Intervensi pemerintah dalam penentuan harga, selalu menjadi perdebatan hangat di kalangan ekonom. Islam sebagai Agama yang terahir memiliki pandangan dalam hal ekonomi baik mikro, makro maupun skala domestik, regional bahkan internasional. Rasulullah adalah orang yang pertama di taya oleh masyarakat mengenai intervensi harga, pada saat itu Rasulullah memberikan jawaban seperti hadis berikut “Dari Anas bin Malik beliau berkata: harga barang-barang pernah mahal pada masa Rasulullah Saw. lalu orang-orang berkata: Ya Rasulullah, harga-harga menjadi mahal, tetapkanlah standar harga untuk kami, lalu Rasulullah bersabda: Sesungguhnya Allahlah yang menetapkan harga, yang menahan dan membagikan rizki, dan sesungguhnya saja mengharapkan agar saya dapat berjumpa dengan Allah Swt dalam keadaan tidak seorang pun di antara kamu sekalian yang menuntut saya karena kezaliman dalam pertumpahan darah (pembunuh) dan harta.” (HR. Abu Daud, Ahmad, Tirmidzi dan Ibnu Majah)”berdasarkan hadis tersebut menimbulkan perdebatan di kalangan Ilmuan, mereka memiliki pandangan berbeda dari hadis tersebut. Salah satunya ilmuan Muslim Ibnu Taimiyah yang memandang Intervensi pemerinth dalam menentukan harga, Ibnu Taimiyah berpendapat bahwa Ibnu Taimiyah, berpendapat bahwa harga dipertimbangkan oleh kekuatan penawaran dan permintaan. karena adanya kekurangan dalam produksi atau penurunan impor dari barang barang yang diminta. Jadi, jika kebutuhan terhadap jumlah barang meningkat, sementara kemampuan menyediakannya menurun, harga dengan sendirinya akan naik.penetapan harga menurut Ibnu Taimiyah dapat dibedakan menjadi dua jenis, yaitu ketidak adilan dan atas unsur kezaliman. Abstract:
Perempuan sama-sama makhluk yang juga sama spesialnya dengan lelaki di mata Allah. Takwalah kemudian yang membedakan antara keduanya. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pemimpin perempuan dalam tinjauan hadis Nabi Saw. Pembahasan ini penting untuk mengetahui jangkauan kepemimpinan perempuan, apakah hanya sebatas domestik ataukah perempuan boleh memimpin secara publik. Jenis kepustakaan dipilih sebagai jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan tematik hadis. Hadis-hadis tentang pemimpin perempuan ditemukan melalui aplikasi al-maktabah asy-syamilah. Setelah hadis-hadis terkait ditemukan, kemudian dilakukan analisa isi untuk menemukan hasil dan kesimpulan yang komprehensif. Sebagai penutup, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perempuan berposisi sama di mata Allah, juga dalam hal kompetensi dan kredibilitas. Hadis-hadis yang ditemukan juga mengarahkan kepada kesimpulan bahwa perempuan dapat menjadi pemimpin di wilayah publik.

Abstract:
Takhrīj as a search for al-Ḥadīth to its original sources is the first step that must be done. There are many tools that can be used to perform takhrīj al-Ḥadīth. This paper attempts to compare the accuracy of three tools of takhrīj al-Ḥadīth that are widely used today, namely Kitab al-Mu‘jam al-Mufahras li Alfādh al-Hadts, Software al-Maktabah al-Shāmilah and Software Jawāmi‘ al-Kalim. By conducting a comparative analysis that is practiced on the takhrīj al-Ḥadīths of intention and the al-Ḥadīths of human creation, the result is that the al-Maktabah al-Shāmilah software has the highest accuracy with a 100% level both in the al-Ḥadīth of intention and of human creation, then the book al-Mu‘jam al-Mufahras li Alfādh al-Al-Ḥadīth with 100% accuracy rate for intention al-Ḥadīth and 81.82% for human creation al-Ḥadīth, and the lowest is Jawāmi‘ al-Kalim software which only reaches 50% accuracy rate for intention al-Ḥadīth and 37.5% for human creation al-Ḥadīth.

