Den sidste artikel i temaet er Anne Haubeks artikel om Makedonien. Det kan diskute- res om situationen i Makedonien kan defineres som en frossen konflikt i snæver for- stand. Men sikkert er det, at den fastlåste situation i forholdet til Grækenland har sat tilnærmelsen til EU i stå – og at de stigende spændinger mellem slaviske og albanske makedonere har skabt frygt for, at ‘krudttønden’ på Balkan igen kan eksplodere.

Abstract:

In this paper on the basis of the funerary inscription of a conductor named Gamicus, which was found in Hagio Pnevma (territorium of the Roman colony of Philippi), are examined the relations between Macedonia, Moesia Inferior and probably Epirus. Gamicus seems to belong to the senatorial family of Pontii; they are attested in the inscriptions from Ulpianum and its region and were even related by marriage with another senatorial family, i.e. the Furii. Both families owed their social position to the mines. Apart from the well known senator Gaius Furius Octavianus and his mother Furia Caecilia, the activity of the domus Furiana is known by the presence of its vilici and servi. Epigraphical testimonies show that the large estates of the Furii as well as the Pontii were situated in the southern part of Ulpianum and in the northwestern part of Scupi. Although the gentilicium Furius is also widespread in the province of Macedonia, of particular interest to our subject, however, seem to be two inscriptions from the territorium of the Roman colony of Philippi. The first one is the epitaph erected by M. Varinius M. l. Celer for himself, his wife Varinia Marita, his daughters Primigenia and Pyralis as well as his son-in-law Furius Alcimus. Τhe second inscription (probably a dedication) lists the military offices of D. Furius Octavius Secundus, originally from Cures Sabinis, as well as the privileges bestowed to him by two colonies, Actia Nicopolis et Ulpia... The identification of Furius Alcimus with an homonymous libertus maternus of Furius Octavianus, referred in a passage of Ulpian, should be excluded. On the other hand, the presence of D. Furius Octavius Secundus in Philippi may nevertheless be connected to the exploitation of mines and quarries of this region. Furthermore, it is possible that he is an ancestor of C. Furius Octavianus and has prepared the requirements for the wealth of the domus Furiana and its adlectio in senatum.

Abstract:

Seit Müller-Karpes grundlegender Arbeit zur Chronologie der Urnenfelderzeit nördlich und südlich der Alpen war die Diskussionsbasis für die zeitliche Verankerung des Beginns der Spätbronzezeit (Reinecke Bz D) nur unwesentlich erweitert worden. Mit Neftenbach (CH) und Velika Gruda (YU) liegen nun gleich zwei Serien von Präzisions- 14C-Daten aus neu ergrabenen, spätbronzezeitlichen Nekropolen vor. Das Material dieser Fundplätze erlaubt weiträumige Verknüpfungen, einerseits im cirkumalpinen Gebiet, andrerseits im südosteuropäischen Raum und bis nach Makedonien in die mykenische Welt. Die chronologische Fixierung dieser stark von überregionalen Elementen geprägten Βz-D-Fundgruppen noch im 14. Jahrhundert v. Chr. wird nicht nur von den kalibrierten 14C-Daten, sondern auch - zumindest indirekt - von den Dendrodaten nordeuropäischer Eichensärge der Montelius-Perioden II und III gestützt.

Abstract:

Domaći magarac (Equus asinus) potiče iz Afrike. Opšte je poznata velika radna izdržljivost magarca. Praktično ne postoje geografski predeli gde ova domaća životinja ne obavlja najrazličite oblike rada, pre svega transporta. U ovom istraživanju izvršeno je morfometrijsko ispitivanje 3 eksterijerna parametara kod 19 ženki magarca. Izvršena su merenja sledećih eksterijernih parametara: visina u grebenu, dužina glave i dužina karlice. Jedinke su merene u tri različite države: Rumunija (Sibiu, Turda), Makedonija (Ohrid, Prilep) i Turska (Eskišehir). Prikazane su srednje vrednosti merenih parametara i indeksa, a izračunata je i statistička značajnost razlike merenih parametra između jedinki podeljenih u tri grupe. Prosečna vrednost visine magarica bila je u Rumuniji 101,20 cm, u Makedoniji 99,70 cm, a u Turskoj 103,10 cm. Dužina glave magarica u Rumuniji prosečno je iznosila 49,10 cm u Makedoniji 50,40 cm, a u Turskoj 50,00 cm. Kada se posmatra dužina karlice najveća je bila kod magarica u Turskoj 35,80 cm, zatim u Rumuniji 35,60 cm, a najmanja u Makedoniji 34,60 cm. Između navedenih grupa nije utvrđena statistička značajanost razlika niti za jedan parametar.

