Abstract:
The main aim of this study is to investigate the ability of four local entomopathogenic isolates Beauveria bassiana (Bals.) and Metarhizium anisopliae (Met.) to control the mosquito larvae in the lab. The results revealed that the isolate (MARD48) B .bassiana reduced the survival rate of the mosquito larvae to (80%) followed by the isolate M. anisopliae (MARD10) to (90%) in the first two days of treatment, and 60 and 66% respectively in the third day. The results also showed that the isolate B. bassiana (MARD48) killed 50% of the population (LC50) with the concentration 1×104 conidia/ml compared to 1×107 conidia/ml for the isolates B. bassiana (MARD14) and M. anisopliae (MARD10), and 1×108 conidia/ml for the isolate B .bassiana (MARD76). The shortest lethal time was at concentration 1×107 conidia/ml within 3.3 day for the isolate B. bassiana (MARD48); while, it was 2.3 day for the isolate M. anisopliae (MARD10) of the concentration of 6 1×1011 spores / ml . According to the results, the isolate B. bassiana (MARD48) revealed the lowest concentration killed 50% (LC50) of the population and shortest time.

The purpose of this study was to assess krewe members' spending on the 1998 Mardi Gras. The study examined the spending of krewe members at Mardi Gras balls, events leading up to the balls, as well as the amount of spent during the Mardi Gras parade itself. Data were collected by the distribution of a self-administered mail survey to krewe members of the Greater Southwest Louisiana Mardi Gras Association. Examination and analysis of the results of this study will be very helpful in determining the economic effect that Mardi Gras celebration has on the city of Lafayette.

Abstract[English]: This study aims to determine the existence of Purwa Ayu Mardi Utama strategy in Kesugihan village, Ponorogo. Researchers used a sociological approach to find out facts in the field related to Purwa Ayu Mardi Utama's group strategies in maintaining their existence in Ponorogo District. The results of this study indicate that Purwa Ayu Mardi Utama is still developing and has the most followers in Ponorogo. Purwa Ayu Mardi Utama also has two strategies to maintain its existence in this modern era; both are by its non-coercive rituals and socialization to the surrounding community in the form of social services. Their habits are carried out by involving young people and youth associations in the villages. PAMU also play a role in teaching Javanese literacy and its preservation. This attitude, the Ponorogo community sympathize with this group.Abstrak[Indonesia]: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi eksistensi Aliran Kebatinan Purwa Ayu Mardi Utama di desa Kesugihan, Ponorogo. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi untuk dapat mengetahui fakta di lapangan terkait strategi aliran kepercayaan Purwa Ayu Mardi Utama dalam mempertahankan eksistensi mereka di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Hasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya Purwa Ayu Mardi Utama hingga saat ini masih berkembang dan memiliki penganut yang terbanyak di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Purwa Ayu Mardi Utama juga memiliki 2 strategi untuk menjaga eksistensinya di era modern ini yaitu dengan ritualnya yang tidak memaksa dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat sekitar dalam bentuk bakti sosial. Ritual- ritual mereka dijalankan dengan melibatkan generasi muda dan perkumpulan pemuda di desa-desa. PAMU juga berjasa dalam pengajaran baca tulis bahasa Jawa dan pelestariannya. Sikap inilah yang membuat masyarakat Ponorogo menaruh simpati dengan aliran ini.

