Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem, který má implementace aplikace Enterprise Resource Planning na procesy a lidi v dané společnosti. Soustřeďuje se hlavně na změny v procesech, které tato implementace vyvolává a hodnotí jejich efektivnost pomocí příslušných metod, které jsou čerpány z literárních zdrojů. Dále je také zaměřena na to, jaký vliv měla implementace na zaměstnance společnosti a jak je jimi vnímána. Tento vliv a jeho vnímání jsou vyhodnoceny na základě výsledků výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření. Návrhová část poté zahrnuje doporučení, jak zavádět do firemního prostředí danou aplikace efektivněji a také jakým způsobem lze tuto aplikace uvést do firmy tak, aby byla zaměstnanci vnímána jako cenný pracovní nástroj, který zajistí pro správný chod společnosti.

The thesis deals with problems of creating maps for people with developmental disabilities. After analysis, it was necessary to admit that types of maps intended for people with developmental disabilities do not exist. Therefore, it was suggested to do our own cartographic work in co-operation with schools for students with developmental disabilities. It ought to make working with maps easier, especially for students attending schools for people with developmental disabilities. Three charts of the Czech Republic were created in scale 1 : 2 000 000. Subsequently a plan of Zlín was created in scale 1 : 4 000. The whole thesis is connected with issues of developmental disabilities, special education, especially educating of students with developmental disabilities. The main aim is joining creation cartographic work with intellectual level of people with developmental disabilities.

The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with management, manager, his personality, functions and roles, fundamental and individual style of management and situational management. In the practical part the knowledge obtained from the first part is applied to analyse the management style in three different selected enterprises.
The analysis is questionnaire based. The thesis deals with two types of questionnaires. The first self-assessment one was given directly to managers and the second one was given to five of his employees. Each manager was ranked intofundamental or individual style of management and style of theoretical situational leadership according to the assessment of both types of questionnaires. The thesis evaluatespreparedness of business teams to work on given tasks and the ability to take responsibility. Manager´s orientation to people, results and his leadership was identified as well. The conclusion is recommendation to managers what to focus on in order to better functioning of the business team.

The main idea was to create a pleasant urban environment, mostly by eliminating the negative effects, especially pedestrian's collisions with individual cars traffic and car congestion of the town centre.

Coaching is presented as a modern method of development potential employees on the basis of coaching freely determine their objectives over time achieve alone. Personal development of employees as well as the author considered a form of competitive advantage because satisfied and motivated employees are seen as a valuable source of the companies. Increased appetite for work, effort for increase their results and productivity, better perception of motivation - that all the author understands as the examples of positive results of coaching. To these positive effects were reached, it requires knowledge of substance and ideas, understanding of this method. The author is in the practical part of thesis focuses on students and graduates because she perceives them as a group preferred by modern companies. The aim of the practical part is to show which knowledge has the segmented group on the method and whether any such knowledge or ignorance is a sign of positive or negative results of coaching.

