Abstract:
Within the framework of developing fundamental scientific discipline “e-librarianship”, the RNPLS&T designs its electronic terminological dictionaries. The authors describe the System of Electronic Dictionaries being developed by the Russian National Public Library for Science and Technology. For today, the System comprises subject terminological dictionaries and dictionaries of abbreviations, i. e. “Electronic terminological dictionary on SIBID”, “Union terminological dictionary in e-librarianship”, “Information technologies in education:The electronic terminological dictionary”, and “Electronic dictionary of standardized abbreviations in the Russian and 25 foreign European languages for bibliographic records”. The goal is to organize and systematize the terminology in the library and information sciences and related disciplines, which is especially important in the period of intensive development of e-librarianship as a fundamental scientific discipline. The practical significance of these electronic dictionaries is evidenced by the statistics of page traffic at RNPLS&T website where the dictionaries are accessible for free loading and further use. The characteristics and design principles of the subject terminological dictionaries are analyzed; the software designed at RNPLS&T for building them is described. The focus is made on methodological guidelines on how to manage the databases of subject terminological dictionaries.

Abstract:
The lexicographical information resources are being studied by many scientific disciplines: the library science, bibliography, bibliology, lexicography, etc. The author examines the polar-opposite opinions regarding the terms “typology” and “classification”, i. e. their synonymity or absolute demarcation. As a result of scholarly discussions, the terms “bibliotypology” and “typological classification”, “typology of classification”, “typology of typologies”, etc., emerged. The major problems of classification/typology of lexicographical information resources are analyzed. These problems hinder the reference and bibliographic user services. The problems embrace comprehension of modern lexicographical processes, diversity of classifications/typologies, dictionary boom, rise in the number of dictionaries, their types and genres, typological and aspectual synonymity of dictionaries, etc. The solutions for these types of information resources are suggested (integrated studies by lexicographers, linguists, information and library scientists; identification of major groups of characteristics to be used in classification/typology of lexicographical information resources, etc.). The author’s alphabet explanatory synonymic glossary “The vectors of modern national lexicography” [in Russian] and the alphabet union synonymic bibliography “The modern dictionaries of the Russian language” comprise the terms essential for reference and bibliographic services when executing queries of lexicographical and socio-humanitarian character.

Abstract:
The library of the teacher and gymnasiarch of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy Ivan Samoilovych (c. 1737–1783) is a little-studied aspect of the history of the KMA and an extraordinary phenomenon in the domestic historical library science. Until now, it has not been the subject of independent historical and library research. Samoilovich was the teacher of rhetoric, poetics, and German. The main source base for the study of his library is the registration list concluded after the death of the owner in 1783, which numbered 1,147 items, and old prints which are now stored in the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine in the department of libraries’ and historical collections and in the collections of the rare books department. The bibliographic analysis of the library fund showed that the composition of the book collection reflects the professional activity of the owner and the range of his intellectual interests. The topics of the books cover a wide range of interests: editions of grammars, dictionaries, works used for translations from Latin and German, works on public speaking, works by ancient authors and European humanists of the Renaissance, works on philosophy, logic, theology, natural sciences, medicine, general and church history, pedagogy, library affairs, and fiction.

Abstract:
The open science initiatives, growing number of open resources (digital collections, institutional repositories, open educational resources, scientific data, etc.), changing user information needs and preferences hang like a sword of Damocles over the libraries and threaten with the absence of demand for science and education support. The purpose of the study is to identify librarians’ awareness of the world open access resources (OAR) and their role in developing library and information products and services. The author analyzes OAR structure, Russian librarians’ awareness of 50 largest OAR structured by document type (books and articles, dissertation, preprints, data sets, learning materials, patents and standards, encyclopedias and dictionaries, scientific information retrieval systems). She also emphasizes the problems of mastering global OAR by Russian academic librarians, their interest toward practical use of OAR in library and information user services. The findings of the study demonstrate the possibility for the libraries to build their value in the market of information OAR and to become essential part of the modern science information ecosystem, to assist in managing scientific content and document retrieval, and to provide subject-oriented teaching and consulting of users.

