Meanwhile, fairy tales have always had great significance in educating children. Abstract:
Dress You Up in Scarlet Fine is a collection of poetry which seeks to bring together the diverse elements of landscape and geography, myth and fairy tale, the artistic and the natural, and to reimagine them through the lens of mytho-feminist revision. Through these poems, the speaker unearths the submerged voices of marginalized/outsider characters – wicked witches, ugly stepsisters, small children, and scorned women – and lends a tongue even to the landscapes themselves. What weaves these different threads together is the common language of poetry – imagery, rhythm, story, metaphor, and music

Heavy duty machines consume a tremendous amount of energy during their life cycle. Therefore, designing an energy efficient machine is of great importance. This paper presents a method for the comparative life cycle assessment (LCA) of two different types of press machines: servo press and flywheel press to understand quantitatively the environmental emissions during their life cycles. To make a fair comparison of the two machines, the same amount of production is used as the basis for comparison. Assessment scopes and boundaries are defined first, then detailed product structures and manufact

The Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Industries Textiles (ENSAIT) is one of the few schools specialising in materials for the textile industry. Each year it graduates around 110 engineers whose role is to meet the challenges of the sector while respecting the values of the companies and environmental standards. The ENSAIT engineer's course takes place over three years. From the first year of the engineering cycle, a seminar on sustainable development is offered. It is held in the second semester and lasts two full days. The first objective is to make them aware of corporate social respon

The textbook emphasizes the relevance of the problem of the socio-communicative development of children of older preschool age. The manual consists of two chapters: the first chapter reveals general approaches and features of using elements of fairy-tale therapy in working with children of older preschool age to form their socio-personal competencies, describes the features of perceptions of preschool-age children when reading tales into their hearing, and also reveals the use of elements of fairy-tale therapy in pedagogical measures for the socio-communicative and speech development of older

The article is devoted to the analysis of communicative verbs. Scientists analyzed communicative verbs in artistic texts, in biblical texts, and fairy tales. But there are no scientific works on verbs of speech in the language of the media. The Ukrainian language has all the means by which you can create a concrete and imaginative informational text. It is the verbs that make the text come alive. These are action words that improve the orality of the text. The research is based on the materials of the Ukrinform information agency. Abstract:
The existence of ‘informal sector’ enterprises that visibly do not pay formal or direct taxes is widely believed to reduce the willingness of formal, tax-registered enterprises to pay their own taxes. This is thought to be most widespread in lower-income countries, where informal sector enterprises are more common. It would be surprising if there were no truth in this claim. We know from the literature that one factor affecting tax compliance is to what extent taxpayers perceive that others like them are paying their fair share of taxes. If some informal enterprises are understood not to be pa

This AMS Policy Study examines explicitly the role that public policy plays in determining the sum societal value of Earth Observations, Science, and Services (OSS) as well as the allocation of that value and the costs of OSS production across society. It examines three policy frameworks of quite different origin, purview, and standing. The first is the 2003 Fair Weather Report developed by the National Academy of Sciences. That policy focuses on collaboration. The second is the 2017 Weather Research and Forecasting Innovation Act enacted by the U.S. Congress. It focuses on innovation. The thi

The issues of ensuring the stability and safety of energy generating equipment, including through various innovative aspects of cyber security, are currently extremely relevant; Energy equipment when used within the framework of construction projects is quite autonomous and issues of operational management and online control can be fully resolved within the capacity of their internal processors and controllers. In many cases, issues of computer modeling of the operating cycle parameters of such equipment, with the correct and economical formulation of the problem, can also be solved using the

1 Introduction 1.1 The urgency of industrial decarbonization The last few years have seen several of the world’s largest carbon dioxide-emitting countries and leading heavy industry companies committing to mid-century net-zero targets (Buckley 2021; Denyer and Kashiwagi 2020; McCurry 2020; Myers 2020). Consequently, the discussion on economy-wide transition to net-zero is accelerating, with focus shifting from “if” to “when” and “how”, even for heavy industry sectors like steel, cement and chemicals. This makes it increasingly urgent to analyse not just whether it is technologically feasible t
