Abstract Shortly before his death Hungarian writer and essayist Péter Esterházy (1950 – 2016) wrote the dramatic text of Mercedes Benz – Historical Revue in two parts for the Slovak National Theatre. In particular, it focuses on the famous noble family Esterházy’s influence in Slovakia. The author of the play had a very strong association with this matter. In his writing Péter Esterházy used a wide range of intertextualities: his literary texts are like the fabric spun from fibres of the autobiography of his own family history, but also fragments of Hungarian and Slovak history, legends, tales, as well as hearsay and myths. The interpreted dramatic text is remarkable because Esterházy, in addition to intertextual recycling of his own texts, also exploits the texts of the Hungarian classic author Imre Madách The Tragedy of Man. The author of the study has focused on clarifying the function, specification and effects of Esterházy’s intertextual writing.

The method used in this research was descriptive. Based on the analysis of the study of Totto Chan's novel: The Litle Girl At The Window by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi, it can be concluded that the educational method applied by Sosaku Kobayashi at Tomoe Gakuen school was a method of humanistic education including ways to create authentic personality such as (1) strengthen students' confidence in giving meaning to life (2) paving the way for self-development, based on freedom and responsibility, (3) guiding learners to find life with self-motivation and desire to become more, (4) developing a worldview in a way original and expression in accordance with the students themselves. The four things can be seen through the learning activities in the classroom, learning activities outside the classroom, school rules, and the role of educators in learning.

Thomas Hvid Kromann: The literary work, the public sphere, (net)archive – transformation of the literary field in the mediatisation age and how we save it for posterity
The article examines the ongoing transformation of the Danish literary field: what consequences does technological development in particular have for the concept of the literary work, the (literary) public sphere and for the possibilities for storing digital platforms that house both literary works, which are not associated with the printed media, and discussion forums on the internet? The author Caspar Eric’s publications are used as a case for a contemporary expansion of the concept of the literary work, since Eric’s work is not limited to the printed media, but also includes writing experiments, which he publishes on digital platforms in parallel with the official printed versions. The article argues that Eric’s publications in an extended literary field, indicate a need for a thorough reassessment of our delimitations of a literary work. Connected to the expansion of the public sphere, one finds a levelling of literary criticism, partly connected to the rise of social media. Based on the now closed sites Litlive and Promenaden the limits and possibilities of this tendency are examined. Finally, the article discusses the existing conditions for archiving these sites in order to save them for posterity, and it is reasoned that literary research within contemporary literature, beneficially, should include the archiving of literary source material.

The mechanical property of external prestressed beams is affected by many parameters. Based on experimental study on externally strengthened prestressed box beams, a three-dimensional finite element analysis model was built in ANSYS. The calculation results was proved to be correct by being compared with experimental results. The effect of some parameters on deflection and stress in externally strengthened box beam was deeply analyzed in serviceability stage and ultimate status. The study shows that different original status of strengthened beam may affect the deflection and stress in different degree. The parameters change, such as effective prestress, concrete strength, the area and depth of external tendons and displacement coupling character for contact node, will result in a little difference in deflection and stress in serviceability stage, but obvious in ultimate status. For box beams in the model, changing the tendons lateral distance to the web results in litlle change in deflection and stress. No matter it is inside or outside the box at cross section.

With different original status including crack, controlled stretching stress and reinforcement ratio, five reinforced concrete box beams strengthened with external prestressed tendons were designed. The stress increment of external tendons was studied by indoor test and Finite Element Method analysis. The study shows that the less the controlled stretching stress is, the more rapidly the prestressed stress increment increases. There is no clear difference between the beam with original crack and without crack. In the test, the measured ultimate stress of external prestressed tendon agrees with the calculated result based on deflection method, and the stress in serviceability stage agees with the result based on structural mechanics method. In Finite Element model, the change of effective prestress, concrete strength, the area and depth of external tendons will result in a little change of stress in serviceability stage, but obvious change in ultimate status. the change of tendons lateral distance to the web results in litlle change of stress in the whole loading stage , no matter it is inside or outside the box at cross section.

