Abstract:
L’étude des usages sociaux du cinéma permet de rompre avec la thématique des effets de ce dernier sur le ou les spectateurs. Elle considère les films comme des biens symboliques, à la fois objets et enjeux de distinctions sociales. L’histoire de l’usage social du cinéma (qui a été populaire avant d’être un art) fait apparaître la formation d’un code de lecture populaire des films, spécifique et autonome, parallèlement à la constitution d’une esthétique bourgeoise légitime. L’analyse des catégories employées pour justifier l’adhésion à tel ou tel film, révèle alors un univers symbolique ouvrier original, et suscite des perspectives nouvelles pour l’histoire des « cultures populaires ». Ce texte présente quelques remarques méthodologiques et hypothèses de recherche sur une micro-histoire des usages populaires du cinéma : l’exemple des ouvriers de Longwy (1945-1960).

Dans le prolongement de mes recherches sur les professionnels de l’éducation populaire (Lebon, 2020), cette note de lecture reprend, complète et développe un article publié il y a trente ans par Dominique Glasman et Jacques Ion sur les « nouveaux » métiers impulsés par l’éducation prioritaire et la politique de la ville 1 . Elle réexamine une polarité qui traverse le travail dans les quartiers populaires. D’un côté, les « institutions », les « secteurs » et le « professionnalisme » ; de l’autre, l’» enracinement », le « territoire » et le « militantisme ». Elle la complète par l’hypothèse d’une lutte des classements dans les mondes de l’éducation et du travail social qui oppose deux fractions de classe : d’un côté, des classes moyennes salariées ; de l’autre, des classes populaires précarisées et racisées. Elle engage ainsi une réflexion sur les rapports sociaux et le travail (des femmes) dans les services publics.

Résumé Cet article propose une lecture du double rapport qu'entretient Fernand Dumont avec la culture populaire et la culture savante. Son regard à la fois personnel et scientifique semble opposer la chaleur d'une relation personnelle et le regard froid du chercheur, la nostalgie passionnée d'un univers riche mais perdu à jamais et la froideur d'un discours scientifique penché sur les transformations inévitables, puisque universelles, du monde culturel moderne et de ses pratiques et modes de communication culturels. Dumont décrit ses rapports avec la culture populaire en termes apparemment contradictoires : il parle de « déchirement » et de « nostalgie », termes se référant à des rapports émotionnels; mais aussi de « mise à distance », ce qui implique un rapport refroidi, distancié, un regard analytique porté sur l'objet, sa culture d'origine, ses modes de communication et ses relations de sociabilité. Cette originalité réside dans une conceptualisation théorique qui allie, de manière heureuse, des perspectives sociologiques, anthropologiques et littéraires.

Abstract:
Fondee sur la theorie du modele bibliologique, cette etude se propose d'interpreter la situation du livre en republique populaire du congo. Le modele bibliologique ou l'organisation du livre dans chaque pays ou groupe de pays se fonde sur la relation livre-societe. On ne peut reellement comprendre la vie du livre dans un pays si on ne se refere pas a cette notion de modele. Chaque modele, "liberal", "socialiste" ou du "tiers-monde" a sa specificite liee surtout au systeme politique, mais aussi a l'histoire du pays (colonisation par exemple). C'est le cas du congo dont l'etude de la societe etait necessaire etant entendu que l'histoire du livre dans ce pays est inseparable de la penetration europeenne. Ainsi, a partir des modeles colonial, d'independance et neocolonial, nous avons pu montrer l'absence d'une prise en compte du livre comme element indispensable au coeur du developpement du pays. La politique coloniale, en ce qui concerne le livre, consistait a restreindre au maximum un eventuel developpement de l'edition et de la distribution locales. Depuis l'independance en 1960, des efforts louables sont a noter dans le domaine de l'education mais leurs fruits portent surtout sur l'accroissement des effectifs scolaires<br>Based on the theory of the bibliogical model, this study aims at interpreting the book situation in the people's republic of congo. The bibliogical model, i. E. The organization of books in each country or group of countries, is based on the book-society relationship. It is impossible to understand the life of books in a country if this model concept is not being refered to. Each model, in the free market, socialist or third world countries, has its criteria, mainly linked to the political system, but also to the history of the country (colonization for instance). This was the case for congo, the study of whose society was necessary, as the history of books in the country cannot be dissociated from the european penetration. Thus, starting from the colonial, independence and post-colonial models, we were able to show a vacuum : books were not seen as a must in the development of the country. The colonial book policy consisted in keeping at its lowest possible level any potential development of local publicating or distributing. Since independence in 1960, praise-worthy efforts are to be noted in the field of education, but they were linked mainly to a growth of school attendance

