The plot for a new theater is in historic centre of Ljubljana and it is defined by block of existing buildings. I designed theatre with 3 variable scenes – one for 500 spectators, two for 100 people each. In addition i propose the theatre square – big exterior arena. The proposed building is an ending of urbanictic axe, that is why it has shape of monumental gate. Linear ubiquitination is a recently discovered type of ubiquitination crucial for the regulation of different immune signalling pathways and cell death. Linear ubiquitin linkages are generated by the linear ubiquitin chain assembly complex (LUBAC), the only E3 ligase identified so far capable of catalysing these linkages de novo under physiological conditions. LUBAC is composed of three proteins: HOIL-1, SHARPIN and HOIP, with HOIP being the catalytic component. Le lymphome diffus à grandes cellules B (DLBCL, Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma) constitue le lymphome non Hodgkinien le plus fréquemment diagnostiqué. Les DLBCL sont composés principalement de deux sous groupes : l’entité nommée ABC (Activated B Cell-like) qui est la plus agressive, avec un taux de survie de 30% après traitement, et l’entité GCB (Germinal-Center B Cell). Contrairement aux GCB DLBCL, les ABC DLBCL se caractérisent par une signature génique similaire aux lymphocytes B activés par leur récepteur antigénique (BCR, B Cell Receptor) à cause de l'accumulation de mutations génétiques.