Abstract:
Abstract Lexicographical works accompany human development both in a technical-scientific and cultural. In the case of dictionaries, the heterogeneity of goals, tasks and target audience are responsible for characterizing its nature. In information science, we analyze two dictionaries in the field: the Dicionário de Biblioteconomia e Arquivologia (2009) and ODLIS: Online Dictionary for Library and Information Science (2010), aiming to reflect on their positives and negatives. The work is justified for two reasons: first by the lack of lexicographical studies in the area, and second by the recurrent problem of inarticulate systematization of technical dictionaries. The theory is based on the analysis of lexical Debove-Rey (1971) that divides the organization of the macrostructure in dictionary entries (or entries), and the microstructure (definitions) and the slope of Günther Haensch (1982), adding the analysis of the pre-and post-textuais.Para conclusion, it appears that every dictionary, in its coverage and scope has an important role in the field of information science, contributing both in research as experts in the everyday professionals. However, some aspects of its structure and organization could be rethought in light of the needs of those users, incorporating the precepts of lexicographical studies, yet little widespread in Information Science.

Abstract:
Purpose This paper aims to describe the structure of an aligned Serbian-German literary corpus (SrpNemKor) contained in a digital library Bibliša. The goal of the research was to create a benchmark Serbian-German annotated corpus searchable with various query expansions. Design/methodology/approach The presented research is particularly focused on the enhancement of bilingual search queries in a full-text search of aligned SrpNemKor collection. The enhancement is based on using existing lexical resources such as Serbian morphological electronic dictionaries and the bilingual lexical database Termi. Findings For the purpose of this research, the lexical database Termi is enriched with a bilingual list of German-Serbian translated pairs of lexical units. The list of correct translation pairs was extracted from SrpNemKor, evaluated and integrated into Termi. Also, Serbian morphological e-dictionaries are updated with new entries extracted from the Serbian part of the corpus. Originality/value A bilingual search of SrpNemKor in Bibliša is available within the user-friendly platform. The enriched database Termi enables semantic enhancement and refinement of user’s search query based on synonyms both in Serbian and German at a very high level. Serbian morphological e-dictionaries facilitate the morphological expansion of search queries in Serbian, thereby enabling the analysis of concepts and concept structures by identifying terms assigned to the concept, and by establishing relations between terms in Serbian and German which makes Bibliša a valuable Web tool that can support research and analysis of SrpNemKor.

Abstract:
The authors attempt to determine which of two adjectives are preferable to be used to describe processes and/or objects of cognition within scientific disciplines related to modern libraries, and whether these two terms are the synonyms to be reasonably equally used. The history of the adjectives digital and electronic as well as of the related terms is described; the definitions are given as they appear in Oxford and Cambridge dictionaries of the English language. The modern-day use of these adjectives, in particular in library and information activities and studies is assessed. The findings of the analysis of the websites of major world library associations are presented, e.g. those of International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) and American Library Association (ALA). The history of use and the current status of the adjectives digital and electronic in library and information practice and scientific studies are analyzed. Within the context of the problems set forward in the article, the state terminological standard GOST 7.0.103-2018 “Library and information services. Terms and definitions” is reviewed. The authors conclude that the two adjectives are synonymous and may be used equally when solving theoretical and/or practical problems in library and information activities and studies; and that the combinations digital/electronic libraries and digital/electronic library science are equally acceptable.

Abstract:
The atomic structure is one of the chemical metrics studied in high schools and universities. The concept of atomic structure in learning chemistry in schools and universities is usually not associated with religion, especially the Qur'an, so as if learning atomic structure is a separate science and has no connection with the Qur'an. To show that the Qur'an is a guideline for humanity, including examining the natural sciences including chemistry, the authors want to examine the concept of atomic structure based on chemistry and the perspective of the Qur'an which aims to determine the concept of the development of atomic models, particles basic and electron configurations based on chemistry and the Qur'anic perspective. The data collection technique used in this study is literature (Library Research), namely studying the Qur’an and studying reading books, journals, dictates, dictionaries, and scientific works. From this study shows that the Qur'an has been proven to explain the concept of atomic structure first and in the Qur'an there is the concept of atomic structure which is in line with the chemical concept proposed by chemists.

