Background: Dental records have become a crucial source of information to forensic odontology’s impressive expansion, particularly in medicolegal instances. Dentists are required by law to maintain patient records. Dental remains typically last longer in fatal conditions, assisting with personal identification in mass tragedies, law enforcement investigations, and medicolegal matters. It is mandated by law that every dentist must keep some kind of records for every patient they treat; demands of busy clinics often result in neglect of this obligation. Abstract:
Black Rock Forest manages over 90 years of monitoring data on a 1586-hectare forest in New York. While local in geographic scope, the length and breadth of record is unique and may provide a valuable resource to better understand, manage, and protect northeastern forested ecosystems in a changing world. We requested funds to maintain long-term plot infrastructure, digitize historic records, and upgrade existing monitoring programs to better manage, share, and synthesize these novel data sets. We hired a research technician who digitized historic data, maps, and supported ongoing forest monitor

Abstract:
This report describes a new approach using existing non-destructive examination (NDE) techniques to determine pipe properties when existing data and information are absent or incomplete. The research work developed a neural network-based tool making use of linepipe hardness, chemistry and microstructure information to determine pipe characteristics, including strength and toughness. This research was completed to develop a tool to fill gaps in pipeline operators' knowledge and records and provide the basis to meet the requirements of "traceable, verifiable, and complete" (TVC) records requirem

Abstract:
Electronic tax services represent a promising opportunity to strengthen business tax compliance in developing countries, particularly in Africa, where the level of business informality remains high. These services offer more inclusive, secure, and rapid access to tax processes to enable businesses to meet their tax obligations more efficiently. The use of electronic platforms also helps businesses to maintain more accurate financial records, which improves the quality of tax returns and enhances the perception of the effectiveness of controls by tax authorities. Abstract:
The Northwest Tropical Atlantic Station (NTAS) was established to address the need for accurate air-sea flux estimates and upper ocean measurements in a region with strong sea surface temperature anomalies and the likelihood of significant local air–sea interaction on interannual to decadal timescales. The approach is to maintain a surface mooring outfitted for meteorological and oceanographic measurements at a site near 15°N, 51°W by successive mooring turnarounds. These observations are used to investigate air–sea interaction processes related to climate variability. The NTAS Ocean Reference

Abstract:
The year 2020 will be remembered as one of the most challenging in modern history. Latin America and the Caribbean lost 7.4% of GDP, the largest drop on record in a single year. The region is expected to recover in 2021 but faces a hazardous time ahead. Most countries will require some type of adjustment to maintain fiscal sustainability. While the way forward will be challenging, this report not only details the risks but also outlines a set of policies that should help countries realize a stronger recovery, not just to the low growth rates of the pre-pandemic period, but to higher rates of g
