Full textSaneh, Lina. "La crise du théâtre au Liban entre le politique et le religieux." Paris 3, 2005. http://www.theses.fr/2005PA030074.
Full textThere is a big difference between the fact that theatre is in crisis and that representation is impossible to actualize. The first part of this study presents the historical and polemic conditions behind the emergence of theatre in Lebanon and the Arab world, the concrete problems of identity, authenticity and modernity with wich Arab artists have been confronted since the very beginning of their practice and the causes for the historical lack of theatre in this region. But beyond such discourse, wouldn't the crisis of theatre be due to the positioning of our artists towards theatre, the world and communal life as well? The second part of the study is about specific questions such as: Couldn't the study of the auto-reflective plays' themes to which several Lebanese artists resort (such as the critique of theatre and power) isolate internal contradictions that impede the actualization of representation? Isn't a religious and archaic vision of the surrounding world in contradiction with this political and " laic " practice that theatre is?
Harfouche, Rima. "La médiatisation des associations humanitaires au Liban : entre le politique et le religieux." Thesis, Paris 2, 2015. http://www.theses.fr/2015PA020052.
Full textThe purpose of this thesis is to examine media coverage of humanitarian organizations in Lebanon, based on the study of media productions of three organizations between 2009 and 2011. The first part highlights the evolution of humanitarian action, its objectives and its communication strategies. The art of rhetoric, image supremacy and human testimony contribute to the legitimization of the organization. The second part focuses on the means of rendering the association more visible. A thorough analysis of an association’s media productions reveals that the related framing put in place several processes to assert its identity, its mission and its religious and political engagement. The third part deals with different methods of the organizations’ attractions and their resonances within the written media. The study is conducted on the basis of visual, verbal and audio components of these media productions that trigger the mechanism of mirror neurons and identification with the victims. The analysis shows that the act of scenarizing humanitarian activities by the press causes a pathemisation of the public opinion resulting in the adherence to the association and to its political and religious beliefs

It also depends on an extremely serious political influence, which supported an often unimportant normative change, whereas the right is the single valid solution for fight this criminal fact

Full textSince colonization, Senegalese brotherhoods movements politic participation, in particular the mouride one, have changed. That movements which have played an unquestionable role in Senegalese social and politic construction seem lose their politic prestige. Originally, their support to the government in spite of disciple’s contestation, as the change of government party show. We note today a new phenomenon in their politic participation: the militancy. From Muslim socialism at start of the brotherhoods in accordance with their doctrine, they progressively tip over into the politic militancy through their marabous, in particular the least influentials. This doctorate try then to demonstrate how from the religious socialism, the Senegalese brotherhoods are tripping over into the politic militancy. And how that politic militancy can constitute rubble for Senegalese politic processes and possibly a threat to the country democratic construction

Full textThe birth of the catholic sporting federation is heavy with ideological conflicts that take place in France at the beginning of the XXth century. Youth constitutes a stake for the Church, which finds this way a means of existing in the modern world. Until 1930, the Gymnastic and Sport Federation of Patronages of France (F. G. S. P. F. ) extends its influence benefiting from the vast network of catholic patronages and the general expansion of sport. From the Thirties, the sport federation is freed gradually from the ideological supervisions that accompanied its origins. The federations gathering their members on the basis of an affinity are little by little in margin of a soon majority style which apprehends sport like an end in itself. The legislation after 1945 reinforces the sovereignty of the plain-sport federations. At the same time, the catholic world falls under a new diagram of thought and action that privileges calling. The organisation of patronages appears null and void. Priests gradually forsake the companies traditionally attached to the parishes. From the Sixties, the federation is at the heart of a competing space. The Church claims that the temporal institutions are truly signs of Church at the time when the federation encounters difficulties in the expression of its affinity. The sport federation seeks to centre its forces around the production of national elite. The question of existing as a federation animates the leaders. On the threshold of the Eighties, the federation is centred on the questions of education, accessibility for the greatest number, and blooming of the person. The national speech appears to find a certain serenity. Locally, associations live in their own time and according to space, the stages of adaptation. The disparity of the evolution underlines the heterogeneity of the federal ground. The legitimacy of the Sport and Cultural Federation of France is examined by the speech of the local and national leaders