Abstract Although some birds can detect wavelengths in the infrasound range, there has been litle evidence that birds produce very low frequencies. We made nine recordings of a captive Dwarf Cassowary (Casuarius benneti) and one recording of a wild Southern Cassowary (C. casuarius) near Crater Mountain, Papua New Guinea. Both species produced sounds near the floor of the human hearing range in their pulsed booming notes: down to 32 Hz for C. casuarius and 23 Hz in C. benneti. Recordings of C. benneti indicate four levels of harmonics with the 23 Hz fundamental frequency. Such low frequencies are probably ideal for communication among widely dispersed, solitary cassowaries in dense rainforest. The discovery of very low-frequency communication by cassowaries creates new possibilities for studying those extremely secretive birds and for learning more about the evolution of avian vocalizations.

ISSUES of teacher recruitment and retention in rural and isolated areas have received considerable attention in Australia and North America. Research findings have influenced policy and many training incentive programs and packages are in place. Litle attention, however, has been given to long-staying rural teachers and why they are satisfied to stay in locations which others in the profession find disagreeable. This report analyses available studies and, among other things, reveals much variation in the definition of ‘long-staying’. A survey was administered to 427 long-staying rural teachers, teachers who had been in their current school for at least six years and were not planning to move within twelve months. It sought information on professional pre- and inservice education, satisfaction, commitment and community. There emerged a profile of a professionally satisfied, community integrated, family oriented teacher who enjoyed the rural lifestyle and environment. The results carry strong messages for teacher education and teacher selection processes.

Three studies examined the relationship between several measures of creativity and aesthetic preference and several established personality scales. Study 1 derived indices of Fluency, Originality, and Preference for Complexity and Meaningfulness using random polygons varying in complexity (turns); the scales of the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (Revised) (EPQ-R), the Schizotypal Personality Scale (STA), and the Sensation Seeking Scale, Form V (SSS-V) were the personality measures. Study 2 added Openness to Experience from the NEO Personality Inventory (Revised) to the personality measures; factors derived from the Litle and Zuckerman Music Preference Scale were added to the creativity/preference set. Study 3 replaced the polygons used in Study 2 with two Kogan-Wallach creativity tests, and added a word association task. Canonical correlations suggested a substantial relationship between SSS-V, Openness, and EPQ-R Psychoticism, and a creativity/preference set particularly represented by Preference for Complexity, dislike of “soft popular” music, and originality or number of divergent thinking responses. Subscale analyses implicated willingness to question conventional values as a major component of the “creative personality.”

The photocatalytic efficiency of the recently synthesized TiO2 powder, named P160, of the degradation of dye Dye C.I. Reactive orange 16 in natural and artificial seawater was investigated in comparison to its efficiency in deionized water and the efficiency of a standard TiO2 powder Degusa P25. It was shown that the photocatalytic efficiency of P160 was slightly higher than that of P25, probably due to slightly higher specific surface area, higher pore volume and larger pores of the powder P160. The efficiency of both photocatalysts in natural and artificial seawater was significantly lower than that in deionized water. The overall rate of dye degradation for both types of photocatalysts is litle higher in artificial seawater than in natural seawater, which shows the influence of organic compounds naturally present in seawater on the photocatalysts activity. A saturation Langmuir-type relationship between the initial degradation rate and the initial dye concentration indicates that the adsorption plays a role in the photocatalytic reaction. The photodegradation rate constant k, which represents the maximum reaction rate, has similar values for P25 and P160 in all types of water due to the similar properties of the photocatalysts.

This paper presents three primality tests; Fermat test, Solovay-Strassen test, and Rabin-Miller test. Mathematica software is used to carry out the primality tests. The application of Fermat’s Litle Theorem as well as Euler’s Theorem on the tests was also discussed and this leads to the concept of pseudoprime. This paper is also discussed some results on pseudoprimes with certain range and do quantitative comparison. Those primality tests need to be evaluated in terms of its ability to compute as well as correctness in determining primality of given numbers. The answer to this is to create a source codes for those tests and evaluate them by using Mathematica 6.0. Those are Miller-Rabin test, Solovay-Strassen test, Fermat test and Lucas-Lehmer test. Each test was coded using an algorithm derived from number theoretic theorems and coded using the Mathematica version 6.0. Miller-Rabin test, SolovayStrassen test, and Fermat test are probabilistic tests since they cannot certainly identify the given number is prime, sometimes they fail. Using Mathematica 6.0, comparison study of primality test has been made and given the Miller- Rabin test as the most powerful test than other.