The aimed study assesses the water quality of Mardi River applying National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) America developed index called Water Quality Index (WQI). This index is one of effective way to inform about water quality trends to the public and the policy makers for water quality management. As Mardi River is primary source of consumption to Pokhara city and Mardi Watershed entities, the water quality is important for public health and ecological aspects. The study starts with five different sampling stations having total fifteen samples along three (April, May, June) months of the year 2012 were analyzed in water laboratory. Abstract. Although Turkey affirms the right to health regardless of citizenship status, as defined by the Declaration of Human Rights, there are gaps in the legislation and administration regarding the conditions for which an individual must fulfill as a Syrian refugee to access healthcare in Turkey ( Mardin, 2017 ). One of the greatest healthcare access barriers is not gaining status under the temporary protection regulation (TPR) as a Syrian refugee ( Mardin, 2017 ). Even after gaining status under the TPR, individuals are bound to the city in which they have registered and are designated, outside of which they are ineligible for healthcare ( Mardin, 2017 ). This limits the autonomy of the individual when making appropriate resettlement decisions within Turkey. This process also poses an additional burden on healthcare professionals to act as healthcare access “gatekeeper” ( Mardin, 2017 ). This policy brief seeks to outline both the challenges Syrian refugees face in accessing quality healthcare in Turkey and provide reformation suggestions to allow for a more streamlined approach. Furthermore, suggestions are made with consideration of lessening the burden of Turkey’s healthcare system as the host country.

Artificial neural network models were used for short term wind speed forecasting in the Mardin area, located in the Southeast Anatolia region of Turkey. Using data that was obtained from the State Meteorological Service and that encompassed a ten year period, short term wind speed forecasting for the Mardin area was performed. A number of different ANN models were developed in this study. The model with 60 neurons is the most successful model for short term wind speed forecasting. The mean squared error and approximation values for training of this model were 0.378088 and 0.970490, respectively. The ANN models developed in the study have produced satisfactory results. The most successful among those models constitutes a model that can be used by the Mardin Electric Utility Control Centre.

Panti Pelayanan Sosial Pengemis Gelandangan Orang Terlantar Mardi Utomo Semarang memiliki tugas pokok melaksanakan sebagian kegiatan teknis operasional ataupun penunjang Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Tengah di bidang rehabilitasi sosial penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial khusus pengemis, gelandangan orang terlantar (PGOT). Dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok rehabilitasi, panti pelayanan sosial PGOT Mardi Utomo menselaraskannya dengan upaya pemberdayaan melalui pelaksanaan manajemen open system dengan media pengembangan Taman Edukasi Pelangi dan Agrososial Mardi Utomo. Terkait hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peranan/tindakan kepala panti dalamupaya rehabilitasi dan pemberdayaan untuk kemandirian Pemerlu Pelayanan Kesejahteraan Sosial (PPKS). Teori yang digunakan untuk mengetahui peranan administrator dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep organisasi layanan manusia dilihat dari Social Work Administrator. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala Panti Pelayanan Sosial Pengemis Gelandangan Orang Terlantar Mardi Utomo Semarang sudah melaksanakan peran/ tindakannya dengan baik dalam upaya rehabilitasi dan pemberdayaan dilihat dari aspek penerimaan, kreatif, demokrasi, kepercayaan, perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pembuatan keputusan yang terkait upaya rehabilitasi dan pemberdayaan sosial untuk kemandirian PPKS.ABSTRACK Administrators have a large role in the implementation of the functioning duties of social services through rehabilitation and empowerment efforts for the independence of social welfare service (PPKS). Social Services Orphanage Beggar Homeless People Displaced Mardi Utomo Semarang has a duty in the field of social rehabilitation with social welfare problems especially beggars, homeless people displaced. Panti Mardi Utomo aligns it with empowerment efforts through the implementation of open system management with the development media of Taman Pendidikan Pelangi and Agrosocial Mardi Utomo. This research aims to illustrate the role of nursing heads in rehabilitation and empowerment for the independence of social welfare service. To find out the role of an administrator using the human services organization concept is viewed from the Social Work Administrator. Qualitative descriptive research methods, interview data collection techniques and literature studies. The results showed the head of Social Services Forgging Homeless People Mardi Utomo Semarang has performed a good role in rehabilitation and empowerment from the aspects of acceptance, creative, democracy, trust, planning, organizing and decision making related to rehabilitation and social empowerment for PPKS independence.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil Sultan Mardan Ali, mengetahui peranan Sultan Mardan Ali terhadap Kesultanan Buton pada tahun 1647-1654, serta untuk mengetahui penyebab Sultan Mardan Ali bekerja sama dengan Kompeni Belanda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarah menurut Kuntowijoyo dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) pemilihan topik; (2) pengumpulan sumber; (3) verifikasi sumber; (4) interpretasi sumber; (5) historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sultan Mardan Ali atau La Cila lahir pada 5 hari bulan Maulid 980 Hijriah tahun 1573 M. Sebelum menjadi sultan, Mardan Ali menjabat sebagai Kapitalau atau panglima wilayah Timur Kesultanan Buton. Mardan Ali dilantik menjadi Sultan Buton ke-8 oleh Bhonto Siolimbona pada tahun 1647 dengan gelar Sultan Mardan Ali. Peranan Sultan Mardan Ali dalam Kesultanan Buton meliputi bidang politik, ekonomi, dan pemerintahan. Sultan Mardan Ali juga melakukan hubungan kerja sama dengan Belanda. Sultan Mardan Ali bekerja sama dengan bangsa Belanda sebab Sultan ingin melakukan pemulihan hubungan antara Buton dengan VOC yang sebelumnya kurang baik melalui perantara Sultan Ternate.