Menurut Ibnu Hajar al-Haitami tujuan pendidikan anak-anak adalah merawat, mengembangkan, dan memaksimalkan potensi peserta didik dalam memahami kitabulloh, berakhlak mulia, dan hidup mandiri. Dalam rangka memenuhi tujuan pendidikan tersebut Ibnu Hajar al-Haitami menulis sebuah kitab yang secara khusus mengulas seluk beluk tujuan pendidikan, aliran pendidikan, kompetensi pendidik, teknik pendidikan anak, biaya pendidikan, dan karakteristik lembaga pendidikan anak. Keenam komponen tersebut oleh Ibnu Hajar al-Haitami di ketengahkan dalam buku Tahrīru al-Maqōl Fī Adābi Wa Ahkāmi Wa Fawā’idu Yahtāju Ilaihā Muˋaddibū al-Aṭfāl. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah enam aspek pendidikan yang termaktub dalam kitab Tahrīru al-Maqōl Fī Adābi Wa Ahkāmi Wa Fawā’idu Yahtāju Ilaihā Muˋaddibū al-Aṭfā, menggunakan teknik penelitian deskriptif content anaylisis, jenis penelitian pustaka, dan memakai pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data primer adalah Tahrīru al-Maqōl Fī Adābi Wa Ahkāmi Wa Fawā’idu Yahtāju Ilaihā Muˋaddibū al-Aṭfāl sedangkan data sekundernya adalah berbagai kitab yang membahas biografi Ibnu Hajar al-Haitami. Sedangkan prosedur penelitian dilakukan melalui tiga tahap: pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, dan pelaporan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) tujuan pendidikan anak i terpusat pada potensi materiall dan non material peserta didik; (2) aliran pendidikan anak menggunakan aliran agamis-konserfativ; (3) teknik pendidikan yang paling banyak menyita Ibnu Hajar adalah teknik takzir; (4) kompetensi pendidik yang paling utama adalah kompetensi personal dan sosial; (5) pembiayan pendidikan dapat diperoleh dari tiga faktor: gaji, wakaf, dan hibbah; dan (6) lembaga pendidikan berupa maktab dan madrosah.

Akses terhadap informasi tentang ilmu keislaman memiliki peranan penting di Indonesia, yang mayoritas penduduknya adalah Muslim. Namun, di daerah pinggiran, akses terhadap informasi keislaman masih sulit karena berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah keterbatasan referensi kitab tafsir yang tersedia. Keterbatasan ini seringkali mengakibatkan materi dakwah yang disampaikan tidak berdasarkan referensi yang valid, sehingga berpotensi menyesatkan umat. Tujuan dari proyek pengabdian ini adalah melatih Ustadz muda dalam memanfaatkan Maktabah Syamilah sebagai referensi yang valid dalam memahami ayat-ayat al-Qur'an. Metode pelaksanaan proyek ini melalui beberapa tahapan diantaranya koordinasi dan sosialisasi, pelatihan penggunaan Software Maktabah Syamilah, sesi tanya jawab interaktif, pemberian tugas individu, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta (90%) mampu menginstal Bahasa Arab pada Komputer dan menginstal Software Maktabah Syamilah versi 4.0, meskipun beberapa peserta masih membutuhkan bantuan langsung. Seluruh peserta (100%) memiliki pengetahuan tentang menu dan fitur dalam Maktabah Syamilah serta dapat mencari ayat-ayat atau kata dalam al-Qur'an beserta tafsirnya. Proyek ini menyimpulkan bahwa peserta telah mencapai tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi dalam memanfaatkan Maktabah Syamilah, namun upaya lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap materi tafsir dengan meningkatkan keterampilan bahasa Arab.

Abstract:
This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to improve Arabic language skills among Indonesian citizens living in al-Kharj City, Saudi Arabia, through Maktab Dakwah wa Al-Jaliyat. The implementation of PkM is carried out by evaluating the effectiveness of the program in facilitating Indonesian citizens to deepen their understanding of Islam through mastering the Arabic language. The activity began by analyzing the implementation of the program, the challenges faced, and the role of Maktab Dakwah wa Al-Jaliyat as the organizing organization. The results of the activities show that this program has had a positive impact in increasing mastery of the Arabic language and understanding of Islamic sources. However, there are obstacles such as differences in participant abilities and the need for curriculum adjustments. This program concludes the important role of Maktab Dakwah wa Al-Jaliyat in providing an effective learning platform and developing cross-institutional collaboration to increase the effectiveness of the program in the future.

Apakah software ini mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap kajian hadis dalam dunia pendidikan. Serta bagaimana efektivitas software hadis ini dioperasikan oleh mahasiswa hadis UIN Sunan Kali Jaga. Tulisan ini akan berusaha mengupas permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analisis. Setelah penelusuran ternyata ditemukan data bahwa software hadis ini masih dioperasikan oleh sebagian kecil dari Mahasiswa hadis. Secara defacto pun software hadis ini masih minim digunakan dalam kajian-kajian hadis tertentu. Abstract:
This article aims to describe the Pesantren’s response to the use of digital applications of classical books as open sources of education. Starting from the phenomenon of using al-maktabah sya> milah software in Pesantren Salaf (traditional Islamic boarding schools) where they have a scientific tradition of using printed Kitab Kuning (Islamic classical books) for quite a long time. The presence of a digital media transformation called al-maktabah sya>milah is an alternative for searching information on classical books in Pesantrens. Then, this article questions on the emergence of al-maktabah syu> mila NU fi>ha software at the Pesantren Assalafiyyah, Mlangi, Sleman, Yogyakarta in response to the presence of al-maktabah sya>milah. Syu>mila NU containing digital books by mu'tabar ulama taught in Pesantren Salaf, while Syamilah containing books by Arabic ulama allegedly carrying Wahhabi understanding. This has led to a contestation between the two Kitab Kuning digital applications in the Pesantren Salaf. This article uses an interpretive qualitative descriptive approach from library document data, multi-site, and software. The author analyzes the information on both the software and the related web. Maktabah syu> mila NU fi>ha software development is defensive which aims to fortify the Pesantren from the influence of the syamilah maktabah understanding which brings Wahhabi; a intolerant, apolitical, anti-tradition, and transnational understanding. The presence of this application appeared various responses from the pesantrens. Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Lirboyo, Kediri tends to be skeptical whether Pesantren Assalafiyyah Mlangi, Yogyakarta is more neutral, and Pesantren Salafiyyah Syafi’iyyah Sukorejo, Situbondo tends to be moderate and optimistic. This response is inseparable from the pesantren policy which is contained in the board’s rules for the use of electronic devices.

