Continuous processes present the benefit to be safer and more cost saving than batch processes. Many researches have been carried out in fine chemistry but few contributions refer to polymerization. We focus on the vinyl chloride suspension polymerization. This process has been extensively studied in batch with lots of improvement regarding the formulation and the technologies. This polymerization process is highly complex due to the toxic nature of the monomer, the good manage of heat transfer and stirring. Moreover the reaction step remains the only batch step of the PVC production. Accordin

Much of this technology is based on ink that is extremely hydrophobic. This made flotation and DAF very easy to use because the ink in the water would very easily move with the air in flotation and be brought to the surface, after which the ink can be skimmed and the pulp can be used. Abstract:
Film flow of a suspension has been investigated both experimentally and theoretically. Gravity-driven free-surface inclined plane flow of a suspension of neutrally buoyant particles has been investigated using a stereoscopic particle imaging velocimetry technique. Particles have been shown to migrate away from the solid surface, and the film thickness has been shown to decrease as the fluid moves down the inclined plane. The free surface has been characterized using a light reflection technique, which shows that surface topography is affected by the inclination angle, and the particle concen
