Low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (LGFMS) and sclerosing epithelioid fibrosarcoma (SEF) are rare tumors with distinct sets of morphological features, both characterized by MUC4 immunoreactivity. Tumors exhibiting features of both entities are considered hybrid LGFMS-SEF lesions. While the majority of LGFMS cases are characterized by FUS-CREB3L2 gene fusions, most cases of pure SEF show EWSR1 gene rearrangements. In the largest study of hybrid LGFMS-SEF tumors to date, all cases exhibited FUS rearrangements, a similar genetic profile to LGFMS. We herein describe the clinicopathological features and

Abstract:
Due to the heavy burden of local financing and infrastructure construction tasks, local government financing vehicles (LGFVs) have accumulated significant outstanding debts. Some of these debts, characterized by high borrowing costs, have resulted in substantial interest payment pressures, posing severe short-term liquidity risks and long-term challenges to sustainable development. This paper aims to explore how LGFVs can establish a solid foundation for market-oriented transformation while effectively addressing existing local debt and the default risks of LGFV bonds. Objective: We evaluated the use of leftover graft materials in dental procedures, the sterilisation methods used, and the storage conditions and durations under which leftover graft materials (LGMs) were stored. Materials and Methods: An online survey of 200 Turkish dentists was conducted. The survey consisted of 14 open-ended and multiple-choice questions. Information was sought about the types of grafts the dentists used, their frequency of use, the use of LGMs, whether such LGMs were sterilized before use, and their preferences regarding storage conditions before use. Low-grade myofibroblastic sarcoma (LGMS) is a very rare, atypical myofibroblastic tumor with fibromatosis-like features with predilection mostly in head and neck region. LGMS occurs primarily in adult patients with a slight male predominance. Only few cases of LGMS affecting the larynx have been reported in literature to this date. We describe a case of low-grade myofibroblastic sarcoma of the larynx in a 40-year-old male patient. The clinicopathological characteristics, immunohistochemical findings and treatment are discussed.

Latent growth models (LGMs) are an application of structural equation modeling and frequently used in developmental and clinical research to analyze change over time in longitudinal outcomes. Maximum likelihood (ML), the most common approach for estimating LGMs, can fail to converge or may produce biased estimates in complex LGMs especially in studies with modest samples. Bayesian estimation is a logical alternative to ML for LGMs, but there is a lack of research providing guidance on when Bayesian estimation may be preferable to ML or vice versa.