Hemmou Ounamir est un mythe amazigh, de tradition orale. La diversité des versions de ce mythe qui circulent encore aujourd’hui, les recherches dont il fut l’objet et les multiples transpositions qu’il a connues témoignent de sa vitalité permanente et nous renseignent sur l’ampleur de sa diffusion et de sa richesse. Par ailleurs, il continue à exercer une grande fascination sur son public, et revêt, jusqu’à aujourd’hui, une sacralité certaine chez un bon nombre de conteurs. Le mythe d’Ounamir est composé de l’ensemble de ses versions que nous nous sommes attachée à glaner dans d’anciennes publications ou à recueillir auprès de conteurs. Son aspect mythique émane de sa production et reproduction, mais également de sa réception et interprétation. Notre parcours à travers les multiples types d’hypertextes du mythe nous a révélé la genèse de tout un imaginaire prolifique où se dessine la figure mythique du héros multipliée comme par une galerie de miroirs. Une lecture palimpsestueuse du passage du mythe de l’oral à l’écrit, puis à la littérature et aux arts, de la production à la réception, est la principale préoccupation de cette thèse. En effet, l’écriture et la lecture du récit de Hemmou Ounamir finissent par faire partie intégrante du texte du mythe et de ses pouvoirs imaginaires, tout en participant de sa polysémie et de son ouverture. Partant, le mythe se meut d’un objet de lecture et d’interprétation à un outil d’analyse autant du sujet individuel que de la conscience d’une communauté. Chose qui va le relancer dans un nouveau et fécond circuit de sens qui reflète les nouvelles et profondes préoccupations de la société, et répond à des questions éthiques, ontologiques et identitaires<br>Hemmou Ounamir is an Amazigh Myth, from the oral tradition. The diversity of the versions of the myth which are still in circulation today, the researches and studies to which it was subjected and the multiple transpositions it has witnessed proved its permanent vitality and usefulness and inform us more about the large scope of its dissemination and richness. In addition, this myth continues to exert a lasting spell on people and is nowadays still appreciated for its sacredness by a great number of taletellers. The myth of Hammou Ounamir consists of the sumtotal of those versions which we are supposed to detect in our survey of all the old publications and among those to be collected from the taletellers themselves. Its mythical dimension emanates not only from its production and reproduction, but also stems from its reception and interpretation. Our journey through / and exploration of the multiple types / layers of the hypertexts of the myth reveals the genesis of a whole prolific imaginary where is reflected the personae/image of the mythical hero proliferated and multiplied through a gallery/ a forest of mirrors. A palimpsest reading of the transition of the myth from the verbal/the oral to the written, then to literature and the arts, from the production to the reception, is the major preoccupation/concern/axis of this thesis. In fact, the acts of writing and reading of the plot of Hemmou Ounamir end up being an integral part of the workings of the myth itself and the very articulation of its imaginary powers - that perforce add to its polysemy and openness. The myth goes beyond being a mere cameo - an object that offers itself for reading and interpretation, it becomes; however, a tool of analysis of the subject as well as of the collective consciousness. This transformation of the myth is going to revitalise it within a new and fecund chain of meanings through which is both reflected the urgent and the vital preoccupations of the society and are answered questions related to ethics, ontology and identity