Full textIt is often said that, contrary to the case of Christianity, in Islam, spiritual authority and temporal power are inextricably bound. Considering the fundamental texts (Bible-Coran), we have demonstrated the theological and philosophical fragility of the above idea essentially politico-sociological. A long conceptual restoration, a few historical verities, relating the genesis and evolution of the couple religion/politics in the two monotheism: just as in contrast to Jesus, Mouhammad had been at the same time spiritual guide and political chief, there is not, strictly speaking, an absolute separation between temporal and spiritual "auctoritas" and "potestas", in the two religions. To say the contrary is to admit as a philosophical premise the laic dogma of modern thought. The "render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s and to god the things that are god's" does not imply the separation, but just the distinction, between the two authorities. To establish a strict correlation between the "render to Caesar" and the later separation of the church and the state (1905), is consequently a reasoning simplistic reasoning simplistic and arbitrary. In reality, because the two religions take their origins in Judaism, they find a duality between the on earth and the next world, between the earthly and the heavenly. It is the articulation of this theological and metaphysical duality which induces all the rest: religious-political, temporal-spiritual, faith-law, sacral-profane. . . Etc. Without minimizing the theological, metaphysical, philosophical and historical differences which exist assuredly between the two traditions, it seems that Christianity and Islam recommend either the radical rupture between spiritual authority and temporal power, nor the absorption of one of the two authorities by the other. In our opinion, the two authentic traditions establish the authority of the two domains, inviting them to harmonic cohabitation

Full textThis thesis addresses issues related to the link between budget deficite and trade deficits in tunisia and mexico. Full textThe thesis offers a double reading of the Peruvian borders. The first, which is the linear one, plunges the coupled analysis of the processes of delimitation and demarcation of the five "dyads" composing the Peruvian "envelope" in the thickness of long time, on the basis of the first inter-imperial "cuttings" Hispano-Portuguese (1493) until the recent resolution of the Peru-Ecuador and Peru-Chile border litigations (1999). It is a question of finding the bonds of connexity between events disjoined by the traditional historiography of the limits of Peru, trying to restore the synchronous dimension of the problems of borders with which the Peruvian diplomacy was confronted while making it possible to the reader to follow the diachronic "wire" of it. The second recommended reading, crossing the borderline, plunges the reader in the core issue of topical questions related on development and integration of the Peruvian borders. The binational and national aspects of integration are treated first from the conceptual point of view then on the practical point of view. Analysing the changing function assigned to borders in Peru, the thesis show the way that has the Peruvian state to reconsider its borders. The study of the transborder dynamics underlines the incompletion of the national process construction in Peru
Rodrigues, Lucie. "La logique collective : l'acte comme point de jonction entre logique de sujet et lien social." Thesis, Toulouse 2, 2019. http://www.theses.fr/2019TOU20015.
Full textThis thesis seeks to shed light on the notion of collective logic based on concepts from the psychoanalytic field and Lacan's teaching. The premises of this question are at once theoretical, clinical and political. On the political side, we observe a reaffirmed desire to make collective associations function (Z.A.D, Nuit Debout, Yellow Security jacket) and we hear similarities in the points of impasse encountered. At the clinical level, we have noted the suffering expressed to the social. Finally, on the theoretical level, we observe a renewed interest in the notion of collective logic in the psychoanalytic field and, especially, in the work aimed at questioning the conditions for leaving the capitalist discourse. Yet the notion itself has never been the subject of definition work. Moreover, it is used by Lacan only in two texts dated 1945 and 1946. Therefore, it seemed to us opportune to carry out an exploration of this concept and the relationship that we can weave between the collective logic and the theory speeches. In our work, we propose to define the collective logic as a logic of the act. We also interrogate the temporal dimension of the act through the notions of afterwardsness and logical time. This leads us to situate the act as a junction point between the logic of the subject and the social link and to draw conclusions that are at once theoretical, clinical and political