Abstract:
تعنى هذه الورقة البحثية بدراسة نافذة جديدة من نوافذ اللسانيات الحاسوبية وهي : (بوابات المعاجم الرقمية ) وذلك من خلال دراسة بوابة (واجهة) المعجم الرقمي المختص (معجم الشامي). وقد تناول البحث دراسة في ثلاثة مباحث وهي تأصيل مصطلحات الدراسة، وبوابة المعجم الرقمي (مصطلحات المكتبات والمعلومات والأرشيف) لأحمد الشامي دراسة معجمية في ضوء اللسانيات الحاسوبية، والأخير روابط المعجم الرقمي لمصطلحات المكتبات والمعلومات والأرشيف دراسة معجمية حاسوبية. وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي النقدي، من خلال وصف بوابة المعجم وتحليل البيانات الواردة فيها محاولة منا لتأصيل بعض قواعد المعجمية الحاسوبية، ومن ثم التطبيق على المعجم محل الدراسة لمعرفة مدى قبوليته معجميا، وكيف قامت بوابته بدورها معجميا من حيث التيسير على المستخدم، وإظهار مواطن الضعف الواردة فيها. وقد توصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج من أهمها: أن البوابات الإلكترونية هي الواجهات أو المنافذ التي تُتيح لمستخدم الإنترنت خدماتها المتكاملة والولوجَ بسرعة وسهولة إلى أهم المواضيع، يصعب البحث عن معاني المصطلحات في هذا المعجم حيث إنه لا يوجد خانة منفردة لكتابة المصطلح المطلوب معناه، وعدم توفير واجهة رقمية تسمح للمستخدم بإضافة مصطلحات جديدة أو إيصال ملحوظة، واستخدام المعجم الروابط الإلكترونية للإحالة إلى موقع أو صورة أو للخروج من مصطلح إلى مصطلح آخر، كما أوصت الباحثتان بدراسة بوابات المعاجم الرقمية وعمل مقارنات بينها؛ لوضع ضوابط لبوابات تلك المعاجم. AbstractThis research paper is concerned with studying a new window of computational linguistics, which is: (digital dictionaries gates), through studying the portal (interface) of the specialized digital dictionary (Al-Shami dictionary). The research dealt with a study in three sections, which are the rooting of the study terms, and the digital lexicon portal (libraries, information and archive terms) by Ahmed Al-Shami, a lexical study in the light of computer linguistics, and the last links the digital lexicon of library, information and archive terms, a computer lexicographical study. The research relied on the descriptive, analytical and critical approach, by describing the lexicon portal and analyzing the data contained in it, in an attempt to establish some rules of computer lexicography, and then apply it to the lexicon under study to find out its lexical acceptability, and how its lexicographical role in terms of facilitating the user, showing weaknesses contained therein. The research has reached several results, the most important of which are: that electronic portals are the interfaces or ports that allow the Internet user its integrated services and access quickly and easily to the most important topics. Providing a digital interface that allows the user to add new terms or deliver a note, and use the dictionary electronic links to refer to a site or an image or to exit from one term to another term. The two researchers also recommended studying digital dictionaries portals and making comparisons between them; To set controls for the gates of those dictionaries.

Abstract:
Islamweb mausuah software is software that is present in the midst of the speed of technology. Now it can be operated on a computer or mobile system. Starting from this study the software will be discussed, in order to test the extent of the role of the hadith software in the face of the digitalization era. How urgent is this hadith software when competing with other more popular software, such as Jawami 'al Kalim, Lidwa Pustaka, Maktabah Syamilah software. Is this software able to contribute to the study of hadith in the world of education. And how the effectiveness of this hadith software is operated by the students of UIN Sunan Kali Jaga hadith. This paper will try to explore these problems with a descriptive-analysis method. After searching it turns out that data found that this hadith software is still operated by a small portion of hadith students. In fact even this hadith software is still minimal used in certain hadith studies. But the existence of this research hopefully in the future will become a place of introduction and can be optimally optimized for students of hadith.