Cette thèse fait la recherche sur lianhuanhua, un genre de la bande dessinée chinoise, comme une expression de la culture populaire à Shanghai, qui était la plus importante métropole dans l’histoire moderne de la Chine. Chapitre I essaie d'expliquer pourquoi lianhuanhua est née à Shanghai et comment peut- il devenir une part de la culture populaire. Le contexte était la configuration politique et culturelle crée comme le résultat de la présence des concessions étrangères. Les éléments cultures et techniques nourrissaient la création de lianhuanhua. Le développement de lianhuanhua était un processus de combiner les images et les mots dans le brochure de la bande dessinée qui devenait très populaire dans le groupe de gens ordinaires. Dans Chapitre II, Le Destin de Hong et Bi est un exemple de explorer la relation entre lianhuanhua et les autres modes de divertissement. Il établissait une connexion entre les divertissements différents. Par le processus de transition de ce texte, nous pourrions observer le développement de visual narrative, l'interaction entre les modes différents des divertissements urbains et la culture urbaine qui faisait un rôle essentiel, décisif, agissant en coulisse. Le Chapitre III se concentre principalement sur les producteurs de trois angles : l’identité culturelle originale et le statut social, leurs conditions dans le cercle, et leur relation avec cette métropole. Lianhuanhua était le lien entre ces nouveaux résidents et Shanghai. La complexe condition de cette industrie de l’édition révélait la stratégie des immigrants qui gagnaient leur vie par lianhuanhua. Le Chapitre IV recherche comment la culture populaire rencontrait les défis politiques différents. Les médias publics, surtout des journaux, représentaient la voix ‘correcte’ imposée sur les gens ordinaires par la classe la plus haute de la société. La guerre elle-même de 1937 créait un défi spécial à cause de l’instabilité politique. L’ingérence officielle du Gouvernement Nationaliste aussi agissait sur le rôle de lianhuanhua. Nous pourrions identifier quatre éléments pendant le développement de lianhuanhua : Le premier, la condition préalable principale pour le développement de lianhuanhua était l’émergence de Shanghai comme une métropole moderne. Le deuxième, le genre de lianhuanhua était économiquement et culturellement disponible pour la plupart des gens. C’est un facteur très important pour sa popularisation. Le troisième, les producteurs sont un groupe crucial pour le développement de lianhuanhua. Le quatrième, lianhuanhua était une scène de lutte entre les élites et les gens ordinaires<br>This study examines the development of lianhuanhua, a genre of Chinese comic, as an expression of popular culture in modern Shanghai, the most important metropolis in the Chinese modern history. Chapter one attempts to explain why lianhuanhua was born in Shanghai and how it became a part of popular culture. The background was the political and cultural configurations created as a result of the presence of the foreign settlements. Cultural and technical elements fed the creation of lianhuanhua. The development of lianhuanhua was a process of combining pictures and words into comic booklet that became very popular among the common people. In Chapter Two, The Fate of Hong and Bi is taken as an example to explore the relationship between lianhuanhua and other forms of entertainments. It established a connection between different entertainment spheres. Through the whole process of transition, we can observe the development of visual narrative, the interaction between different forms of urban entertainments, and the urban culture that played an essential, decisive and directional role behind the scenes. In Chapter Three, research focuses mainly on producers from three angles: the producers’ original cultural identity and social status, their condition in production circles, and their relationship with the metropolis. Lianhuanhua was a link between these new residents and the metropolis.. The complexity of this publishing industry reveals the living strategy of these immigrants. In Chapter Four, we study how popular culture faced the three different political challenges. The public media, especially the press, represented the “correct” discourse by the upper classes over the common people. The war itself in 1937 raised a special challenge due to political instability. Official interference by the National Government also influenced the role of lianhuanhua. Yet Lianhuanhua survived all these challenges. We identified four important elements in the process of the development of lianhuanhua. First, the basic precondition for the rise and the development of lianhuanhua was the emergence of Shanghai as a modern city. Second, the genre of lianhuanhua was within the reach, economically and culturally, of a wide range of readers, which was an important factor for its popularisation. Third, producers were a crucial group for the development of lianhuanhua. Fourth, lianhuanhua is a stage of the wrestle between the elite and the common people

