METHODS: Data was collected from the NCPA Digest from 2006, 2007, and 2008. Census data was obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau using the 2000 Census. RESULTS: Overall, the number of independent pharmacies increased by nearly 1000 from 2006 to 2008. However, each state had varying results. There was a clear difference between the average rural population and the average percentage of independent pharmacies across the U.S. CONCLUSION: Independent pharmacies

<p>Interoperation between IPv4 and IPv6 on a global scale is largely an unsolved problem, and in principle a problem without a proper solution. The 32-bit IPv4 address can simply not express all possible IPv6 hosts. Today, IP plays a double role. It is both a topological locator as well as a host identity. By decoupling the two roles a communication could also span over incompatible locator domains (e.g. IPv4 and IPv6). The Host Identity Protocol (HIP) [W16] uses this decoupling by providing two discrete data structures, one for the host identity and one for the interfaces locator.  By extendi

The built fabric of a city is predominantly comprised of solid and static structures that are often tightly packed together. Density defines a city. Space is extremely valuable. Despite this overarching density, small voids and tears in the urban fabric do exist. Many are too small or irregular to be feasible sites for development. Such spaces often become neglected and remain unused voids amongst the ever-growing surroundings. Architectural interventions on these niches of urban fabric can create desirable space that serves the community, its citizens and its visitors. Parasitic structures -
