Neste trabalho, a descoloração e a toxicidade de efluentes tratados por fungos (Peniophora cinerea, Pleuorotus ostreatus e Trametes villosa) imobilizados em bucha vegetal foram avaliadas em pequena escala e em biorreator. A major protein of 85 kDa occupying about 28.2% of total proteins had 5 bands on denatured gel.