Cette recherche a pour objet le monde de l'édition et du livre en France au XIX° siècle. Elle débute par une question simple : comment les éditeurs, concepteurs et fabricants de livre, ont-ils pu répondre à l'augmentation des lecteurs tout au long du siècle ? Notre travail tente de décrire les relations qui unissent les éditeurs et un nombre de plus en plus important de lecteurs et comment, de 1830 à 1875, les éditeurs ont adoptés des stratégies commerciales et proposés de nouveaux supports à un lectorat grandissant. Du volume en collection aux livraisons à 20 centimes, cette recherche retrace la carrière professionnelle de plusieurs éditeurs qui tous à leur manière ont permis d'offrir un nombre plus important d'ouvrages à une plus grande quantité de lecteurs. Elle met enfin en perspective les différentes attitudes des éditeurs et laisse entrevoir les nouvelles formes de l'édition moderne<br>This research focuses on the world of publishing and book in France in the XIXth century. It starts with a simple question : how could books publishers, designers and producers answer the increasing readers number during the century ? Our work tries to describe the relationships which link publishers and the growing number of readers, and how, from 1830 to 1875, publishers have adopted commercial strategies and proposed new media to an increasing readership. From the book collecting volume to 20 cents deliveries, this research tells the professional career of various publishers who allowed to offer in a personal way a greater number of works to a greater amount of readers. It finally sets straight various publishers's behaviours and gives rise to new kinds of modern publishing

Depuis 1949, l enseignement de la lecture a pris deux orientations differentes de chaque cote du detroit de taiwan. En r. P. C. Il est axe sur la formation de la capacite de redaction, dans le prolongement de la tradition chinoise; a taiwan, il vise a faire acquerir le gout de la lecture. Le premier chapitre analyse et compare les objectifs et leurs domaines d application tels qu ils sont definis par les programmes de 1978 et 1986 en r. P. C. , et ceux de 1975 et 1992 a taiwan. Le second chapitre etudie l agencement des manuels et leur contenu thematique respectifs. Le troisieme chapitre est consacre aux differences de methodes d apprentissage de la lecture, qui passe par l apprentissage intensif de caracteres en r. P. C. , tandis qu a taiwan priorite est donne a l entrainement de la lecture grace au "zhuyin fuhao ". Le quatrieme chapitre montre comment, par les types et le contenu des exercices, l entrainement des capacites linguistiques et de comprehension de la lectureencourage une attitude, passive en r. P. C. Et active a taiwan. Enfin, le cinquieme chapitre s appuyant sur les resultats d un test de redaction effectue a pekin et a taiwan (taipef), confirme le caractere elitiste de l enseignement en r. P. C. , adapte au plus grand nombre a taiwan<br>After 1949, the teaching of reading has followed two different directions on each side of the taiwan's strait. In the r. P. C. , it has concentrated itself upon the training of the writing ability, whereas in taiwan, it has aimed at developing the children's taste for reading. The first chapter of the present thesis analyses and compares the aims and scopes of the syllabi of 1978 and 1986 in the p. R. C. , and of 1975 and 1992 in taiwan. The second chapter respectively studies the compiling methods and the morral themes of the textbooks. The third chapter deals with the different methods of teaching reading, that is through the intensive learning of caracters int the p. R. C. , and through the training of actual reading with the zhuyin fuhao in taiwan. The fourth chapter shows how the training of reading comprehension and other linguistic abilities with the different kinds and contents of exercices fosters a passive attitude in the p. R. C. , and an active one in taiwan. Ce travail est consacré aux journalistes des quotidiens russes et français qui couvrent l’actualité politique depuis le terrain biélorusse. Les représentations de ceux-ci, nationales mais également transnationales, sont au cœur de nos interrogations. Leurs interactions coopératives permettant de fabriquer les élections biélorusses pour les publics russes et français est un autre aspect de ce travail. Leur discours, encadré par le projet éditorial de chacun des journaux pour lesquels ils travaillent, est le troisième point que cette thèse éclaire. Nous tâchons d’identifier les valeurs communes faisant adhérer les acteurs au monde de la production de l’information à Minsk, activé par les reporters étrangers. De plus, nous révélons des dynamiques internes aux groupes prenant part à la production mutuelle de l’information, qui font en sorte que ce monde est composé de communautés distinctes, réunies autour de leurs objectifs, leurs identités propres, ayant un discours propre. La question des frontières des communautés se pose ainsi, et permet de faire émerger l’équipe des reporters étrangers et la communauté opposante biélorusse. La structure de ces deux communautés, les rapports entre les membres de celles-ci, leurs conventions internes, leurs rapports aux coéquipiers et aux étrangers du groupe sont également des questions que ce travail se pose. Enfin, nous interrogeons les résultats de cette coopération, qui s’inscrivent dans les projets éditoriaux des journaux russes et français. Il s’agit de l’expression des logiques professionnelles à l’échelle éditoriale, visibles à travers l’énonciation des titres de presse<br>This work focuses on the journalists from Russian and French daily newspapers who cover political events on the Belarussian territory. Their own national and transnational representations, are at the center of our questioning. The way their cooperative interactions elaborate the Russian and French audience's perception of the Belarusian elections is another aspect of this work. Their narrative, framed by each newspaper's editorial project for which they work is the third aspect this thesis explores.Our goal is to identify the common values that tie together the different actors of the world of information in Minsk, which is motivated by foreign reporters. Furthermore, we shed light on inner dynamics within the groups that take part in the mutual production of information, which create distinct communities that make up this world and are united around their own objectives, their own identities, and their own narrative. This is where the matter of borders between these communities lies and allows us to reveal the foreign reporters' team and the Belarusian dissident community. This work also interrogates the structures of both communities, the relationships between their respective members, their inner conventions, the relations between colleagues and individuals outside of the group. Finally, we explore the results of such cooperation, which are in line with the editorial projects of the Russian and French newspapers. Thus we analyze the expression of professional logistics on an editorial scale that transpires through the enunciation of the different press titles