Full textIn his novels and short stories, Earl Lovelace describes the island of Trinidad as caught in the ebb and flow of two antagonistic systems of thought, both shattered in the event of a sudden decolonisation. Religion and politics, the corner stones of social architecture, have no choice but to undergo changes in view of adaptation. Facing a background of secularisation and growing political consciousness, religion is compelled to lay aside its selfsufficiency to avoid being overthrown by the body politics. As a consequence, a struggle, in which the survival of individuals is at stake, ensues. This thesis offers to explore the rivalries between the religious and political bodies as well as the ability of Lovelace’s fictional Caribbean to overcome this dichotomy. In other words, in Lovelace’s work does polity annihilate religion or act in accordance with it to achieve a move from unworthy politics to a faith aiming at liberation?

Full textThe world of shakespeare's english history plays is peopled with sovereigns of an ambivalent and often contradictory nature. Some, like henry vi, richard ii, or indeed king john, can be seen to embrace the same christian ideals which lead to their ultimate downfall. Others, like richard iii, are heroic villains who sometimes acquire a superhuman dimension and may be turned into grotesque scapegoats or paradoxical agents of god's vengeance. Shakespeare also stages more complex figures - kings such as henry iv, henry v, or even henry viii, who are politically-aware but do not cast religion aside for all that. On the political scene and on the shakespearean stage, the image of the sovereign gradually changes: the king's private person becomes inaccessible as monarchs lose their physical, natural bodies. The theatre begins to depict the ruler as the prisoner of a fictitious persona invented by theologians and jurists. The image of the king's two bodies does not lay the foundations of a deeply-seated cult of the sovereign during the reigns of elizabeth i and james i. The monarchy merely tries to profit from the secularisation of the political world in order to put forward a sacredness of its own. It cannot do so, however, without borrowing from the religious domain. This explains why sovereignty can be perceived to partake at once of the sacred and of the secular. There is, as yet, no true separation between religion and politics

"Conflits diplomatiques, religieux et commerciaux entre l'Angleterre d'Henri VIII et Charles Quint (1526-1540) : l’émancipation politique de l’Angleterre au regard de la politique extérieure de déstabilisation, d’intimidation et d’ingérence de l’empereur." Full textThis is to analyze the relations between the England of Henry VIII and the Spain of Charles V from 1526 to 1540. Thisperiod corresponds to the last years of the "valimiento" of Cardinal Wolsey, and the duration of that from Thomas Cromwell. 1526 is a real turning point in the relations between the two monarchs. This era is marked by the divorce of the island ruler with Catherine of Aragon, the aunt of the emperor ; by the total ruin of the Kingdom of Hungary following the defeat of King Louis II against the Turks, and the threat that this implies for the territories of Charles V. During this period, many European kingdoms decided to break their allegiance to the pope (Sweden, England and Denmark). The situation of the Scandinavian kingdoms interested Henry VIII who sought to seize it at the expense of the interests of the emperor and his family. It seems interesting to study the influences and impact of the establishment of the Ecclesia Anglicana ; promoted by the King, Thomas Cromwell and Thomas Cranmer ; on relations with Spain (diplomacy, religion and trade). This study gives rise to a detailed analysis of the political maneuvers on the part of the King of England with the kingdoms of France, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary and Poland to circumvent the domination of Charles V on the European scene. England will maintain certain contacts with the Swiss reformers and the Smalkalde League in an attempt to emancipate itself from the imperial power and influence of the Holy See. At first, Henry VIII will seek to align his interests with those of France, to better counter the maneuvers of political destabilization and intimidation of Charles V, a very pragmatic monarch. This will imply a strong will of political interference on the part of Spain and the emperor to have a stranglehold on the affairs of the kingdom. Mary, the daughter of the King of England and his first wife Catherine of Aragon will embody this hope. Therefore, the emperor supports the rebel movements of Ireland and northern England during the Pilgrimage of Grace, but be careful not to get tooinvolved in order to guarantee future alliances with Henry VIII. Finally, we will study the perception that the English had ofSpaniards and vice versa

