Abstract:
The captioned title of research attempts to evaluate the efficiency of saving mobilization performance of Micro Finance Institutions like Amhara Credit &amp; Saving Institutions (ACSI) in Ethiopia in general and between the two branches (Arrerty and Deneba<strong>)</strong> of North Shoa Region in particular. Data are collected through primary data such as questionnaire and secondary data from the annual reports of ACSI. While convenient sampling is used to select the branches for the study, simple random sampling has been adopted to select the saving clients from the population of both the branches. In order to derive the saving mobilization performance, five parameters have been identified for the purpose of comparison between two branches. The purpose of this study is to verify whether or not any of these parameters are better between Arrerty and Deneba branch in terms of creating demand and awareness, optimizing supportive factors to access saving, overcoming of constraint factors of access voluntary saving, to evaluate saving performance and loan to saving ratio. The inferential analysis is deployed by resorting to paired sample t test in order to compare these parameters between the two branches. The findings of the study reveal that the Arrerty branch is better in saving mobilization performance than Deneba branch in terms of creating demand and awareness of saving mobilization, in minimizing constraint factors to access saving, improvement of total saving performance and loan to saving ratio. Arrerty branch is not better than Deneba branch in optimizing supportive factors to access saving. Thus the study concludes that the overall saving mobilization performance in Arrerty branch is better than Deneba branch of ACSI, North Shoa Zone, Ethiopia.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze bad debts on the financial performance of the Kupang City Branch of the Swasti Sari Savings and Loan Cooperative. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data analysis techniques using bad debt analysis and financial performance analysis by measuring financial ratios such as liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of the Swasti Sari Saving and Loan Cooperative, Kupang City Branch for a period of 5 years from 2019-2023. The results showed that bad debts at the Kupang City Branch of the Swasti Sari Savings and Loan Cooperative were caused by the inability of cooperative members to pay off their obligations so that the cooperative's receivables became difficult to collect and had an impact on the cooperative's financial performance as measured by the liquidity ratio from 2019 to 2023 which decreased because the cooperative's cash decreased and its receivables increased, the Solvency Ratio indicates an increase in risk due to increased debt without balanced asset growth. The Profitability Ratio shows a decrease in net income which affects the operational sustainability of the Kupang City Branch of the Swasti Sari Savings and Loan Cooperative. The results of this study provide recommendations for the Kupang City Branch of the Swasti Sari Saving and Loan Cooperative in overcoming the risk of bad credit, namely taking a rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring approach, applying prudential principles, conducting regular monitoring and monitoring of financial performance and credit risk so that cooperatives can make quick and appropriate decisions to maintain financial stability and operational sustainability.

Abstract:
This study scrutinized the effect of outreach on financial sustainability and profitability of SACCOs in Eastern Ethiopia using balanced panel data from 33 SACCOs over the period of 2017-2019. Quantitative approach and explanatory design were employed to realize the stated objective. This study used secondary data sources, mainly audited financial statement of the SACCOs, in the study period. The analysis revealed that SACCOs in Eastern Ethiopia are profitable but not financially sustainable. Random effect model results show that gross loan to asset ratio, yield on gross loan portfolio, managerial and operational efficiency has statistically significant and positive effect on the financial sustainability of SACCOs, while average loan size has statistically significant but negative effect. Likewise, gross loan to asset ratio, managerial efficiency, and average loan size has statistically significant and positive effect on the profitability of SACCOs in Eastern Ethiopia. However, the portion of women borrowers and number of active borrowers has statistically significant but negative effect on the profitability of the SACCOs in the study area. Finally, the study suggests that increasing the number of borrowing clients and sales volume (loan portfolio) could benefit SACCOs in Eastern Ethiopia from economics of scale.

