.

V prispevku nas je zanimalo koliko slovenski kupci poznajo blagovne znamke, katere poznajo in ali vrednotijo trgovske blagovne znamke višje kot blagovne znamke proizvajalcev perutninskega mesa. Nadalje nas je zanimalo, kako pogosto kupci kupujejo blagovne znamke in ali se raje odločajo za trgovske blagovne znamke ali za blagovne znamke proizvajalcev. Z neverjetnostnim in neslučajnostnim anketnim vprašalnikom, ki smo ga respondentom poslali preko spleta, smo zbrali podatke o zaupanju kupcev v blagovne znamke, pogostost nakupa izdelkov z blagovnimi znamkami ter lojalnost kupcev do blagovnih znamk. Zbrane podatke smo primerjali z demografskimi podatki kupcev ter jih analizirali glede na starost, prihodke, izobrazbo ter regijo. Z analiziranjem pridobljenih statističnih podatkov smo ugotovili, da kupci glede kakovosti prehrambnih izdelkov bolj zaupajo blagovnim znamkam proizvajalcev, glede cene pa blagovnim znamkam trgovcev.

Currently, there is no single view of the Holocene global sea level kinematics. At the same time, the question of a possibility of it exceeding the current sea level by several meters is be-ing debated. The accumulative coasts of nearly tide-free seas, in areas where the vertical di-rection of coastal movement remained unchanged are the most convenient objects for study-ing this major paleogeographic issue. Effects of the sea level fluctuations are revealed in the resulting geomorphological structure and in the nature of sediment areas of the coastal zone developing in an accumulative mode. If the Holocene sea level exceeds its modern marks, then ladders of accumulative terraces would have formed over different parts of the coast. The heights of the terrace ladders would correspond to the amplitudes of these exceedances. The lower sediment levels should reflect the transgressive character of their formation in the structure of geological section, while the higher levels would reflect the regressions. The coast of the Thatcher Peninsula, located in the Bay of Cumberland microcontinent of the South Georgia (Antarctic) was the focus of our research. It was established that the Holo-cene sea level in the region reached its current state no later than about one thousand years ago and did not exceed it, being subjected to only minor fluctuations of the synoptic scale. The accumulative terraces are located in fragments. The differences in their absolute eleva-tions are related to their correspondence to different tectonic units experiencing differenti-ated uplift.
