Abstract:
Straipsnyje pristatomi du pacientai, sergantys neuroborelioze, kuriems kliniškai ir radiologiškai buvo įtariama demielinizuojanti centrinės nervų sistemos liga. Pirmoji pacientė skundėsi dešinės veido pusės nutirpimu, dvejinimusi akyse, galvos svaigimu, kurie truko apie pusę metų. Galvos smegenų magnetinio rezonanso tomografijos (MRT) tyrime nustatyti hiperintensiniai susiliejantys židiniai, o regos sukeltųjų potencialų tyrime – prailgėjęs nervinio impulso perdavimas. Antrasis pacientas skundėsi kairės rankos nutirpimu, skausmu ir silpnumu, kurie truko kelias savaites. Stuburo kaklinės dalies MRT tyrime nustatyti demielinizacijos procesą primenantys hiperintensiniai židiniai, o galvos smegenų MRT – keli smulkūs hiperintensiniai židinukai. Abiem atvejais bendras smegenų skysčio tyrimas parodė limfocitinę citozę, padidėjusį baltymo kiekį. Serologiškai teigiami Borrelia burgdorferi antikūnų rezultatai nurodė persirgtą infekciją, tačiau likvore nustatyti IgM ir IgG klasės antikūnai patvirtino neuroboreliozės diagnozę. Klinikinių simptomų visuma, citologiniai, biocheminiai ir imunologiniai pokyčiai likvoro tyrime bei antibiotikoterapinio gydymo veiksmingumas abiems pacientams patvirtino neuroboreliozės diagnozę.

Darbo tikslasNustatyti pacientų, sergančių hidrocefalija, pakartotinių operacijų dažnį ir priežastis. Įvertinti šunto revizijos poreikio bei vožtuvo gedimo dažnio priklausomybę nuo hidrocefalijos etiologijos, likvoro priešoperacinio slėgio, implantuoto vožtuvo gamintojo bei drenuoto smegenų skilvelio rago.Ligoniai ir metodaiRetrospektyviai išanalizuoti operacijų protokolai bei epikrizės visų 130 pacientų, kuriems nuo 2007 m. vasario 1 d. iki 2014 m. sausio 31 d. VšĮ Respublikinės Vilniaus universitetinės ligoninės (RVUL) Neurochirurgijos skyriuje atlikta 214 ventrikuloperitoneostomijos (VPS) operacijų dėl hidrocefalijos (HC). Rinkti duomenys: HC etiologija, likvoro slėgis prieš operaciją, operacijų skaičius, pakartotinių operacijų priežastys, drenuotas ragas, implantuotas vožtuvas bei nustatytas vožtuvo atsidarymo slėgis. Tarpusavyje lyginant pacientus pagal implantuotus skirtingų gamintojų vožtuvus, HC priežastis ir likvoro slėgį prieš operaciją, ieškota statistiškai patikimų koreliacijų su vožtuvo gedimo ir revizijos poreikio dažniu. Duomenys statistiškai apdoroti SPSS 22.0 programa.RezultataiPasiskirstymas pagal lytį: 49 % vyrų, 51 % moterų. Amžius svyravo nuo 20 iki 83 metų, amžiaus vidurkis 55±15,0 metų. 55 metų amžiaus arba jaunesni buvo 61 (46,9 %) pacientas, vyresni nei 55 metų – 69 (53,1 %) pacientai. Aptariamuoju laikotarpiu atlikta 214 VPS operacijų. Vieną kartą operuoti 84 (64,6 %) pacientai, pakartotinai – 46 (35,4 %) pacientai, kai kurie po keletą kartų. Nustatytos pakartotinės operacijos priežastys – galvinio kateterio užsikimšimas konstatuotas 2,17 % atvejų, vožtuvo gedimas – 30,43 % atvejų, pilvinio kateterio užsikimšimas – 10,87 %, mišrus šunto sistemos blokas – 23,92 %, šunto migracija – 10,87 %, sistemos šalinimas dėl infekcijos – 19,57 %, tiksli priežastis nenustatyta – 2,17 %. Dažniausia pakartotinės operacijos priežastis – vožtuvo gedimas. Tarpusavyje lyginant implantuotų skirtingų gamintojų vožtuvų – „Codman“, „Sophysa“, „Medtronic“ – gedimo dažnį, statistiškai reikšmingo skirtumo nerasta (p>0,05). Taip pat vožtuvo gedimo dažnis nesiskyrė drenavus priekinį ar užpakalinį ragą (p>0,05). Tačiau 55 metų amžiaus ir jaunesniems pacientams šunto revizijos reikėjo dažniau nei vyresniems (p=0,047). Be to, vožtuvas gedo gerokai dažniau, kai likvoro slėgis prieš operaciją buvo žemas, palyginti su vidutiniu (p=0,035) ir aukštu (p=0,036) likvoro slėgiu prieš operaciją. Nustatyta patikima atvirkštinė koreliacija – likvoro takų stenozės atveju vožtuvas genda daug rečiau nei esant kitoms HC priežastims (p=0,012).IšvadosPakartotinės VPS operacijos prireikė 35,4 % pacientų. Dažniausia pakartotinės operacijos priežastis – vožtuvo gedimas. Pacientų amžius pirmosios operacijos metu, HC etiologija, likvoro slėgis prieš operaciją reikšmingai susiję su vožtuvo gedimo dažniu ir revizijos poreikio dažniu. Vožtuvo gedimo dažnis ir šunto revizijos poreikis nepriklauso nuo implantuoto šunto gamintojo ir drenuoto rago.

