A detailed description of the technological features of the textiles found in funerary contexts and architectural hills of the latest occupational phases of the Lima Culture is presented. These materials were found as part of the Huaca Pucllana research project established by the Municipality of Miraflores and the Ministry of Culture. Autologous endothelial seeding (AES) of vascular prostheses has been found to reduce thrombogenicity in dogs. In the present study, we evaluated the capability of AES to reduce platelet deposition on vascular prostheses in humans.One limb of an aortic Dacron bifurcation graft was seeded with autologous endothelial cells (EC), harvested from the distal portion of the saphenous vein by enzymatic treatment. Customer Needs Analysis (CNA) is a common method used to help non-user designers to identify latent user needs. However, efforts by engineers in developed countries to conduct CNA with lead users from developing countries is complicated by differences in culture, geographical location, and language among participants.
