Tumbuhan Libo (Ficus variegate Blume) merupakan salah satu tumbuhan liar, dan bagian daunnya tidak pernah dimakan oleh ulat. Pada tahap ini dilakukan kajian aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak daun libo dari berbagai metode ekstraksi. Penelitian ini mengkaji perbedaan aktivitas antioksidan dari metode ekstraksi maserasi (cara dingin) dan refluktasi (cara panas). Hasil IC50 dari masing-masing metode dengan DPPH (2,2-Diphenyl-1-Picrylhydrazyl) 0,04% adalah 46,3 ppm untuk maserasi dan 120,9 ppm untuk refluktasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa suhu pemanasan mempengaruhi aktivitas antioksidan.

Not only does this inscription attest to the prevalence of the Punic language in the suburbs of Lepcis Magna, but it also provides evidence for the diffusion of Phoenician religion in this area. This study assessed the antioxidant potential of methanol (EM) and purified (EP) extracts of Libo fruit collected from four regions in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. This study aimed to describe a new specimen of cavefish collected from a karst cave in the Daqikong area of Libo County, Guizhou. Twenty-six cavefish specimens were collected and identified as a new species of Balitoridae: Nemacheilinae, and named Oreonectes daqikongensis sp. n. A genetic analysis was performed and showed that its genetic distances from Oreonectes shuilongensis and Oreonectes platycephalus are higher than intraspecific distances. Discovery of this species will be helpful to understand the distribution of Oreonectes.