Kompetensi kognitif mahasiswa profesi dokter di Indonesia dievaluasi melalui Uji Kompetensi Mahasiswa Program studi Profesi Dokter (UKMPPD) secara nasional yang merupakan exit exam dalam pendidikan kedokteran Indonesia.Tujuan. Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kompetensi kognitif mahasiswa program studi profesi dokter FK UNISMA sebagai persiapan untuk menghadapi UKMPPD melalui progress test.Metode. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menampilkan data hasil progress test berdasarkan laboratorium yaitu ilmu penyakit dalam (IPD), bedah, neurologi dan mata dari empat rumah sakit pendidikan yang berbeda. Data ditampilkan dalam mean±SD skor progress test.Hasil. Hasil progress test untuk soal IPD, mahasiswa yang menempuh kepaniteraannya di RS Syamrabu Bangkalan, RS Mardi Waluyo Blitar, RS Kanjuruhan Kepanjen, dan di RS Blambangan Banyuwangi yaitu 57,47±9,31; 53,26±7,77; 50,21±7,85; dan 57,38±6,74. Untuk soal Ilmu Bedah, mahasiswa yang menempuh kepaniteraannya di RS Syamrabu Bangkalan, RS Mardi Waluyo Blitar, RS Kanjuruhan Kepanjen, dan di RS Blambangan Banyuwangi mendapatkan nilai 35,71±11,53; 54,48±8,39; 42,91±8,27; dan 49,63±7,88. Untuk soal Ilmu Neurologi, mahasiswa yang menempuh kepaniteraannya di RS Syamrabu Bangkalan, RS Mardi Waluyo Blitar, RS Kanjuruhan Kepanjen, dan di RS Blambangan Banyuwangi mendapatkan nilai 54,82±8,03; 52,71±9,73; 45,29±7,54; dan 54,51±8,28. Untuk soal Ilmu Kesehatan Mata, mahasiswa yang menempuh kepaniteraannya di RS Syamrabu Bangkalan, RS Mardi Waluyo Blitar, RS Kanjuruhan Kepanjen, dan di RS Blambangan Banyuwangi mendapatkan nilai 52,38±4,76 ; 53,17±11,32 ; 48,72±10,10 dan 57,90±10,79. Rata-rata nilai progress test dari keempat bidang tersebut (IPD, Bedah, Neurologi, dan Mata) di RS Syamrabu Bangkalan, RS Mardi Waluyo Blitar, RS Kanjuruhan Kepanjen, dan di RS Blambangan Banyuwangi didapatkan 50,10 ; 53,41 ; 46,78 ; dan 54,86. Kesimpulan. Hasil progress test mahasiswa program studi profesi dokter FK UNISMA semester gasal. Çevresel etkenlerin, gelenek, görenek ve tecrübeyle birleştirilmesiyle beraber yüzyıllar içerisinde halk hekimliği ortaya çıkmıştır. Mardin'de, modern tıbbın gelişimine paralel olarak halk hekimliği yöntem ve uygulamaları da değişerek ve gelişerek varlığını sürdürmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Mardin geleneksel halk hekimliğinde önemli bir yeri olan yanık tedavisi uygulamaları, örnek bir yanık vakası üzerinden ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmaya konu olan vaka, ilk günden itibaren izlemeye alınmış, yapılan uygulamalar düzenli aralıklarla görüntülenmiş ve kayıt altına alınmıştır. Kızgın yağın dökülmesi suretiyle hastanın sol eli yanmıştır. Mardin Devlet Hastanesi acil servisinde yapılan ilk muayenede 2. derece yanık teşhisi konulmuş, ilk müdahale yapılmış ve hasta taburcu edilmiştir. İlerleyen saatlerde ağrı dayanılmaz bir hale gelince halk hekimliği yöntemlerine başvurulma ihtiyacı duyulmuştur. Daha sonra hasta, Mardin ili Kızıltepe ilçesinde yaşayan halk hekimi Ş.B.'ye başvurmuştur. Halk hekiminin eczaneden getirttiği iki ilaç, bal mumu, mum, zeytinyağı ve köy yumurtasından oluşan malzemelerle hazırladığı karışım belirli aralıklarla yaraya uygulanmıştır. Yaklaşık iki buçuk aylık bir tedavi sürecinin ardından yaranın hemen hemen iz bırakmayacak şekilde iyileştiği gözlemlenmiştir. Bu uygulamanın en önemli özelliği tedavide geleneksel halk hekimliği ile modern tıbbın olanaklarının birleştirilmesidir. Bu vakada yapılan uygulama, hastalıkların tedavisinde halk hekimliği ve modern tıbbın olanaklarının bir arada kullanılmasının önemini ortaya koymaktadır.