Abstract:
To save hadiths from corruptive and misleading "blemishes," scholars have worked extraordinarily hard in compiling hadiths, developing various knowledge, and creating principles and methods for hadith writing and research. The Kutubu Sittah refers to the six hadith books that have become references for subsequent scholars. The study related to the Kutubu Sittah is crucial, considering that many hadith enthusiasts only focus on the texts contained within these collections without delving into who the authors were and what their writing methodologies were. The research includes several primary reference books such as Kutubu Sittah, al-Hadith wal-Muhaddithun, Fii Rihab as-Sunnah al-Kutub as-Sihhah, Atlas Hadith an-Nabawiyyah, and others, utilizing a library research approach. The existence of these six hadith books in the hands of Muslims today is tangible evidence of how Allah has preserved the Sunnah and the scholars. Although these scholars are noble, they are not free from mistakes, and thus, in compiling these books, some errors were inevitable. However, even though some hadiths are considered weak by some scholars, their nobility will never diminish.

ABSTRACTScholars, journalists, and government officials have tried to understand al-Qa'ida and its predecessor, Maktab al-Khidamat, since the early 1980s. These efforts increased significantly after the 11 September 2001 attacks against the World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon. Yet, despite this attention, questions remain unanswered. What factors have influenced al-Qa'ida leaders over time as they have made and executed strategic decisions? How have they defined their relationship with affiliated groups in the context of these decisions? This present article utilizes private al-Qa'ida documents, captured by United States Navy Seals during a raid on Osama bin Laden's compound in Pakistan, and recently released to the public, to answer these questions. In doing so, it casts doubt on some of the conventional explanations for al-Qa'ida's trajectory between 2004 and 2013.

The result of this research is the total number of articles published in ALMAKTABAH, PUSTAKALOKA, UNILIB & LIBRARIA, 377 titles, consisting of 69, 115, 72 and 121 titles, respectively The total authors are 529 people consisting of . Almaktabah 104 authors, Pustakaloka 161 authors, Unilib 87 authors and Libraria 177 authors. The most prolific authors of the AlMaktabah journal are U Undayani (7 articles) from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, L Lolytasari (5 articles) from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, R Rodin (4 articles) IAIN Curup-Rejang Lebang Bengkulu, then A Alfida and L Istiqoriyah (3 articles) each from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, and 2 other authors from UIN Imam Bonjol and UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The pattern of authorship shows that from a total of 377 articles, single authors (259 articles 0.69%) and collaborating authors (118 articles 0.31%) with an average collaboration degree of 0.31. The tarjih method emerged due to the occurrence of hadiths that were outwardly contradictory between one proposition and another, when this happens it can be resolved using the al jam'u wa al taufiq method. And if this tarjih method cannot be used then the alternative is al tawaquf (suspended) temporarily, while hadith researchers study the hadiths, whether the hadith will be tarjih or jasakh. However, as time goes by, hadith researchers no longer use the tarjih method because everything that is to be tarjih can be accessed on various platforms such as Maktabah Syamilah, Politik al-Sittah, Politik al-Tis`ah, Jawami` al-Kalim. However, there are still many law enforcers who do not understand the tarjih method, so that when determining the law they make mistakes and make mistakes which can result in very fatal errors in deciding a case or law. If hadith researchers understand how to apply the tarjih method today, where all hadiths can be accessed via the internet, then the tarjih method is not relevant for use today, provided that the hadith researchers understand what is meant by the tarjih method, the conditions - conditions and rules. However, on the other hand, when they do not understand what is meant by the tarjih method and how to use it, this method must be used even though developments in the times are so sophisticated, so that fatal errors do not occur when deciding on a law or deciding on a solid hadith. For further discussion, this article explains what is meant by the tarjih method and its requirements and whether the tarjih method is relevant to use nowadays, considering that everything you want to search for is very easy to access via the internet.

