The article is devoted to clarifying the essence of the concepts method, measure, means, determining their relationship, the peculiarities of application in different areas of legal reality. The relevance of the study is substantiated, because in general the legal literature does not pay enough attention to the study of etymology, essence, content, etc. concepts used in regulations. Clarification of the essence of concepts should be based on their etymology, and the definition of the relationship, on the justification of positions on their synonymy, antonym, broader/narrower meaning in r

One way to address the question of how subjects are being shaped in capitalist society is to examine how individuals embrace the ideals of homo economicus. The paper contributes to the discussion of capitalist subjectivity by examining how the ideals of homo economicus are being embraced by the two diverging public spheres in the Philippines: the masses and the middle class. Utopia is an ideal, something that should mobilize us, push us forward. Utopia is not prescriptive; it renders potential blueprints of a world not quite here, a horizon of possibility, not a fixed schema. It is productive to think about utopia as flux, a temporal disorganization, as a moment when the here and the now is transcended by a then and a there that could be and should be. If identity is a construct—and, more critically, a construct defined and developed through relationships with others in public and private spheres—then an understanding of the processes, mechanisms and platforms by which individuals disclose information about themselves is crucial in understanding the way identity, community and culture function, and the way individuals can intervene in the functioning of culture. In this issue of M/C Journal, contributors from the U.S., U.K., and Australia consider the personal, professional and social consequences of disclosure in autobiographical art, commun