"Ritual participation" and "rhythmic repetition" which enables "theological-social inclusion" and "integration", also mobilizes remembering instruments and guarantees protection, revival and transfer of cultural memory. This also ensures continuation of sense of belonging. Priests who are accepted as "vicarious memory" enable participation to memory in church which is a "memory space" mediating to the "transmission of blessing and grace by ritual representation". Priests also by institutionalizing ceremonies and rituals which integrated with music, makes cultural meanings functional. This study was conducted for two seasons from 2018 to 2020 to determine fenugreek genotypes yield and quality characteristics under semiarid climatic conditions. Fenugreek genotypes viz., Adana, Afghanistan, Gaziantep, Iraq, Kahramanmaraş, Kayseri, Mardin, Şanlıurfa with varieties of Berkem and Gürarslan were used as plant material in the research. Field trials were conducted with four replications according to the randomized complete block design. The results revealed that the time to emergence varied from 16.0 to 19.9 days, 50% flowering from 160.9 to 170.4 days, and the vegetation period from 202.0 to 209.3 days. According to the results of two years of research, plant height varied from 64.60 to 78.70 cm, first pod height from 25.26 to 41.76 cm, pod width from 2.91 to 3.29 mm, pod length from 10.07 to 12.60 cm, number of pods per plant from 12.00 to 18.73, number of seeds per pod from 12.55 to 15.55, biological yield from 5.12 to 7.62 t/ha−1, seed yield from 0.91 to 1.38 t/ha−1, harvest index from 17.91 to 24.35%, thousand-seed weight from 13.87 to 17.45 g, fatty oil content from 5.18 to 9.16%, fatty oil yield from 49.3 to 111.6 kg ha−1, and the trigonelline ratio varied from 0.71 to 1.32%. Statistically significant differences (p ≤ 0.05) were observed for the pod width, while highly significant differences (p ≤ 0.01) were observed for all other parameters. According to the research results, Mardin, Kayseri, and Adana genotypes were statistically in the same group with Berkem cultivar in terms of seed yield. A higher fatty oil content was obtained in the Afghanistan genotype (9.16%) than in the Berkem cultivar (8.11%). Gaziantep, Mardin, Şanlıurfa, and Kayseri genotypes contained higher trigonellin than the Berkem and Gürarslan varieties. The obtained information was the result of the Mardin, Kayseri, Adana, Gaziantep, and Afghanistan genotypes that can be used in breeding studies.