A pesquisa parte da preocupação humana em criar maneiras de responsabilização civil de seus semelhantes como fator de motivação para o desenvolvimento do processo civil. Esse desenvolvimento está atrelado à evolução dos conceitos de parte e terceiro, necessários para delimitação daqueles que seriam atingidos pelos efeitos da sentença condenatória. Com a descoberta do terceiro processual ligado juridicamente com o bem da vida ou com a situação jurídica conflitada, nasce o procedimento da intervenção de terceiros, no qual destaca-se a denunciação da lide como forma de fazer o garante de determinada obrigação responder dentro do mesmo processo, pela ação regressiva. Com o Código Civil de 2002 e as modernas tendências do processo civil, faz-se necessária uma releitura da denunciação da lide. Motivam, principalmente, a pesquisa as alterações referentes à evicção, o per saltum, a tutela antecipada, a natureza jurídica da denunciação e os temas da economia processual, da instrumentalidade do processo, da instrumentalidade das formas, do objetivo de evitar decisões conflitantes, da decisão justa e das condições da ação. A partir da análise dos dados, foi possível chegar às seguintes conclusões: 1- admite-se hodiernamente a evicção em hasta pública como forma de garantir a justiça na decisão e não desamparar o arrematanteevicto; 2- não atendendo o alienante à denunciação e sendo manifesta a procedência da evicção, pode o adquirente deixar de oferecer contestação, ou usar de recursos quando não tiver relação de direito material com aquele; 3- a denunciação da lide é direito do denunciante, pois é forma de alcançar a economia processual, a qual não pode ser tratada como obrigação, mas como tentativa de prestação de tutela com o máximo de resultados e o mínimo de esforços; 4- não é possível a condenação direta do denunciado frente ao adversário do denunciante, pois não existe litisconsórcio entre este e o denunciado, que não é alvo de qualquer pretensão deduzida na ação principal; 5- o CC de 2002 cria nova espécie de relação jurídica reflexa entre denunciante e denunciado, permitindo o per saltum como forma de prestigiar a economia processual; 6- admite-se a antecipação de tutela na denunciação, salvo quando, nos casos de evicção, o denunciante estiver de posse da coisa em litigio. Entretanto, admite-se tal tutela quanto a coisa alienada estiver deteriorada, exceto havendo dolo do adquirente.
The research begins from human worries to create civil responsibility as motivation to development of civil rules. This development is linked to the evolution of parties and third party concepts, necessary to establish who could be affected by sentence. With the discovery of third party connected with the chosen disputed on the process, the third party claim proceeding is created, in which stands out the third party complaint by means of making the real responsible to pay for the damage. With the new civil code and modern tendencies of civil rules, it becomes necessary a new reading about third party complaint. What specially motivate the research are the changes related to the eviction, the per saltum, the anticipated guardianship, the legal nature of denunciation and the subjects of the procedural economy, the process as instrumental, the forms as instrumental, the objective to prevent conflicting decisions, the just decision and the conditions of the action. From the analysis of the data it was possible to reach the following conclusion: 1- the eviction in auction is very recent admitted as a way to assure justice in the decision and not to abandon the buyer – the eviction one; 2- not taking care of the alienator one to the denunciation, and being manifest the origin of the eviction, the buyer can leave to offer plea, or to use of resources when it will not have legal material relationship with that one; 3- the implead is right of the denouncer, therefore it is form to reach the procedural economy, which cannot be treated as obligation, but as attempt of installment of guardianship with the maximum of results and the minimum of efforts; 4- the direct conviction of the denounced front to the adversary of the denouncer is not possible, therefore joinder of parties between this does not exist and the denounced one, that he is not white of any pretension deduced in the main action; 5- the civil code of 2002 creates new species of reflected legal relationship between denounced denouncer and, allowing per saltum as form to sanction the procedural economy; 6- it Is admitted anticipation of guardianship in the denunciation, saved when, in the eviction cases, the denouncer will be of ownership of the thing in process. However, such guardianship is admitted when the mentally ill thing will be spoiled, except having deceit of the buyer.

Sie liefert über die Erarbeitung und Pflege eines gemeinsamen Satzes von aktuell 24 umweltspezifischen Nachhaltigkeitsindikatoren eine quantitative Datenbasis für die Beurteilung der Umweltsituation in Deutschland und zur spezifischen Politikberatung, insbesondere für die Umweltministerkonferenz. Die LIKI wird vom Arbeitskreis Umweltökonomische Gesamtrechnung der Länder bei der Datenerhebung und der statistischen Auswertung unterstützt. Die Arbeitsergebnisse werden im Internet unter https://www.lanuv.nrw.de/liki/ dargestellt und halbjährlich aktualisiert. Weiterentwicklung, Anwendung und Trends der Indikatoren werden in regelmäßigen Erfahrungsberichten publiziert. Ziele, Strukturen und Ergebnisse der LIKI werden nachfolgend am Beispiel der auf Flächen bezogenen Indikatoren dargestellt.