Abstract:
The high price of houses causes a person to not be able to buy a home. The way that someone can own a house is by taking advantage of the credit offers provided by the bank. A mcroprudential policy needed that aims to overcome financial system instability, one of which is the policy on easing the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio for housing loans (KPR). The adjustment of LTV ratio aims to increase the potential demand for property, especially housing and household appliances, in line with an increase in the incomes of the lower middle class, and to control risks in the property sector. This study analyzes the impact of savings, loan interest rates, property sector NPLs, and the number of housing loans before and after a LTV policy revision. The data analysis used the Paired t-test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test, and multiple linear regression. The study results showed that there were differences between savings, loan interest rates, property sector NPLs, and the number of mortgages before and after a LTV policy change. Savings and NPLs in the property sector have no impact on the demand for housing loans while loan interest rates and LTV policy significantly affect the demand for housing loans.

Abstract:
This research paper aims to examine the impact of tax implementation on the number of P2P loan recipients and the amount of P2P loan disbursement in fintech industry of Indonesia. This empirical study is based on the number of accounts and loan data acquired from one of Indonesia’s government agencies – the Financial Services Authority (OJK) from February 2022 to April 2022 and June 2022 to August 2022 that are analyzed using various tests such as Skewness-Kurtosis Test, the variance ratio test, and t-test. The results show that tax implementation does not significantly affect the number of P2P loan recipients and the amount of P2P loan disbursement. This is because fintech offers greater benefits than traditional banks, such as convenience, time-saving, more access to financial products, and better security measures. The limited amount of available data and the number of provinces available become the limitation of the study to obtain optimum results.

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the loan repayment of the Women's Savings and Loans Group (SPP) in Patampanua District, Pinrang Regency. The sample was selected based on purposive sampling, namely the SPP group with known effective and ineffective revolving fund loan repayments. The number of samples is the same between each village, with the consideration that the selected villages are villages with groups that are effective and ineffective in repaying SPP loan funds, so this is considered quite representative. The results of the study show that the ratio of the effectiveness of repayment of loan funds for the Women's Savings and Loans (SPP) group in this region has decreased in the last 4 years, where the number of revolving loan funds has increased but along with the increase in the collectibility of members of the SPP group. This illustrates that the loan funds given to the SPP group in this area tend to have not been able to be managed properly so that UPK assistance is still needed.

Data collection methods in the preparation of this research is a qualitative research method with one case study in calculating the profit generated by Bank BTN (Bank Tabungan Negara) can be calculated by using the ratio. One of the ratios used is the profitability ratio. In the ratio of profitability there are ratios such as: ROA (Return On Asset), ROE (Return On Equity), NIM (Net Interest Margin), and BOPO (Operational Cost). To find out the ROA (Return On Asset) ratio, net income after tax and income is required. As for calculating ROE (Return On Equity) ratio required net income after interest and taxes and capital. And for NIM (Net Interest Margin) ratio required total net profit after tax and income, while BOPO (Operational Cost) required operational and operational income. Analysis of financial statements is very important to do because at this stage the financial statements that have been calculated on the ratio already described, the ratio results obtained by PT. Bank BTN (Bank Tabungan Negara) may be decided to comply with the provisions of the BI standard provisions.</em>

Abstract:
This study examines how banking financial performance and green banking disclosure influence profitability. Financial performance in this research consists of capital adequacy ratio, non-performing loans, efficiency ratio, and loan-to-savings ratio. The research sample consisted of 30 samples selected using a purposive sampling method from 6 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022, which consistently reported their green banking practices and did not experience losses during the research period. The analytical method in this research is panel data regression analysis. The research results show that the capital adequacy ratio and efficiency ratio have a negative effect on profitability. On the other hand, non-performing loans and the loan-to-deposit ratio positively affect company profits. Furthermore, green banking disclosure has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Implementing Green Banking can cause a decrease in profitability due to additional costs associated with its implementation. This research provides additional literature related to the implementation of green banking in Indonesia.