Full textThe aim of this thesis is to question the statement - given by Institutions, associations and gardeners themselves - of shared gardens being a source of social ties building. Built upon a field study of both parisian and suburbian shared gardens, this thesis intends to underline the contradiction that exists between what is claimed by gardeners and what the observation of their actual practices tends to reveal. Mixing participant observations, questionnairs and semi-structured interviews, this social survey reveals shared gardens to be in fact ingroup spaces visited by people rather close in terms of social status, education level and cultural practices. If social ties undeniably find their origin from these gardens, they extend only to socially selected members within local associations. From a more global perspective, this work aims to caracterise contemporary social ties as elective in their nature. It also stresses the role of local associations in both public space appropriation and segregation processes within urban territories – the growing gentrification of Paris and its suburbian area being a significant outcome of it

Full textTerritorial anchoring is an interdisciplinary subject. It contributes to the endogenous development of the territory and raises strong political and economic issues. For the company, it involves a collective construction of resources that are specific and localized. As such, it is also a managerial challenge. The literature has shown the influence of the personal preferences of the SME's manager on some business choices, particularly those concerning the location of the company. In line with these studies, the aim of our study was to understand the influence of the personal link between the entrepreneur and the territory upon the territorial anchoring of SMEs.We conducted five case studies in an entrepreneurial perspective, mobilizing both the conventions theory and research on proximity. The business model was used as an analytical framework to understand the territorial anchoring of the SMEs observed. The GRS model (Generation Remuneration Sharing) is a conventionalist modelisation of the business model. The findings highlight the effective influence of the link between the entrepreneur and the territory. Territorial anchoring is not always the result of a strategic decision. Links can be emotional, opportunistic, but also ideological. The SME manager appears as a political actor in the territory. The study also showed the diversity of anchoring situations. Anchoring can be established on CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility -, local heritage, and innovation. Finally, it deepens our understanding of how coordination in an anchoring situation is based on combinations of proximities and conventions

Full textThe worship of saints goes well beyond the context of the history of religions but also encompasses elements pertaining to the history of politics, mentalities, representations and language. That of saints from the Lorraine region evolves according to three distinct periods from the 17th till the 19th century. First, a revival by the end of the 16th c. , with the taking place of an appropriate iconography, speech and liturgy. Second, starting from the 17th c. , the saint becomes of strategic interest for the power between bishops and dukes of Lorraine. Third, from the 19th c. , one attends another "revival" with the Restoration period. That revival basically follows two events : the growing up of a regional "romanticism" and the will by the Church of extending its roots within the local environment. All this becomes all the more obvious when the worship of the saints of Lorraine is reinvested in the second half of the 19th c. As a result of the development of the lotharingism. The study of the rites and the holy space shows an assimilation of the saints of Lorraine by the people, which denotes the key place of those. The role of the saints may even exceed the geographical limits of the region (e. G. Jeanne d'Arc), remains regional (saint Nicolas, saint Barbe) or entierely local, as for the majority of the saints

Full textThe "Oxford Methodists" who gathered around Charles and John Wesley towards 1730 foreshadowed the Oxford (or Tractarian) Movement of the 1830s, in their affirmation of the Catholic character of the Church of England. John Wesley (like the Tractarians), underlined the central rôle of the Apostolic Succession and categorically rejected Calvinism. In 1754, a chapel was opened in Margaret Street, London, by a Nonconformist preacher who vigorously opposed Wesley on these points. Subsequently many Dissenting groups worshipped there. At the instigation of Franklin, even a congregation of Deists under David Williams, later a collaborator of the Girondins in Paris, attended the chapel. Anglican from 1789, the chapel was an example of the simony then current, before becoming about 1830-35 an independent wellspring of Tractarian ideas. From January, 1836, it was recognised by Newman, Pusey, and Keble as the headquarters of the Movement in London, and they saw to it that subsequent clergy there should always be sound Tractarians. (Several curates, and one incumbent, did, however, go over to Rome. ) Margaret Street was among the very first Tractarian parishes to start adopting "ritualist" practices (1839), to found a Sisterhood of nuns (1851), to restore a daily Eucharist (1850). She had been the first to re-establish a weekly Eucharist (1831). Moreover she deliberately set an example in implementing choral services (1839), and above all, in constructing (1850-59) All Saints', the model church of the Ecclesiologists, and the inspiration of High Victorian architecture in general