"poesie la vie entiere", "la vie revee" : deux expressions de cadou qui invitent a explorer son univers poetique en tenant compte de sa biographie, de son profil d'ame et de son esthetique. Naissance et maturite d'un poete mort jeune, destinee d'un homme provincial par vocation, vie blessee d'epreuves et de deuils, parcours irradie d'amour : autant de themes abordes chronologiquement dans vie et passion de rene guy cadou, paru en 1975 aux editions bof. Dans les liens de ce monde (champ vallon, 1982), l'articulation de l'ecrit et du referent spatio-temporel est analysee sous la notion de "realyrisme" et s'integre dans la problematique generale de l'interdependance. Il importe a cadou d'abolir les frontieres, de vivre, dans les mots, des relations multiples entre les regnes, entre les etres, entre le midi et les autres, voire entre le lyrisme et l'humour. La vertu de communication et la fertilite des echanges s'affirment comme une valeur primordiale a travers une thematique tant spatiale (les portes, les fenetres) que verbale (les fonctions du langage, la dynamique comblee des questions et des reponses. . . ). Anti-narcisse, cadou incarne un orphisme genereux, doucement panique, dont la femme, les enfants et des animaux privilegies sont les figures actives. Valeur supreme, l'amour exige une transparence quasi mystique. Homme de toutes les fidelites, le poete a grandi dans son terreau geographique, social et verbal. Issu du peuple, il n'a cesse de temoigner de cette appartenance. L'etude inedite, la poesie et le peuple, montre que cadou fut un conciliateur exemplaire. S'il gouta le populisme (romanesque ou poetique), il se montra aussi friand de culture populaire, litteraire ou paralitteraire. "ecolier de rochefort" ou seul, il s'est "engage", a sa maniere, en s'adressant a tous<br>"poetry as the whole of life" life as a dream" are two phrases of cadou that invite us to explore his poetical universe taking into account his biography, the slant of his soul and his aesthetics. The birth and maturity of a poet who died when young, the destiny of a man who chose to be a provincial, a life injured by trials ans bereavements, love radiating all along on that journey, are as many themes chronologically dealt with in rene guy cadou's life and passion, published by bof in 1975. In the bonds in this world (champ vallon, 1982), the connection of what is written with the spatio-temporal referent is analysed under the notion of "realyricism" and is integrated in the general problematics of interdependence. It is important for cadou to abolish the borders, to live through words the multiple relations between the animal, vegetable and mineral kingdoms, between the beings, the ego and the others, even between lyricism and humour. The virtue of communication and the fertility of exchange asserts itself as a fundamental value through a set of themas which can be as well spatial (doors, windows) as verbal (the functions of language, the fulfilled dynamics of questions ans answers). An anti-narcissus, cadou incarnates a generous orphism, softy "panic" (cf. Pan) in which the whoman, children and privileged animals are active figures. As a supreme value love demands a quasi mystical transparency. An ever-faithful man, the poet grew up out of his geographical, social and verbal fertilizing soil. He was born of the ordinary people and never stopped testifying to that belonging. The unpublished story poetry and the people shows that cadou was an exemplary conciliator. If he enjoyed populism (in novels or poetry) he also showed he was fond of popular, literary or paraliterary, culture. A member of the rochefort school or by himself, he committed himself in his own way by addressing everybody