Abstract Macroalga is an important resources not only for intertidal communities, but also for human, such as food, cosmetic, and pharmacy. It is more likely that as a part of tropical area, intertidal zone of Lombok has a high diversity of macroalga. Unfortunately, the existency of this biota, mainly in this area, are litle known. This paper describe the biodiversity and state of macroalga in the Southern Intertidal Zone of Lombok Island. There are reports that the production of panels with various mixtures is quite feasible. However, the knownlogment of production of panels with other residues is litle, except wood. The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of water absorption on panels produced with elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureumSchum.) andEucalyptussp. leaves, Consolidated with urea-formaldehyde adhesive. For the production of the panels, the elephant grass (CA) was used, without particle size reduction, andEucalyptussp. (EU), freshly collected and crushed as powder. Two panels were produced, one consisting of 100% elephant grass (CA) and another in the proportion (1: 1, from CA: EU), with urea-formaldehyde adhesive. From each panel, 4 specimens were removed and the water absorption test was carried out for 2 hours, in addition to the determination of the apparent density. Panel test specimens (CA) showed, on average, an initial apparent density of 0.5953 g.cm-3and final (water absorption) of 0.5465 g.cm-3, while those of CA + EU showed an apparent density of 0.5478 g.cm-3and 0.6881 g.cm-3. The panels (CA) and (CA + EU) produced showed good consolidation after pressing, but It was verified that there are possibilities of improvement in order to minimize water absorption and improve the stability of this product.

The selective enzyme inhibitors genistein and Ro 31-8220 were used to assess the importance of protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) and protein kinase C (PKC), respectively, in N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (FMLP) induced generation of superoxide anion and thromboxane B2(TXB2) in guinea-pig alveolar macrophages (AM). Genistein (3–100 μM) dose dependently inhibited FMLP (3 nM) induced superoxide generation in non-primed AM and TXB2release in non-primed or in lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (10 ng/ml) primed AM to a level > 80% but had litle effect up to 100 μM on phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) (10 nM) induced superoxide release. Ro 31-8220 inhibited PMA induced superoxide generation (IC500.21 ± 0.10 μM) but had no effect on or potentiated (at 3 and 10 μM) FMLP responses in non-primed AM. In contrast, when present during LPS priming as well as during FMLP challenge Ro 31-8220 (10 μM) inhibited primed TXB2release by > 80%. The results indicate that PTK activation is required for the generation of these inflammatory mediators by FMLP in AM. PKC activation appears to be required for LPS priming but not for transducing the FMLP signal; rather, PKC activation may modulate the signal by a negative feedback mechanism.