Unsur karakter bangsa yang terdapat dalam cerita rakyat Si Mardan secara umum yakni (1) nilai kejujuran, (2) nilai toleransi (3) nilai disiplin (d) nilai kerja keras, (5) mandiri, (6) nilai rasa ingin tahu, (7) nilai cinta tanah air (8) nilai bersahabat, dan (9) romantis; dan sebagai unsur karakter yang unggul pada tokoh cerita Si Mardan adalah karakter kejujuran dan disiplin sebagai pilar pembangunan karakter dan pendidikan bangsa. It is usually difficult for petroleum engineers and geoscientists to obtain reliable estimates of permeability from geophysical logs, especially in lithologically complex formations such as the Mardie Greensand Formation in the Carnarvon Basin, Australia, which consists of lower Cretaceous glauconite‐rich sandstones. This paper presents an alternative petrophysical evaluation of permeability in this formation through the integration of the geological and petrophysical analyses. Neural network techniques were used to establish permeability prediction models in cored wells or sections and to predict permeability from well logs in uncored wells or sections. The permeabilities obtained from minipermeameter measurements were taken as the basis and reference for the petrophysical evaluation. Four log‐derived parameters, which best reflect the permeability in the Mardie Formation, were defined and extracted from the available conventional logs. These parameters (not original log responses) were taken as the log inputs to evaluate permeability. Through the training, testing, and validation of the networks using the log and core data in the cored intervals, a permeability prediction model/network was established. Further, the permeabilities in 15 wildcat wells were determined from conventional well logs. The results indicate that the petrophysical evaluation of permeability is valid and applicable in the Mardie Formation.

Après avoir exposé la tradition du Mardi gras chez les Cadiens, nous abordons la mise en contexte du Courir de Faquetaigue, qui s’écarte du caractère touristique et commercial tel qu’observé lors d’autres Mardi gras de la Louisiane. Au moyen d’une observation participante et d’entrevues semi-dirigées avec des participants, nous en analysons les aspects spécifiques : le défi du poteau, qui évoque la tradition des jeux et des travaux communautaires, l’hommage à Dennis McGee, musicien pionnier de la culture louisianaise, et l’idée de communauté telle que définie par les participants. Il ressort de cette analyse que ce n’est pas tant son caractère géographique local qui définit, aux yeux des participants, ce Courir de Faquetaigue, mais plutôt « l’esprit » du lieu, et les gens avec qui ils le réalisent. Ces acteurs montrent qu’ils font évoluer consciemment cette tradition en faisant en sorte qu’elle s’inscrive dans un esprit de continuité.

Ketidakwaspadaan terhadap kontrol gula pasien yang mendapatkan norepinephrine berakibat perpanjangan masa rawat inap dan perburukan kondisi.Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis hubungan pemberian syringe pump norepinephrine dengan kadar gula darah acak pada pasien di ruang ICU RSUD Mardi Waluyo Kota Blitar. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien ICU RSUD Mardi waluyo Kota Blitar yang diberikan syringe pump norepinephrine pada 29 Oktober – 22 November 2018. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan tehnik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Analisa data menggunakan Spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan yang lemah antara pemberian syringe pump norepinephrine dengan kadar gula darah acak pada pasien di ruang ICU RSUD Mardi Waluyo Kota Blitar dengan p value = 0,034 dan rs = 0,389. Norepinephrine dapat meningkatkan tekanan darah pada pasien kritis yang mengalami hipotensi, akan tetapi berakibat meningkatkan kadar gula darah acak, sehingga diharapkan adanya pemantauan kadar gula darah acak pada pasien kritis serta adanya monitoring penggunaan cairan diluent normal saline 0,9% dan dextrose 5% yang harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi dari pasien yang mendapatkan norepinephrine.