Abstract MS Riyadh, Maktabat Malik Fahd al-Waṭaniyya 748 is a multitext volume copied by al-Ḥasan b. Muḥammad b. Aḥmad b. ʿAlī Ibn Abī l-ʿAshīra in 552/1157 in Ṣaʿda. It consists of doctrinal texts by Zaydī and Muʿtazilī authors, invariably Iranian. The codex is the only known extant witness of all but two of the tracts it includes (the exceptions being Ismāʿīl b. ʿAlī b. Ismāʿīl al-Farrazādhī’s K. Taʿlīq al-Tabṣira and Abū ʿAbd Allāh Muḥammad b. al-Ḥasan al-Dāʿī al-Ḥasanī’s K. Ḥaqāʾiq al-aʿrāḍ wa-aḥwālihā wa-sharḥihā), and two of its tracts, K. al-Nasīm fī l-uṣūl by one Abū Jaʿfar and K. Bahkan sebagai dampak globalisasi mengakibatkan terjadinya persaingan secara bebas dalam dunia pendidikan maupun tenaga kerja. Historical BackgroundBy way of background, I shall give a brief summary of Islamic educationalinstitutions. First, according to Shalaby, the institution where theQur’an, Hadith (sayings and deeds related to the Prophet Muhammad),Arabic grammar, stories of the prophets, reading, and writing weretaught is the maktub (elementary school). This maktub is different fromthe Dar al-Arqam (see previous article), where the early Muslimsreceived their “quality” of training (educational framework of thinkingand practicing). Bashier describes the Dar al-Arqam as “a sort of schoolout of which the best cadres of nascent Islam graduated.” It is my contentionthat the Dar al-Arqam was more a nmjh (i.e., a place where discussion,teaching, and learning activities took place) Moreover, accordingto Makdisi the maktab became known asthe institution of learning where elementary education took placeand the studies which led to the level of higher education, such asspecialization in law.For him, the maktab was recognized as an elementary school where“khan, calligraphy or writing, . . . [was] taught, as well as the Koran, thecreed (i‘tiqad) and poetry.” This claim is supported by Tibawi whoasserts that “teachers . . . receive[d] pupils in special places possibly aroom in a house . . . for instruction . . . known as [m]aktab or [kuttab,both derived from the Arabic root ‘to write This idea of the maktab ashaving been an elementary school is vindicated by the fact that pupilsentered the school at ages seven to ten, and were placed under the careof the mu‘allim (the most common term used to designate the teacher ofpupils at elementary level). according to Makdisi, studies of the maktabled to study in a “masjid-college or madrasa and to the halqat of theSecond, after the arrival of the Prophet (May the peace and blessingsof Allah be upon him) in Madinah, the first mosque in Islam (MasjidQuba) was erected. The mosque became the major institution in Islamfor the dissemination of Islamic education, and its importance cannot bedenied. It was used as a political and cultural center, a court of justice, aneducational institution, and above all a place of worship. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap respons Nahdlatul Ulama Pono- rogo terhadap dakwah dan ajaran dari gerakan Islam Fun Gerakan Islam Fundamentalis dicirikan sebagai gerakan-gerakan Islam yang hendak kembali kepada pondasi dasar ajaran Islam dan tradisi kenabian dengan pemahaman terhadap teks yang cenderung harfiah, menonjolkan klaim kebenaran, mempertentangkan Islam dan NKRI, serta menyerang praktik-praktik keagamaan ka tradisionalis. Gerakan Islam fundamentalis tersebut seka mulai mengembangkan dakwah dan ajarannya di kantong-kantong Nahdlatul Ulama seperti di Ponorogo dan sekitarnya. Untuk menggali data, penulis melakukan wawancara dengan beberapa tokoh sentral NU Ponorogo dan mengkaji beberapa dokumen serta literarur terkait. Penelitian ini mendapati bahwa untuk merespons gerakan Islam fundamentalis, para kiai NU di bawah koordinasi Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU) Kabupaten Ponorogo, mendirikan Aswaja NU Center. Lembaga ini kemudian mengkoordinasi beberapa menyelenggarakan program dan kegiatan dalam rangka meng-counter gerakan Islam fundamentalis. Abstract: Purpose-It is stated that Ibn Taimiyah was a scholar who spoke fluent Arabic, was fast in reading, and straightforward, not only fluent in speaking, but also proficient in Arabic grammar. Likewise, it is said that he had read the Book of Sibawaih in front of his teacher, Shaykh Ibn Abdul Qawi in 6 days, until he understood it and mastered the science of nahwu. On the basis of this story and his success in learning Arabic, the researcher was moved to collect his sayings about the importance of learning Arabic and how to teach it, especially for non-Arabic speakers. Design/Methodology/Approach-This research is guided by the descriptive analysis method, by collecting the required data from the books of Ibn Taimiyah, both from printed references, e-books, and software of Maktabah Syamilah. After the data was collected, the Researcher brought a number of words from classical and contemporary scholars who supported Ibn Taimiyyah's words. Findings: From this research, the Researcher got fifteen sayings of Ibn Taimiyyah about the importance of learning Arabic and ten methods of teaching it. All of his sayings about the importance of learning Arabic are related to religious issues, so it can be concluded that the purpose of learning Arabic according to him is to understand religious texts. Research Limitation/Implications:This research is certainly not relevant for those who want to study Arabic for general purposes, because Ibn Taymiyyah limited it to religious purposes only. Nevertheless, this research enriches Arabic teaching methods for specific purposes for non-Arabic speakers.

