Sheng Lijun argues that “China's Dilemma” is that while Beijing “wants to concentrate its energy and resources on modernization” and “deal with the Taiwan issue at a later stage” (p. 3), the “assertiveness of Taiwan” since 1995 has complicated such a strategy. On the one hand, the mainland must respond to the island's provocative behaviour lest the island move towards independence, while on the other it must temper its response so that the goal of economic development (with international support) is not jeopardized.

Este artigo é dedicado à relação intermidiática entre o cinema e a música pop em mandarim no filme Plataforma (Zhantai, 2000) do cineasta chinês Jia Zhang-ke. Um dos principais diretores do cinema mundial contemporâneo, Jia é considerado o maior expoente da Sexta Geração do cinema chinês, também conhecida como a “geração urbana” por seu enfoque na vida e na paisagem das cidades em constante mutação da China atual. As diversas canções que pontuam o filme, que traça um panorama das transformações ocorridas no país durante a década de 1980 a partir da história de uma trupe de artistas itinerantes, são por um lado fragmentos da memória individual e autoral de Jia, transformados em peças importantes no seu empenho de reconstrução de uma memória coletiva através do cinema. Por outro lado, e para além de seu valor memorial, o impacto dessas canções nos anos 1980 e 1990 na China continental está relacionado, em grande medida, ao seu caráter de novidade, tanto por virem do exterior (principalmente de Hong Kong e Taiwan) quanto por empregarem a enunciação na primeira pessoa do singular, algo ausente nas canções revolucionárias chinesas ubíquas até então. Assim, a hipótese a ser explorada é de que a inclusão de canções pop em Plataforma se manifesta como uma marca autoral complexa relacionada à emergência e valorização do indivíduo no panorama das recentes mudanças econômicas e sociais da China continental.

Abstract:

This paper examines the impact of online entertainment media on privacy, safety, psychological wellbeing and academic achievements of youth through the smart phones. The authors reviewed literature on excessive use of social media, business and marketing industries by Chris Anderson, Rasmous Kleis Neilson, Lijun Zhou, Kathleen Van Royen, Karolien Poels, Heidi Vandebosch, Philippe Adam, William G. Zikmund et. al. and others, and developed the theoretical framework around the excessive usage of new media and credibility theories. They prepared a survey questionnaire to study the said impact of new entertainment media on privacy, safety, psychological wellbeing and academic achievements of youth, taking N=200 students of University of Lahore. They used the statistical tools for data analysis. The regression analysis of the dependent variables "Privacy", "Safety", "Psychological Needs", and "Educational Achievements" against the independent variable Online Entertainment Media show the extent rate at 44.2%, 62.9%, 83%, and 80.2 % respectively among youth.

Abstract:

At two fronts I defend my 1994 article. I argue that differences between Confucian jen ethics and feminist care ethics do not preclude their shared commonalities in comparison with Kantian. utilitarian, and contractarian ethics, and that Confucians do care. I also argue that Confucianism is capable of changing its rules to reflect its renewed understanding of jen, that care ethics is feminist, and that similarities between Confucian and care ethics have significant implications.

Abstract:

An enjoyable overview of the world of pop, rock and politics in Beijing, accessible for students of Chinese culture and popular music studies. This is an area that has been exceptionally well covered in the literature, and Baranovitch's claim to originality lies mainly in his focus on ethnicity and gender. The overview of the development of pop from 1978–97 does a useful job of drawing together the various strands, though most of this is very familiar from the writings of Geremie Barmé, Andrew Jones et al. We begin with the introduction of Gangtai (Hong Kong and Taiwan pop) to the mainland, led by Deng Lijun whose ‘coquettish nasal slides,’ Baranovitch rightly suggests, were more truly subversive in China in 1978 than any of the subsequent rock and punk styles. Baranovitch chronicles the rise of the xibeifeng, the Shaanbei folk-infused rock style, linking it into the xungun roots movement and Tiananmen. An interesting section on qiuge or ‘prison songs,’ popular in 1988, explores somewhat less well-known territory. We follow the rise of the commercial, the karaoke craze and Mao fever, and the co-option of at least some of the rebellious rockers by the state. Baranovitch enthusiastically reveals the significance of music in the political arena, and its ability to prefigure, even shape the political.

