Introdução: Os sarcomas uterinos constituem uma forma rara de neoplasia maligna que compreende cerca de 3% de todos os canceres uterinos. Os fatores de risco são pouco conhecidos e as formas de tratamento escassas, sendo o papel da quimioterapia e radioterapia limitado.