Theological discourse in Nusantara is always associated with two varieties of Ash‘arīsm and Māturīdīsm. Nevertheless, Ash‘arīsm became the dominant theological discourse for Muslim people of Nusantara at least since the seventeenth century—or more—which brought by ‘Ulamā’s. There are some obscurity concerning the history of Māturīdīsm about the carriers and teachings developed. Thus it is oſten assumed that the theological discourse that developed in Nusantara since Islam entered and developed just an Ash‘arīsm and ignored other theology [Māturīdīsm]. This study would prove that Māturīdīsm developed along with the development of Ash‘arīsm through the global networks of the Nusantara ‘Ulamā around theological discourse in the Muslim world. This study attempts to provide the justification of Māturīdīsm that developed in Nusantara as well as provide a new perspective about method of theology for Muslim people of Nusantara. The focus of this study is to explore the intellectual treasures of ulama’s works in Nusantara who lived in the period of the seventeentah until nineteenth centuries. This study concludes that theological discourse in Nusantara is a continuous form of global theological discourse that developed in the Islamic world, where the emerging theological discourse always associated on two varieties of Ash‘arīsm and Māturīdīsm which later became known as Sunnīsm. In this context, the discourse of Māturīdīsm developed in Nusantara is seen as a method of thinking that is in tune with the tradition of Sunnīsm which emphasizes the elements of moderation and balance in theology. The literature on Islamic sciences is expanding every year due to both current issues and the re-examination of previous works from different perspectives. For this reason, Miftah" and Etraf type works, which have been written from past to present in order to obtain information quickly and systematically, have gained a different dimension today. In our age, reaching information in the fastest way is a bigger problematic area than reaching information. In this context, although there were different examples before it, al-Maktaba al-Shamela, which is the most comprehensive online study at the moment, was released for the first time with approximately one thousand books in twenty-five topics. In each subsequent year, it has become more comprehensive by improving itself and its database. In this paper, the use of this program, which has reached a very useful level at the moment, the possibilities and conveniences it offers and the problems that can be encountered if it is not used correctly will be discussed. First, the installation of the program and the introduction of shortcuts will be made; Subsequently, each chapter’s own sub-headings will be discussed. Especially; Special search methods, search saving options, creating special folders, chronological lists of works and authors, and importing and exporting works will be introduced. In addition, intellectual problems arising from the minds of producers who are likely to be present in such programs and reflected in the selection of books, software problems related to the program itself, problems with writing during the transfer of works to the program, and most importantly, academic problems that such applications detach one from the holistic view of the works and push them to a fragmentary approach will be discussed. Because learning the program superficially can lead to both obtaining wrong results and misinterpreting the results obtained. Therefore, the aim of such a study is to prevent the problematic issues in question and to channel the researchers to the right methodological elements in this way. The importance of research is that it offers clues to do this in the fastest and most effective way, without forgetting the fact that the main thing is to access the right information. As a result; In scientific studies, all kinds of systems and applications that will facilitate the search are becoming increasingly necessary. al-Maktaba al-Shamela program is an extremely important and valuable work that cannot be ignored when used correctly.

This study aims to examine the stylistic aspects of hadith about believers and hypocrites in reading the qur`ān. The data of this study were collected from hadith books through seven famous narrators which were accessed with the maktabah al-syāmilah application. This research is a descriptive qualitative analytical method with five levels of stylistic analysis in general, namely: phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and imagery. To analyze data through stylistics with content analysis techniques. This analysis technique is intended as a data analysis technique consisting of data reduction stages, data presentation stages, and data verification stages. The result of this research is that the hadith contains a distinctive style of language and many meanings in it.

AbstractDigitized text repositories (such asal-Jāmiʿ al-Kabīr,al-Maktaba al-ShāmilaandMaktabat Ahl al-Bayt) open new horizons in the study of early Islamic history. By employing them it was found that ʿAbdallāh ibn Masʿūd had at least four courts, two in Kūfa and two in Medina, and at least two estates cultivated by sharecroppers, one in Rādhān near Kūfa and another in Saylaḥīn near Qādisiyya. His situation is comparable to that of a member of the pre-Islamic Sassanian landed aristocracy of absentee landlords. He also had three households in three different places. The desire for control and worldly assets is human, and those who lack it never make it to the highest echelons of power. Put differently, hagiography should not be mistaken for historiography. Whether or not Ibn Masʿūd's Rādhān should be linked with the Rādhānite Jewish merchants remains an open question.

Abstract Despite assertions of almost universal illiteracy among pre-Revolutionary Turkmens, an examination of the widely popular maktab primer, the Ravnaq al-Islām, shows that literacy among Turkmens before 1917 was substantially higher than previously thought. Additionally, the work and legends surrounding it show us Turkmen maktab texts contributed to a sense of supra-tribal Turkmen identity, which has generally been discounted or ignored in previous studies of Turkmen social history.