The leaf area index (LAI) and above-ground biomass are closely related to crop growth status and yields. Therefore, analysis of their variation and development of a mathematical model for their prediction can provide a theoretical basis for further research. This paper presents a new equation for logistic pattern that calculates above-ground biomass and LAI for different irrigation treatments independent of growing degree days (GDD) and plant height. The model root mean square of error (RMSE) for the LAI was from 0.25 to 1.36, and for above-ground biomass it was from 0.49 to 1.34. The r2 values for the model's output under the single irrigation, double irrigation, triple irrigation, and quadruple irrigation treatments were 0.98, 0.87, 0.96, 0.98 and 0.99, respectively. For above-ground biomass they were 0.96, 0.97, 0.99, 0.97, and 0.97, respectively. The relative error for LAI ranged from 0.026 to 15.2%. For above-ground biomass, the Re ranged from 5.78 to 8.79%. The results gave good agreement between the estimated values and the measured values. The Logistic model was good at estimating the LAI and the above-ground biomass from the plant height.

Para ahli motivasi menyatakan terdapat hubungan antara motivasi dan belajar. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Lijun menyebutkan bahwa motivasi berhubungan positif dengan strategi pembelajaran dengan strategi belajar. Angkatan 2016 Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah sedang menjalani perkuliahan di semester akhir. Menurut penelitian yang dilakukan Dita Agustina yang dilakukan di Fakultas Kedokteran tingginya tingkat stress dikarenakan sedang mengikuti perkuliahan di semester akhir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui gambaran motivasi strategi pembelajaran angkatan 2016 Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode cross-sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang berasal dari hasil kuisioner Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan mulai Februari 2019 sampai September 2019, tempat penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Kedokteran Baiturrahmah Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2016 Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah berjumlah 149 orang. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Total Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dengan menggunakan google form, responden dikumpulkan dan disosialisasikan mengenai cara pengisian kuesioner online. analisa data adalah univariat disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi dan distribusi deskriptif dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 149 mahasiswa diperoleh responden sebanyak 95 orang paling banyak tinggal sendiri, kontrakan atau kos yaitu sebanyak 83 orang (87,4%) dan yang paling banyak mengisi data adalah berjenis kelamin perempuan yaitu sebanyak 76 orang (80%). Untuk gambaran motivasi mahasiswa terdapat mahasiswa motivasi tinggi sebanyak 69 orang (72,6%) motivasi sedang 21 orang (22,1%) motivasi rendah 5 orang (5,3%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah pada mahasiswa angkatan 2016 Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah di simpulkan bahwa angkatan 2016 terdiri dari 149 orang mahasiswa memiliki tingkat motivasi yang tinggi sebesar (72,6%). Dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha 0.978 yang lebih dari >0.67 yang berarti instrumen ini dapat dipakai karena sudah reliabel.