Abstract:
This study examines the effect of selected financial indicators on formal agricultural credit supply in Nigeria. Time series data obtained from CBN covering the period 1970-2011 were employed in the study. Data were analyzed using Cointegration and error correction model. The data was first examine for unit roots using the Augmented Dicky Fuller (ADF) test, result which shows that only loan to deposit ratio was stationary at level while the other variables were stationary at first difference. Findings further revealed that loan to deposit ratio, loan to other sectors and previous volume of loan to other sectors all exerted significant negative impact on formal agricultural credit supply in Nigeria. Surprisingly, lending rate carried the expected negative sign but fail to explain the variation in formal agricultural credit supply during the period under investigation. The study advocated for appropriate short and long-run financial policies that would reduce the volume of loan given to other sector. This can be achieved by making agriculture a priority sector in financial Institution&rsquo;s loan disbursement and funding schedule. If possible, the mandatory Commercial bank sectoral credit allocation to agriculture should be increased and adequate monitoring carried out to ensure that bank&rsquo;s disbursement targets are met in line with CBN&rsquo;s prescribed conditions. Also, policies that would reduce the loan to deposit ratio of banks should be pursued. Such policies should be directed towards increasing the interest rate on savings deposit. This would increase the volume of bank deposit and savings which would, invariably, enhanced their liquidity position

Abstract:
Purpose/Objective – This study aims to identify the macroeconomic and bank-specific elements of loan growth in commercial banks in Bangladesh. Methodology/Approach – Panel data from 33 commercial banks, totaling 335 observations from 2011 to 2022, has been considered for statistical analysis. The ordinary least square method has been applied, followed by a fixed effect (FE) model. Several diagnostic tests, i.e., VIF, White’s Hausman, and Pesaran’s tests, were performed to check the applied models’ validity. Results/Findings – Results show that the bank-specific factors, i.e., lagged loan growth, loan to-assets ratio, and liquidity, are positively connected to bank loans with statistical significance, while macroeconomic factors, i.e., gross national income growth, inflation, gross domestic savings, and unemployment, are also positively related to bank loans with statistical significance. However, the cost-to-income and non-performing loan ratios have negative connections with bank loans. Novelty/Originality – Few studies have delved into the subject of loan growth in Bangladesh. This study has revealed both the influencing factors that can induce loan growth. Implications – The policymakers will be able to get insight from the study to set priorities on the issues that have positive and negative impacts on loan growth and the overall stability of the banking industry.

Abstract:
This study examined the effect of monetary policy on the socio-economic welfare of Nigerians between1980 and 2021 from three perspectives: income, health and education. We assessed the short and long run effects of six monetary policy variables (lending rate, savings deposit rate, liquidity ratio, monetary policy rate, loan deposit ratio and private sector credit to gross domestic product ratio) and inflation (control variable on three different socio-economic welfare variables (gross domestic product per capita, child mortality rate and primary and secondary school enrolment) during the study period. Results of the auto-regressive distributed lag (ARDL) technique show thatrevealed interest rate, liquidity rate and private sector credit have negative and significant effect on the per capita income while savings deposit rate, monetary policy rate, loan deposit rate and inflationhvesa positive and significant on per capita income. In the long run liquidity ratio and monetary policy rate have significant positive effect on income per capita while the ratio of private sector credit to GDP has a significant negative effect on it. Inflation has a positive but insignificant effect on per capita income. Furthermore, in the short run, all the selected monetary policy variables have significant effects on child mortality rate. While the effect of interest rate, liquidity ratio and monetary policy rate is negative, that of savings deposit rate, loan deposit ratio, private sector credit and inflation is positive. On the long run, interest rate, private sector credit and inflation have positive effect on child mortality but whereas the effect of interest rate is insignificant, the other two have significant effect. Regarding number of school enrolment, in the short run, interest rate has a negatively significant effect while liquidity ratio, loan deposit ratio and inflation have direct positive effect on it. Savings deposit rate has an insignificant positive effect on it while private sector credit has a negative insignificant effect on it. On the long run, interest rate, private sector credit and inflation have an insignificant positive effect on the number of primary and secondary school enrolment. Savings deposit rate, monetary policy rate and loan deposit ratio have insignificant negative effect on it. The effect of liquidity ratio is significantly positive. The study concluded that monetary policy has significant effect the socio-economic welfare life of Nigerians both in the short and long run. The study recommends the sustenance of the existing liquidity ratio and monetary policy rate due to their favourable effects on the people’s welfare.