Abstract:
This brief thirty-year history of Lexicons of Early Modern English, an online database of glossaries and dictionaries of the period, begins in a fourteenth-floor Robarts Library lab of the Centre for Computing and the Humanities at the University of Toronto in 1986. It was first published freely online in 1996 as the Early Modern English Dictionaries Database. Ten years later, in a seventh-floor lab also in the Robarts Library, it came out as LEME, thanks to support from TAPoR (Text Analysis Portal for Research) and the University of Toronto Press and Library. No other modern language has such a resource. The most important reason for the emergence, survival, and growth of LEME is that its contemporary lexicographers understood their language differently from how we, our many advantages notwithstanding, have conceived it over the past two centuries.

Abstract:
Purpose This paper aims to develop a system, which would enable efficient management and exploitation of documentation in electronic form, related to mining projects, with information retrieval and information extraction (IE) features, using various language resources and natural language processing. Design/methodology/approach The system is designed to integrate textual, lexical, semantic and terminological resources, enabling advanced document search and extraction of information. These resources are integrated with a set of Web services and applications, for different user profiles and use-cases. Findings The use of the system is illustrated by examples demonstrating keyword search supported by Web query expansion services, search based on regular expressions, corpus search based on local grammars, followed by extraction of information based on this search and finally, search with lexical masks using domain and semantic markers. Originality/value The presented system is the first software solution for implementation of human language technology in management of documentation from the mining engineering domain, but it is also applicable to other engineering and non-engineering domains. The system is independent of the type of alphabet (Cyrillic and Latin), which makes it applicable to other languages of the Balkan region related to Serbian, and its support for morphological dictionaries can be applied in most morphologically complex languages, such as Slavic languages. Significant search improvements and the efficiency of IE are based on semantic networks and terminology dictionaries, with the support of local grammars.

Abstract:
The article attempts to reconstruct the genre and thematic composition of the library of the Kremenets Basilian Monastery, which was formed in the early 1820s, based on an analysis of the visitation protocol, in which a significant part is a description of the monastery library. At the beginning of the XIX century, the library had 2,156 volumes (1,241 works) published in the XVI–XVIII centuries and until 1821. Of these, 508 works (41%) date from the second half of the XVIII century. The presence in the library of 283 works (23%) published in 1801–1821 indicates that the library continued to be regularly replenished with new books. The geography of the publications covered the cities of the former Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Kyiv, Moscow, and Saint Petersburg. The basis of the library were works in Polish and Latin, numbered 640 and 440, respectively (52% and 35%). There were only 54 (4%) Cyrillic editions. The entire book collection is divided into thematic sections: Holy Scripture, divinity, law (civil and canonical), "books of ascetics," homiletics, philosophy, physics and mathematics, chemistry, geography, economics, history, rhetoric and poetics, "letters," grammar, medicine. In terms of the number of works, the largest is the section "History," which includes periodicals published in Warsaw and Vilnius in the early nineteenth century and fiction of instructive content. It is noted that many works by ancient authors, textbooks in many mathematical disciplines, dictionaries, phrasebooks, and grammars in Latin, Greek, Hebrew, Polish, German, French, and Russian were kept in the monastery library. The conclusion is that the themes of the monastery library in Kremenets in the early XIXth century reflected the state of the rich spiritual life of the Basilians, which closely combined the traditions of the Orthodox and Catholic Churches. The Basilians, through preaching and missionary activity, indeed spread and consolidated in society the spiritual and moral values that they nurtured within the walls of the monastery. The library in general, reflected the development of education, science, art, and contemporary socio-political thought in the Ukrainian lands.

Abstract:
Professional teachers according to the ontology review are teachers who are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, educator certificates, physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to realize national education goals. As for the epistemological review, to realize a professional teacher there are four stages that must be taken, namely: 1). Provision of university-based teachers, 2). Induction for novice teachers based on school, 3). Professionalization of teachers based on institutional initiatives, and 4). Teacher professionalization on an individual basis or becoming a civil teacher. While axiologically, professional teachers function to elevate dignity, act as learning agents to improve the quality of national education, aim to implement the national education system and realize national education goals. For this dedication, teachers as professional workers are entitled to receive, such as salary or income, respect, appreciation, protection, social welfare and so on. The purpose of this research is to find out in depth the professionalism of teachers by using a theoretical approach to the philosophy of science, namely in terms of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. This research is library research, namely the data needed to complete the research obtained from the library in the form of books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines and so on..