Penyebaran Covid-19 dinyatakan telah masuk ke Kota Bengkulu pada tanggal 31 Maret 2020. Sejak saat itu berbagai upaya pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 dilakukan, diantaranya memperketat pengawasan orang luar masuk ke wilayah Bengkulu terutama yang berasal dari zona merah Covid-19 dan sebaliknya serta mengimbau masyarakat untuk menjaga jarak antara 1-1,5 meter jika berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Berdasarkan situasi tersebut, Lurah Kandang Limun ingin mengetahui bagaimana kondisi masyarakat di Kandang Limun dalam masa pandemi ini. Hal itu dilakukan sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan Covid-19 serta merupakan dasar bagi Lurah untuk mengambil kebijakan-kebijakan untuk mencegah dan mengedukasi masyarakat sekitar kelurahan Kandang Limun. Oleh karena itu, kelurahan setempat meminta pendampingan dalam melakukan survey tentang kondisi masyarakat pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan perangkat Kelurahan Kandang Limun mampu melakukan survey secara mandiri dan menyajikan informasi hasil survey dengan baik dan benar. Berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diperoleh bahwa masa pandemi Covid-19 ini cukup mempengaruhi aktifitas warga RT 03 Kelurahan Kandang Limun. The spread of Covid-19 was declared to have entered Bengkulu City on March 31, 2020. Since then various efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 were carried out, including tightening the supervision of outsiders entering the Bengkulu area, especially those from the Covid-19 red zone and vice versa and appealing to community to maintain a distance of 1-1.5 meters when interacting with other people. Based on this situation, the Head of Kandang Limun Village wanted to know the condition of the people in Kandang Limun during this pandemic. This was done as an effort to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 and was the basis for the Village Head to take policies to prevent and educate the community around the Kandang Limun village. Therefore, the local urban village asked for assistance in conducting a survey about the condition of the community during the Covid-19 pandemic. Through this activity, it is hoped that the Kandang Limun sub-district apparatus will be able to carry out surveys independently and present survey information properly and correctly. Based on this community service activity, it was found that the Covid-19 pandemic had quite an impact on the activities of the residents of RT 03 Kandang Limun Village. Abstract:

The subject of this research is the literary works of F. Kafka &ldquo;The Metamorphosis&rdquo; and M. A. Bulgakov &ldquo;Heart of a Dog&rdquo;. The object of this research is the metaphor of transformation in the aforementioned novels. The article employs comparative, analytical, and descriptive methods. The methodological framework is comprised of the works of Russian and Chinese scholars. Practical importance of this research lies in application of the acquired results for creating various methodological textbooks, including cross-cultural direction, for the purpose of bringing Chinese and Russian people together, improving communication, and studying Russian (or Chinese) language on the example of classical literature and analysis of the literary works by Chinese researchers. This work is also valuable for the linguists, as it enriches the knowledge in the area of foreign language research and creation of literary works. The conclusion is made that the use of the metaphor of transformations in the novels &ldquo;Heart of a Dog&rdquo; and &ldquo;The Metamorphosis&rdquo; answer the social questions faced by Kafka and Bulgakov. Although, it is important to underline the differences in the use of this metaphor as a literary technique. The transformation is associated with the personality of the protagonist. Despite the different social origin of the writers, their works resemble a concern on the social status of a person, and describe emotional torments and life difficulties of the ordinary people. The work aims to broaden the theoretical framework of the research by synthesizing the results of analytics of the selected literary works, as well profound analysis towards seeking the additional meanings of transformation in the novels of F. Kafka and M. Bulgakov in &ldquo;The Metamorphosis&rdquo; and &ldquo;Heart of a Dog&rdquo;.