Where is the bank which is a place to collect funds from the community in the form of savings, then channeled back in the form of credit and others to the community. Provision of credit funds to the public can be measured through Loan To Deposit (LDR), where a ratio can indicate the ability of a bank to channel credit funds to third parties. Which can be carried out various tests in channeling bank funds to find out how the influence of CAR, NPL, ROA and inflation on LDR measurements. Then it can be seen from the results of LDR measurements that the form of distribution of CAR and NPL has a significant value to LDR. And then, for the measurement of ROA and inflation, it has no significant value to the LDR. Factors that influence the rise and fall of LDR may be due to the internal and external conditions of banking companies. Internal conditions can be reflected in the bank's financial indicators. This study assessed the contribution of Evangelical Lutheran Church-Northern Diocese in Tanzania on the financial performance of Uchumi Commercial Bank. A specific focus was on how church-owned savings, loans and share capital affect community bank performance. Panel regression data analysis collected between 2016 and 2022 were employed. Bank performance measured in return on assets and return on capital (ROA &amp; ROE respectively), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and share capital (SC). The findings show that the frequency of savings and loans provided to parishes, loan repayments and number of shares owned by parishes significantly influenced bank’s financial performance (p&gt;0.05). The study recommends that Uchumi Commercial Bank should continue influencing non-church members’ to become members hence increasing the performance of the bank in terms of shares, capital and membership.

Abstract:
This paper aims to explore the current challenges and opportunities of the microfinance sector in Nepal. The secondary data and descriptive research with a critical approach are adopted to explain the study. The data were mainly collected from Nepal Rastra Bank's (NRB) annual Reports, and other available literature. The result shows that the center numbers (numbers of microfinance user group) change ratio was reduced from 17.11% to 1.30%, the total group numbers were 13% to 2.88%, the borrower 7.51% to (-9.66%), staff progress 9.75% to (-3.48%), loan outstanding 41.18% to (-5.06), profit 150.53% to (-7238), active loan 40.26 to (-7.94), and saving 22.87 to 3.91 between 2020/2021 to 2022/2023. Similarly, the Overdue member change ratio increased upto 53.66%, the passive loan from 79.47% to 104.3%, and the NPL increased continuously from 2.56% to 5.52%. So, all microfinance institutions are in a critical situation in Nepal. However, microfinance is an important concept to reduce poverty and unemployment. Further, it enhances easy access to financial institutions in rural where large banking institutions are merely available. However, microfinance in Nepal is facing critical challenges as many fraud cases are emerging. The policy implication is crucial as policymakers should formulate both long-term and short-term policies and implement those policies immediately in microfinance to revive the critical current situation.

The function of national banking is not only as a forum for collecting and distributing public funds or as an intermediary for savers and borrowers (investors) but also to improve people's living standards; one of these efforts is to provide various types of Credit, one of which is property credit. One of Bank Indonesia's efforts is to provide relief by increasing the loan to value (LTV) ratio for the lower middle class. Based on this background, this article examines and analyzes the considerations for issuing macroprudential policies regarding loan to value relaxation on property loans and the efforts banks should make to handle problem loans. This type of research is empirical legal research because it examines the considerations for issuing macroprudential policies regarding loan to value relaxation on property loans and the efforts banks should make to handle problem loans. Abstract:
Saving, the fraction of national income that is not spent on current consumption, has long been widely regarded as a key factor in economic growth.1 The saving rate along with the incremental capital-output ratio determine the growth rate of the economy in the Harrod-Domar Model framework. The critical role of saving in capital accumulation and economic development is also recognised in the "two-gap" and classical growth models. For capital accumulation to result in sustained growth, it must be supported by adequate domestic/national savings. This has been clearly demonstrated by the extra-ordinary performance of the East Asian economies. While there have been brief periods of significant inflow of external financial resources to some developing countries in the past, foreign savings cannot be expected to provide a sustainable basis for financing domestic investment. Raising' national saving rate is particularly essential to developing countries with a heavy debt service burden and limited capacity to obtain loans in foreign capital markets. The 1995 Mexican crisis showed, among other things, that low domestic savings can raise the probability of sudden capital outflows, and sharpen their negative consequences. In a financially integrated world, high national/domestic savings contribute to macro economic stability which is itself a powerful growth factor. Indeed, any macro economic adjustment programmes oriented to the resumption of long-run growth invariably emphasise the need to expand domestic savings.

