Abstract:
In the field of ASIC and FPGA, Machine Learning (ML) techniques play a major role and become predominant for accurate results for different applications like big data analysis and automotive electronics, and driverless vehicles which are required speed and power savings. Due to increasing the demand for higher accuracy, low power, low area consumption, and higher throughput for the complexity of the designs in the latest technology, the proposed system is fulfilling these demands in ASIC and FPGA domains, reconfigurable hardware architecture has been proposed it consists of an ML-based Support

Abstract Background and study aims Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and/or extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy are first-line therapies for draining an obstructed pancreatic duct (PD) in painful chronic calcifying pancreatitis (CCP). Pancreaticoscopy has shown promising success rates in small series. Materials and methods This study was a retrospective analysis of a clinical database. Included were all digital single-operator digital video (SOV) pancreaticoscopy-guided interventions (n = 23) on CCP patients (n = 20) between 2015 and 2017. Success and complication rates w

Abstract:
Traditionally, biliary lesions have been considered to be indeterminate when a diagnosis cannot be made after basic laboratory work-up, abdominal imaging and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) with biliary sampling. Although ERCP is a first-line diagnostic modality for indeterminate biliary lesions, the diagnostic yield of ERCP-based tissue sampling is insufficient. In a recent, peroral cholangioscopy (POC)- guided forceps biopsy and endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUSFNA) are evolving as reliable diagnostic procedures for indeterminate biliary lesions.

Abstract Background Although endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is a first-line diagnostic modality for suspected malignant biliary stricture (MBS), the diagnostic yield of ERCP-based tissue sampling is insufficient. Peroral cholangioscopy-guided forceps biopsy (POC-FB) and endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy (EUS-FNAB) are evolving as reliable diagnostic procedures for inconclusive MBS. This study aimed to evaluate the usefulness of a diagnostic approach using POC-FB or EUS-FNAB according to the stricture location in patients with suspected MBS. Metho