Daerah penelitian terletak di desa Muaro Limun, Kecamatan Limun Kabupaten Sarolangun Provinsi Jambi. Sungai limun, salah satu sungai besar di daerah kabupaten sarolangun yang dimanfaatkan oleh mayarakat sekitarnya sebagai sumber penghidupan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan penambangan terhadap kualitas air sungai Batang Limun, dan perubahan sifat fisik dan kimia yang diakibatkan kegiatan penambangan.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode grab sampel, serta stream sedimen untuk dianalis di laboratorium. Sejumlah sampel diambil di beberapa lokasi Penambangan Emas berdasarkan Aliran Sub-DAS dan dibandingkan dengan beberapa sampel lain yang diambil pada lokasi yang belum terkontaminasi oleh kegiatan penambangan. Analisis kualitas air mengacu pada SMEWWke 22 tahun 2012 dan standar baku mutu air kelas II dalam PP No 82 yang dikeluarkan oleh Menteri Kesehatan No. 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010. Diketahui sungai Batang Limun telah mengalami perubahan karakteristik fisika dan kimia. Dari grafik kosentrasi kekeruhan, pH, TSS, TDS Cu, Pb, Zn, Mn, Hg terlihat bahwa penambang emas tanpa izin (PETI) dengan cara amalgamasi yang menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kualitas air sungai. Sejak tahun 2009 sampai tahun 2015 sungai Limun dan sekitarnya terus mengalami penurunan kualitas air. Penurunan kualitas yang cukup tinggi terjadi yaitu peningkatan nilai Rata-rata konsentrasi merkuri pada sungai Batang Limun dari 0,18ppb (0,00018 mg/l) menjadi 0,3ppb (0,0003 mg/l), peningkatan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh proses kegiatan penambangan dan nilai tersebut masih dibawah standar baku mutu air kelas II pp nomor 82 tahun 2010.Kata kunci : Kualitas Air, Sungai Limun,TSS, Merkuri, PETI Limun river is one of the major rivers in the area of Sarolangun, which utilized by the society as a source of livelihood. The aim of study to analyze the effect of mining activities on the water quality of Batang Limun River, and the changes of physical and chemical properties of water. The method used are grab and stream samples to sediment analyzed in the laboratory. A number of samples were taken at several locations based Flow Gold Mining Sub-watershed and compared to some other samples taken at the location that has not been contaminated by mining activities. Water quality analysis referring to SMEWW, 22nd edition 2012 and refers to Regulation No 82 that issued by Minister of Health No. 492 / Menkes / Per / IV / 2010.The results showed that the Limun river has undergone chemical changes in physical characteristics. These symptoms can be seen from the discoloration of clear water in the river before the mine becomes brownish after mining, based on graphic of muddiness concentration: pH, TSS, TDS Cu, Pb, Zn, Mn, Hg have seen that the illegal miner which used amalgamation caused deterioration in water quality, data from 2009 to 2015 Limun river and surrounding areas continue to experience a decrease in water quality. The decreasing of water quality showed in the TSS parameter which found in the area is to high based on the standard of water quality class II pp number 82 of 2010. An increase in the value of average concentrations of mercury in the Batang Limun river before mine 0,18ppb (0.00018 mg / l) into 0,3ppb (0.0003 mg / l) on the river after the mine. The increase was affected by the mining activities and the value is still below the air quality standard Grade II pp numbers 82 years 2010, although the value is still below with the standards quality standard, the mercury levels in water should still be a major concern because if it accumulates continuously in the water levels will increase and will be bad for health. In contrast to the concentration of mercury in sediments that have a higher value is 153 ppb (0,513ppm ) .Key Words : Water Quality, Limun River, Mercury, Illegal gold mining

ABSTRACT Six fluorescein-labeled peptide nucleic acid oligomers targeting Listeria-specific sequences on the 16S ribosomal subunit were evaluated for their abilities to hybridize to whole cells by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Four of these probes yielded weak or no fluorescent signals after hybridization and were not investigated further. The remaining two FISH-compatible probes, LisUn-3 and LisUn-11, were evaluated for their reactivities against 22 Listeria strains and 17 other bacterial strains belonging to 10 closely related genera. Hybridization with BacUni-1, a domain-specific eubacterial probe, was used as a positive control for target accessibility in both Listeria spp. and nontarget cells. RNase T1 treatment of select cell types was used to confirm that positive fluorescence responses were rRNA dependent and to examine the extent of nonspecific staining of nontarget cells. Both LisUn-3 and LisUn-11 yielded rapid, bright, and genus-specific hybridizations at probe concentrations of approximately 100 pmol ml−1. LisUn-11 was the brightest probe and stained all six Listeria species. LisUn-3 hybridized with all Listeria spp. except for L. grayi, for which it had two mismatched bases. A simple ethanolic fixation yielded superior results with Listeria spp. compared to fixation in 10% buffered formalin and was applicable to all cell types studied. This study highlights the advantages of peptide nucleic acid probes for FISH-based detection of gram-positive bacteria and provides new tools for the rapid detection of Listeria spp. These probes may be useful for the routine monitoring of food production environments in support of efforts to control L. monocytogenes.