Nowadays, video lectures are a very popular way to transmit knowledge, and because of that, there are many repositories with a large catalog of those videos on web. Despite all benefits that this high availability of video lectures brings, some problems also emerge from this scenario. One of these problems is that, it is very difficult find relevant content associate with those videos. Many times, students must to watch the entire video lecture to find the point of interest and, sometimes, these points are not found. For that reason, the proposal of this master’s project is to investigate and propose a novel framework based on early fusion of low and high-level audio features enriched with external knowledge from open databases for automatic topic segmentation in video lectures. We have performed preliminary experiments in two sets of video lectures using the current state of our work. The obtained results were very satisfactory, which evidences the potential of our proposal.

În articolul de faţă este dezvăluită colaborarea lui G. Meniuc cu Tatiana Găluşcă pe tărâmul cuvântului artistic, ceea ce l-a determinat să pătrundă mai temeinic în universul spiritualităţii populare, să ajungă la „o sinteză dintre geniul anonim şi valoarea individuală”, oferindu-i noi posibilităţi de resurecţie în modulaţiile codului estetic al poporului, a eticii sale multiseculare de viaţă. Odată ce „lumea asta e o transpunere în mit, vis de care are nevoie omul”, sugestie vehiculată de T. Găluşcă, G. Meniuc a reuşit să sintetizeze nişte imagini poetice, ce se redimensionează în conformitate cu straturile arhaice ale mentalităţii populare, acestea fiind dirijate de o logică mitică interioară, de resorturi şi stări sufleteşti deosebite. Reprezentările populare şi toposurile folclorice prefigurează în viziunea lui G. Meniuc un mediu tradiţional, omniprezent în mai multe versuri, determină aprofundarea anumitor aspecte ale realităţii artistice curente. Dialogul G. Meniuc vs T. Găluşcă, colaborarea lor sufletească pe tărâmul creaţiei artistice a devenit un frumos exemplu de comunicare spirituală, „o creangă de aur” menită să dăinuie dincolo de hotarele existenţei terestre.

In an effort to improve student engagement in large programming classes, this study proposes a pseudo-flipped (PF) method of teaching that combines the core principles of two popular teaching methods, traditional and flipped (or inverted), thereby mitigating the drawbacks of these methods. In traditional teaching, class time is mostly used by instructors to teach a class using pre-prepared lecture slides and smartboards or similar alternatives, whereas students, mostly passively, listen to the lecture and take notes. In a purely flipped class, all resources traditionally taught in classroom are moved outside the classroom, either as text, video, audio, students are expected to read or view lectures before class, and the instructor uses class time in solving problems. In the proposed PF method, students are taught in a traditional way for half the allocated time. For the other half, students solve problems in class with the instructor’s assistance. Similar to the flipped method, in PF, students learn concepts on their own outside the classroom using an interactive textbook. To fill gaps in their knowledge, instructors spend time teaching those core concepts in class by solving problems. PF promotes active learning by engaging students towards solving problems on learnt concepts. A survey is done in a programming class to find student opinion on how useful this pseudo-flipped method is on student engagement as opposed to traditional teaching. Both quantitative and qualitative analysis of the survey responses strongly favour the proposed method, with more than 70% of students in favour of it.

Ovariectomy is the most popular and reliable method of reproductive control in dogs. There are many health benefits to spaying. If spayed early enough, the risk of mammary gland neoplasia de-creases significantly, and ovariectomy also eliminates the possibility of pyometra. On the other hand, spaying and the absence of gonadal hormones is also associated with an increased prevalence of many health problems. Urinary incontinence, various orthopaedic disorders, endocrinologic disor-ders such as hypothyroidism, many neoplastic disorders (including hemangiosarcoma, osteosar-coma, lymphoma) and immune-mediated disorders are among the most common health problems associated with early spaying and spaying in general. Abstract:
The starting point of the expressions treated in communication is the polysemantic verb to eat, the core of which generates multiple fixed constructions of particular plasticity in the Romanian language. A microuniverse of figurative representations of the popular mind focused on the verb to eat will be outlined. The motivation of the expressiveness of some Romanian idiocies will be sought in the concrete of some things, activities and practices, beyond the sublimated or metamorphosed image from contemporaneity, an approach that requires the analysis of the archaic marks of the language, the effects of ellipsis and the substitution of terms, of the context, of contamination or interference. A distinction will be made between expressions of the „imaginary” type and those representing „copies of reality”, which illustrate autochthonous aspects of mentalities and manifestations in terms of social-cultural life and spirituality. The research of the origin of some phraseological expressions is part of the history of the language, of the various elements and structures of its vocabulary.