Atas kondisi tersebut, Fazlur Rahman menawarkan teori hermeneutik sosio historis sebagai pisau analisis dalam membedah makna yang terkandung dalam teks hadis. Langkah yang ditempuh Fazlur Rahman dalam memahami hadis yaitu dengan hibridasi antara pola berfikir induktif dan diakhiri dengan pola berfikir deduktif. Acccording to the Arrticle 24C paragaaph (1) the Constttution of thr Republic of Indonesia of 1945, the Constitutional Court of thr Republic of Indonesia have thr power to decide upon disputes over the results of general election. The general election referred to here is elections to elect members of the legislature, regional representative councils, regional legislatures, president amd vice president. Both of thr provisions have been limitative, so there will no be any other elections that included. However, in its development, the Constittutional Court of the Republc of Indonesia is given the power to decide upon disputes ovrr the results of regional hed elections with a legal basis of the Constittutional Court Ruling Number 072-073/PUU-II/2004. However, a litle later the Constttution Court of the Republic of Indonesia issued a Consttttuional Court Ruling Number 97/PUU-XI/2013 which said tht the Constitusional Court of the Republic of Indonesia can’t have the power to decide upon disputes over the resuls of regional hed elections. This reaises problems regarding whether regional head elections are included in thr general election regime? And whether the Constitutional Court of the Republic Indonesia has thr authorty to decide upon disputes over the results of regional hed elections? Thr Author examined the issue by normative method. Introduction. Behcet's disease is multisystemic vasculitis which affects vein and artery blood vessels. Intestinal perforation rarely occurs as clinic manifestation in as litle as 1% of patients. The transverse colon is the most infrequent site of perforation. We presented a patient diagnosed with Behcet's disease who underwent both surgical and conversative treatment due to perforation of the colon. Case report. A 34-year-old patient was admitted to the hospital with fever, aphthous ulcerations on oral mucosa and genitals and bilateral uveitis. On the basis of clinical symptoms and the International Criteria developed in 1990 Behcet's disease was diagnosed. During the next few days the patient developed erythema nodosum, diarrheic syndrome and acute abdominal symptoms due to perforation of the transverse colon. An emergent laparotomy was undertaken involving resection of a perforated segment of the colon, and bipolar colostomy on the left side of abdomen. Following the surgery the patient was treated except for antibiotics with three successive pulse doses of methylprednisolone (500 mg/daily) and cyclophosphamide (15 mg/kg). The treatment was continued by gradual decrease in the close of the corticosteroid (perorally) and by cyclophosphamide first with monthly doses (5 monthly pulse doses of 15 mg/kg cyclophosphoamide), and then with 3-month doses (totally 6 doses) up to totally 12 g. Conclusion. The therapy with pulse doses of methylprednisolone combined with pulse doses of cyclophosphamide was very effective in the reported case with the complex clinical manifestations leading to resolution of gastrointenstinal, ocular and orogenital lesions.