This research was conducted at the Liun Kendage Tahuna Hospital. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were obtained by in-depth interviews, documentation studies and observations. The results showed that the financial management of RSUD Liun Kendage Tahuna was in accordance with Permendagri Number 79 Year 2018. Upon implementing PPK-BLUD, management of RSUD Liun Kendage Tahuna has included: 1). Financial aspects, 2). Service Aspects, 3). Regulation. The obstacles which have hampered the management of Liun Kendage Tahuna Hospital (after the implementation of PPK-BLUD for performance evaluation) are: 1). human resource constraints, 2). infrastructure constraints, and 3). government policy constraints. Efforts have been implied to resolve the existing constraints in the management of Liun Kendage Tahuna Hospital. Those efforts are that 1) Management staff at the hospital need to follow the training and technical guidance on BLUD management, 2)The hospital needs to add management staff in the financial department who have an Accounting background, and 3) Increase the number of medical personnel, both medical doctors and nurses. Furthermore, other effort is to propose an increase in the existing budget at the hospital. In order to support financial management, the hospital should propose using the SIA BLUD application system. Pihak rumah sakit perlu menambah staf pengelola pada bagian keuangan yang mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan akuntansi, serta menambah jumlah tenaga medis baik dokter ahli maupun perawat. Selanjutnya mengusulkan penambahan anggaran yang ada pada rumah sakit dan untuk mendukung pengelolaan keuangan, pihak rumah sakit harus mengusulkan menggunaan sistem aplikasi SIA BLUD. Pihak rumah sakit mengupayakan komunikasi dengan pemerintah daerah terkait mekanisme pengelolaan PPK-BLUD sehingga akan ada persamaan persepsi pengelolaan BLUD yang tercipta antara kedua pihak.Kata Kunci: Penilaian Kinerja, RSUD, PPK-BLUD

This activity aims to foster the farmers who are members of Gapoktan Seroja I Kandang Limun, Bengkulu to initiate oyster mushroom cultivationas one of the prospective agribusinesses in Bengkulu. This business was chosen due to the fungus growing medium are available in huge quantities and being waste around Kandang Limun. Further, Oyster mushroom demand and price are high. This event is a program of Ipteks bagi Masyarakat (IBM) in collaboration with the Lembaga Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPM). Training activities include the cultivation, manufacture kumbung measuring 3x4m which capacity of 2000 baglogs, baglog manufacture, sterilization baglog, inoculation, incubation for 3-6 weeks until the harvesting and marketing. Gapoktan Seroja I have been able to make ± 1500 baglog and have been able to produce white oyster mushroom ± 5 to10 kg per day. Fresh mushrooms sold at Rp. 20,000-24.000/kg. With good management and sustainable production, the oyster mushroom cultivation can be one of the prospective agribusiness for Gapoktan Seroja I Kandang Limun, Bengkulu.Keywords: Oyster Mushroom Cultivation, Agribusiness.

ABSTRACT IFRS (Hospital Pharmacy Installation) has a strategic role in the development and economy of the hospital, so it is necessary to measure performance using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method. Research with BSC is to determine the performance of IFRS Liun Kendage Hospital, Tahuna, which is reviewed from a perspective of financial, and internal business process. This research is descriptive with retrospective and prospective data collection obtained through observations, administrative and financial reports of IFRS of Liun Kendage Hospital, Tahuna. The results showed that performance in the 2018 financial perspective contributed IFRS to the Hospital 34.34%, ITOR 3.99 times, internal business process perspective was obtained from the availability of drugs 89%, drug information services did not meet the 2016 Kepmenkes standard, dispensing time for concoctions, 39.48 minutes and non-concoction 28.45 minutes. The conclusion that the IFRS performance of Liun Kendage Hospital, Tahuna using the BSC method with two perspectives shows a pretty good performance. But there still needs to be an improvement in dispensing time, controlling drug supplies and drug information services. Penelitian dengan BSC untuk mengetahui kinerja IFRS Liun Kendage Tahuna yang ditinjau dari perspektif keuangan dan perspektif proses bisnis internal. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif dan prospektif yang diperoleh melalui observasi, laporan administrasi dan keuangan IFRS dan Rumah Sakit Liun Kendage Tahuna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pada perspektif keuangan tahun 2018 kontribusi IFRS ke RS 34,34 %, ITOR 3,99 kali, perspektif proses bisnis internal didapatkan dari ketersediaan obat 89%, pelayanan informasi obat belum memenuhi standar Kepmenkes 2016, dispensing time untuk racikan 39,48 menit dan non racikan 28,45 menit. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa kinerja IFRS Liun Kendage Tahuna yang menggunakan metode BSC dengan dua perspektif menunjukkan kinerja yang cukup baik. Tetapi masih perlu adanya perbaikan dalam dispensing time, pengendalian persediaan obat dan pelayanan informasi obat.Kata Kunci: Instalasi Farmasi, Kinerja, Balanced Scorecard.