Abstract:
The world of physics for scientists is no longer a materialist empirical world, but leads to efforts to realize spirituality through science to find the highest essence of science. There is a parallel in thought between Sufism and modern physics, where Sufism is based on direct understanding into the natural world of reality and modern physics is based on on observations of natural phenomena and scientific experiments which are interpreted and communicated through words which will become too abstract when close to reality which causes awareness of facts. Sufism has very many values in modern physics, but this may be unnoticed by the Muslim community. Whereas in Sufism which takes the verses of the Qur'an there are many things that are actually in modern physics quantized in the form of formulas, which we can take as the rationality of the highest existence of the Creator (Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta'ala). so that modern physics can be used as an analysis of the verses of the Qur'an in demonstrating the essence of spirituality. This study uses the Library Research method with the main data source from the library in the form of books, articles, encyclopedias, dictionaries, and other written sources. To collect data through several stages, namely data inventory through collection of scientific works. The results of the research show that there are parallels between the thoughts in Sufism and modern physics regarding matter in this universe.

Abstract:
The article «Applying Google Trends to study the German legal deposit copy system» discusses the use of web tools to investigate current library science problems. Using web-based statistical method the author searches the following issues: the dynamics of interest in the subject of a legal deposit copy from the date of adoption of the Law on the German National Library (2006) to nowadays; relations of the public interest peak changes in this topic to certain phenomena in the social and cultural life of Germany; the federal dimension of these issues when comparing interest to the topic in different regions of Germany; the public opinion on the popularity of legal copy among traditional and electronic sources. The article is divided into four parts. The first one sets the work objective and main tasks, gives a general description of the chosen research method. The second part deals with the process of creating a semantic dictionary; analyzes traditional and electronic sources of synonymic dictionaries. It describes the strengths of such an online language matching service as semager.de. The third part dissects a group of keywords related to the topic of a legal deposit copy along with the most interesting and problematic, from the point of the author’s view, additional keywords such as the German National Library, network publications, and dissertations. Using web statistical tools the paper shows that the most intense issues regarding the legal deposit, the problems of the German National Library and online publications were raised in the lands of West Germany. Developing the legal deposit copy system will go, first of all, through online publications, greater cooperation with academic and scholar libraries; open access of scientific data and publications related to dissertations and theses of West German lands’ universities. The fourth part presents main conclusions and substantiates the method significance for library and sociological research.

Abstract:
The Slovak National Archives in Bratislava contain a large manuscript catalogue of an extensive book collection formerly located in one of the numerous residences of the branched aristocratic family Ziči, namely in Voderady near Trnava. The manuscript catalogue, entitled Catalogus Librorum Bibliothecae Vedrodiensis 1894 [A Catalogue of the Books of the Voderady Library 1894], presents a library which, according to information from the 19th century, contained about 12,000 volumes. In the catalogue, the books are divided into 19 thematic groups: theological works and prayer books, linguistic publications, dictionaries and manuals, periodicals, works on arts and crafts, Hungarian novels and short stories, German and Italian novels and short stories, French novels and short stories, English novels and short stories, the works of literature of other European and domestic provenance as well as ancient classics in various editions, memoirs, historical works, geographical literature and travelogues, natural-science publications, works on sports, specialised works on horse breeding, works on economy, legal and political works, and prints referred to as special works. This paper focuses on the thirteenth thematic group of the Voderady library, namely geographical literature and travelogues (Földrajz, Útleírás). This has been motivated by the fact that members of the Ziči family, the owners of the Voderady residence Jozef Ziči (1841–1924) and his brother Augustín (1852–1925), enjoyed not only travelling around Europe but also exploring distant exotic lands. Consequently, this group contains 717 registered titles, forming the largest group of the Voderady library. The presented literature in Hungarian, French, English and German comprises a wide range of works including travelogues, atlases and maps, tourist guides, manuals and professional geographical publications of both domestic and foreign provenance.