This program focuses on health education activities by little doctors using applicative extension media in terms of applying food diversity, selecting healthy snacks and eating breakfast. The purpose of this community service activity is to conduct training and measure changes in the knowledge of small doctors before and after the training on the use of flipchart nutrition counseling media by little doctors in the UKS program. The targets in this activity are Little Doctors in SD N 1, SDN 2 and SDN 3 Batubulan Kangin. Community service activities were carried out in July 2019 which included pre-test, training, post-test, counseling with a flip sheet by a small doctor to target elementary school children in their neighborhood. The number of targets in the three elementary schools is 57 people. Descriptively the age of the small doctor ranged from 9 years to 12 years, with an average age of 10.33 years and a standard deviation of 0.76 years. The knowledge pre-test results show the lowest value of 45 and the highest value of 95 with an average of 72.45 and a standard deviation of 12.50. In counseling training activities using flipchart media on little doctors in SD N 1, 2 and 3 Batubulan miss it can be observed that the small doctors are very enthusiastic to follow and try. This is because the flipchart is something new and is easily applied by them. The results of the post-test knowledge showed an increase compared to the pre-test data. The lowest value is 50 and the highest value is 100 with an average of 76.05 and a standard deviation of 11.79. There was a significant increase in knowledge based on paired t test results (p 0.05). Based on a review of the results of community service activities, it can be suggested that counseling activities carried out by small doctors are more often done. This adds to the knowledge and insight of elementary school children about healthy, nutritious and balanced food. (latitude 22o 51’ S, longitude 48o 26’ W, altitude 786 m), no período de 01 de outubro de 1994 a 30 de setembro de 1995.As estimativas diárias da evapotranspiração potencial (ETo), através dos métodos de Penman-Monteith, Penman-FAO, Radiação Solar FAO e Tanque Classe A, foram comparadas com os valores de ETo medidos com 5 (cinco) evapotranspirômetros de lençol freático de nível constante, mantidos a 60 cm de profundidade, em intervalos de 1, 3, 5 e 10 dias nas 04 estações do ano.Os resultados indicaram que esses equipamentos são adequados para a medida da evapotranspiração de referência, não só pela facilidade operacional, mas também por sua precisão. O emprego dos métodos demonstrou ser dependente da estação do ano, da redução do erro padrão de estimativa e do aumento do coeficiente de determinação, como função do intervalo de tempo considerado.Todos os métodos indicaram sensibilidade, sempre que a energia foi utilizada essencialmente na forma de calor sensível, superestimando a evapotranspi- ração nas condições experimentais.O intervalo de 5 a 10 dias apresentou os menores valores de erro padrão e os maiores valores do coeficiente de determinação, sendo a diferença entre os métodos atribuída aos dados climáticos considerados por cada um.Finalmente os resultados indicaram que os métodos de Penman-Monteith e Penman-FAO determinam com maior precisão a evapotranspiração. (22o 51’ S, 48o 26’ W, 786m) using Penman Monteith, FAO Penman, FAO Solar Radiation and Class A Pan methods between october, 1984 and september, 1995.The estimating methods was compared with grass reference evapotranspiration obtained with five evapotranspirometers of constant ground water at 60 cm depth, using a moving average of 1 - 10 days on spring, summer, autumn and winter.The study indicates that the equipaments are appropriate for the evaluation of reference evapotranspiration not only by the operational facilities but also by the accuracy.The results indicate that the methods applicability is a function of the season of the year, reduction of standard error and increasing of determination coefficient in the considered intervals.Several estimating methods showed sensitive even when litlle energy was utilized in sensible heat flux and overestimated the evapotranspiration in the experimental condition.The 5 -10 days moving average can reduce the standard error of estimate and increase the coefficient of determination significantly between estimated and measured reference evapotranspiration for several estimating methods.Finally, the results indicated that FAO Penman and Penman - Monteith methods are the most realible indication of evapotranspiration. The broquette manufacturing started when the MSW with contain 10 % weight of non organic matter crushed into litle pieces, limestone and mollases as a binder ,and pressed in pressing machine. The formed biobriquette were taken into a carbonization furnace to carbonize in three diferent temperature i.e. 80 0C, 120 0C, and 140 0C, then taken into furnace to find tthe combustion characterictics. The results of the research show that the 120 0C carbonize briquette give the best combustion performance .

This article argues that Jesus used the expression "son of man" not in a titular way, but genetically, meaning "humankind". This use of "son of man" developed into a titular usage in which Jesus is identified with "Son of Man". The study shows that Jesus' use of the expression "son of man" should be understood in the context of the "little tradition" which was reinterpreted in terms of the "great tradition" in a titular way. It is argued that this transition from "litle tradition" to "great tradition"can be seen as "false attribution". After Jesus' death when his followers reorganized themselves into a cultic community, they gave Jesus the position "founder of the cult". They did this by making use of honorary titles. The use of the title "Son of Man" for Jesus is interpreted in terms of the social theory of the institutionalization of charismatic authority. The focus is on the title "Son of Man" as it appears in legal sayings or church rules, wisdom sayings and prophetic and apocalyptic sayings.

Research question: We have demonstrated that plasmatic estradiol in mid-luteal phasel has prognostic value for clinical and ongoing pregnancy rate. This study investigated the possible factors that could interfere in the value of estradiol-progesterone in the mid luteal phase of cycles of IVF/ICSI Design: Retrospective study, including patients ≤39years old and with dosage of estradiol-progesterone and beta hCG 6-7 days after fresh embryo transfer and the influence of several factors or variables upon these hormones. Results: Of 189 cycles of IVF/ICSI with complete hormonal evaluation in mid-luteal phase, we studied the probably influence of ten factors upon plasmatic concentration of estradiol-progesterone. Only four factors had significant influence. Of them, the most important variable was beta hCG concentration (consequence of trophoblastic mass and number of implanted embryos), followed for number collected oocytes, and of litlle importance, scheme of final maturation with luteal phase correction (did not reach statistical difference), and day of transfer. Conclusion: The estradiol-progesterone in the mid-luteal phase, in this research, were influenced by hCG, number of collected oocytes, scheme for final maturation, but the main influence factor was the beta hCG concentration, although not had been a good correlation coefficient between these hormones, due to a large difference in the their concentrations, as seen in the high values observed on the Standard Deviation. The high percentages of clinical and ongoing pregnancies in the ≥500g/ml group, were the result of higher beta hCG levels, due to the larger number of twin pregnancy in this group.