Full textThis thesis tries to show the correlation of the political and esthetical discourse in France following the defeat of Sedan until the early Twenties, and thus to prove that the creation of the "Group des Six" shortly after the First World War, falls under a logical continuation of search for a national aesthetic. The birth of this musical formation coincides with one crucial moment of the French political history and its aesthetic discourse seems to correspond to the right-wing nationalist policy of the time. The antigermanic feeling is at the height and the defense of the national culture is a significant part of the aesthetic discourse of this musical group. Considering the political context of the time and the nationalist line speech, it is significant to ask us wether the aesthetic of the "Groupe des Six" could in a certain way be influenced by the political speech

Full textWe question the impact of contemporary discourses on the subjectivity, the visible resistances - meaning the one that are represented - and more particularly the external form that come to produce an internal reversal of these discourses and/or the mobilization of new practices which do not seek to be recognized. Among the dominant discourses, we expand on the discourse of economic value, the discourse of technosciences and the discourse of risk. The interconnections are analyzed, particularly in terms of the reflexivity produced in the subject, with the Lacanian discourses of the analyst and the capitalist. Some emergent affection, which is not associated with ideational representative, may occur at the level of politics, subject, and social. Emergent affections are precisely what occurs itself from the body and that can not find any instinctual representative in the social. They are distinguished from affects as they are themselves associated with discourses, producing objects of knowledge that condition them. From these affections, there may be repression, appointment (Say), or attachment to existing affects. The discursive event at politic level mobilizes a homogeneous representation to produce common affects from emerging affections: the plurality of power places leaves the established discursive authority lessened. In social terms, the production of knowledge is both invisibilised in the standard, but it is also, as a desire to know, a producer of links: the emerging affection finds a form of practical constitution that does not go through discursive recognition

Full textThis thesis points to study Alberdi’s thought and to demonstrate that it’s fundamentally a thought of the complexity of the categories founded on the hybrid character of the order which is contemporary to him. Alberdi inherited the legacy of two cultures, the traditional culture of Ancien Régime and a revolutionary culture whose language also imposed itself with the independance. The major question for Alberdi is which order to give back to the social body since it lost the legitimacy of the Ancien Régime’s transcendent order. The traditional historiography often pick up Alberdi’s figure and speeches to convert him in the eminent precursor or representative of distinct tendencies, sometimes contradictories, and especially to promote him as the « modernity »’s, the contemporary liberalism’s and the contemporary Argentinian State’s figurehead. Quite the contrary, Alberdi is still rather immerged in the traditional legal culture, and he tries to adapt the availables languages to his reality, in permanent backs and forths between reality and speeches since the first models the seconds and viceversa. Some categories like « individual », « Liberty », « administration » imposed themselves with the Revolution but the publicist gives them another significations (je ne sais pas comment traduire “resémantiser”?) according to his context considerably penetrated with traditional dynamics. The « individual », so, intersects the excluding category of the « vecino » overall. In the same way, Alberdi preferentially uses the term of « administration » in its old meaning of « justice’s administration », not in its modern acceptation. Besides, the publicist’s « modernity » is to be reconsiderated seeing as he leaves a fundamental role to the traditional legal sources and doesn’t fall into legal voluntarism but occasionally and cautiously. He actually plays on different scales : he speaks the political modernity’s language on the national scale and the traditional legal’s one on the local level (local level which remains the stability base of the social body). My thesis is that this traditional base on one hand and the categories of « trade » (understood in his polysemic acceptations) and « political economics » on the other hand will be the two fundamental instruments which enable the autor to rethink the link, to create a society based on the traditional social body. Far from considerating the order on the very national level, his approach also fits into an international perspective : the pacified exchanges between the nations would be the only way to end the atlantic revolutions’s cycle and to recover an order : this order will admittedly be immanent, but it necessarily will transcend the national frame

