Full textThe purpose of this legal report is to analyze the legal problems detected in the case of María, who, as a victim of sexual violence, suffered obstacles in accessing the health and justice system, due to the absence of public politics and legal decisions aimed at guaranteeing the fundamental rights of women victims of sexual violence. And, above all, the improper actions of public servants who, from the initial stage of care, revictimized María. In this line, the facts related to the sexual aggression are described, which allows to evidence the state of insecurity and gender violence existing in our society. In addition, her stay in the hospital in Huánuco is detailed, which shows the lack of information she received about the use of emergency oral contraception. And, it narrates the criminal process that was developed to identify those responsible for the criminal offense and the civil reparation. This context is relevant to analyze the human rights violated by the Peruvian State and to answer the main problem: the international responsibility of the Peruvian State in human rights, especially for the violation of the right to sexual and reproductive health of women victims of sexual violence, as well as the violation of the right to a life free of violence.

Full textSanta María la Real, Sangüesa (Navarra) The architectural sculpture of Santa Marías and 12th century sculpture in Navarre and Aragón Receptor, catalysator, innovator? Beyond any doubt, Santa María la Real of Sangüesa is one of the most important sculptural complexes of 12th century Romanesque sculpture in Northern Spain. Nevertheless no detailed analysis of the rich sculpture of the main portal and the capitals in the interior of the church has hitherto been made. This is the first time a thesis tries to set up a catalogue and to present an analysis of the 360 different sculptures and to compare them with 40 examples of other places. In a specific and detailed analysis out of the enormous variety of sculptures some important stilistic and iconographic categories can be brought out allowing to establish the relationship between Sangüesa and other important monumental sculptural complexes in Northern Spain. Thus one can prove that only Sangüesa combines sculptures from at least three different centres of Ronanesque art in Northern Spain; and - what is more - the Sangüesa masters have introduced new elements like the column statues of Chartrese style. In Sangüesa the whole spectre of monumental sculpture in Navarre and Aragón between 1130 and 1170 is well represented. Santa María la Real is, therefore, a unique example of such a synthesis and can be regarded as a receptor, catalysator and innovator as well. The Sangüesan tympanum shows the only existing explicit illustration of the Last Judgement in a church of 12th century Spain. One may argue that a continuous iconographic program exists on portals along the Camino de Santiago: starting with the frightening representations in France passing by the reduced illustration of the Last Judgement in Sangüesa up to the reconciling Christ of the Pórtico de la Gloria of the Cathedral in Compostela. The thesis proves the high and innovative quality, and in particular, the originality of Spanish architectural sculpture of the period.

Full textIt presents a proposal of a sports building of public character that has as main users to the athletes in formation and to the spectators. The main idea is to include less popular sports that require more sports infrastructure. On the other hand, one of the main design concepts used in the project is the movement or dynamics of the athlete reflected in the architecture, achieving in this way that different sport activities that have a certain affinity are integrated with each other spatially and visually. For this reason, the present document has developed a theoretical framework, conceptual and the study of referential projects of typology and emphasis. Likewise, the sport situation at the international, national and departmental level of Lima has been analyzed and the characteristics of the district and the terrain where the project is located in order to determine the design criteria to be used. In addition, the users of the project, their needs and the activities they carry out to define the program and the areas of the sports complex have been analyzed. Finally, the design of the sports complex in Villa Maria del Triunfo seeks to strengthen the social ties of the district, to generate a sports center in the area and to encourage the future positioning of other sports facilities in the district.

Full textThe Project is an Inclusive Sports Center in the district of Villa María del Triunfo in Lima, Perú. Lima has a deficit of recreational and sports public spaces, the statistic is even worse if we talk about inclusive public spaces. The main problem is the lack of infrastructure where all people, in every physical state, can practice sports according to their abilities. The sport infrastructure of the present is not accessible, most of them are not even on main streets, making the way to get to them even more difficult. They are not accessible in a functional way either, they are designed only for a group of the population, because the 11% (percentage of people with a disability) is currently completely ignored. I’ve chosen the south of Lima because it has the districts with higher percentage of people with a disability and I noticed that there’s a direct relation between disability and poverty. The thesis objective is to design a Sport Center truly inclusive, accessible and functional, based on the analyzed and concluded needs through this investigation, as the culture, the geography, the user, social problems, topography of the district. To be able to create a space that feels of the community.