For some time, Islam in Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia, is considered a periphery Islam (peripheralism religion) due to the syncretism practice and accommodationists against local beliefs. Indonesian Islam is only a little tradition (small tradition) of great tradition Islam who was in the Middle East region. Great tradition is Islamic tradition that grows and develops in the center of culture, namely in the Middle East or more specifically in Mecca and Medina, while little tradition is Islamic tradition that developed outside the Middle East region, including Indonesia, and those are considered to deviate from the pure Islamic. The thesis thrive on the paradigm of modernism that spawned Islamologist like K.P. Landon, Winstedt, Van Leur and also Clifford Geertz with his Trichotomy approach which is famous for the Java community, the belief or confidence is also shared by some Muslim scholars. This paper shows some bias in the paradigm of Modernism and Postmodernism as elaborate approaches in Islamic studies. Postmodernism did de-centering to dismantle the discourse about the center and the periphery, little tradition and great tradition. ABSTRACTWe have studied the thermal decomposition of a Cu MOCVD precursor, hexafluoroacetylacetonate copper vinyl trim ethylsilane (CuI (hfac)(vtms)), on both air-oxidized and N2 ion beam sputter-annealed single crystal (100) and polycrystalline TiN surfaces. Dosing TiN with CuI(hfac)(vtms) at 25°C results in chemisorption of CuIhfac) and desorption of vtms. On oxidized surfaces, litle or no decomposition of CF3 groups is detected at room temperature, while on sputter-annealed polycrystalline and single crystal surfaces, a small amount of decomposition is indicated by a CF2 feature in the C(1s) X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) spectrum, and a low-binding energy fluoride in the F(1s) spectrum. Between 100 and 250°C, CuI(hfac) decomposes to evolve gaseous products and leaves Cu, F, and C on the surface. Further heating leads to diffusion of Cu into the TiN, apparently enhanced by simultaneous diffusion of F. Decomposition of the hfac CF3 groups at elevated temperature is independent of the nature of the TiN surface (i.e. polycrystalline vs. (100), or clean vs. oxidized). However, Cu diffusion depends strongly on the surface preparation. The onset of Cu diffusion into oxidized polycrystalline, clean polycrystalline, and clean single crystal (100) TiN occurs at 250, 320, and 430°C, respectively.

On this paper, wavelet analysis has been used for internal wave detection in ERS SAR and ASTER images data over Tsushima strait, southwest of Japan, during 1993-2004 period. Various wavelet transforms, such as Haar wavelet, Symlet wavelet, Coif wavelet, Daubechies wavelet, and Discreet Meyer wavelet, are tested comparably with different level of synthesize image on horizontal, diagonal, and vertical detail, and approximation to study the internal wave characteristic in image. Internal wave features were detected as elongated pattern in image with higher wavelet coefficient (>36) than sea surface (litlle than 10) on horizontal and vertical detail coefficient of image transforms at level 2-5. The decomposition image shows the tendency that the decomposition of internal wave feature using wavelet transform tends to follow the wavelet function. This may reduced the height of leading wave. Smoother result of internal wave shape can be formed using higher scale resolution of image and higher number of vanishing moments such as Daubechies waveletdb5, Symlet wavelet-sym5, and Discrete Meyer wavelet. The compactly supported wavelet function with orthogonal basis with scale function and FIR filter, such as discrete Meyer function is proposed for smoothness of feature, space save coding, and to avoid depashing in image. So far, the detection processes were performed well on the internal waves data that occurred at north coast off Kitakyushu and NW/W/SW/E coast off Tsushima Island on June to September period whose lengths were detected between 6-28 km and wavelength between 120m-1.28km. The directions of internal wave propagation were varied between NW-SW at eastern channel and N-SW at western channel of Tsushima Strait. The content and dynamics of chlorophylls a and b of the photosynthetic organ (leaf) of representatives of the genus Canna L. were studied at different phases of plant growth and development: at the beginning of the growing season, in the generative phase, at the end of the growing season under conditions of Kryvyi Rih. A high content of chlorophylls in the leaves of most of the studied canna varieties was noted, compared with the species (with the exception of C. indica). A common trend for canna plants was an increase in the total number of chlorophylls in generative phase. Varieties of canna Capter, Vesolyye notki, Richard Wallis, which have litle leaf parameters, were characterized by a low total content of photopigments during the growing season and chlorophyll b in the generative phase, which indicates a significant sensitivity of plants to arid conditions in the region. Plants of the Fauervogel, Rosenkranzen and Krymskiye Zori varieties (with large leaf blades) were characterized by a high concentration of green pigments during the growing season, and chlorophyll b in the generative phase, this feature in the functioning of the photosynthetic apparatus is consistent with a high assessment of the level of adaptation of these plants in drought conditions. Therefore, indicators of the state of the assimilation apparatus of plants of the genus Canna L. can be used to determine their level of fitness for moisture deficiency during introduction studies.