As we know, in the financial system, there are various financial institutions that act as financial intermediaries. That is, lending money from the savings and loan community, lending it back to other parties. This is because it does not rule out the possibility that credit will pose a risk for this research to assess how much non-performing loans are in terms of non-performing loans (NPL) in a banking company, namely PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. The sources of data used are secondary data and the use of library research and observation techniques as data collection techniques. In this study, we used a non-performing loan (NPL) financial ratio calculator as a data analysis technique. From this study, it was concluded that the highest NPL ratio occurred in 2016 at 3.96% and the lowest NPL ratio occurred in 2019 at 2.39%. The average NPL for the 5 years starting from 2016-2020, which is 3.17%, is in the healthy predicate.

Abstract The majority of household savings are in the form of bank deposits. It is therefore of interest for credit institutions to tailor their deposit policy for getting finances from non-banking entities and to provide the private sector with the loans that are necessary for investment activities and consumption. This paper deals with the determinants of the saving rate of the private sector of Slovakia. Economic, financial and demographic variables influence savings. Growth of income per capita, private disposable income, elderly dependency ratio, real interest rate and inflation have a positive impact on savings, while increases in public savings indicate a crowding out effect. The inflation rate implies precautionary savings, and dependency ratio savings for bequest. There are also implications for governing institutions deciding on the implementation of appropriate fiscal and monetary operations.

Abstract:
Increasing institutional capital through deposit mobilization keeps the cost of capital low, thus leading to financial sustainability. However, little is known about how deposit mobilization affects financial sustainability. Using balanced panel data of 166 rural savings and credit cooperatives (RUSACCOs) from Ethiopia over the period of 2014–2016, we investigated the effect of deposit mobilization on financial sustainability. The results of the panel regression estimates showed that, among the deposits mobilization variables, the deposit to loan ratio, deposit to total asset ratio, the volume of deposits, and demand deposit ratio had a significant direct impact on financial sustainability. The fixed effect regression result for interest rate spread showed that an inverse relationship existed between the interest rate spread and financial sustainability. Furthermore, according to our robust fixed effect regression results, among the control variables, the age of the institution and inflation rate affects financial sustainability. Contrary to our expectations, the number of members and the percentage of woman members were not significant. This may be attributed to the fact that some members were inactive for a long period. We suggest that RUSACCOs should focus on deposit mobilization specifically on demand deposits and keep the interest rate spread narrower to ensure their sustainability.

Abstract:
The overall ratio of non-performing assets (NPAs) to total advances (the NPA ratio) extended to self-help groups (SHGs) has historically remained below 8 per cent in India. However, in the central, northern, and north-eastern regions of India, this ratio is relatively high and has remained above 15 per cent since 2015–2016. Using state-level data, the study identifies SHG-specific and state-specific factors that might be responsible for higher NPAs ratios. It also examines whether higher NPAs constrain access to future credit. Spatial analysis confirms the existence of geographical clustering of NPAs in the northern and central regions of the country. SHGs with lower outstanding loans and lower savings are more likely to default, the relationship being stronger in states with higher NPAs. The article finds that states with higher SHGs densities, per capita incomes, and road and railway connectivity, and lower infant mortality rates have lower NPAs in their SHGs. SHGs with lower savings and higher NPAs operating in states with lower per capita incomes and banking penetration face difficulties accessing fresh credits. JEL Codes: G21, O18, R51

