The aim of this thesis was to handle the problems of the literary tribodiagnostic, aviation oils using in piston engines and to provide analysis from taking oil samples from monitoring engines during working, evaluate it and recommend corection in maintanence service of these engines on based results typify as graphs. In chapter Analysis of the present state, there is described principle of working oil system in aviation engines including attributes of motor oils and demand requirements. The last part in this chapter is devoted to tribodiagnistic. In chapter Objective and methodology of thesis, there are described the machine on which the measurement was carried out and the methodology of individual tribodiagnostic analysis and sampling. Chapter Results contains the graphs based on the measured values including partial conclusion of the measurement and discussion.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with problems of electromagnetic fields' simulations in the aerospace industry. Electromagnetic effects of the external environment that maybe met during a standard flight (high-intensity radiated fields and lightning strike) are described hereinafter with a reference to their simulations on a digital mockup. A brief summary of the nowadays methods and solvers in computational electromagnetics to be practically used for the modeling and simulations in this field is elaborated as a base for the following parts of the diploma task. The next goal was to create a convenient model simulation of the researched object semi-composite aircraft EV55, on which chosen computing methods will be compared with the results of the real measuring.

This thesis deals with design, development and testing of device for collecting fly data in ultralight airplane or helicopter. The basic collected value is a count of fly hours of each pilot. Additional fly data are latitude, longitude and altitude. Purpose of this device is a fair pricing for use of the airplane. Another utilization is in analysis of flight path or in pilot training. This device is succesfully made from miniature computer Raspberry Pi and uses GPS data. A reader will be informed about aviation regulations, embedded systems, global positioning system and wireless internet connection.

The work deals with the issue of the current solution of on-board network regulation in aircraft using Walter-made Czech engines, especially Walter M137 and M337. The work deals with the style of the currently used solution for operating the generator and the possibilities of its replacement using modern technologies. The design and production of the newly designed device follows. An essential part of the work is also the identification of the system of the original solution and the associated design of a new controller. The work compares the original and proposed solution in several defined points. This Master´s Thesis Usage of drones in the Logistics of the company SKODA AUTO a.s. reacts to the current trend of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) which are being used in many areas. Aim of this thesis is to analyse laws which regulate the operation of drones in selected countries, to assess suitability of drones for specific process of inventory of empty containers in the company SKODA AUTO a.s. and to suggest an alternative solution for this process. Thesis investigates usage of drones in the Logistics mainly for goods delivery and stock inventory. Mass drone delivery is currently not feasible due to many problems and challenges. Stock inventory has become a reality. Analysis of legislation is focused on EU, Czech Republic, Germany and China. Technology for inventory of empty containers using drones in SKODA AUTO a.s. has a long payback period (21 years) and author does not recommend drones for this process based on this criterion. As an alternative solution, the technology designed at AUDI company is recommended (camera placed on forklift and software for automated container identification).

Abstract:
Nowadays number of UAVs is still increasing. If we want to design their autopilot system, we need a simulation model to test and tune our autopilot design. This thesis is about creating such model fo small fixed wing UAV. This thesis contain information how to create the model, which equations to use and what various parameters mean. One of the possibilities is parameter identification from measured data. In later part of this paper is a small research of this topic and implementation of two of them. Virtual model, which is obtained at the end of this work, accomplished its primary goal and was used to initial autopilot design. Implemented identification methods worked as well, but we didn't succeed in upgrading the model parameters due to the defects during the data measurement.

The thesis aims to design and implement an Android application with ability to control the autopilot of the Skydog aircraft model using the wireless telemetry. The application shall receive data from an aircraft model gathered from various installed sensors. These data shall be then processed and corresponding instructions for autopilot shall be sent back. When collision with terrain or obstacle is detected, the application shall send instructions to autopilot to avoid such collision. RRT algorithm is used to find collision-free flight trajectory. Database of known obstacles and digital terrain model are provided to application in formats XML and GeoTIFF respectively.

Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá přestavbou dvoumotorového letounu EV-55 vyvíjeného společností Evektor s.r.o. na požární verzi. Konstrukční úprava odpovídá předpisu CS-23 Amendment 3. Nejprve je provedena studie a porovnání se současnými konkurenčními požárními letouny. Na základě této studie je zhodnocena vhodnost letounu EV-55 pro přestavbu na požární verzi a stanoveny požadavky, které musí požární EV-55 splňovat z hlediska konkurenceschopnosti. Na základě těchto požadavků a certifikačních předpisů je provedena hlavní část práce - konstrukce hasicího zařízení a navrženy nutné konstrukční úpravy trupu letounu. Dle uvedeného předpisu je dále provedena pevnostní kontrola zařízení a trupu s úpravami. Na závěr je zhodnocen vliv hasicího zařízení na letové výkony a stabilitu letounu.

