<p>The article presents the research of genus <em>Crataegus</em> L. diversity in the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. We provided comparative analysis of specimens from the herbarium of the Institute of Botany of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Institute of Bioresources of Nakhchivan Section of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, and Nakhchivan State University to clarify the current state of the genus <em>Crataegus</em> L. in the flora of the Nakhichivan Autonomous Republic. Based on the analysis of field data and collected herbarium during 2004-2015 and literature data we revealed 22 species of the genus in the flora of the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic at present time. We also fixed that some 17 wildgrowing species occur in natural conditions, among them <em>Crataegus chlorocarpa</em> Lenne et C. Koch, <em>C. ferganensis</em> Pojark., <em>C. sanguinea</em> Pall., <em>C. songarica</em> C. Koch, <em>C. turkestanica</em> Pojark. were introducted into the culture and used in the landscaping of parks and gardens. We also considered the data on synonyms species, patterns of distribution among high-altitude zones, habitats as well as period of flowering and fruiting.</p>

Important parts of the forest sector are forest engineering constructions and capital construction of forest road network which improve the optimal management of forests and forest stands and their reasonable opening by a forest road network. The basic frameworks of forest road network are forest transport roads of various grades and categories. The paper discusses the basic parameters of forest transport roads such as the length of forest transport roads and their density outspread to the area of a particular district above all. The conditions of forest opening in 41 Natural Forest Regions of the Czech Republic and in the Czech Republic as a whole are shown and confronted on the basis of these parameters. A dilemma of the double division of forest transport roads according to the standard ČSN 73 6108 – Lesní dopravní síť (Forest Transportation Network) and according to the methodology used by Forest Management Institute in Brandýs nad Labem is also described in the paper. Although it is not suitable to use two methods of evaluation, there is no tendency to unify it.

The research will evaluate financial dependence under qualitative and quantitative approaches, applying economic and financial indicators based on the analysis of Ecuador's credit cooperation for the presidential period 2017-2020, where the fluctuation in the price of a barrel of oil and the health emergency were factors that aggravated the economy, affecting the growth of the gross domestic product from 2.4 to -8.8% in the study periods, originating the establishment of credit relationships with international financial organizations such as the International Monetary Fund, Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank, Bank of Development for Latin America and China Development Bank with whom Ecuador, under a counterpart of risk reduction in structural adjustment policies and adoption of regulatory frameworks, found relief in the fiscal gap to comply with its national development plan despite explicit disapproval of the population. Markéta Novotná Abstract - The Feudo-vassal System on Royal Estates in Early Modern Bohemia The study is devoted to the topic of feudo-vassal relations in early modern Bohemia presented on a sample of specific royal and chamber domains at the castle Karlštejn. The first part of the thesis describes how the feudo-vassal tenures were treated in Czech and European historical studies, using impulses from the philosophy and sociology. The others chapters are dedicated to the main object of this analysis - to the Karlštejn vassal system - a group of small-sized estates connected to castle Karlštejn through feudo-vassal bonds. The second chapter of the thesis deals with the problem of historical consciousness, where the castle Karlštejn is imagined as the site of "the national memory", which strongly effected the interpretation of the Karlštejn vassal system. The third (main) part of the thesis presents the factual analysis of the Karlštejn vassal system from the last third of sixteenth century to the turn of the seventies and the eighties of the next century. The work submitted is focused on the issue of the feudal institute. Based on an analysis of the Latin terminology, the metamorphoses of the terminology and its context, it attempts to capture the form and importance of this phenomenon in 'everyday practice', as it is portrayed particularly by the diplomatic sources. The text is comprised of two basic parts. The first section deals with the composition of the image of the feudal institution on the background information of the sources of imperial provenience. It is not possible to treat the imperial sources as whole within this work and so attention is focused on the wider region spread in the area of Harz, which is delimited by five bishoprics - Miessen, Naumburg, Hildesheim, Halberstadt and Merseburg. The basic sources are the diplomatic materials of the mentioned dioceses, which complement the collection of documents of the two most powerful secular ducal families asserting influence in this area in the long term - the Houses of Welph and Ascania. The subject of the analysis is first of all the Latin, or German, terminology and its importance in the range from ca the 10th to the beginning of the 14th centuries. Considering the state of the preserved document production, however, the main attention focuses on the last two centuries of the period mentioned....

This text deal with school choices by parents of children who are currently visiting forest kindergarden. This thesis is offering answers on questions: which aspects play a rule and influent parents choices of preprimary and primary schools for their children. The impact of this work is offer an insight and better understanding into phenomenon of growth of forest kindergarden and also prediction of the possible development of this institution in the future. This work recognize parents as policy active participants who are by their school choices reacting on broadly available offers from educational system. Content of this thesis is also distinction of three types of kindergarden which were recognised. Inside this different forest kindergarden were observed three atypic communities following different values and ways of life. The impact of this work is better understanding of what parents really want, what they ask and desire to get from the educational system and how they react when they can not meet their needs and preferences in the offers from educational system.