Few studies have considered both energy savings and the quality of service (QoS) of the traffic load. In this paper, we investigate the energy savings guaranteed by traffic load satisfaction ratio. To ensure the minimum-power consumption in data centers, we formulate the SD-DCN energy consumption optimization problem as an Integer Linear Programming model. To achieve a high success rate for traffic transmission, we propose three flow scheduling strategies. On this foundation, we propose a strategy-based Minimum Energy Consumption (MEC) heuristic algorithm to ensure the QoS satisfaction ratio in the process of energy optimization. The results show that our algorithm can save energy efficiently under the conditions of low traffic load and medium traffic load. Under high traffic load, our algorithm can achieve better network performance than existing solutions in terms of quality of service satisfaction ratio of flow allocation.

Abstract:
The temperature set-point of air conditioning system is a crucial parameter for behavior adjustment. Nevertheless, the thermal characteristics of building envelopes are different at varied construction ages. In this context, there are already several systematic studies demonstrating the differences in energy savings as a result of raising the same temperature set-point for air conditioning. In this study, an office building was used under four assumed envelopes representing different construction ages, and the characteristic temperature method was applied to simulate the hourly dynamic air-conditioning load before and after the set temperature rise of 1&amp;deg;C presenting monthly and annual cooling consumption. We then explored the energy-saving effect and difference in the mechanism of air conditioning with increasing indoor temperature set-point. The results showed that, provided that the temperature set-point is increased by 1&amp;deg;C under the same climatic conditions, the worse the thermal performance of the envelope, the higher the annual air-conditioning energy and the higher the annual energy-saving rate of air conditioning, which indicates that the behavioral energy-saving guidance for the groups with the poor performance of the older envelope has more immediate effects. The hourly load reduction of different envelopes at the outdoor temperature between 26&amp;deg;C and 27&amp;deg;C constitutes the behavioral energy-saving effect, which is the main contribution of air-conditioning energy saving (58 &amp;ndash; 79%), while the energy-saving effect contribution of temperature difference reduction is secondary. The newer the construction age, the better the performance of the envelope, the smaller the hourly load reduction amount of the building, and the smaller the relative energy-saving rate, but its energy-saving behavior in the total energy saving ratio is greater, and the contribution of the energy-saving behavior is greater. The results of this study can provide a reference for guiding occupant energy-saving behavior and standard formulation.

Abstract:
Electrical energy of photovoltaic modules drops by 0.5% for each degree increase in temperature. Direct water cooling of photovoltaic modules was found to give improved electrical and thermal yield. A prototype was put in place to analyse the field data for a period of a year. The results showed an initial high performance ratio and electrical poweroutput. The monthly energy saving efficiency of the directly water cooled module was found to be approximately 61%. The solar utilisation of the naturally cooled photovoltaic module was found to be 8.79% and for the directly water cooled module its solar utilisation was 47.93%. Implementation of such systems on households may reduce the load from the utility company, bring about huge savings on electricity bills and help in reducing carbon emissions.

<strong>Abstract :</strong> Indian economy is one of the fastest growing economies in the world which need efficient finance system for its consistent and sustainable growth. Bank finance is one of the major sources of finance to the growing economy. Banking sectors mobilize the savings of the general public by collecting in terms of deposits and provide the loan out of those deposits. Recently it is seen that people are losing their interest to deposit their money into the bank. It is the emerging problem before the banking sector as the growth rate of the deposit is declining on the other hand demand for the loan is increasing. There are several regulations and limit for the granting loans out of collected deposits. Hence it will be the biggest challenge before banking sector to operate smoothly in future. When we consider cooperative bank sector it is run on cooperation basis. Cooperative banks deal with its member on priority. As per the RBI data the cooperative banks network is more strengthen in rural areas compare to commercial banks. People belongs to rural area still have a trust on cooperative banks. So there is hidden opportunity for the cooperative bank to take the advantage of increasing demand of loans. As the Credit-Deposit Ratio of cooperative banks lies between 60 to 70 percent where as scheduled banks was 80 percent. It shows that the cooperative banks have more deposits which can catch excess demand of credit.