Abstract:
Analysis of the peak position and the linewidths of various infrared modes is performed at high (300–850 K) and low (1.5–300 K) temperatures using the experimental data from the literature for LiKSO4 which exhibits a sequence of phase transitions. The temperature dependences of the frequency and the linewidth which are derived from the anharmonic self-energy are fitted to the observed peak positions and the linewidths of the S–O stretching modes (internal [Formula: see text] modes at 1135 cm[Formula: see text] and at 1180 cm[Formula: see text]), peak position of the S–O bending [Formula: see text] (internal) modes, the peak position and the linewidth of the Li mode at 429 cm[Formula: see text] (external mode), and of the infrared band at 363 cm[Formula: see text] for LiKSO4. Our calculated peak positions and the linewidths, which are in good agreement with the observed data show that the anharmonic self-energy model describes adequately the observed behavior of the successive phase transitions in LiKSO4.

The phytophagous hoverfly genus Merodon Meigen, 1803 (Diptera, Syrphidae), which comprises more than 160 species distributed in Palaearctic and Afrotropical regions, can be differentiated into multiple groups of species that harbor high levels of hidden diversity. In this work, the serrulatus species group of Merodon is revised, providing an illustrated key to species, a detailed discussion on the taxonomic characters and a morphological diagnosis, including also the first data about the preimaginal morphology of this species group. The study includes characteristics of the 13 species of the M. serrulatus group, along with the available distributional data. Moreover, descriptions are provided for seven new species, namely M. defectus Vujić, Likov & Radenković sp. nov., M. disjunctus Vujić, Likov & Radenković sp. nov., M. medium Vujić, Likov & Radenković sp. nov., M. nigrocapillatus Vujić, Likov & Radenković sp. nov., M. nigropunctum Vujić, Likov & Radenković sp. nov., M. opacus Vujić, Likov & Radenković sp. nov., and M. trianguloculus Vujić, Likov & Radenković sp. nov. In addition, the taxa M. serrulatus (Wiedemann in Meigen, 1822), M. bequaerti Hurkmans, 1993, M. hirsutus Sack, 1913, M. kawamurae Matsumura, 1916, M. sacki (Paramonov, 1936) and M. sophron Hurkmans, 1993 are redefined and redescribed. Following a detailed study of the type material sourced from different entomological collections, the status of all available taxa related to M. serrulatus is revised and a new synonymy is proposed: M. tener Sack, 1913 syn. nov. (junior synonym of M. serrulatus). The identity of M. trizonus (Szilády, 1940) could not be assessed as the type specimens are lost. Thus, the name M. trizonus is considered as nomen dubium. The monophyly and composition of this species group are assessed through Maximum Parsimony and Maximum Likelihood analyses of the mitochondrial COI and nuclear 28S rRNA gene sequences.