The Romanian-Ukrainian folklore dialogue started in the 50s of the 19th century and lasted until 1985. Publishing houses in the Republic of Moldova published five editions of stories, two books containing stories by the author and a volume of paremiological creation. From a numerical point of view, the contribution of Ukraine is about the same: five editions of stories, a collection of proverbs and sayings, a compartment of popular creation from four texts included in the book Songs of Moldova, trilingual edition: Romanian, Ukrainian and Russian and another compartment (seven legends and eight stories) placed in the Кодрii collection, which is, widely spoken, intended for prose. The texts of the stories are intended for young school and preschool age, the paremiological creation and the songs are addressed to the mature reader. The editions are distinguished by the quality of the translation, a good polygraphic execution, and the Ukrainian production grows by a solid number of copies: from 5 thousand to 200 thousand.

Publicación resultado en el marco del proyecto: Conflictividad socioambiental, victimización a la organización social y afectación al territorio: reconfiguración de la violencia en el departamento de Santander tras la firma de los acuerdos de paz entre el gobierno nacional y la guerrilla de las Farc (2017-2022). Colombia como Estado social de derecho, contempla distintos mecanismos para garantizar que todos y todas gocemos de los derechos fundamentales. Es por ello, que, a través de la Constitución Política de 1991, se consolidan una serie de dispositivos, que permiten a la ciudadanía hacer valer, respetar y garantizar los derechos individuales y los colectivos. En este sentido, en el capítulo 4 de nuestra constitución política se incluye el apartado de protección y aplicación de los derechos, que contempla los siguientes: la acción de tutela, la acción de cumplimiento, las acciones populares y de grupo. Así mismo, en el artículo 15 el habeas data, en el artículo 23 el derecho de petición y en el artículo 30 se refiere el habeas corpus. El presente documento es el resultado de un esfuerzo mancomunado entre el Instituto de Estudios Políticos de la UNAB y la Corporación Integrada para la Defensa de los Derechos Humanos, Sociales, Políticos, Culturales y Empresariales CORPOINDH que materializa el interés por brindar herramientas prácticas a los liderazgos sociales para el fortalecimiento de sus capacidades de defensa de los derechos humanos y empoderamiento frente a las instituciones estatales. En esta cartilla explicaremos de manera práctica y concisa cada uno de estos mecanismos anteriormente mencionados, buscando que se convierta en una herramienta útil para que los y las ciudadanas interpongan directamente las acciones correspondientes en caso de necesitarlas. Es clave mencionar que para hacer uso de la mayoría de estos mecanismos de protección no se requiere un abogado y que es indispensable en el marco de nuestros deberes que todos y todas tengamos apropiados conceptos básicos de nuestra constitución política y conozcamos nuestros derechos. La experiencia estudiada consiste en el diseño y puesta en marcha del presupuesto participativo en el distrito de Villa El Salvador (Perú), entre el año 2000 e inicios del 2002. Villa El Salvador es un distrito popular del sur de la ciudad de Lima que comenzó a formarse en 1971 a partir de la ocupación informal de tierras por parte de pobladores pobres sin vivienda y que para 2003 contaba con poco más de trescientos mil habitantes. Con base en el análisis realizado, se propone al lector un conjunto de siete lecciones útiles para quienes están interesados en impulsar prácticas de participación ciudadana: i) articular participación y responsabilización, ii) emplear el reconocimiento ciudadano y la ampliación de roles como incentivos a la labor de los funcionarios, iii) prestar suficiente atención a los procesos de implementación, iv) generar las condiciones necesarias para el aprendizaje organizacional, v) institucionalizar los cambios, vi) minimizar aquellos procesos que compiten con los participativos y vii) fomentar y mantener el compromiso de los políticos electos.
