Proses penciptaan pertunjukan Opera Minangkabau tersebut, diawali dari sebuah riset terhadap berbagai penafsiran atas kaba Malin Kundang sebagai titik tolak terbentuknya penafsiran baru atas kaba tersebut..Penafsiran baru tersebut kemudian dikreasi untuk menghasilkan bentuk lakon baru, yang kemudian diberi judul Malin Nan kondang.Lakon baru inilah yang menjadi pijakan dalam perancangan pemanggungan (spektakel) yang mencirikan sebuah pertunjukan Opera Minangkabau.Penuangan tersebut merupakan bentuk perancangan yang dimulai dari analisis lakon, pembuatan adegan demi adegan dan penempatan aspek pendukung opera yang meliputi gerak, dendang dan penghayatan seni peran. Aksentuasi opera diwujudkan dengan penggunakan ragam seni tradisi Minangkabau bagi kebutuhan perancangan Opera Minangkabau secara keseluruhan. Abstract:
Context. Malin 1 is the largest known low surface brightness (LSB) galaxy, the archetype of so-called giant LSB galaxies. The structure and origin of such galaxies are still poorly understood, especially because of the lack of high-resolution kinematics and spectroscopic data. Aims. We use emission lines from spectroscopic observations of Malin 1 aiming to bring new constraints on the internal dynamics and star formation history of Malin 1. Methods. We extracted a total of 16 spectra from different regions of Malin 1 and calculated the rotational velocities of these regions from the wavelength shifts and star formation rates from the observed Hα emission line fluxes. We compared our data with existing data and models for Malin 1. Results. For the first time we present the inner rotation curve of Malin 1, characterised in the radial range r < 10 kpc by a steep rise in the rotational velocity up to at least ∼350 km s−1 (with a large dispersion), which had not been observed previously. We used these data to study a suite of new mass models for Malin 1. We show that in the inner regions dynamics may be dominated by the stars (although none of our models can explain the highest velocities measured) but that at large radii a massive dark matter halo remains necessary. The Hα fluxes derived star formation rates are consistent with an early-type disc for the inner region and with the level found in extended UV galaxies for the outer parts of the giant disc of Malin 1. We also find signs of high metallicity but low dust content for the inner regions.

Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII 3 SMP Laboratorium Undiksha. Objek penelitian ini adalah langkah-langkah meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerita fantasi dengan menggunakan video anak “Malin Kundang” pada siswa kelas VII 3 SMP Laboratorium Undiksha, peningkatan kemampuan siswa menulis cerita fantasi melalui video anak “Malin Kundang” pada siswa kelas VII 3 SMP Laboratorium Undiksha, dan respons siswa terhadap penggunaan video anak “Malin Kundang” dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerita fantasi di kelas VII 3 SMP Laboratorium Undiksha. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, tes, kuesioner dan wawancara. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif-kualitatif dan deskriptif-kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan, dapat dikatakan bahwa langkah-langkah pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru sudah tergolong baik/bagus. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari penilaian yang diberikan peneliti atau observer saat mengamati guru mengajar. (2) penggunaan video anak "Malin Kundang: dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerita fantasi siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dalam perbandingan skor rata-rata klasikal, yakni pada pratindakan skor rata-rata klasikal 68.14 (cukup), siklus I memperoleh skor rata-rata klasikal 76,66 (baik), sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata klasikal siswa menjadi 82,95 (baik); (3) siswa memberikan respons sangat positif dan positif terhadap penggunaan video anak "Malin Kundang" dalam pembelajaran menulis cerita fantasi. Dari hasil yang telah dicapai, bahwa penggunaan video anak "Malin Kundang" perlu dipertimbangkan sebagai upaya untuk mengoptimalkan proses dan hasil belajar bahasa dan sastra Indonesia.

