This work has its motivation in the study of the ergodic properties of the Lorenz geometric model, constructed to approximate the behavior of solutions of the Lorenz equations. Simultaneously, Afraimovich in [17] and Guckenheimer and Williams [18], constructed a geometric model that mimics the dynamics of the original Lorenz equations. Non-local forces exist in nature for two reasons. First that the recent experiments on locality are supposed to be accurate enough. Second that there is no local theory that can reproduce all the predictions of orthodox quantum theory which, almost for about a century, have been proved to be correct experimentally again and again. In this thesis we investigate the effects of low-order quantum corrections on Lifshitz-type quantum field theories. In particular, we consider the Lorentz-symmetry violating corrections to the dispersion relations of the various particles of these theories at low energies, which may be of a significant size even where the classical effect is small. In this paper, the further development of the synergetic model describing the ultrathin lubricant film state clamped between two atomically smooth solid surfaces operating under boundary friction mode has been done based on the Lorentz model for the approximation of a viscoelastic medium. In all cases, the phase portraits have been built. It has been found that the friction surfaces' temperature increasing leads to the growth of stochasticity in the investigated system.