Full textRecently, Chile lived the victory of public policies of prevention and care of the HIV infection as promoted by the WHO’s and UNAIDS technical truth (our meaning of the technical truth has been defined in the latest works by Michel Foucault). Yet the recent history of Chile's health policies in our research matters urges us to be cautious. Issues such as social responsibility of health spending have come and gone according to the political upheavals of the recent decades. Some crucial topics for the prevention of vertical transmission of HIV/AIDS, linked to private values and its influence on public policies, as in the case of therapeutic abortion, has long been under the influence of the dosage of secularity allowed by the catholic church to the most conservative political parties. The promotion of the condom as the only way to prevent the sexual transmission of the HIV, a simple technical truth “known” by the northern public policies since the 80’s, shared the official prevention campaigns with abstinence and fidelity till 2015. However, if a truth deserves our sympathy, it deserves at the same time the aversion of sectors of the population just as respectable as we are. If we consider with kindness a technical truth that emerges from the debate to impose itself as "the truth", ignoring that what has really been imposed is the prestige of technicality, we probably ignore the sense of political struggle as a scientific object

Full textThis thesis examines the discourse of islamic teaching aids of the arabic language marketed in France, used in religious circles and on the internet, and affirms that it is the vector of a more or less explicit religious discourse. As a result, we are exploring editorial projects and didactic content for both textbooks and online sites in order to analyze the proportion and typology of religious discourse that unfolds there. At the crossroads of historical and sociological approaches, we appreciate at the local, national and transnational scales the extent to which the ideas of textbook designers and methods are reflected in these contents, thus establishing that the designers have seized islamist doctrines, have them oriented towards Muslim minorities in the West and thus shaped a very specific muslim identity

Full textThe principal object of this thesis is to demonstrate the relationship between Iran and Europe since the Change of Iran's political system in 1979. First of all, we will explain Iran's relationship with three important european countries, that is France, Germany and England, during the war between Iran-Iraq. This followes the period between 1979 and 1992, when there was no relationship between Iran and the European Union. Next, we explain the development of the relationship between Iran and the E. U. From 1992 until 2003, taking in to accont the critical and global dialogue between these two protagonists and underlining the importance to Iran of the conditions laid down by Europe : respect for human rights, etc. In effect, the coming to power of an islamic regime has completely changed the political orientation of Iran's foreign policy. The domination of idealogical criteria, resulting in an islamic slant to international policy, has caused a major upheaval in relations between Iran and Europe, as well as the United States of America. The result has been the isolation of Iran on the international political landscape. But because of a divergence in views between the USA and Europe in matters of international policy, Iran has tried to exploit this situation in order to develop its relationship with the E. U. Since 1992 despite the U. S. A. Remaining hostil to this development. On the other hand, because of Europe's strategic need for Iran, the E. U. , has resisted americain pressure to end the critical dialogue (from 1992 to 1997) and the global dialogue (from 1998 until now) with the iranian gouvernment. Despite a tense and contradictory relations between Teheran and certain european nations during the Iran-Iraq war, the normalisation of Iran's diplomatic relationship, during the time of the Rafsanjani and Khatami gouverments, with Europe was the only option for the iranian administration if a provisional solution to the deep crisis in Iran's political, economic and social life was to be found. Neverthless, the recent agreement (2003) between Europe and U. S. A. , on the subject of Iran's atomic ambitions, has demonstrated that Iran can no longer use diverging between these two worlds powers as an answer to its internal and external problems. This is why, since 2003, the relationship between Iran and Europe has entered a new phase