Full textThe Gastronomic Center in Villa María del Triunfo is a project born to meet two needs; the first to satisfy the increased interest in Peruvian cuisine, providing training and dissemination spaces for Peruvian food and fusion, which resulted in a milestone building in Villa María del Triunfo, the quality reinforces the gastronomic character of the district, which It has the Fishing Terminal and the "Gastronomic Boulevard" on the same axis or avenue and ends at the Gastronomic Center. And the second, to provide the city with a building that allows the integration of the project with the outside through the urban space; The proposal has four main areas: the cooking school, the broadcasting center or exhibition halls, the dining restaurant and the gastronomic square that serves as a finish of the interior route. The design inspired by the culinary dynamism results in a dynamic pedestrian route that crosses the building without interfering with the school's own activities. The project sits on the site without altering the height of the environment, however it provides gaps or free areas, as opposed to that urban area, all surrounded by vegetation and cultural activities.

Full textLibraries today have lost importance in the society where, according to UNESCO, the deficiency in their role can directly affect communities' intellectual development. For this reason, they must be revitalized as the most important public building in the city that houses learning, information, and culture in one place, uniting people of all ages and from all backgrounds. The integral proposal presented is creating the new Municipal Library in Villa María del Triunfo, one of the most populated districts in Metropolitan Lima with the largest young population. The project seeks to create learning landscapes and spaces to ensure that the Library plays an active role in the district's educational development. The research is divided into the conceptual, normative, and historical framework, as well as user study, program, location, urban file, and design criteria. These chapters were developed to reach a proposal that satisfies the main objective of promoting user interaction in the different learning phases within the Library through the architectural and urban impact of the project, contributing to residents' educational development at any stage of their life. Thus, it is concluded that a significant change in a city can be achieved by providing an opportunity to people for growth through the access to information and learning spaces.

Full textThe present research and architectural project search the application of the theory of blurring limits proposed by the architect Toyo Ito, in sport architecture typology, which has been called “Sport Centre”. The objective is to counter the current situation of this type in Peru, which has a predisposition to place physical urban limits that are disconnected from the environment. For this, it searches to generate interior-exterior connection through the blurring limit concept public spaces and different degrees of permeability in the structure, spatial, form and functionality from the building. The project will be in Villa María del Triunfo and will be of a public and district category. It will be cataloged as “Sport for all”. This is a social initiative that has the objective to reach users of all ages into the influence radius. On the other hand, the sports will be focused on massification, recreational, training and competitive sports in a non-federated category. Finally, the flexibility of the sport halls and public outdoor spaces will allow for the other uses that are compatible with sport, generating a greater contribution to the community of the area.

Full textBigardi, Sara. "El delirio en el pensamiento de María Zambrano." Doctoral thesis, Universitat de Barcelona, 2014. http://hdl.handle.net/10803/131943.
Full textMy work develops an important aspect of Maria Zambrano’s thought: the theme of delirium. The research aims to uncover this theme and make a contribution to philosophical reflection with an analysis that follows two directions. Delirium is a fundamental issue in Zambrano. It represents the starting point of her thought via the articulation of her regard for lived experience and her use of an innovative language. I discuss this issue both as a possible key to Zambrano’s philosophy and as an issue worthy of inquiry per se: the core theme and constituent element of a rationality that is intrinsically linked to life. As a key to Zambrano, delirium is the beginning of a thought process that can take a different direction from its initial trace. This does not mean changing the subject in order to avoid the mail issue; on the contrary, il means keeping faith to the initial opening in order to let it develop, instead of resolving it. It means allowing further spaces of elaboration in orden to gain something from statements that deal with the truth. As an issue in and of itself, as the central theme of my work, delirium is structurally relates to the theme of rationality. Zambrano’s symbolic challenge rests on two points: discovering how delirium ad reason can coexist without one abolishing the other, and vice-versa, seeing how delirium can present itself time and again as prologue to a logos that is singular, but exists in different forms and exercises. In other words, Zambrano’s aim is to take delirium as the root of an idea of logos that is welcoming, so as to incorporate it in her way of understanding reason, in its different aspects and multiple exercises. By stressing the importance of delirium as the arché of Zambrano’s thought, I explain how delirium may become the element movilizador in the human experience, or how it may become a prison that impedes life’s intrinsic movement. The crucial issue here is to take into account el ensueño, the awakening, the temporality, and the two elements that are central to Zambrano: necessity and hope.