Thalassemia is a major genetic blood disorder that has negative impacts on thalassemic children and their family. The needs of parents while caring for thalassemia children are important matters because the failure of meeting needs of parents may affect their mental and physical health. Yet, litle is known about factors that meeting the needs of thalasemic child parents. The study aim was to identify factors that correlate with the needs of parents having a school age thalassemic child in west jave province. This research used correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were parents of school-age children with thalassemia major totaling 136 people using the total sampling method. Data were analyzed with bivariate using chi square and biserial points. Then a multivariate analysis used logistic regression. The results showed the age of parents related to information (p = 0.005) and professional (p = 0.004), parent gender related to information (p = 0,000), professional (p = 0.017), social (p = 0.035), financial (p = 0.023) and spiritual (p = 0.009). Parental education is related to information (p = 0,000), social (p = 0,005), emotional (p = 0,000), financial (p = 0,016) and spiritual (p = 0,001). Parent income is related to information (0,000), social (p = 0,006), emotional (p = 0,000), financial (p = 0,003) and spiritual (p = 0,004). The number of thalassemia major children is related to emotional (p = 0.015) and financial (p = 0.013). Parental needs are related to several factors. The importance of increasing the role of nurses as educators and consultants and helping parents find sources of spiritual, emotional and financial support for parents of school-age children with thalassemia.