Full textThis study explores the psychological problematic centered on traumas imposed by the double politico-religious power on young Iraniansbetween 20 to 35 years old The material used comes from interviews conducted in Teheran in 2007. The projective drawings usedwere specifically developed for this study and reflected scenes known to young Iranians, and were sufficiently significant and subjective to enable the expression of personal feelings, and the emergence of emotions. After an investigation of the theories related to these problems, the interviews are analyzed from a political, religious, social and cultural dimension of the traumas, the acculturation, the trends and transformation vectors of the cultural transmission andpassing on a forced culture by founding myths. Then analyze concerns: the Founding father viewpoint: from his organized downfall to his execution, the inter and intra psychic filiations conflicts with these two initiating father figures Cyrus the Great and Imam Ali, the disqualification of the family’s father, the totemiste organization of the power; the traumas endured daily and post-traumatic syndromes brought about by the revolution, war, martyr cult, whipping, public hanging, and permanent interaction with guardians of revolutionary order; the pathologies as a consequence of the regime: identity crises and disorders, psychosocial pathologies as diminished image of self, projected mask, melancholy, depression, and personality disorders. As a result today Iranian society is disrupted, uncontrolled, and chaotic, in search of its values, and its cultural and identification references. In spite of the intense sufferings the pervert political system not managed to define to Islam the identification references of the young people, or to circumvent their psyche
Abdellatif, Slama Soumaya. "L'adoption en Tunisie : vécu, pratiques et représentations." Thesis, Strasbourg, 2012. http://www.theses.fr/2012STRAG035.
Full textQuestioning adoption, in a context of a controversial evolution of the representations of parenthood in Tunisia, compels one to dwell upon the social, cultural and legal backgrounds where it belongs. Social discourse on adoption continues to promote the idea of a dichotomy of parenthood, divided between biological parenthood - "blood" or "natural" parenthood- and social parenthood - "emotional" or "heart-based" parenthood. Based on accounts of adoptive parents and adoptees, we tried to identify the different dimensions of the experience of adoption and of the relationships within the adoptive parenthood. In building a relationship of adoption, representations appear as a primary mediator. The study of the various points raised directly questions the role of multi parenting through the practices and representations of adoptive kinship in a socio-political movement. It also allows to determine the relationship between genealogy and subjectivity in the process of identity construction

Full textMy Ph.D thesis is focused on Papal prospects of a Catholic re-conquest, according to the model of the medieval Christianity; that is to say, the papal attempt to place the Roman Church at the heart of society once again, or, in other words, the efforts to restore mutatis mutandi a Christian system, as it was in Europe before the French Revolution. In fact, following the First World War, the situation in Germany offered great possibilities to this kind of Roman policy. We may think about the German needs to get help from the Holy See on the international scene, or the new political order, i.e the Weimar Constitution favorable to Catholic interests and the power gained by political Catholicism. To develop this policy, the Holy See had different means: the ecclesial means, such as bishop's appointments, ecclesiastical formation, theological studies, which were used to romanizzare the german Catholicism and to reinforce roman control over the German Church; second, the means of the Catholic activism, such as religious instruction and education, Catholic lay organizations and Christian political parties. However, the best instrument was certainly the Concordat; and from that point of view, the diplomatic activity was certainly increased by the Nuncio appointed for the first time in Berlin. My thesis ends with the summer of 1934, after the Night of the Long Knives and president Hindenburg's death. Indeed, these two episodes finished the formation of the Nazi Totalitarianism, but they revealed also how vain the Papal policy was. It can be viewed as the beginning of the disillusions in Rome about Hitler and the possibilities of moderating him
With respect to the relationship between the religious and the political, the 19th century was marked by the resituating within Egyptian thought of innovative questions and subjects by the great figures of the Al-Nahdah (Renaissance), while the 20th century was characterized by a pronounced polarization between Muslim reformism, activist holistic Islamism and Muslim humanistic liberalism. What of the positions of contemporary Egyptian intellectuals (2011-2015) in this regard? What are their primary expressions of conceiving the state through the prism of the relationship under discussion? How do these current approaches reflect continuities, evolutions or ruptures in conceiving the state with regard to modern Egyptian thought (1805-2010)? To propose avenues for answering these questions, the principal works and other contributions of 22 intellectuals will be studied and analyzed taking into consideration the conception of public space, of the State’s source of legitimacy and legislation, again viewed through the prism of the relationship between the religious and the political. Most of these intellectuals are virtually absent from the literature – especially the French and English – despite their contributions and their influence on the contemporary Egyptian intellectual scene. Their discourses will be examined using an interdisciplinary, applied and critical approach.