Abstract:
Introdução: As displasias esqueléticas correspondem a um grupo heterogêneo de cerca de 400 condições que afetam o desenvolvimento ósseo e tem prevalência de 9,1/1.000 óbitos perinatais. Formas precoces, diagnosticadas na gestação pela ultrassonografia (USG), podem levar à morte neonatal por hipoplasia pulmonar e outras complicações respiratórias. Todavia, o diagnóstico etiológico da displasia esquelética dificilmente é feito. A abordagem sindrômica é mais comum e permite avaliar a chance de evolução letal após o nascimento. A osteogênese imperfeita (OI) é uma das displasias mais comuns, caracterizada por fragilidade e baixa massa óssea, e é consequência, na maior parte das vezes, de mutações heterozigóticas autossômicas dominantes nos genes COL1A1 ou COL1A2. Pela Classificação de Sillence, pode ser dividida em sete grupos, sendo o tipo II letal no período neonatal e o III de elevada gravidade, enquanto as outras formas apresentam melhor prognóstico. Objetivo: Relatar o caso de paciente encaminhada a centro de referência por gestação com malformação fetal sugestiva de displasia esquelética e evolução dessa. Material e Métodos: Revisão de prontuário para acesso à internação e à evolução do caso, associado à revisão literária nas bases de dados do PubMed e Uptodate. Resultados: L.C.S., 35 anos, GIIIPII (um parto normal e uma cesariana), portadora do vírus HIV em uso de terapia antirretroviral (TARV) e de hipertensão crônica, foi admitida em um centro de referência com 31 semanas por encurtamento de membros fetais. A USG identificou encurtamento grave de todos os ossos longos, relação cardiotorácica aumentada, mandíbula protraída e alvéolos dentários desalinhados, sugestivo de displasia esquelética com hipoplasia pulmonar e prognóstico provavelmente letal. Com 37 semanas, teve o diagnóstico de pré-eclâmpsia sobreposta e iniciada indução do parto via Krause e ocitocina. Evoluiu com parto vaginal de RN feminino, peso 1690 g, Apgar 5/7 com desconforto respiratório. Apresentava fraturas de membros e foi encaminhada à Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI) Neonatal logo após o nascimento. Realizado tratamento com pamidronato, vitamina D e carbonato de cálcio, porém evoluiu com óbito após cinco dias por insuficiência respiratória. Conclusão: O diagnóstico antenatal da OI é baseado em achados ultrassonográficos típicos a partir do segundo trimestre, com fraturas in útero gerando calos ósseos, deformidades nos ossos longos e redução do comprimento dos membros, costelas curtas com fraturas e crânio com mineralização reduzida. Porém, alguns desses achados podem ser encontrados em outros tipos de displasia esquelética. A revisão literária mostra que a cesariana não diminui a taxa de fraturas ao nascimento em crianças com formas não letais, nem prolonga a sobrevida naquelas com prognóstico letal. Nos sobreviventes, o tratamento consiste em fisioterapia e cirurgia ortopédica, podendo haver benefício com uso de bifosfonados. Nas formas graves e letais, a causa mortis geralmente se deve à insuficiência respiratória por falência mecânica da caixa torácica.

Abstract:
Estudar as lutas políticas armadas pode colocar em evidência as complexas interações entre cultura, tecnologia, materialidade e conflito político. O presente artigo apresenta um relato da luta armada das FARC-EP, um dos guerrilheiros colombianos, com o exército colombiano. Documentamos como a comunicação se tornou uma infraestrutura de guerra crucial e ambígua, onde a súbita introdução de tecnologias de localização pelo exército colombiano representou uma ameaça letal para o grupo guerrilheiro. Nossos entrevistados relatam um processo de aprendizado severo para diminuir esse novo risco, contando com uma combinação de crenças e compreensão técnica significativa. Nesse estudo, introduzimos o conceito de contraapropriação como processo forçado de adaptação de práticas e apropriação de tecnologias durante um conflito.