O artigo aborda a questão dos usos insurgentes do espaço urbano e da produção juvenil de imagens como forma de adquirir visbilidade e mesmo, em alguns casos, certa de ascensão social. A pesquisa etnográfica parte da observação de determinadas práticas culturais juvenis na cidade de São Paulo, como a pixação, o funk, os rolezinhos e as zoeiras nas escolas. O processo de produção ou articulação de imagens, por intregrantes dessas práticas, dialoga muitas vezes, em complementaridade e/ou oposição, às imagens estigmatizantes que a grande mídia produz sobre os jovens pobres. Atenta-se para como as novas tecnologias da informação e da comunicação e as novas mídias têm intensificado a capacidade e as possibilidades de imaginar-se em outros lugares ou mesmo em outras posições sociais. Introduction: The teaching of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in schools is already established by the "Kids Save Lives".A low-cost mannequin with the possibility of using recycled material may be a new means of training for children and young people in low-income areas. Objectives: To develop a low-cost mannequin derived from recycled material and evaluate its ability to demonstrate simulations of chest compressions for children and young people. Methods: Development of the model of a low fidelity mannequin made by children in a standard platform based on a plastic bottle (PET) inserted in a T-shirt with other recycled materials such as paper and Styrofoam. The compression simulation test was conducted by a randomized, single-blind study with the inclusion of volunteers at a high school. The children, without previous training in CPR, were randomized to one of the training arms of Laerdal’s Litle Anne mannequin (L) or plastic bottle mannequin (PB). The compression test was performed on a multi-sport court, during 60 minutes, through a video demonstration of CPR with emphasis on chest compressions. The two groups were balanced in age and gender. After the training, all students underwent a test on the Anne Quality Laedal mannequin with two minutes of chest compressions supervised by an instructor (blind to the previous training), that evaluate the frequency of the compressions, correct position of the hands, mean time without compression, total number of compressions and mean depth of compressions. Results: A total of 88 children and young people with a mean age of 14 years of both genders were included. Forty children trained with the L mannequin and 48 with the PB. The variable depth of compression showed differences between the trained groups, where the PB model was 4.1 points higher than the L model (p=0.012) without being able to affirm that there was an effect on the item depth sufficient (p=0.077). Others variables did not present differences between groups. Conclusion: The PB mannequins have very low cost and can be a new model for CPR training in schools. On the compressions ability, only the depth variable was superior in the PB model, perhaps due to the greater similarity of the mannequin to human chest strength.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatan aktivitas pembelajaran mahasiswa, hasil belajar, dan motivasi belajar siswa setelah diberi tindakan pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan kegiatan laboratorium. Metode yang digunakan mengacu pada prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas selama 2 siklus yang merupakan siklus dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, refleksi, analisis dan evaluasi. Sikus I (prinsip Le Chatelier), siklus II (tetapan kesetimbangan, Kc). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan kegiatan laboratorium pada pengajaran kimia dapat: (1) meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran yang secara kuantitatif mencapai 60,33% (siklus 1(1), 68,66% (siklus 1(2) dan 85,33% (siklus 2), (2) meningkatkan prestasi belajar dari 57,19 (siklus 1) hingga 71,20 pada siklus 2, (3) meningkatkan motivasi belajar yang ditunjukkan sebesar 26,2% mahasiswa menyatakan sangat setuju, 63,8% setuju, 7,7 % kurang setuju dan 2,2% tidak setuju. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini bahwa pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan kegiatan laboratorium pada pengajaran kimia dapat meningkatkan aktivitas, motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. The purpose of this research is to improve student learning activities , learning outcomes , and the motivation to study after being given a guided inquiry learning with laboratory activities. The method used is based on action research procedures in two cycles that the cycle of planning , action , observation , reflection, analysis and evaluation. Sikus I (Le Chatelier's principle ), second cycle (the equilibrium constant, Kc). The results of the study indicate that the guided inquiry learning with laboratory activities can: (1) improve the learning activity quantitatively reached 60.33 % (cycle 1 (1) , 68.66 % (cycle 1 (2) and 85.33 % (cycle 2), (2) improve the learning achievement of 57.19 (cycle 1) to 71.20 in cycle 2 , (3) increase learning motivation demonstrated by 26.2 % of students stated strongly agreed, 63.8 % agree, 7.7 % litle disagree and 2.2 % disagree. Large amounts of these commodities were saved before the ship in a following storm was crushed. The ship was named Venus from Sundsvall in Sweden, and the captain was Sam. Dryselius. But, remarkably, very litle is written about this event, despite the fact that it was perhaps the largest and most valuable cargo ever brought ashore. It was, after a thorough registration of every item, put up for auction, and every detail of this is writen in a minute book which gives us a detailed picture of the content of the cargo, the list of persons that were buying, and what were the prices. More than 5000 items were saved and sold for more than 12.000 Rigsdaler (In comparison, the price of 1 barrel of barley was around 5 Rdl). The local officials bought the largest amounts, but it can not have been for their own consumption alone. – The article shall in the first place clear up the event and illuminate the auctions. The next problem is to attempt to follow how and where the commodities were forwarded. It is stressed that small-scale shopping is not the same as illicit traffic. One event can be documented. The skipper Poul P. Nolsøe brought an amount og Manchester-cloth to Norway, and sold it to a merchant there. This is undoubtly an incidence of smuggling. But the assumption is put forward that most of this cloth and textile was sold in exchange for sweaters that were shipped to Denmark as ”sendingsgods” (private commodities shipped by the Royal Trade Monopoly).</p>