Agriculture in Slovakia has historically gone through many stages of development. In the past, it was the main livelihood strategy for rural populations, where it reinforced social bonds and cooperation. Socialistic collectivization and the creation of Common agricultural cooperatives (JRDs) represented a violent transition that did not respect the historical and cultural traditions and their development. They resulted in rural populations losing their connection with the soil and marked the beginning of the deterioration of Slovak agriculture and depopulation of rural areas. JRDs were thus a massive blow for the character of Slovak countryside. Natural and climate conditions had been until that time the main factors shaping the architecture, which was therefore specific to every region. After JRDs’ arrival, outbuildings of family farms were slowly replaced with uniform large-scale structures. With the scale of these buildings not matching the surrounding environment and context, the aesthetic and residential value of rural areas was distorted. After the fall of the communist regime in Czechoslovakia and the incipient restitutions that followed, the intended revival of bonds between people and their soil never materialized. “Cooperatives” became companies struggling for survival in the now open market and farmers remained their employees. The importance of the countryside has risen in terms of its residential value, but severely deteriorated in the economic sense. Traditions surviving with the original rural populations mix with new modern elements of the in-migrating urban populations. A number of these cooperatives have gone bankrupt, with their premises abandoned, neglected and becoming derelict. Others have survived only to see most of their agricultural productivity decline relative to competition, which, too, resulted in many of their buildings being unutilized and neglected. Since these JRDs used to be part of the majority of villages, with 2759 rural settlements in Slovakia, their number is bound to be very high. They have left a deep imprint in the countryside which occupies soil and hinders the villages in their development. Is it therefore necessary for every village to have their own cooperative, if they tend to be either abandoned or utilized only partially? Transformation of this space into an area serving locals, supporting reinforcement of their social bonds and bonds with the village itself. Opening up former cooperatives for the rural populations.

This master's thesis prepared the programme which is able to follow the trajectories of the movement of people and based on this to create various statistics. In practice it is an effective marketing tool which can be used for instance for customer flow analyses, optimal evaluation of opening hours, visitor traffic analyses and for a lot of other benefits. Histograms of oriented gradients, SVM classificator and optical flow monitoring were used to solve this problem. The method of multiple hypothesis tracking was selected for the association data. The system's quality was evaluated from the video footage of the street with the large concentration of pedestrians and from the school's camera system, where the movement in the corridor was monitored and the number of people counted.

In first part of the thesis I describe the process of execution of stage design for certain productions. I draw inspiration from this description in third part of the thesis. Pursuant subjective criteria I try to name those elements and moments that could be important and I compare those in order to achieve relevant informations regarding common signs of my own work. In second part I try to find relation in wider context and I pay attention to history and thoughts of DADA movement. In third, last part of my thesis, I search for identical features of different productions and I examine possible influence of DADA movement on my work and I try to reveal my own identity as an artist.

The effort of every company is to lead its employees to good working results, which can be achieved in several ways. One of them is the correct motivation, which affects the behavior of people and helps them to achieve set goals. Various forms of motivation are used for efficient management of individuals and work teams. Using the appropriate method of motivation can be used to increase work performance of employees and thus improve results throughout the company.
The first part of diploma thesis is based on study of professional literature and summarizes theoretical knowledge of motivation. This section explains the basic concepts of motivation, motivation theory, and other factors related to motivation in the work environment.
The second part summarizes results of a survey of employees supplemented by interviews with members of leadership of selected companies. The aim of this part was to determine the level of employee motivation and satisfaction in the workplace.
The research results may be used by management of monitored companies as a starting point for improvement of existing motivational resources or for introduction of additional incentive programs, which would increase the efficiency of individual employees and the entire workforce.

The thesis on The Importance of Coaching for Leadership consists of the theoretical and the practical parts. The first part contains the explanation of basic concepts of management, leadership and specifies leadership styles and the personality of a manager.
Furthermore, this part deals with the motivation and its influence on the action of people. The important part of the thesis is the chapter about coaching, which is focused on the history of coaching. The part deals with the concept and key elements of coaching, the relationship between a coach and a person who is coached and it also mentiones what is not coaching.
The practical part consists of the evaluation of the questionnaire survey, whose goal was to discover if the managers of the monitored organisation are aware of coaching and if they are able to use it while managing their subordinates.
Suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of the use of coaching for the leaderships the monitored organization are based on these surveys conclusions.

Presented diploma thesis follows up a theme of employee motivation as one of the means of leadership practice. First theoretical part is focused on management theory, leadership proceeding from management practice and it presents how to motivate employees so they would work more efficient and satisfactory for an employer and for themselves.
At the end of the theoretical part there is a brief introduction of business organisation itself, its structure. There are presented different types of organisational structure and types of leadership.
Practical part follows with an issue concerning motivation of employees in a case study of practice in a specific company. It shows how employees are motivated and how this specific company uses motivational tools. Employees were all addressed in an anonymous questionnaire to give their opinion about this practice. The form contained questions about employees position in a company structure, their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with this position and what is their motivation.
Based on the questionnaire the evaluation of main research thesis was made and concluded into recommendation for the company so the motivation of their employees would be as effective as possible as well as they would feel needed on their position and thus stay loyal to the company.