Abstract:
Shenyang is located in the cold areas and main industy city in China. The most current industrial buildings can’t meet the demand of energy-saving standard because of the thermal insulation performance of the windows. This paper aims at using DeST software to analyze industrial workshop energy consumption, according to different types of external windows and window-wall ratio of buildings to provide reference for energy saving design of industrial buildings in Shenyang area. The thermal performance of the windows has great effect on the heat load. The lower the heat transfer coefficient of windows is, the more beneficial for energy saving of the buildings. The window-wall ratio has great effect on the energy consumption, and different heat-transfer coefficients possess various sensitivity for window-wall ratio, and reflective glass varis smaller than the others. It is better for energy saving to replace the conventional windows with plastic-steel reflective glass windows.

Abstract:
This study aims to identify, analyze and be able to explain financial ratios, especially the level of liquidity that is calculated by using the ratio of loan to deposit ratio (LDR), calculating the solvency level by using the ratio of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and calculate profitability by using the ratio Retun On Assets (ROA), Return On Investment (ROI) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) In PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, which is one of the State Owned Enterprises in the field of banking services primarily in credit financing. To obtain the necessary data, the authors use data collection techniques, the type of data used in the form of primary data and secondary data.Based on the results of data processing by the author, it is known that there are three conclusions. The First. of the results of the liquidity ratio LDR decline in 2014 due to an increase of 1.66% higher than the savings credit, and an increase back in 2015 of 3.52% for loans greater than the savings. Second, the results of the solvency ratio increased in 2014 compared to 2013 of 2.66% is due to an increase of capital by the end of 2013. And a decline back in 2015 of 2.07% is due to the decline in capital activities over the previous year. Third, the results of Profitability ratios using ROA calculation decreased by 0.08% in 2014 and decreased by 0.09% return this happens because the increase in net income is followed by an increase in the number of significant assets annually. While using the ROE also decreased by 0.75% in 2014 and decreased by 0.12% return is due to the growth of the share capital. And calculations using the NIM in 2014 increased by 0.07% due to significant asset growth, but a decline back in 2015 by 0.29% due to an increase in interest rates as a result of the BI rate. Can be seen from the calculation of financial ratios and earnings at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk showed good conditions and positive, although LDR exceed the provisions of Bank Indonesia, is because BTN is a bank loan portfolio for the long term.

Abstract:
The Padrepio Helvetia Medan Parish Mandiri Savings and Loans Association Cooperative is one of the cooperatives engaged in the savings and loan sector by prioritizing members' desire to save so that they can create joint capital for members to borrow with appropriate loan services for welfare purposes. The Annual Members' Meeting is an annual agenda as a media for management to be accountable for their performance for one year. The chairman of the cooperative is the highest structural position of the administrator who has duties and responsibilities both inside and outside the cooperative in controlling all cooperative activities. The process of electing the chairman of the Padre Pio Parish Savings and Loans Association cooperative is still being carried out only by pointing to and mentioning someone's name from among the names of the management and then conveying it to members to approve. The determination of the chairman which is carried out using the arbitrary model is not in accordance with the terms and criteria of an optimal cooperative chairman because the elected chairman is not necessarily the most competent of the candidates and often happens just because of friendship so the results are not objective. With the reasons described, the researcher applied the MOORA method. The application of the MOORA method to the election of the chairman of the Padre Pio Helvetia Medan Parish Independent Savings and Loans cooperative can help determine a more objective chairman based on terms and criteria by solving problems through complex mathematical calculations, determining the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with the ranking process which will select the alternative that has been given. In this study the criteria determined consisted of background and educational level, certificate ownership, age, and length of time being a member. In the objective approach, the weight value is calculated mathematically so that it ignores the subjectivity of the decision maker. With the application of the MOORA method, several alternatives that meet the requirements and criteria can be determined which is the best to serve as chairman. The best ranking results are those who are most worthy of being the head of a more objective cooperative.
