Abstract:
In the systemic approach, each enterprise, (production, transport, commercial) is a complex system of objects and relations between these objects, as well as between the system and its surrounding. As a result of the multitude of variables and indicators of the company's performance assessment, the methods of formalizing the existing relationships are still being sought. Logistics engineering is the field of knowledge which, through the integration of many processes, enables finding practical solutions. It is a rarely used term in Poland, meanwhile, for example in the USA, logistics engineering, using mathematical methods, learning achievements is a commonly used tool, supporting business operations. The article presents primary tasks and possibilities of logistics engineering.

Abstract:
There are many logistical tasks in the field of supplying construction materials, as well as financial and information flows in construction projects. All logistical processes related to the flow of resources, physical, informational, and financial, occurring between the different elements of the company's structure make up its logistical system. One of the many decisions made during the planning of a construction project is the choice of how to control the logistics system of supply. It is impossible to indicate a universal system that will optimally meet the needs of many construction projects due to the individual nature of each project. Properly selected type of logistic service and structure of logistic system allow one to reduce risk in supply chain management. This paper proposes a multi-criteria analysis to evaluate the models of the logistic system of supply in the execution of a construction project. The Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP was used for the comparative evaluation, allowing multi-criteria pairwise comparisons of the various systems. The proposed approach allows to indicate the structure of the logistic system, ensuring continuity of construction output and also reduction of logistic costs.

New logistic schemes “bypassing anti-Russian sanctions” should be considered exclusively as a forced, temporary way out of existing transport and economic blockade and not like 2.0-level logistics at minimal number of participants and a list of operations with goods. Main triggers under anti-Russia sanctions influence have become: production purchase for in store, active search for domestic analogues, trade routes complete renewal and access to delivery new markets. The answers to these challenges for logistic domestic systems may be three tracks: dependence reduction from key suppliers, alternative delivery methods formation and “to the East” direction work reorientation. Practical significance: Analytical review of the options for the development of domestic transport-logistic system in new geopolitical situation conditions has been carried out. The ways of leveling Western country sanction negative effects upon RF logistic system are characterized. Based on the results of the study, the key trends in RF logistic system development and response pool to external challenges are formulated.

Abstract:
This paper investigates the effects of digital production and information technologies on the development of logistic systems of different kinds: megalogistic, macrologistic, and micrologistic. The notions of a logistic system and types of logistic systems imply that logistics is considered in its broad sense as a modern methodology for managing all types of flows that appear in the process of socioeconomic activities of society and business: material, information, energy, financial and labor flows. The methodology discussed in this paper gives the answer to the question of what impact digital production and information technologies have on the development of various types of logistic systems. The methodology includes building a mathematical model in which the endogenous variables of the model reflect the resulting variables of the logistic system, while the exogenous variables reflect digital production and information technologies. The mathematical model is a system of interdependent dynamic econometric equations. Each equation is an autoregressive distributed lags model. In the model, the current values of an endogenous variable depend on their previous values, as well as on the current and previous values of other endogenous and exogenous variables. The novelty of the research is in the developed methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the impact made by digitalization on a totality of the interrelated and interdependent resulting indicators of the logistic system. A comprehensive assessment of the impact made by digitalization on a totality of interrelated and interdependent indicators of the logistic system is understood as a change in the indicators of the logistic system due to the effect of digitalization. The proposed methodology for a comprehensive assessment was empirically tested for Salesforce company.