Berdasarkan hasil prasurvey yang dilakukan pada bulan Januari Tahun 2019 di RS Mardi Waluyo Kota Metro terdapat 40 ibu hamil, dimana setelah peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan 10 orang ibu hamil tersebut 7 diantaranya mengatakan merasa cemas dengan kehamilannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diketahui Efektifitas Terapi Musik Klasik Lullaby Terhadap Kecemasan Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester Iii Di Rs Mardi Waluyo Kota Metro Tahun 2019.Metode Jenis Penelitian Kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian metode quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pretest posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil TM III yang ada di RS Mardi Waluyo Kota Metro yaitu sebanyak 40 orang rata-rata dalam satu bulan, Sampel sebanyak 30 ibu hamil. Dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Analisa data dengan uji T-test.Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata kecemasan sebelum intervensi sebesar 29,13, rata-rata kecemasan setelah intervensi sebesar 10,83.Kesimpulan Diketahui Ada Efektifitas Terapi Musik klasik Lullaby Terhadap Kecemasan Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III Di RS Mardi Waluyo Kota Metro Tahun 2019. Summary The kurtosis-based tests of Mardia and Srivastava for assessing multivariate normality (MVN) are considered. The asymptotic standard normal distribution of their test statistics, under normality, is often misused for too small samples. The purpose of this paper is to suggest mean-and-variance corrected versions of the Mardia and Srivastava test statistics. Simulation studies evaluating both the true sizes and the powers of original and corrected tests against selected alternatives are presented and compared to the size and the power of the Henze-Zirkler test. The proposed corrected statistics have empirical sizes closer to a nominal significance level than the original ones. It is also shown that the corrected versions of the tests can be more powerful than the original ones.

Drawing on data gathered during ethnographic fieldwork in Mardin, a medium-sized town in southeast Turkey, this article shows that social media users actively appropriate online platforms and change privacy settings in order to keep different social spheres and social groups apart. Keeping different online social contexts distinct from each other is taken for granted as a way of using social media in Mardin. By contrast, social media scholars have extensively discussed the effects of social media in terms of context collapse. The article highlights how context collapse is the result of patterns of usage within Anglo-American contexts and not the consequence of a platform’s architecture or social media logic. It then suggests a theoretical refinement of affordances, and proposes the concept of affordances-in-practice.

In terms of sanad and matan, or based on the strengths and weaknesses, the Hadith is divided into two groups, namely: the hadith maqbūl and the hadith mardūd. One way to find out a hadith whether the hadith is accepted or mardūd can be seen from the Ṣīgāt. Ṣīgāt Hadith is divided into two groups, namely Ṣīgāt Jazm and Ṣīgāt Tamrῑḍ. An assessment of a Hadith is incomplete if we have not discussed ṣīgāt al-Jazm and ṣīgāt at-Tamrῑḍ. This needs to be done to understand how the Hadith is classified. In determining the laws of ṣīgāt al-Jazm and ṣīgāt at-Tamrῑḍ the Ulama of Hadith have explained that if the Hadith is a hadith ḍa’īf, then it is not allowed to exchange it with active sentences ( ṣīgāt al-jazm) such as: said the Messenger of Allah. mention the narration of the hadith ḍa’īf from the tabiin circles by using ṣīgāt al-jazm, but by using ṣīgāt at-tamrῑḍ as the words qῑla, ruwiya, ḥukiya and so forth. This article provides knowledge to the reader, namely how to recognize the traditions through the ṣīgāt expressed in a hadith and give insight to the traditions that are ambiguous and mardūd through ṣīgāt in a hadith, and express how the opinion of the hadith scholars about the ṣīgāt.

