The article is devoted to the most popular linguistic means of influence used in the advertising slogans for the French presidency. Political slogans are created to influence the electoral behavior and the choice of voters. Anglo-Americanisms, exclamation and interrogative sentences, lexical repetitions and antitheses cause emotional response of the audience.