Abstract:
Annotation. Introduction. The article examines the services of logistic outsourcing from the point of view of Ukrainian manufacturing companies, analyzes the results of the survey, compares them with global trends. It was determined that Ukrainian companies use logistic outsourcing less often than companies in other regions of the world. Also, the most often outsourced fields were identified. Purpose. Analysis of logistics outsourcing services from the viewpoint of Ukrainian manufacturing companies and comparison of survey results based on the survey with global trends. Results. It was found that from the list of enterprise groups classification (micro, small, medium, large) all categories use the services of freight forwarding companies. The following types of logistic processes are most often outsourced: transportation, lease and maintenance of equipment, warehousing, logistic chain optimization. It was found that among other countries in the study of third-party logistics, Ukraine occupies the lowest position in the usage of outsourcing services in logistics. The reasons for outsourcing logistic processes in logistics are significant: lack of own resources and capacity, cost reduction. The relationship between causes and logistic processes has shown that in order to reduce logistic costs in the enterprise it is necessary to outsource transportation. Conclusions. Statistical research has shown a small relationship between the areas of logistic outsourcing and the main causes of outsourcing of logistic activities. Therefore, it is not appropriate to say that some logistical measures should be outsourced and others should not. The mixed system, which combines the usage of own and third-party production facilities, is the most suitable for most Ukrainian manufacturing companies Keywords: logistics, outsourcing, third-party logistics, transport, warehousing, supply chain management, optimization, respondent, survey.

Abstract:
The current problem for managers in logistic and trading companies is the task of improving the operational business performance and developing the logistics support of sales. The development of logistics sales supposes development and implementation of a set of works for the development of the existing warehouse facilities, including both a detailed description of the work performed, and the timing of their implementation. Logistics engineering of warehouse complex includes such tasks as: determining the number and the types of technological zones, calculation of the required number of loading-unloading places, development of storage structures, development and pre-sales preparation zones, development of specifications of storage types, selection of loading-unloading equipment, detailed planning of warehouse logistics system, creation of architectural-planning decisions, selection of information-processing equipment, etc. The currently used ERP and WMS systems did not allow us to solve the full list of logistics engineering problems. In this regard, the development of specialized software products, taking into account the specifics of warehouse logistics, and subsequent integration of these software with ERP and WMS systems seems to be a current task. In this paper we suggest a system of statistical analysis of logistics information, designed to meet the challenges of logistics engineering and planning. The system is based on the methods of statistical data processing. The proposed specialized software is designed to improve the efficiency of the operating business and the development of logistics support of sales. The system is based on the methods of statistical data processing, the methods of assessment and prediction of logistics performance, the methods for the determination and calculation of the data required for registration, storage and processing of metal products, as well as the methods for planning the reconstruction and development of the existing warehouses. The results of approbation of software for the logistics of designing large warehouses of metal trading companies are given.

Abstract:
The article addresses one of the most pressing problems for a trading enterprise, namely the problem of routing logistics flows for efficient enterprise management. To optimize itineraries, we use state-of-the-art electronic navigation and mapping systems that can be implemented in modern computer technology, from online services available on any computer to mobile devices. Navigation and mapping systems are distributed software complexes with an array of information stored in database management systems. They involve millions of static objects and huge amounts of dynamic data around the world. To optimize the logistics flows, an algorithm for an automated routing system is described. This system solves the problems of automatic calculation of the construction and recognition of the optimal route between the specified points of its beginning and the end, tracking of movement on a given route and, in the case of congested roads, redirection of logistics flows. Based on the researches and experiments on the formation of a cognitive map in the human mind and the perception of the route description, an algorithm for storing and displaying route data is considered. This algorithm takes into account the personal psychology of perception of cartographic information. Developing an algorithm for describing the routing of trading enterprise traffic flows is creating a model of automatically found path between the predetermined points of its beginning and end. This mapping information is personalized, easy to read, fast to remember, and insensitive to user errors. The proposed algorithm is universal and can be used to solve a wide range of problems of logistic flows optimization.

Abstract:
In the last few decades, the discrete chaotification of difference equations has gained the considerable attention of academicians and scholars due to its tremendous applications in many branches of science, such as cryptography, traffic control models, secure communications, weather forecasting and engineering. In this article, a modulated logistic system is studied and superior chaos is reported through period-doubling bifurcation, period-three orbit and Lyapunov exponent properties. It is interesting to see that the modulated system admits the superiority in chaos due to the presence of an extra degree of freedom of an ordered parameter [Formula: see text]. Analytical as well as numerical simulations are demonstrated to examine the period-doubling and Lyapunov exponent properties for some particular values of parameter [Formula: see text]. Moreover, it is speculated that the superiority in chaos may be used in chaos-based cryptography, in the future.