Full textThe general objective of the research is to develop a project to redesign El Olivar Coliseum to improve the current conditions of furniture and infrastructure, which guarantees a modern high performance center suitable for sports and intellectual development for athletes. On the other side, for the specific objectives, it will seek to propose solutions to the deficiencies of the current distribution and the size of the environments within the coliseum, which makes it difficult to use for the daily training of the athletes, the various activities with the public in general and the work of the workers of the Peruvian Volleyball Federation. In addition, appropriate furniture will be proposed for each area of the coliseum and the appropriate floor type, which will allow the functions of each space to be adequately fulfilled. Even, it will be proposed to make space and distribution improvements in the current offices of the Federation. Also, the implementation of new environments such as: bedrooms, study areas, relaxation areas, laundry, dining room and cafeteria will be considered. The theory is shaped by the explanation about defining volleyball, athletes, interior design theory and the details of each space of the volleyball coliseum. At the same time the investigation was carried out in El Olivar de Jesús María Coliseum.

Full textThe analysis of Los Abel and Fiesta al Noroeste, published during the first part of Franco's dictature, reveals the modalities of the litterary transposition of the myth of Cain and Abel in Ana Maria Matute's both novels. The vision of the fratricide fight as a metaphore of the Spanish civil war between mythic and actual historical times elaborates several forms of the biblical brotherly confrontation. By creating its own myths and developing an increasing sense of irreverence Matute's writing shows its dissidence through a non conformist way of telling which introduces the burlesque dimension in the mythic and religious order of francoism. As an independent woman writer, Matute introduces her narrative subjectivity and her metaphorical lyrism in the strict objectivity of social realism, thus creating her own symbolical transposition of reality

These flexible spaces are developed on two levels: - Urban level: The flexibility of the project allows the community to use spaces without interrupting the activities of the students. These spaces are: the library, the dining room, the auditorium, the coliseum, the workshops and the SUM. - Architectural level: Open and flexible spaces that generate experiences in students, as well as multifunctional spaces. It is important to adapt the project to the terrain by managing the slope as an important and organizing part of the project, generating a main axis of encounter and circulation.

For this, the situation of the district at a given moment is considered and the three dimensions established by the model are analyzed: Basic Human Needs, Foundations of Wellbeing and Opportunities, and their respective components. The type of research is quantitative and descriptive, with a non-experimental transactional design, where the basic information, as a method of primary data collection, was obtained from the development of surveys to a sample of the district's population with a questionnaire provided by CENTRUM PUCP Graduate Business School. The sample size with which the results of the Social Progress Index were obtained was 468 heads of household, who were interviewed considering the five zones identified in the district for the present research. The results obtained in the district of Jesus Maria yielded a score of 78.84, classifying it with a level of social progress "High" for the year 2018. It is clearly observed that the dimension of Human Basic Needs reaches the highest values of social progress within the district, with a value of 90.87, with a classification of social progress of "Very High", evidencing in this way that the population of the district satisfactorily covers their basic human needs. In addition, the Foundations of Wellbeing dimension reaches a value of 75.08, with a classification of "High" social progress, which shows that the population has the necessary elements to increase and maintain their well-being. Finally, the Opportuny dimension reaches a value of 70.56, with a classification of " Medium High", which shows that while there are opportunities for all people to achieve their full potential, there are some limitations to achieve it. This is the first time that this type of research has been carried out in the district of Jesús María, it is an analysis tool that allows identifying strengths and weaknesses in order to be considered in decision-making and in the development of strategies and management objectives for the municipality, public and private companies, with the aim of improving the quality of life and the well-being of the inhabitants of the district.