Abstract:
The word ‘periodical’ immediately calls to mind huge stacks of bound volumes neatly arranged on library shelves. Yet, in historical terms, it would be hard to claim that ‘periodical’ is a word endowed with a definite and univocal connotation. Even the criterion of ‘periodicity’ leaves a lot out of account. Forms historically assumed by periodicals often envisaged regular schedules of appearance, but this was often more of a wish than a reality. Thus, great care needs to be taken in accepting at face value the dating of issues and volumes. Scientific periodicals, whether purely professional or purely commercial (and the many forms in between), existed in given historical circumstances and had to compete with different and alternative forms of publication which were also issued in instalments (especially dictionaries and encyclopaedias). They were not the only or even the preferred vehicle for a scientist to communicate or engage in debate. The role of the reading public, in science as well as in many other matters, was never one of a passive receiver: during the long nineteenth century, in several countries, readers claimed the right to intervene in scientific debates, and favoured publications that appeared to accommodate their demands.

Abstract:
This paper examines some semantics aspects of Arabic motion verbs compared to their English counterparts. Although both languages belong to different remote families, both languages share some common features about Motion especially on the idea of locomotors vs. non-locomotors (translative and non-translative movement). A lexically-semantic comparison is drawn between motion verbs in both languages in terms of suggested semantic components such as Motion itself, Manner, Directionality, Path, Fictive, and Motion. The researchers used resources such as encyclopedias, library references books specially Mu’jam Lisan AL-Arab, Al-Mu'jam Al-Waseet, English dictionaries specially Oxford, Webster, and Longman, web sites to collect data of motion verbs under discussion. The paper concludes that the semantics components of Arabic verbs are quite similar to their English counterparts, but Arabic verbs differ greatly from English verbs in the notions that can be lexicalized.

Abstract:
<p>Objective: To examine current and developing data management roles and opportunities for health librarians<br />to become involved in electronic medical record (EMR) initiatives. This paper focuses on the Canadian context but has implications farther afield. Methods: To accomplish a state-of-the-art review, searches were conducted in the library and information science databases (LISTA, LISA), biomedical databases (MEDLINE, CINAHL, EMBASE), and on the web for grey literature. Keywords included: clinical librarian, health science librarian, medical librarian, hospital librarian, medical informationist, electronic medical record, EMR, electronic health record, EHR, data management, data curation, health informatics, e-science, and e-science librarianship. MeSH subject headings used were: Medical Records Systems, Computerized/, Electronic Health Records/, and libraries/. Results: There is little evidence of Canadian health librarians’ current involvement in EMR initiatives, but examples from the United States indicate that health librarians’ participation is primarily in system implementation, creating links to the medical literature, and using EMRs to provide patient health information. Further roles for health librarians are emerging in this area as health librarians draw on their core competencies and learn from e-science librarianship to create new opportunities. Data management examples from e-science librarianship, such as building data dictionaries and data management plans and infrastructure, give further direction to health librarians’ involvement in EMRs. Conclusion: As EMRs gradually become more popular in Canada, Canadian health librarians should seek further opportunities for education and outreach to become more involved with these EMR initiatives.</p>

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to identify the most important factors and features in the evolution of thesauri and ontologies through a dialectic model. This model relies on a dialectic process or idea which could be discovered via a dialectic method. This method has focused on identifying the logical relationship between a beginning proposition, or an idea called a thesis, a negation of that idea called the antithesis, and the result of the conflict between the two ideas, called a synthesis. During the creation of knowledge organization systems (KOSs), the identification of logical relations between different ideas has been made possible through the consideration and use of the most influential methods and tools such as dictionaries, Roget’s Thesaurus, thesaurus, micro-, macro- and metathesauri, ontology, lower, middle and upper level ontologies. The analysis process has adapted a historical methodology, more specifically a dialectic method and documentary method as the reasoning process. This supports our arguments and synthesizes a method for the analysis of research results. Confirmed by the research results, the principle of unity has shown to be the most important factor in the development and evolution of the structure of knowledge organization systems and their types. There are various types of unity when considering the analysis of logical relations. These include the principle of unity of alphabetical order, unity of science, semantic unity, structural unity and conceptual unity. The results have clearly demonstrated a movement from plurality to unity in the assembling of the complex structure of knowledge organization systems to increase information and knowledge storage and retrieval performance.

