Many people sustain injuries while playing tennis due to improper methods of impacting the ball and insufficient muscle warm-up. A common injury of playing the backhand stroke would be either elbow flexor strain or extensor strain. It is popular to analyze the motion of backhand stroke using kinematics and kinetics of upper extremities. In this research, the LifeMOD™ module developed from a commercially available software, ADAMS, was used for simulation. The objective is to determine the relatively fitting parameters, using compared results obtained from LifeMOD™ and Matlab. According to vario

In traditional biomechanical analysis of upper limb, the high-precision motion data and lifelike human models are needed. It is obvious that those processes are costly and time-consuming. In this paper, a novel and simple combination method based on Kinect-LifeMOD is proposed. Firstly, the Microsoft Kinect (a latest depth sensor) is used to build a cheap and precise motion capture platform. Real-time and reliable key-node rotation data of human skeletons can be acquired by this motion capture system. Next, rotation data is converted into position data as the input of the LifeMOD software which

A facile solid state method based chemical grinding method was applied to prepare high rate LiFePO4. SEM test results showed that the prepared LiFePO4(CG-LiFePO4) is more fine and uniform than that of the crude LiFePO4(C-LiFePO4) prepared by conventional solid state reaction method. Electrochemical measurement results indicated that CG-LiFePO4exhibited much better high-rate characteristic than crude one which delivered a stable discharge capacity of 140 mAhg-1, 126 mAhg-1at 0.5C rate and 2C rate respectively.

The presence of the surface organic species on the grafted LiFePO4/C powders was confirmed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Thermogravimetric analyses revealed a low loading (lower than 1 wt. %) of grafted molecules.