This thesis aims to classify contemporary way of thought in the architecture and urbanism mainly in respect to the formation of public space. Generally, it seeks to identify ideological background of individual ways of thoughts and their genealogy – therefore it explores their historical roots too. The methodological framework of the thesis is grounded in the critical theory and production of (public) space as well as architectural production is therefore understood as a political act; not necessarily in terms of the established political parties or ideologies but rather in the sense of production of the city space as a social arena, in which completion of various agents, interests and notions is present including the architectural discourses. The resulting form of the public space is than a result of this competition and unavoidable ideological antagonism, which is present in the ideological basis of the individual way of thoughts in architecture and urbanism.

¿Cómo preparamos a los niños al mundo competitivo del siglo XXI?1 En el mundo continúa la tendencia creciente por el uso de la tecnología para actividades cotidianas y profesionales, y parte de esta digitalización se da en la lectura y la educación. V úvodní části práce se zabývám situací zdravotně postižených, jejich postavením na trhu práce a pracovněprávními předpisy, které se týkají problematiky zaměstnávání osob se ZP. Zarážející je především vysoká míra nezaměstnanosti lidí se zdravotním handicapem ? více než 40 %. Za účelem odhalení příčin tohoto stavu bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi organizacemi v okrese Jindřichův Hradec, které mají povinnost zaměstnávat stanovený podíl zdravotně postižených zaměstnanců. Respondenti byli dotazováni zejména na to, jakým způsobem plní povinný podíl pro zaměstnávání OZP a proč zvolili právě tento způsob. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že zhruba polovina zaměstnavatelů přímo zaměstnává zaměstnance se zdravotním postižením. Ti, kteří zvolili jiný způsob splnění povinného podílu, jako důvod uvedli nedostatek zájemců o práci s potřebnou kvalifikací. To potvrzují i statistiky z úřadu práce, ze kterých vyplývá, že uchazeči o zaměstnání se ZP dosáhli v průměru nižšího stupně vzdělání než zbytek populace. Kvůli vzniku zdravotního postižení navíc často museli změnit profesi a v novém povolání ještě nemají dostatečnou praxi. Anketa také ukázala, že na místech vyhrazených pro zaměstnance se ZP jsou nejčastěji zaměstnáváni lidé, kteří se stali OZP až poté, co byli v organizaci zaměstnáni. To ztěžuje mladým lidem se ZP hledání prvního zaměstnání.

The goal of my diploma thesis is to describe and evaluate relationship of young people in Czech Republic towards brands. In first chapter I describe historical development of marketing approach towards brands, the function of a brand, its elements and the differences between brands and products. I mention and compare two diverse concepts of brand management - Kellers CBBE concept and Roberts Lovemarks concept. In the second chapter I characterize young Czechs at the age between 15 and 30. I do so thanks to information gathered from different sociological studies and from papers about phenomenom of generation Y. Last chapter follows the previous two and is purely about relationship of young pepople towards brands. I used for it facts described in the thesis above and data that I get from particular qualitative research as well as quantitative research that I realised by myself.

This thesis deals with the methods of coaching as a leadership in professional basketball clubs in the Czech Republic. The objective of the thesis is to determine how much the professional basketball coaches are familiar with methods of coaching and whether they use any of them in their daily practice. To find the necessary information there has been used a questionnaire survey through email correspondence with coaches. The results are then compared with the information obtained through studying books of leading American coaches. The benefits of this thesis are identification and evaluation of the coaching utilization in management of professional basketball teams. The issue of coaching in this or any other sports in the Czech Republic has not been written up into any book. The actual summary of foreign literature dedicated to this topic is also beneficial. The bonuses of this thesis are the recommendations to improve the performance of basketball coaches. Recommendations and conclusions of this thesis can be useful not only for improving the work of the respondents of this questionnaire, but they can be used as general source for increasing work efficiency in the management of sports teams. The thesis may also be used by basketball players to expand their knowledge of the development of their own abilities and skills. The results are also useful for the Czech Basketball Federation, Association of Basketball Coaches, which is responsible for the methodology of coaches' education and universities providing a two-year educational program Trainers' School. The thesis could be divided into four main parts. The first part deals with the general areas of coaching, its use, attitudes and personality coach. The second part focuses on the area of sports coaching and then the specifics of leadership in basketball. The third part deals with the exploration of the use of coaching in leading basketball teams by professional trainers. The final section summarizes the results of individual coaches and provides recommendations to improve their work.