This article is the result of library research. This research is included in the category of normative legal research. This research discussion aims to explain the istiḥān argument against the draft criminal sanctions law for perpetrators of illegal marriages. The researcher analyzed the data using istihsān bi al-maqāsid sharī'ah theory. The findings of this study are that the draft law regarding the provision of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of illegal marriages is not effectively implemented. This argument is based on the reading of legal material data with the theory of Istiḥsān bi maṣlaḥat al-mursalah. The legal reasoning put forward by Toeri istihsan is first, there are still many inadequate facilities in serving the implementation of Law Number 1 of 1974; second, less than optimal bureaucracy and background problems or motivation in carrying out marriages outside the institution of marriage registrar officials as well as conflicting government regulations with one another. The research data is read with the istiḥsān theory and results in the absence of mashlahah if the rules of criminal sanctions are applied. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Nubżah al-Bayãn sebagai solusi bagi santri di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam Maktab Nubdatul Bayan Al-Majidiyah (LPI Maktuba Al-Majidiyah) untuk dapat membaca kitab klasik/kitab kuning dalam waktu singkat. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah apa yang dimaksud dengan Nubżah al-Bayãn dan bagaimana para santri di LPI Maktuba Al-Majidiyah mampu membaca kitab kuning dalam waktu singkat dengan menggunakan Nubżah al-Bayãn. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Nubżah al-Bayãn merupakan rangkuman dari 5 kitab tatabahasa Arab, yaitu al-‘Imrĩṭĩ, Alfiyah Ibn Mãlik, Qawa’id al-I’rab, al-Maqsũd, dan Nubżah yang dikarang oleh KH. Abdul Majid bin Abdul Hamid. Nubżah al-Bayãn terdiri dari 7 buku kecil, yaitu 5 jilid buku pokok, 1 jilid Takmilah al-Bayãn sebagai penyempurna dan 1 jilid Anẓimah al-Bayãn yang berisi kumpulan naẓam. Masing-masing dari 5 jilid buku pokok ditempuh dalam 25 hari, sedangkan Takmilah al-Bayãn ditempuh dalam 1 bulan. Anẓimah al-Bayãn dipelajari bersamaan dengan buku pokok dan Takmilah al-Bayãn. Kelas yang terdiri dari kelompok kecil, peserta didik yang dituntut untuk aktif dan bersaing, serta sistem percepatan pada setiap kelas mampu membuat para santri menguasai keterampilan membaca kitab klasik/kitab kuning dalam waktu yang lebih singkat. The birth of madrasah as an educational institution in this era can not be separated from the history of the development of madrasah in the past. Before Muslims knew madrasah educational institutions, Muslim educational institutions were still known by the terms suffah, kuttab or maktab and mosque. So that from these educational institutions were born various expert scholars from various fields both in the field of religion and other fields of science. Around the end of the 4th century AH the Saljuk Dynasty was led by Sultan Alp and Malik Syah who had a very famous vizier named Nizam al-Mulk succeeded in establishing the first madrasah educational institution called Madrasah Nizamiyah. Madrasah Nizamiyah is the first Islamic educational institution in the form of a school under the auspices of the government, so that the government has a major stake in its development process. In this discussion, the author focuses on deepening the concept of Madrasah Nizamiyah education under the auspices of the Saljuk Dynasty, as well as the concept of education which is widely referred to in the development of Islamic education in the future. Lahirnya madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan pada era ini tidak bisa lepas dari sejarah berkembangnya madrasah pada masa lampau. Sebelum umat Islam mengenal lembaga pendidikan madrasah, lembaga pendidikan umat Islam masih dikenal dengan istilah suffah, kuttab atau maktab serta masjid. Sehingga dari lembaga pendidikan tersebut lahirlah berbagai ulama-ulama ahli dari berbagai macam bidang baik dalam bidang keagamaan maupun bidang ilmu lainnya. Pada sekitar akhir abad ke-4 hijriah Dinasti Saljuk dipimpin oleh Sultan Alp dan Malik Syah yang memiliki wazir yang sangat masyhur yang bernama Nizam al-Mulk berhasil mendirikan institusi pendidikan madrasah pertama yang bernama Madrasah Nizamiyah. Madrasah Nizamiyah meruakan institusi pendidikan Islam pertama yang berbentuk sekolah dibawah naungan pemerintahan, sehingga pemerintah memiliki andil besar dalam proses perkembangannya. Dalam pembahasan ini penulis fokus mendalami konsep pendidikan Madrasah Nizamiyah dibawah naungan pemerintahan Dinasti Saljuk, serta konsep pendidikannya yang banyak dirujuk dalam perkembangan pendidikan Islam pada masa berikutnya.

This research produces some educational concepts and learning methods that are humanist according to Ibn Khaldun.

Abstract:
This research is a qualitative descriptive research on market morality in contradictory hadiths. The market is a place of economic activity for traders in order to gain profits which often ignores moral values. The focus of this research is on the traditions about the market which contain contradictions, especially those contained in the Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim books. To obtain relevant data, this study uses keywords and an online search instrument, al-maktabah al-syamila. To understand the hadith of the prophet comprehensively, this study uses a contextual approach through historical and hermeneutic methods, namely looking at the text and context, and using the unification and synchronization method (al-jam' wa al-taufiq). From this study it was found that the prophet's expression which stated that the most hated place by Allah was the market, not in the textual sense, but was an expression of the prophet regarding some market activities carried out by traders which were prohibited by the Shari'a. The moral hazard behavior of traders including usury, gharar, maisir, which causes injustice and harm to other parties must be avoided and shunned.