Abstract:

Čovjek se danas suočava s promjenom koja je po svom značenju i posljedicama unikatna – proizvodnja i promet GMO-a. I dok u svjetskim razmjerima polemika još uvijek traje i širi se proslijeđena euforijom, znanstvenim trijumfalizmom i mitologijom, na nacionalnom nivou države imaju različite stavove u odnosu na strategije koje trebaju preuzeti, jer su ulozi previsoki. Osnovni je mijenjanje našeg poimanja života iz korijena! Stoga nije dobro izbjegavanje ovakvih pitanja, niti njihovo pretjerano pojednostavljivanje, jer bi se time mogla otvoriti Pandorina kutija, pogotovo u malim zemljama kao što je to Sjeverna Makedonija. U članku se problematizira koliko stanovnici Sjeverne Makedonije smatraju sebe nacijom koja pokazuje sluh za javno mnijenje i senzibilitet za probleme u životnoj sredini i smjernice u kome se društvo kreće, te u tom kontekstu kakvo je trenutačno stanje oko promišljanja suštinskih dilema koje se nameću planiranim rasprostranjivanjem GMO-a u životnoj sredini, ali i uvozom proizvoda koji sadrže GMO, i to počevši od intencija i planova institucija oko pitanja proizvodnje i prometa GMO-a, pa sve do legislativnih rješenja. Naime, Makedonija je čak 2013. zabranila proizvodnju i promet GMO hrane i to pod uvjetom „...sve dok ne postane članica EU-a“, no u javnosti je sve prisutnije pitanje o učinkovitosti provođenja ove zabrane.

Abstract:

Sigurnosne službe u Sjevernoj Makedoniji imaju dugu tradiciju, počevši od kraja Drugog svjetskog rata. U svom razvoju, a posebno od neovisnosti do danas, sigurnosne službe pretrpjele su nekoliko promjena, neke od njih samo kozmetičke, a neke su ukinute ili transformirane u nove. Te su promjene bile determinirane povijesnim i društvenim promjenama s jedne strane, ali i razvojem sigurnosnih prijetnji i metoda i načina provođenja djela povezanih s terorizmom i drugim hibridnim prijetnjama, s druge strane. Danas, slijedeći svoje tendencije ka članstvu u EU, budući da je već postala članicom NATO saveza, Sjeverna Makedonija daje sve od sebe da sigurnosni sektor, a posebno obavještajne i protuobavještajne službe, podigne na višu razinu i približi se svijetu sigurnosni standardi. Kao rezultat toga, posljednjih su godina uspostavljene nove službe i očekuju se promjene u nekim od postojećih obavještajnih službi.

RÉSUMÉ Langue officielle, langue minoritaire, pas de langue du tout: L'histoire du macédonien dans l'enseignement primaire dans les Etats Balkaniques Dans les pays avec des populations diverses, la disposition d'enseignement primaire de langue maternelle dans les langues minoritaires a souvent été le sujet de débats politiques. L'auteur éclaircit l'histoire et l'état du macédonien dans les régions différentes où on le parle en fournissant un compte rendu abrégé de son histoire comme langue d'instruction primaire dans les États Balkaniques du dix-neuvième siècle jusqu'à présent. L'usage du macédonien a été relié de près avec les questions de la codification de langue et de l'identité ethnique dans les écoles en Grèce, en ancienne Yougoslavie, dans la République macédoine et jouit d'un statut limité en Albanie mais on ne lui accorde pas de reconnaissance officielle en Grèce. En Bulgarie le recensement le plus récent ne reconnaît pas l'identité ethnique macédonienne. Abstract:

ZUSAMMENFASSUNGDieser Aufsatz untersucht die direkten und indirekten Hinweise auf übergemeindliche Verbindungen im 1Thessalonicherbrief. Nach einer knappen Einführung in die Bedeutung dieser Fragestellung für die neutestamentliche Wissenschaft (Vergleichbarkeit von urchristlichen Gemeinden und antiken Vereinen, Rolle des Paulus, Einleitungsfragen) und methodischen Überlegungen (Verankerung des Paulus und seiner Mitarbeiter in Gemeinden) werden die Hinweise auf übergemeindliche Verbindungen in 1Thessalonicher 1,1‐2,15 untersucht. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Rolle, die Silvanus und Timotheus darin spielen. Sie sind in Gemeinden verankert, wirken in einer Vielzahl von Gemeinden und bilden ein wichtiges Verbindungsglied zwischen Gemeinden. Daneben thematisiert der Brief das Verhältnis der Thessalonicher zu anderen Christen. Im II. Teil dieses Aufsatzes werden die übrigen Vorkommen übergemeindlicher Verbindungen im 1Thessalonicherbrief behandelt. Nach einer Zusammenfassung werden abschließend die unterschiedlichen Implikationen für die neutestamentliche Wissenschaft und für die kirchliche Praxis skizziert.RÉSUMÉCet article étudie les références directes et indirectes aux liens entre communautés chrétiennes dans la première épître aux Thessaloniciens. Après une introduction sur l’importance de ce sujet pour les études néotestamentaires (la comparaison entre l’Église ancienne et les sociétés antiques, le rôle de Paul et autres questions d’introduction) et des réflexions méthodologiques (l’ancrage de Paul et de ses compagnons dans les Églises locales), les références à des liens potentiels entre communautés chrétiennes en 1 Thessaloniciens 1.1‐2.15 sont étudiées. L’auteur accorde une attention particulière au rôle joué par Silas et Timothée à cet égard. Ils oeuvrent dans le cadre d’Églises locales, prennent une part active à la vie d’une multitude d’Églises et constituent ainsi un lien important entre elles. En outre, la lettre aborde comme l’un de ses thèmes centraux celui des relations des chrétiens de Thessalonique avec d’autres chrétiens. La seconde partie de cet article traitera des relations avec des mouvements para-ecclésiastiques à partir de la même épître. After a concise introduction into the relevance of this issue for New Testament studies (comparison between the early church and societies in antiquity, the role of Paul, matters of introduction) and methodological reflections (rootedness of Paul and his fellow workers in local churches), the references in 1 Thessalonians 1:1 ‐ 2:15 to potential connections between churches are analysed. Special attention is given to the roles of Silas and Timothy in this respect. They are rooted in local churches, they play an active part in many of them and they represent important links between them. Besides, a central theme in the Letter is the relationship of the Thessalonians to other Christians. Part II of this essay will deal with the remaining occurrences of relationships between churches in 1 Thessalonians. After the summary, various implications for New Testament studies and Church praxis will be sketched.