The refractory metal carbides have proven important in the development of engineering materials due to their properties such as high hardness, high melting point, high thermal conductivity and high chemical stability. The niobium carbide presents these characteristics. The compounds of niobium impregnated with copper also have excellent dielectric and magnetic properties, and furthermore, the Cu doping increases the catalytic activity in the oxidation processes of hydrogen. This study aimed to the synthesis of nanostructured materials CuNbC and niobium and copper oxide from precursor tris(oxalate) oxiniobate ammonium hydrate through gas-solid and solid-solid reaction, respectively. Both reactions were carried out at low temperature (1000?C) and short reaction time (2 hours). The niobium carbide was produced with 5 % and 11% of copper, and the niobium oxide with 5% of copper. The materials were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Rietveld refinement, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X-Ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy (XRF), infrared spectroscopy (IR), thermogravimetric (TG) and differential thermal analysis (DTA , BET and particle size Laser. From the XRD analysis and Rietveld refinement of CuNbC with S = 1.23, we observed the formation of niobium carbide and metallic copper with cubic structure. For the synthesis of mixed oxide made of niobium and copper, the formation of two distinct phases was observed: CuNb2O6 and Nb2O5, although the latter was present in small amounts
Os carbetos de metais refrat?rios t?m se revelado importantes no desenvolvimento de materiais de engenharia devido as suas propriedades, tais como: alta dureza, alto ponto de fus?o, alta condutividade t?rmica e alta estabilidade qu?mica. V dnešním světě je neustále se zvyšující poptávka po spolehlivých automatizovaných mechanismech pro detekci a lokalizaci osob pro různé účely -- od analýzy pohybu návštěvníků v muzeích přes ovládání chytrých domovů až po hlídání nebezpečných oblastí, jimiž jsou například nástupiště vlakových stanic. Představujeme metodu detekce a lokalizace osob s pomocí nízkonákladových termálních kamer FLIR Lepton 3.5 a malých počítačů Raspberry Pi 3B+. Tento projekt, navazující na předchozí bakalářský projekt "Detekce lidí v místnosti za použití nízkonákladové termální kamery", nově podporuje modelování komplexních scén s polygonálními okraji a více termálními kamerami. V této práci představujeme vylepšenou knihovnu řízení a snímání pro kameru Lepton 3.5, novou techniku detekce lidí používající nejmodernější YOLO (You Only Look Once) detektor objektů v reálném čase, založený na hlubokých neuronových sítích, dále novou automaticky konfigurovatelnou termální jednotku, chráněnou schránkou z 3D tiskárny pro bezpečnou manipulaci, a v neposlední řadě také podrobný návod instalace detekčního systému do nového prostředí a další podpůrné nástroje a vylepšení. Výsledky nového systému demonstrujeme příkladem analýzy pohybu osob v Národním muzeu v Praze.

O objetivo central do presente trabalho é contribuir para o aprimoramento da aplicação da denunciação da lide, que é instituto valorizado, especialmente porque é modalidade de intervenção de terceiro que se ajusta aos princípios da economia e da celeridade processuais. Além disso, evita decisões contraditórias, facilita o cumprimento de provimentos jurisdicionais e vincula o terceiro à coisa julgada. O instituto já era aplicado no direito romano, mudando radicalmente seus contornos no direito germânico primitivo. As características da denunciação da lide nesses dois sistemas são marcantes e influenciaram as demais legislações. A depender da preferência que se lhe pretenda conferir, o instituto estará mais associado ao caráter de assistência, auxiliando o terceiro na defesa do denunciante, ou de efetividade do processo, resolvendo duas demandas por meio de uma única instrução processual e sentença e possibilitando o reembolso do denunciante no mesmo feito. Pretendeu-se, com esse trabalho, destacar a importância do instituto, que possui traços modernos no direito brasileiro, sendo tratado por disposições de direito processual, de direito material e de direito consumerista. Apesar dessas diversas previsões legais, ainda existem controvérsias e imprecisões, gerando relativa insegurança jurídica, que poderia ser afastada, porém o projeto do novo Código de Processo Civil não as resolveu e, para piorar, suprimiu diversos avanços, tornando o instituto praticamente um desdobramento do chamamento ao processo, em que pesem os requisitos para a aplicação deles serem tecnicamente distintos. A inegável importância histórica da denunciação da lide, sua relevante utilidade e sua riqueza são evidentes, consistindo a modalidade de intervenção de terceiro mais utilizada na prática, o que justifica o estudo detido nesse trabalho.The main goal of this study is to contribute to the improvement of the valued institute of implead, specially because it is a kind of third intervention institute that adjusts itself to the procedure principles of economy and celerity. Furthermore, it avoids contradictory decisions, facilitates the enforcement of judicial decisions and attach a third party to the res judicata. The institute was applied in roman law and changed its basis in earlier german law. Implead characteristics in both mentioned systems were remarkable and had an effect in other legal systems. It can be approached for different angles, or as an institute close to the so called assistência existing in Brazilian law, by which the third party helps on defense of the impleader, or as an instrument to procedure effectiveness, solving two suits by only one proof production and only one decision, and enabling the refund to impleader on the same suit. The intention of this work was to highlight the institutes magnitude, that is found in a modern conception, on procedure, material or consumers Brazilian laws. Despite been provided by law, there are still controversies and inaccuracies, what leads to judicial insecurity, that could be avoided. However, Civil Procedure Codes Project did not solve them, as well has suppressed many advances, making the institute a kind of the so called chamamento ao processo, a kind of invitation to the suit, although their requirements be technically different. The undeniable historical relevance of implead, its utility and value are manifest, and it is the third party proceedings most used, justifying the detailed study in this work