Abstract:
Lafora disease (LD, OMIM254780) is a rare and fatal form of progressive myoclonus epilepsy (PME). Among PMEs, LD is unique because of the rapid neurological deterioration of the patients and the appearance in brain and peripheral tissues of insoluble glycogen-like (polyglucosan) inclusions, named Lafora bodies (LBs). LD is caused by mutations in the EPM2A gene, encoding the dual phosphatase laforin, or the EPM2B gene, encoding the E3-ubiquitin ligase malin. Laforin and malin form a functional complex that is involved in the regulation of glycogen synthesis. Thus, in the absence of a functional complex glycogen accumulates in LBs. In addition, it has been suggested that the laforin-malin complex participates in alternative physiological pathways, such as intracellular protein degradation, oxidative stress, and the endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. In this work we review the possible cellular functions of laforin and malin with a special focus on their role in the ubiquitination of specific substrates. We also discuss here the pathological consequences of defects in laforin or malin functions, as well as the therapeutic strategies that are being explored for LD.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas konseling kognitif (Aaron Beck) dengan teknik ki barak panji sakti dan teknik malin kundang terhadap peningkatan minat computational. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 52 siswa yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah anava dua jalur dengan desain 2x2 faktorial dan t-scheffe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan konseling kognitif (Aaron Beck) antara siswa yang mengikuti teknik ki barak panji sakti dengan teknik malin kundang terhadap minat computational (F=6,210; p<0,05), (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi konseling kognitif (Aaron Beck) teknik ki barak panji sakti dengan teknik malin kundang terhadap minat computational (F=15,642;p<0,05), (3) terdapat perbedaan minat computational pada siswa yang mendapat teknik ki barak panji sakti dibandingkan dengan teknik malin kundang (t=9,559; α<2,008).

Tari ini awalnya ditarian untuk menghibur Puti Bungsu yang berpisah dengan Malin Deman. Tari ini di tarian oleh beberapa penari perempuan secara berpasang-pasangan. Gerakan tari Gandai di ambil dari gerakan satwa yang mengambarkan kekecewaan malin deman yang ditinggal oleh Puti Bungsu. Pada saat ini tarian ini sudah berubah menjadi tari untuk hiburan dalam acara-acara perkawinan ataupun acara pesta rakyat di Kabupaten Mukomuko. Tari ini memiliki Sembilan gerak sesuai dengan lobang pada serunai gandai. Serunai gandai merupakan alat musik pengiring dalam tarian gandai. pada saat ini tari gandai sudah mengalami perubahan, baik dari segi bentuk tari maupun dari segi fungsi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bagaimana perubahan tari Gandai pada masyarakat Mukomuko Provinsi Bengkulu metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan mengamati tari Gandai tradisi dan kreasi.Kata Kunci: tari gandai, perubahan, Mukomuko.AbstractGandai dance is a traditional dance in mukomuko, Bengkulu province. This dance comes from the folklore Malin Deman and Puti Bungsu, Malin Deman is an earth man and the youngest Puti Bungsu is a celestial man. This dance was originaly danced to entertain Puti Bungsu who parted ways with Malin Deman. This dance is danced by several female dancers in pairs. The Gandai dance movement was taken from the animal movement which depicted the disappointment of Malin Deman who was left by the youngest Puti. At this time the dance has turned into a dance for entertainment in weddings or folk parties in Mukomuko District. This dance has nine movements inaccordance with the hole in yhe smart alley. The clever grun is a musical instrument accompaniment in smart dance. At this time the smart dance has undergone changes, both in terms of dance form and in terms of dance form and in terms of function. The purpose of this study was to reveal how the change of smart dance in the Bengkulu Province Mukomuko community method used was a qualitative method, data collection was carried out through observation and observing the traditional dance of tradition and creation. Abstract:
Retrospective study was done on some cases having Malin Lymphoma Non-Hodgkin's gastric recorded in Hepato-Gastroenterology department of University Hospital in Rabat during the period 2000 to 2010. The objective of this work is to identify primary and clinics Non Hodgkin lymphomas Malins of the stomach lymphosarcoma type. During the study periodwe registered 47 cases of Hodgkin's Lymphoma Non Malin, an average of 4 ± 0.59 cases / year. The majority of cases were from Kenitra-Rabat-Sale with 40% of cases. Males were the most affected with 55%. The chi-square test showed no significant difference between gender (χ2 = 0.53, P> 0.05). 56 ± 2.8 years. The average age of the patients was hospitalized with ends from 19 years to 85 years, a predominance of the age group [70-80 [with 24%. The majority of patients have a low socioeconomic level (95%). The most registered clinical signs are generally: Alteration of the general state (17%), fever (12%), anemia (10%), epigastric burn type and epigastric cramping in 8% for each of them.