Der erste Teil erschien in dieser Zeitschrift in April 2019. Im zweiten Teil dieses Aufsatzes werden die Vorkommen übergemeindlicher Verbindungen im 1Thessalonicher 2,17‐5,26 behandelt. In diesem Abschnitt des Briefs erscheinen diese Verbindungen insbesondere als Ausdruck intensiver persönlicher Beziehungen zwischen Autoren und Empfängern, als Grundlage gegenseitiger Fürbitte und in der Fürsorge für andere Christen. Nach einer Zusammenfassung werden abschließend die unterschiedlichen Implikationen dieser Verbindungen für die neutestamentliche Wissenschaft und für die kirchliche Praxis skizziert.RésuméDans cet article, l’auteur considère les indications directes et indirectes pointant en direction des relations para-ecclésiastiques dans la première épître aux Thessaloniciens. [Montenegro], E. behnei sp. n. [Makedonien], E. pseudovariegata sp. n. [Kreta, Rhodos], E. ingowolfi sp. n. [Griechenland: Astakós], E. roudieri sp. n. [Spanien: Alicante], E. brisouti peneckei ssp. n. [Dalmatien]. Weitere 9 Arten werden redeskribiert: Echinodera variegata (Boheman, 1837), E. horridula (Reitter, 1888), E. major (A. & F. Kemajuan teknologi yang sangat pesat berpengaruh pada karakter siswa. Karakter pelajar abad 21 diperlukan untuk mempesiapkan siswa dalam menghadapi kemajuan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai karakter abad 21 pada siswa SMA Kristen Makedonia. Sampel sebanyak 114 orang siswa di SMA Kristen Makedonia menyelesaikan survei menggunakan angket. Pengambilan angket ini melingkupi 6 indikator yaitu iman dan katakutan akan Tuhan Yang Maha Besar, keberagaman global, gotong royong, mandiri, kritis dan kreatif. penilaian karakter abad 21 sangat membantu para pendidik untuk mengarahkan dan memimbing para siswa untuk bisa terus berjuang mempertahankan nilai -nilai positif dari karakter tersebut. Selain itu bisa dijadikan gambaran tentang keberadaan karakter pelajar abad 21 di SMA Kristen Makedonia. Temuan pada penelitian ini mencerminkan bahwa siswa di SMA Kristen Makedonia memiliki karakter pelajar abad 21 dengan kriteria sangat baik (mean = 85.95)

Abstract:

U ovom radu izvršena je analiza obima javnog sektora u Makedoniji i pojedinim zemljama EU i zemljama Zapadnog Balkana. Kako bi izvršili ovu komparaciju, najpre smo izvršili analizu pojma javnog sektora i javne uprave, te smo ove pojmove jasno razgraničili. U nastavku, na osnovu tri indikatora i pouzdanih podataka, sačinjena je analiza i izvedeni su zaključci u vezi sa obimom javnog sektora u Republici Makedoniji. U sprovedenoj analizi korišćena su tri važna indikatora: broj i struktura zaposlenih u javnom sektoru u pojedinim oblastima; broj zaposlenih u javnom sektoru u odnosu na ukupno stanovništvo u Makedoniji i pojedinim zemljama kao i odnos broja zaposlenih u javnom sektoru u ukupnom broju zaposlenih u Makedoniji i pojedinim zemljama. Međutim, sam odgovor na pitanje koliko zaposlenih treba da ima jedna država u javnom sektoru nije ni malo jednostavan, jer pitanje samo po sebi nije jednostavno. U tom smislu, akcenat bi trebalo staviti na pružanje usluga građanima. Jer od nivoa i kvaliteta takvih usluga, zavisi i zadovoljstvo građana kao korisnika usluga javnog sektora s jedne, ali i kvalitet života, s druge strane. Svakako da svi parametri pokazuju da što je određena zemlja bogatija, to je i kvalitet i obim usluga javnog sektora širi. Ekonomska moć države zato danas u značajnoj meri odražava i stepen ostvarivanja prava građana u pogledu usluga kojima građanima pruža javni sektor.