Pesticides are substances or mixtures of substances used in agriculture against pests (animals, plants and parasitic fungi), who damage the crops, stocks of agricultural products, food and reduce livestock utility or threaten human health.
The thesis consists of two parts. The first (theoretical) part describes composition and function of gut microbiota; pesticides and their classification, environmental transport and effects of these substances on human health, and glyphosate as the active substance of herbicide Roundup, its mechanism of action, environmental fate and proven effects of glyphosate on human.
The aim of second (practical) part of this thesis was to test impact of pesticide Roundup on the gut microorganisms of human. The impact of pesticide was tested in in vitro pure cultures. Roundup was added in concentrations of glyphosate 17 g/L, 1,7 g/L and
0,17 g/L to the complex media and after cultivation the growth of microorganisms was evaluated. The next samples of stool were collected from human volunteers; these were cultivated similarly in the complex media with different concentrations of glyphosate. The total numbers of microorganisms, bifidobacteria, lactobacilli, enterococci and coliformn bacteria were defined after cultivation.
When the pesticide was tested in pure cultures, concentration of 17 g/L glyphosate significantly inhibited total bacterial growth (P < 0.05), at lower concentrations no difference was observed. The cultivated microorganisms from samples of stool demonstrated only that bifidobacteria are sensitive to glyphosate at the highest used concentration of this pesticide compared with the control sample.

The goal of this work is to design and implement a prototype of the episodic memory for virtual humans. The memory is inspired by up to date research on function of human memory for personal events (episodes) and human time perception. We design a model of memory based on this theoretical knowledge. We took as the point of departure episodic memory system and decision making system of Peskova. The decision making system is based on the BDI, theory of affordances and AND-OR trees. The former episodic memory suffered deficiencies in the recall for time-cued questions. Thus proposed model is working with a unique subsystem for the time perception which allows for more realistic storage and recall of past events. The agent enhanced by this model can reply to questions like "What did you do last week afternoons?". The prototype is programmed in Java using the framework Pogamut 2. Pogamut 2 is connected to the complex continuous 3D world of Unreal Tournament 2004 which allows us to verify the design in the challenging environment. We have conducted several experiments. The results show that the model extends agents cognitive abilities with a capability to understand socially established temporal patterns. The objective of the presented thesis is to evaluate the importance and the key benefits of the group meetings for the clients. The thesis covers the theme of group advisory for certain job seekers with disability. The theoretical part describes the target group of individuals with physical or combined disabilities, the attitude of the society towards employment of people with disabilities, the importance of work for an individual, the issue of supported employment, group social work as well as Job Clubs. The research part of the thesis describes the qualitative research aimed at identifying and describing the benefits of Job Clubs for individuals with physical and combined disabilities in improving their employability. The research was carried out in o. s. Asistence from December 2007 to April 2008 using the structured interview methodology. Two groups of respondents were interviewed. The first one included 18 Job Club participants, the second one comprised of 6 Job Club lecturers. Information gathered in the research will be used by o. s. Asistence to improve the service. The research results underscore the importance and benefits of the group advisory for individuals with various disabilities. The thesis may also serve as a manual for future Job Club lecturers and to point out the importance of employing people with disability in the open labour market.