This article discusses istinbāṭ (the way to absorb law from the main sources) of fiqh (Islamic law) by Tablighi students (santri) at Pesantren Temboro, Magetan, East Java in baḥth al-masā’il forum that is a forum for discussing Islamic law problems. The interesting thing of this study is Temboro Tablighi students as a traditionalist group known as the Islamic traditional community and the followers of Jamaah Tabligh. The questions are: What are the types of Islamic thought and the kinds of istinbāṭ used by Tablighi students? Is the istinbāṭ in the baḥth al-masā’il forum the same as that of other students of traditional Pesantrens in Indonesia or not? This article answers those research questions not only to analyze how Tablighi students apply the istinbāṭ model in their forum but also to analyze the baḥth al-masā’il products. This study is based on scoped library research i.e. the results of baḥth al-masā’il published in Tablighi students’ magazines during 2018, such as Al-Madinah, Al-Maktabah, Humairo, and Tranqil. One of the teachers involved in the forum is interviewed to clarify and get more detailed information. The results of the study show that the istinbāṭ method of Tablighi students, in general, is as same as other traditional students in other pesantrens which only apply qauliyyah method (using ulemas’ arguments written in classical books called Kitab Kuning). This study contributes significantly on how Tablighi santri of the Pesantren Temboro remain conserving a traditional scholarship knowledge (turats) with contextualization limitedly on some cases.Kajian ini mendiskusikan tentang istinbat hukum Islam atau fiqh dalam komunitas santri Tablighi di Pesantren Temboro, Magetan Jawa Timur dalam forum bahthul masail, forum yang mengkaji persoalan-persoalan hukum Islam. Hal yang menarik dari kajian ini adalah tradisionalisme santri Tablighi di Temboro yang dikenal sebagai komunitas santri salaf dan penganut Jamaah Tabligh. Pertanyaan adalah bagaimana model pemikiran hukum dan seperti apa metode istinbat yang mereka gunakan? Apakah metode istinbat hukum dalam forum bahtsul masail santri Tablighi sama dengan santri pesantren tradisional lainnya ataukah berbeda? Artikel ini menjawab pertanyaan tersebut bukan hanya untuk menganalisa bagaimana santri mengaplilasikan model istinbat hukum dalam forum bahthul masail, tetapi juga menganalisa produk-produk bahthul masail tersebut. Artikel ini didasarkan pada kajian kepustakaan terbatas, yakni hasil-hasil bahtsul masail yang dimuat dalam majalah santri-satri Temboro dalam kurun waktu tahun 2018, seperti Majalah Al-Madinah, Al-Maktabah, Humairo, and Tranqil. Salah satu ustadz yang terlibat dalam forum tersebut diwawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih detail. Hasilnya, metode istinbat hukum santri Tablighi Pesantren Temboro secara umum sama dengan santri pesantren tradisional lainnya dan terbatas pada aplikasi metode qauliyyah (menggunakan pendapat para ulama yang terdapat dalam kitab klasik yang dikenal dengan kitab kuning). Kajian ini berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap bagaimana santri Tabligh di Pesantren Temboro teguh melestarikan keilmuan tradisional (turats) dengan kontekstualisasi yang terbatas pada beberapa kasus.

Karena itu muncul pertanyaan-pertanyaan mengapa sebuah hadis dapat melahirkan beragam interpretasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan tematik hadis. Pengumpulan data terkait dengan hadis kepemimpinan wanita didapatkan melalui aplikasi al-maktabah asy-syamilah. Adapun analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi (content analysis) atau lazim disebut analisis takhrij al-hadits dalam hadis, selain itu penelitian ini melalui pendekatan sosio, historis, dan kontekstual. Hasil yang ditemukan mengandung dua sudut pandang, yakni kaum tekstualis dan kontektualis. Simpulannya, tekstualis mengatakan dengan tegas bahwa menurut hadis ini wanita tidak diperbolehkan untuk memimpin. Sementara kontekstualis juga mengatakan dengan tegas bahwa hadis larangan pemimpin wanita tidak boleh dipahami secara kasat mata teksnya, tetapi dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang tepat, sehingga hasilnya adalah wanita boleh memimpin, baik domestik maupun publik.The woman leadership has always been a polemic, whereas the hadits used is the same hadits. Therefore, there are some questions about the hadits interpretation, the question was how could that one hadits arise many interpretations. This research is alibrary research with the thematic hadits approach. The collection of data that concerning of the women’s leadership used the application called al-maktabah asy-syamilah. The data analysis used is content analysis or often called by takhrij hadits analysis with the socio, historical, and contextual approaches. The result in this research was found two point of view from the textualists and the contextualists. The conclusion are, the textualist said that according to the hadith women are not allowed to lead. Meanwhile, the contextualist said that according to the hadith too, the women are allowed to lead, domestic nor public.

This study examines the quality of the hadiths "Faradha zakat fitrah", that the hadiths explain about the obligation to pay zakat fitrah for every Muslim, both men and women, to the importance of zakat on the eve of the festival. Then the hadiths use several kinds of food that can satisfy in the form of staple foods such as dates, poetry and wheat and rice. The main focus in this research is the sanad and matan of the Hadiths of the Prophet saw which contain about "faradha zakat fitrah" this research is a library research with the main reference is the books of hadith al-Kutub al-Tis'ah (Nine Books Induk Hadith), and maktabah syamilah. In addition to the books of hadith mentioned above, books related to takhrij al-hadith are also references in this study, such as: Ushul al-Takhrij wa Dirasat al-Asanid. Research Methodology of the hadith of the Prophet written by Syuhudi Ismail, and others. To research the narrators of Hadith, used as a reference are books related to the study of the content of hadith. The result of this research is a hadith chain of authentic quality, namely the narration of Abu Dawud. From the point of view of authentic hadith, it does not contradict the Qur'an and authentic hadith, common sense, historical facts, language and the principles of Islam.