ABSTRACTGood service quality will lead to satisfaction in patients. Pharmaceutical services especially in hospitals are sued to realization the expansion of the pharmaceutical service paradigm from product orientation to patient orientation. This study aims to determine the level of outpatient satisfaction to quality of drug service in the Pharmacy Installation of Liun Kendage Tahuna Hospital based on five dimensions of service quality namely tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance. This research is a descriptive study with prospective data collection. Number of samples is 347 people, the process of collecting primary data is done using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and data processing to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire using SPSS 17 for Windows program. The results showed that the overall satisfaction index value was -0.63. The satisfaction index for each dimension is; tangible -0.62; empathy -0.58; reliability -0.59; responsiveness -0.59; and assurance -0.70. This shows that the worth satisfaction index is negative, which means that outpatients at the Liun Kendage Tahuna Hospital Pharmacy Installation are not yet feel satisfied with the services provided. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap kualitas pelayanan obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Liun Kendage Tahuna berdasarkan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yakni tangibles, emphaty, reliability, responsiveness, dan assurance. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara prospektif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 347 orang, proses pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian dalam bentuk kuesioner dan pengolahan data untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner menggunakan program SPSS 17 for windows. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai indeks kepuasan secara keseluruhan sebesar terbesar -0,63. Indeks kepuasan pada setiap dimensi yaitu; tangible -0,62; emphaty -0,58; reliability -0,59; responsiveness -0,59; dan assurance -0,70; Hal ini menunjukkan indeks kepuasan bernilai negatif yang berarti pasien rawat jalan di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Liun Kendage Tahuna belum merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Multi-object application and water and sediment regulation of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir since 2001 have changed the flow and sediment conditions entering the Lower Reaches of Yellow River and the Estuary. Field flow and sediment data at Lijin Hydrological Station and river cross section elevation data downstream from Lijin Section during 2001~2010 have shown that the Estuary have been in a state of little scouring. The 2D mathematical model has been used to study the flow and sediment conditions for the Yellow River Estuary balance. The conclusions have arrived at that total annual water volume is 196 × 108 m3, total annual sediment volume is 1.40~1.70×108 t, coarse sediment concentration is 3kg/m3.

Yang mana di dalam konsep Good Governance, terdapat Transparansi, Partisipasi, Tanggung Jawab, Cepat Tanggap dan ketaatan Hukum yangberlaku.Hasil penelitian menunujukkan bahwa peranan camat dalam transparansi sudah terbuka dalam mengambil keputuan,ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan,cepat tanngap dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang ada dikantor maupun dimasyarakat, tanggung jawab terhadap kegiatan yang terselenggara dan taat terhadap hukum yang berlaku, dengan memberikan sangsi kepada siapa saja yang melanggar. Adapun kendala-kendala yang menyangkut tranparansi, partisipasi, tanggung jawab, cepat tanggap dan keataan hukum yang berlaku. Untuk menjawab kendala- kendala, sudah dijawab melalui wawancara dengan camat.  Kata kunci: camat, pemerintahan, good governance