• Background Myoelectric noise and baseline wander, artifacts that appear when patients move during electrocardiographic monitoring, can cause false alarms. This problem can be addressed by using a reduced lead set and placing electrodes on the anterior part of the torso only. The Mason-Likar modification of the standard 12-lead electrocardiogram and the EASI lead system are 2 alternative systems for lead placement. • Objectives To test the hypothesis that the EASI lead system is less susceptible to artifacts than is the Mason-Likar modification of the standard 12-lead electrocardiogram. • Methods Baseline wander and myoelectric noise amplitudes of EASI and Mason-Likar 12-lead electrocardiograms were compared. Twenty healthy volunteers participated. Both lead systems were recorded simultaneously for different types of physical activities. For each lead in each subject, baseline wander and myoelectric noise were measured for both systems, at rest and during each physical activity. • Results The outcome for baseline wander was mixed. For myoelectric noise content, the EASI system performed better for the limb leads in the different physical activities. In the precordial leads, the differences were minimal or mixed. However, for supine-to-right turning, EASI performed worse than the Mason-Likar system. • Conclusions The 2 systems have similar susceptibilities to baseline wander. The EASI system is, however, less susceptible to myoelectric noise than is the Mason-Likar system. EASI performed worse than Mason-Likar for turning supine to right, because only the EASI system uses an electrode in the right-midaxillary line.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimanakah proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran role playing pada mata pelajaran PKn di kelas VI SD Katolik Likot?. Dari rumusan masalah tersebut, maka penelitian bertujuan: Untuk mengetahui informasi tentang proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model role playing dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn di kelas VI SD Katolik Likot. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini fokus pada proses aktivitas siswa dan guru dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe role playing dan fokus hasil belajar siswa setelah pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe role playing. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Katolik Likot dengan subjek adalah siswa kelas VI SD Katolik Likot yang berjumlah 37 orang, yang terdiri dari 19 laki-laki dan 18 perempuan. Prosedur dan desain penelitian yang digunakan yakni: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Dari pelaksanaan diperoleh data yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, tes hasil belajar dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis dan diolah secara kualitatif. Hasil belajar yang diperoleh dari taraf keberhasilan siswa yang tuntas mencapai KKM sekolah, yang cenderung mengalami peningkatan, berturut-turut: siklus I, kualifikasi cukup, dan siklus II, kualifikasi baik. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian yaitu terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe role playing di kelas VI SD Katolik Likot.

Lakey Beach has potential that is not shared by many other tourist attractions such as left-hand wave sweeping. Not only that, the life of the local people around Lakey Beach tourist attraction which is quite unique and still preserves customs is a special attraction for tourists who visit. For this reason, we want to know the Characteristics, Motivation of foreign tourists visiting Lakey Beach.The sampling technique uses the slovin formula and purposive sampling by distributing 100 open questionnaires to foreign tourists visiting Lakey Beach tourist attractions. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative is a technique that describes and interprets the meaning of the data that has been collected. Based on the results of research characteristics of foreign tourists visiting Lakey Beach based on age 15-30 years old 57 people (57%), the area of origin of Australia 41 people (41%), male gender 5 people (56%), the status of recreational trips / holidays 98 people (98%), sources of friends / family information 54 people (54%), frequency of visiting 63 people (63%), home stay accommodations 59 people (59%). While the intrinsic motivation of foreign tourists on the indicator want to have fun score of 4.2 (agree), want to channel the hobby of surfing / surfing the score of 4.09 (agree) has the highest liker score, while the lowest liker score on the indicator wants to visit friends / liker's family score 2.15 (disagree). Whereas the extrinsic motivation of foreign tourists on the highest liker score indicator is the leisure time score of 4.27 liker (strongly agree), while the indicator with the lowest liker score is conducting a comparative study of liker score 2.16 (disagree).

AbstractDifferential scanning calorimetry on (Li1-x Kx)2SO4 mixed crystals, where x = 0.01, 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5, revealed that, as the potassium content increases, the first high temperature phase of the intermediate LiKSO4 phase at T - 432 °C grows and shifts to higher temperature, and a double-phase mixture consisting of LiKSO4 and Li2SO4 exists for x< 0.5. Ionic conductivity measurements on (Li1-xKx)2SO4 mixed crystals for x < 0.5 did show that the electrical conductivity increases as the Li2SO4 concentration increases, with an average activation energy of 0.9 eV. The enhanced electrical conductivity is primarily a result of the increase in the Li+ ion (charge carriers) concentration and/or the formation of a diffuse space charge layer at the interface between the two phases.

Abstract:
The putative monophyly and systematic position of Merodon nigritarsis group was assessed based on morphological and molecular data of the mitochondrial COI and nuclear 28S rRNA genes. The previously reported concept of the group has been redefined, and M. crassifemoris Paramonov, 1925 is now excluded. The related M. avidus group is redefined here, including the Merodon avidus complex and M. femoratus Sack, 1913. Species delimitation of morphologically defined species of M. nigritarsis group was well supported by COI gene analysis, with the exception of M. alagoezicus Paramonov, 1925 and M. lucasi Hurkmans, 1993. Descriptions are given for three new species of the M. nigritarsis species group: Merodon cohurnus Vujić, Likov et Radenković sp. n., Merodon longisetus Vujić, Radenković et Likov sp. n. and Merodon obstipus Vujić, Radenković et Likov sp. n., and one new species from the M. avidus group: Merodon rutitarsis Likov, Vujić et Radenković sp. n. A lectotype is designated for M. femoratus Sack, 1913, and two new synonymies of this species were proposed: M. biarcuatus Curran, 1939 and M. elegans Hurkmans, 1993. Here we review 18 species from the M. nigritarsis group and six species from the M. avidus group and provide morphological diagnoses of the species groups. Additionally, diagnosis of 12 branches (groups or individual taxa) of M. avidus-nigritarsis lineage, an illustrated diagnostic key for the males, and distribution map are provided for the new species.