Abstract:
O melanoma é o câncer de pele mais letal em comparação aos ou- tros, entretanto, os pacientes apresentam um elevado ı́ndice de cura quando diagnosticado em seu estágio inicial. Por este motivo, tem sido propostas abor- dagens para o diagnóstico e detecção automática propostas por diferentes au- tores. Entretanto, o treinamento de modelos em bases de dados pequenas e não balanceadas apresentam diversos obstáculos. Dessa forma, esse trabalho em andamento tem o objetivo aplicar as técnicas de transferência de aprendizado para treinamento de modelos capazes de auxiliar no diagnóstico e triagem do melanoma. Resultado preliminares mostraram que uso da geração de dados sintéticos em conjunto com o fine-tuning da VGG16, apresentaram melhorias cruciais, aproximadamente 100% de sensibilidade e 93,75% de especificidade.

Abstract:
Introdução: Compostos mesoiônicos, são substâncias lipofílicas que possuem uma distribuição desigual de elétrons, lhes permitindo ter atividade biológica. Nesse trabalho foi estudada a citotoxicidade e efeito antiangiogênico do composto mesoiônico MI-D (cloreto de 4-fenil-5-[4-nitrocinamoil]-1,3,4- tiadiazólio-2-fenilamina), sobre células de neuroblastoma (SH-SY5Y). Para os experimentos envolvendo a angiogênese foi utilizada a membrana corioalantóica (CAM) de embrião de galinha, um tecido extra embrionário, altamente vascularizado que apresenta respostas semelhantes a mamíferos. Objetivos: Avaliar histologicamente os resultados do uso do MI-D sobre células de neuroblastoma (NB) enxertadas na CAM. Material e métodos: Para os testes de citotoxicidade in vitro, foram cultivadas células de neuroblastoma em meio DMEM, essas foram expostas a diferentes concentrações da droga (1,6; 3,12; 6,25; 12,5; 25 e 50 µM), por 24 horas, após isso foi avaliada a perda de viabilidade celular. Os experimentos in vivo foram realizados no 9º dia embrionário dos ovos, foi feita uma abertura na casca para a expor a CAM e nela colocados implantes contendo células tumorais acompanhadas de diferentes concentrações de MI-D (12,5, 25 e 50 µM) e retornadas à incubação. 3 dias depois, as janelas foram reabertas para documentação fotográfica da CAM e contagem de vasos. Uma amostra da membrana foi removida para o estudo histológico e o embrião foi eutanasiado. Resultados: A droga in vitro, provocou uma grande redução na viabilidade celular (cerca de 60-80%). Nos testes in vivo observou-se a fixação das células do NB na membrana. Porém, não foi possível observar o efeito antiangiogênico do composto, pois que ele foi letal aos embriões. Conclusão: Observou-se que o MI-D apresentou capacidade citotóxica in vitro, ocasionando grande perda na viabilidade celular. Os experimentos envolvendo a CAM, mostraram, nas análises preliminares, que as células de NB conseguiram se fixar na membrana. Mas nas condições desse protocolo, o MI-D foi letal aos embriões.

Premiado en multitud de ocasiones, representaba la apertura de la arquitectura española hacia la Modernidad tras el letargo de su guerra civil. Considerado obra maestra, hoy día es referente para todos. Los poemas personales y dibujos de José Antonio Corrales, destilan su mirada atenta y sensible al Lugar. Sus proyectos la respuesta. Bruselas ya lo anunciaba. Ante la Ciudad Compacta, planteada por el Congreso, parece ser el mismo Corrales el que responde. En 1964, proyecta en solitario, un crecimiento para la ciudad de La Coruña, en Galicia, España. La Unidad Vecinal nº3 en el Polígono de Elviña: 400 viviendas, locales comerciales, guardería, garajes. Todo ello distribuido en bloques, torres y viviendas unifamiliares. Verdadera ciudad compacta radical. La Ciudad Concentrada, es resuelta por él mediante las herramientas que mejor maneja: plantas y secciones trabajando conjuntas, afinadas, exactas y esenciales. Sin renunciar a la réplica atenta al Lugar. El sol, la orientación, los recorridos, la economía, el material, el programa, la función, el vocabulario propio del sitio... todo entra en juego. Pero también la vida de sus futuros habitantes. Propondrá una nueva vida urbana. La ciudad crece compacta pero sensible. Mediante documentos originales de su archivo, Corrales nos presentará la respuesta de un Maestro de la arquitectura. Escuchemos atentos.