Aim: To propose a conceptual definition of fatherhood from the perspective of different disciplines and resources. Background: Fatherhood is frequently used in social and health science. Due to the shift of father’s role from breadwinner to actively involved in family supporting and child-rearing, an updated and clear concept of fatherhood should be needed. Design: Walker and Avant’s methods for concept analysis was used. Data Source: PubMed, Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health, the Cochrane Library, Embase, Scopus, Google Scholar, Online Dictionaries and thesauruses. Review Methods: The primary Search terms were fatherhood, father’s role, the role of fatherhood and father’s experience. Articles were not limited to research reports but also included books, case study and reviews. Results: A new definition of fatherhood is provided based on four components that include a status of father-child bonding and interpersonal relationship among individual, family and others, a person’s paternal identity, right and responsibility of supporting the child, and a reciprocal process constructed in social and cultural settings. Defining attributes, antecedents, and consequences are identified. Implications for nursing discipline are given. Conclusions: This concept analysis confirms a multi-faceted concept of fatherhood with a number of contributing domains, which can benefit the related instrument or theory development in the future.

The method used by the researcher was normative and library study based on the primary material (legislation), secondary material (scientific works, journals, books, documents, and other literature), and tertiary legal materials (legal dictionaries). The study results were that E-GMS is effective today, then regulated in Art 77 UUPT and PJOK Number 16/Pojk.04/2020, so that the Limited Liability Company members can carry out the GMS as usual without being physically present to break the chain of the Covid-19 pandemic. Although the e-GMS arrangements have been regulated in the legislation, the lex specialist derogat lex generalist principle cannot be ignored; article 16 paragraph (1) letter (m) and Article 18 UUJN are still prioritized so that the electronic deed of the GMS cannot be carried out or will resulting in the legal force of the proof being a private deed.

Abstract:
Purpose A hybrid approach is presented, which combines linguistic and statistical information to semi-automatically extract multiword term candidates from texts. Design/methodology/approach The method is designed to be domain and language independent, focusing on languages with rich morphology. Here, it is used for extracting multiword terms from texts in Serbian, belonging to the agricultural engineering domain, as a use case. Predefined syntactic structures were used for multiword terms. For each structure, a finite state transducer was developed, which recognizes text sequences having that structure and outputs the sequence in a normalized form, so that different inflectional forms of the same multiword term can be counted properly. Term candidates were further filtered by their frequencies and evaluated by two domain experts. Findings By using language resources, such as electronic dictionaries and grammars, 928 multiword terms were extracted out of 1,523 multiword terms that were recognized as candidates from a corpus having 42,260 different simple word forms; 870 of these were new, not already contained in the existing electronic dictionary of compounds for Serbian, and they were used to enrich the dictionary. Originality/value The paper presents methodology that can significantly contribute to the development of terminology lexicons in different areas. In this particular use case, some important agricultural engineering concepts were extracted from the text, but this approach could be used for other domains and languages as well.

Abstract:
The issue of interoperability in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry represents a challenge on a scale that spans across the project life cycle. This is predominant in the infrastructure sector that usually comprises a more versatile Operations and Maintenance (O&M) phase in comparison with the buildings sector. To this end, an important stage in the information life cycle is the asset information capture and validation during product procurement at the O&M phase. The water industry in the United Kingdom relies on Product Data Templates (PDTs) to fulfil such task, which is usually an error prone manual process. This paper presents an ongoing research, which investigates the application of Semantic Web Technologies (SWT) for improving product data exchange during product procurement at the O&M phase for the water industry in the United Kingdom (UK). Therefore, focus group sessions with industry experts were held to discuss current inefficiencies and solution requirements. Based on these results, a semantic common model named Asset Specification Ontology (ASO) was developed to capture and validate asset information during product procurement at the O&M phase. The common model (ontology) is based on available technologies, namely Web Ontology Language (OWL) and Shapes Constraint Language (SHACL). This gives the advantage of semantically rich data which can be linked and queried in a meaningful way to facilitate the exchange and validation of water industry assets’ data. The uniqueness of this paper is manifested in the issue it tackles, as efficient product procurement, and hence, data exchange in the water industry is an industrial challenge that is seldom researched. Results from the focus group sessions showed that information exchange within the UK water industry is impeded due to the lack of structured and semantic data. However, for a robust semantic interoperability, there needs to be a robust semantic data infrastructure, which would require semantic mappings from standards to product properties, from standards to other standards, and from standards to dictionaries. These conclusions were further supported by the common model, which was created from existing schemas, standards, and dictionaries. Generally, this paper recommends a common model/product library for phase-specific product data exchange in the water industry.

