Lithium-oxygen (Li-O2) batteries are widely studied for their potential to improve the energy density for electric vehicles; however, the high reactivity of cell components limits extended cyclability of the batteries. Human Antigen R (HuR/ELAVL1) is known to regulate stability of mRNAs involved in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cell survival.
