Abstract:
AbstractIntroduction. Effective management of road indstry is particularly important in conditions of limited funding, as it is not possible to provide adequate funding of the economic entity that has the functions of a customer service. The cost of the customer service maintenance depends directly on the compliance with applicable regulations for these works cost determination. One of the aspects that form a considerable part of the costs of customer service is the maintenance of service vehicles.Problem Statement. Road services in the regions (hereinafter RSR) are the recipients and managers of the funds from the State Budget of Ukraine that are directed for the development and maintenance of public roads of state importance, being as well the asset holders of these roads. To perform their functions, the RSR have vehicles on their balance, the use of which involves a number of costs, including fuel and lubricants, repair, maintenance, replacement of tires, etc. The most important of the steps involved in setting the costs of vehicle maintenance is the process of cost planning. Planning has to be based on the structure of the vehicle fleet (own or leased), functional responsibilities and scope of road works.Planning is carried out for vehicles on the balance of the RSR, as well as for leased vehicles. In the case of leasing, the costs mentioned above are added by the vehicles leasing costs. These costs must be forecasted, justified and performed within the approved cost estimates of the customer service expenses.Purpose. The purpose of the article is to highlight the theoretical and methodological approaches to the calculation of planned costs for the maintenance of service vehicles of the road works customer.Materials and methods. Dialectical methods of knowledge, such as analysis and synthesis of fleet composition characteristics and approaches to cost planning methods, as well as induction, were used in writing the article to explore some aspects of the process of calculating the planned cost of maintenance of the road works customer's service vehicles.Results. The study highlights and describes the main approaches to the calculation of planned costs for the maintenance of service vehicles of the road works customer. The methodology of calculation of planned costs for the maintenance of service vehicles is explored.Conclusions. The introduction of a clear methodology and analytical toolkit for calculating all necessary expenditure items for the maintenance of the road works customer's vehicles in the cost planning process will establish the implementation of a clear mechanism for calculating the planned costs of maintenance of the road works customer's vehicles. It will also provide an automated information-analytical complex for planning of cost estimates, with information entry and reporting in standard forms and possibility of prompt response to changes in fleet composition, needs for spare parts, repairs or other expenses for the maintenance of service vehicles and making changes in cost estimates. Keywords: motor vehicles, costs, cost planning, customer service, maintenance of service vehicles

Abstract:
Minimal residual disease (MRD) is an independent predictor of relapse risk for childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL). The aim of study to investigate impact MRD by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction before (day –21) andat +30 ± 10, +60 ± 10, +100 ± 10, +180 ± 10, +365 ± 10 days after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), and PCR-chimerismon transplant outcomes children with ALL. The study was approved by the Independent Ethics Committee and the Scientific Councilof the Belarusian Research Center for Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Immunology (Republic of Belarus). Fifty one patientswith ALL underwent allogeneic transplantation in remission (period 12.2010–12.2017, median follow-up 2,8 years). 3-years eventfreesurvival (EFS) and cumulative incidence of relapse (CIR) were 71.6 ± 17.1% and 14.3 ± 14.3% respectively for patients (n = 7)with pre-transplant MRD < 10-4 and 0% (n = 4, p = 0.0046) and 50.0 ± 29.2% (p = 0.3111) respectively for MRD ≥ 10-4. After HSCT(n = 29) 3-years EFS and CIR were 22.2 ± 13.9% and 66.7 ± 18.1% respectively for recipients (n = 9) with MRD ≥ 10-4 at leastin one analyzed point. In comparison, patients with MRD < 10-4 at all points (n = 20) had EFS and CIR 70.0 ± 10.2% (p = 0.0172)(HR = 12.3; 95% CI: 2.33–64.87; p = 0.0031), and 5.0±5.0% (p = 0.0004) (HR = 50.7; 2.5–97.5% CI: 1.60–1608.56; p = 0.0260)respectively. Patients with mixed chimerism at least in one analyzed point since day +30 to +365 hadn't significant differences OS,EFS, CIR but were worse (57.1%, 40.0% and 50.0% respectively) in comparison full chimerism patients (79.5% (p = 0.248), 71.4%(p = 0.072) and 20.0% (p = 0.070) respectively). MRD is significant predictor of relapse risk for childhood ALL at time of HSCT.MRD < 10-4 patients have significantly better EFS and CIR in comparison MRD ≥ 10-4 patients before and after HSCT.

Abstract:
Abstract Background and Aims Non-invasive monitoring strategies are insufficient to detect patients at risk for subclinical graft rejection after kidney transplantation. The highly prevalent and non-pathogenic Torque Teno virus (TTV) reflects the immunocompetence of its host: high level viraemia indicates strong and low level viraemia weak immunosuppression, respectively. Thus TTV replication might serve as a candidate for immunologic monitoring. Method To analyze the association between TTV and subclinical kidney graft rejection, an interim analysis of the prospective “TTV POET” cohort study (DRKS00012335) was performed including data available until 31/01/2019. All consecutive kidney graft recipients transplanted at the Medical University Vienna since 01/12/2016 (n=308) with a protocol biopsy 12 months after transplantation (n=47; median 12.4 months) and stable graft function were included. Biopsy results according to current BANFF classification were analyzed in the context of peripheral blood TTV levels quantified by PCR. Results Graft function was excellent (median eGFR MDRD: 57 ml/min/1.73m2, urinary PKR: 92 mg/g). Twenty recipients (43%) had subclinical rejection (borderline TCMR, n=16; ABMR, n=3; TCMR type I, n=1). TTV level quantified at the date of biopsy was lower in recipients with rejection compared to recipients without rejection. The risk for rejection increased by 11% with each log level decrease in TTV copies/ml (RR 0.89, 95% CI 0.85-0.93; p<0.001). Differences in TTV levels were evident not only at the date of biopsy, but already 6 weeks earlier. Patients with biopsies showing chronic leasons, suggesting ongoing allo-reactivity, had a longer period of time with TTV levels <1x106 copies/ml. Conclusion Our data suggests an association between TTV level and subclinical graft rejection at 12 months after kidney transplantation. Future clinical trials are necessary to test the potential of TTV guided immunosuppression to reduce subclinical rejection.

Abstract:

 Abstract

BRAZIL’S NORTHEASTERN COAST AND THE ESTATE-TOURISM: BAHIA, PERNAMBUCO, CEARÁ AND RIO GRANDE DO NORTE

The Northeast region of Brazil had its tourist preponderance planned in the last decade of the twentieth century. Before that time, the regional public policies did not see tourism as a strategic and developmental activity in Brazil and also did not evaluate the impacts arising from the real estate deals proper for summer vacation. In this paper, we propose an investigation on the diffusion models and ideas about the global and local tourism and summer vocations activities in coastal areas, focusing on the coast of the Northeastern region of Brazil. The territorial arrangement promoted by the construction of tourist-estate on the coast of Bahia, Ceará, Pernambuco and Rio Grande do Norte were the focus of the research, as they are the largest recipients of these types of properties for leisure. Regarding the Methodologly, the study was conducted in three stages: bibliographical survey, secondary data analysis, along with the right public bodies and the preparation of cartograms that enabled the understanding of logical installation of these projects in the main cities of the Northeast region. The coast designed as recreational space is a spatiality predominantly in the main cities of the Northeast region of Brazil. There are leasing investments in non-metropolitan centers, however, the metropolitan perimeters are the ones that consolidate large private estate projects regarding on the new demands facing the tourists demands.