Abstract:
The word "Fiqh" in the Holy Qur'an, the narratives and interpretations of the scholars of the science of rijāl, has been used in various verbal and nominal forms. A look at the applications of this root in the mentioned sources shows that this word has undergone a semantic evolution from the time of the revelation of the Qur'an to the middle Ages. From the absolute understanding of the science of religion to the knowledge of the rules of Sharia, etc. At first glance, it is thought that in the interpretations of the scholars of rijāl, the word "Fiqh" has observed its literal meaning, while there are evidences that show this word, from the very first century, has distanced itself from its lexical meaning and usage and has been used in a specific meaning. In the present study, by using the library method and by describing and analyzing the extracted data, first the lexical meaning of the material in the Qur'an, the narrations of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and dictionaries have been examined and then with historical reference to the formation of Shiite hadith discourse, narrations and earlier rijālī reports in the use of this root has been analyzed. The result is that; what is meant by the Faqīh in the news of the authenticity of the narrators is the scholars aware of what is lawful and what is unlawful, rules and laws, which have sometimes been the place of reference and fatwā for other companions. However, the use of the word "Faqīh" in the earlier books of Shiite rijālī will mostly refer to the last stage of semantic evolution of the word "Fiqh".

Abstract:
In the 19th — early 20th centuries at St. Petersburg University, Scandinavian philology was understood as the study of Old Norse literary works, mostly in connection with the history of Russia, there was no teaching of modern languages. The first Scandinavian language, Swedish, was taught for the first time in 1935 and they began to actively study the Scandinavian languages. The Norwegian department was opened in 1945, the Danish in 1947. A great contribution to the scientific study of various aspects of Scandinavian languages was made by the scientific and organizational activities of professor M. I. Steblin-Kamensky, who published numerous works on Scandinavian linguistics, as well as on medieval literature and mythology. He initiated the creation of the country’s first department of Scandinavian philology at Leningrad University in 1958, which he headed for 30 years. The founder of Swedish linguistics was S. S. Maslova-Lashanskaya, author of the most important works. V. P. Berkov created a whole library with his works on the Norwegian language. He is recognized as one of the world’s largest lexicographers, a specialist in bilingual dictionaries. The Scandinavists who worked at the department in different years made a significant contribution to science. In 1972, the Dutch/Netherlands branch was opened, which in a short time showed great scientific potential. Professor I. M. Mikhailova, the author of numerous publications in the field of Dutch linguistics and literary criticism, is the head of the department of Scandinavian and Dutch Philology.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the role of phraseological units in English newspaper headlines. The aim of the work is to study and analyze pragmatic functions of phraseological units in the headlines of modern British and American newspaper articles. The notion of phraseological unit is revealed and its features are defined. The subject of the study is 185 phraseological units belonging to three groups, namely: phraseological units with a component related to the field of colour, music and weather. The research material includes 9,200 headlines of English newspapers, dated 2014-2018 and selected from the Questia Online Library. Using the method of continuous sampling, we selected phraseological units from the dictionaries The Oxford Dictionary of Idioms, Dictionary of English Idioms & Phrases and McGraw-Hill’s Essential American Idioms Dictionary. In addition, the frequency of use of phraseological units of the three groups in the headlines of British and American discourses was studied and analyzed. The study found that the most common of the three groups was the group of phraseological units with a component related to the field of colour. The second most common is the group of phraseological units with a component related to the field of music, and the least numerous is the group of phraseological units with a component related to the field of weather. In addition, it was determined what phraseological units are the most common in English newspaper headlines and which ones are the least common.