Traditional practices are important health care problems performed by mothers during the postnatal period. This study performed with married women living in Kiziltepe sub-province of Mardin province. The aim of this study is to determine traditional medicine practices and factors related to baby care in the postnatal period which were used by married women living in Kiziltepe sub-province of Mardin province.In this cross-sectional study, a face to face conversation survey was conducted with 549 married women and 527 participants could be reached. Socio-demographic characteristics, obstetric history and postnatal period infant care practices were recorded. Data were analyzed by using the SPSS package program, percentage average, chi-square analyses. The mean age of women was 36.77±12.39. The application rate of traditional practices increased when the educational levels of husbands were low, and as the mothers were getting old (p<0.05). Furthermore, women who had high number of children, who did not give birth in the hospital, and who tried to solve health problems by applying traditional practices instead of visiting the physician commonly. Conclusively, it was detected that the application rate of traditional postnatal practices which were applied by women living in Kiziltepe sub-province of Mardin province was high. There should be further studies in order to interfere with these harmful traditional practices.

Çatışma ve savaş ortamı kadın ve adölesan kız çocukların cinsel yolla bulaşan hastalıklar, istemsiz gebelikler, anne ve bebek ölümleri, kadına ve adölesan kızlara yönelik şiddet risklerini artırmaktadır. Bu çalışma kayıtların incelendiği kesitsel bir araştırmadır. 01.01.2015 ile 31.12.2015 tarihleri arasında Mardin Doğum Hastanesinde doğum yapan 3553 kadın ve ölü doğum, düşük, dış gebelik gibi nedenlerle gelen 780, toplamda 4333 gebe kadına ait bilgiler incelenmiştir. Mardinli gebe kadınların %1,7’si 18 yaş ve altında iken, Suriyeli gebe kadınların %3,5’i 18 yaş ve altında olduğu saptanmıştır. Her iki grubun fertilite hızları birbirlerine oldukça yakın çıkmıştır. Adölesan gebelikler Suriyeli gebeler arasında 2,17 kat daha fazla bulunmuştur (p=0.008). Suriyeli Adölesanların %28,6’sında gebelik düşük, ölü doğum, dış gebelik gibi nedenlerle kaybedilmişken bu oran Mardinli adölesanlarda daha düşük (%9,2) çıkmıştır. Bununla birlikte bu farklılık istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmamıştır (p=0,14). Üreme sağlığı kapsamında göçler önemli riskler doğurmaktadır. Bu çalışmada üzerinde durulan risk erken yaş gebelikleridir ve Suriyeli kadınlar arasında erken yaş gebelikleri yaygın bir sorun olduğu saptanmıştır.ABSTRACT IN ENGLISHSyrian Immigrants and Early Pregnancy as an Important Reproductive Health IssueConflicts and war increase sexually transmitted diseases, undesired pregnancy, violence risk to women and adolescence girls, besides mother and infant deaths. This study is a sectional research that the related records are analyzed. Data was analyzed for totally 4333 pregnant women, 3553 who delivered birth in Mardin Maternity Hospital and 780 who applied to the hospital for dead birth, miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy between 01.01.2015-31.12.2015. 1.7% of pregnant from Mardin and 3.5% of Syrian pregnant was at most 18-year old. Group’s fertility rates were similar. Adolescence pregnancy was 2.17 times more in Syrian group (p=0.008). Infant was lost in 28.6% of Syrian adolescents for miscarriage, stillbirth and ectopic pregnancy, however this rate was lower in Mardin adolescences (9.2%). This difference was not found statistically significant (p=0.14). Immigrations bring serious risks for reproductive health. This study focuses on early pregnancy risk that is found as common problem among Syrian women.