In the empirical part the reasons for the selection of questionnaires and interviews as data collection methods are described. In the part "results and discussion" I present the results of the analysis of external communication, the characteristics of the target group, the motivation to participate in the self-help group, barriers to participation in the self-help group and I propose new ways of communication adapted to the target group.

Diploma thesis "True reasons which lead people into polling station" is tasked to detect motivation which affects an electoral behaviour of citizens, concretely their active participation in an election of their political representatives, considering the matter of fact that elected incumbents are those who work out all measures of public policy. There is enforced the legitimizing character of election, which displays the decreasing voter turnout as pathological phenomenon destroying the basics of democratic society, and sight on elections as an institution mediating between citizens and shape of implemented public policy. The theoretical part of thesis gives an overview of various concepts interpreting a voter turnout as an effect of endogenous and exogenetic factors. The paradigm are the theory of sources and the theory of representation, accenting on importance of the endogenous factors, and contextual theory, theory of motivation and racional choice theory, referring to key influence of the exogenic element. The empirical part of thesis, making use of personal research, verifies practically the theoretical knowledge and produces factual predication about motivational elements of electoral behaviour in one municipality in district of Hradec Králové. 1 Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the unavailability of housing in Prague in relation to young people and seniors. The aim is to find out whether the setting of the local housing policy reflects selected life cycle phases. The thesis is based on the theory of life path and the theory of transition to adulthood. It describes the concept of generation rent, the development of Czech housing policy and its current setting, key actors, differences and interconnectedness of housing policy at the state and local level and what types of housing support are offered to young people and seniors. It also deals with the causes of housing unavailability and citizens' preferences regarding housing types. The work is conceived as a case study focused on Prague. Qualitative and quantitative methods were applied in the research in the form of semi-structured interviews with young people and seniors and expert interviews with experts from the Ministry for Regional Development, Prague City Hall and some city districts. A secondary analysis of data collected by the Czech Statistical Office over a period of fifteen years was performed. The main topíc of this thesis is assistance in supported living for people with mental retardation. The theoretical part of this essay defines these concepts in the context of the new trends in the care for people with mental retardation. Then we focus on persona! assistent himself; we describe his personality, demands on his professional skills and his approach towards the clients. Then there are introduced some psychological aspects of assistance. We pay attention on motives for this helping profession, on burn-out syndrom and ethical aspects of assistanť s work. The aim of the practical part is to explore the current situation in assistance in Czech republic. The goal of my investigation was to find out using mainly qualitative research methods, who is the typical assistant in supprorted living, why did he choose his profession and how does he experience his work. The results pointed out, that there is a large specific group of young women working in this profession as well the lack of other age groups of assistants and the lack male assistants. The most frequented motives for assistance are the posibility of using the skills obtained by previous education and experience, the meaningfullness of this work and the wish to provide high quality service for mentally handicaped people. This thesis designs theoretical model of newly established community as a solution of difficult situation of people in need. The model is described through several important levels (educational, economical, clerical, environmental and historically-symbolical level) and refers to best practices of foreign communities for different target groups as well as to author's questionnaire research among selected Christian churches in Czech republic. At the same time, the theoretical model is put through the critical reflextion based mainly on determining elements of Romani culture. As a result of analysis of the theoretical model, author finds, that there can exist several forms of the community, but the intended "ideal" model can be implemented just with the permanent support of churchmen, who would live in the community and who would systematically work with their inhabitants on their overall personal progress.

The diploma thesis strives to map and analyze the pastoral care of people with disabilities in the Czech Republic, both theoretically and practically. The theoretical scope of the topic uses primarily scientific literature from the field of neurology, psychology and sociology. In this theoretical part, it does not ignore the social policy of the state, which should help these people. Great emphasis is also placed on biblical and ecclesiastical teachings. Professional literature from the field of special pedagogy and pastoral theology is used as well for analysing the practical aspects of the topic, but mainly it draws from the practical experience of respondents to the questionnaire created in the framework of this thesis. The first two chapters describe physical disabilities from the perspective of neurology and psychology. The third chapter analyses theoretically attitude of society and the state to this issue. The fourth and fifth chapters deal with the question of disability in terms of Bible and church documents. The next chapter maps the social activities and services of charities in the Czech Republic which are provided to people with physical and other types of disabilities.
