RESUMOA sociedade é marcada por processos que relativizam as violências sofridas pelas mulheres, havendo resistência ao fortalecimento das relações pautadas a partir da igualdade de gênero. O advento da Lei 11.340/06 (Maria da Penha) traz ao ordenamento jurídico uma nova perspectiva de políticas públicas voltadas às mulheres. Como consequência dessa lei, Caruaru conta com O Centro de Referência da Mulher Maria Bonita, que oferece atendimento psicológico, social e jurídico, assim como o Grupo Reflexivo: As Marias. Pode-se perceber através da vivência no grupo, noções de reconhecimento na dor do outro e perspectivas de fortaleza. A pesquisa é realizada através da observação do empoderamento das mulheres com o grupo reflexivo. Com isso, percebe-se que a construção do conhecimento se dá de forma significativa através do outro, de cada história de vida e do contato com o humanizante, possibilitando novas formas de ressignificar a violência através do conhecimento e reconhecimento.Violência doméstica e familiar. Reframing of violence: The reflective group “As Marias” from the perspective of southern epistemologies ABSTRACTThe society is marked by processes that relativize the violence suffered by women, there is resisting of the strengthening of relations based on gender equality. The advent of Law 11.340/06 (Maria da Penha) brings to the legal system a new perspective of public policies aimed at women. As a consequence of this law, Caruaru has The Maria Bonita Women's Reference Center, which offer psychological, social and legal assistance, as well as the Reflective Group: As Marias. It can perceive through the experience in the group, notions of recognition in the other’s pain and their perspectives of fortitude. The research is conducted by observing women's empowerment with the reflective group. Thus, it’s clear that the construction of knowledge takes place significantly through the other, with their life story and the contact with the humanizing, enabling new ways of resignifying violence through knowledge and recognition.Domestic and family violence. Reasignación de la violencia: el grupo reflexivo "As Marias" desde la perspectiva de las epistemologías del sur RESUMENLa sociedad es marcada por procesos que hacen que la violencia que sufren las mujeres sea relativa, teniendo resistencia al fortalecimiento de las relaciones basadas en la igualdad de género. El advenimiento de la Ley 11.340/06 (Maria da Penha) trae al sistema legal una nueva perspectiva de las políticas públicas dirigidas a las mujeres. Como resultado de esta ley, Caruaru cuenta con el Centro de Referencia para Mujeres Maria Bonita, que ofrece asistencia psicológica, social y legal, así como el Grupo Reflexivo: As Marias. Es posible percibir a través de la experiencia en el grupo, nociones de reconocimiento en el dolor del otro y perspectivas de fortaleza. La investigación se lleva a cabo a través de la observación del empoderamiento de las mujeres con el grupo reflexivo. L'avvento della legge 11.340 / 06 (Maria da Penha) porta al sistema giuridico una nuova prospettiva di politiche pubbliche rivolte alle donne. Come risultato di questa legge, Caruaru ha il Centro di riferimento per le donne Maria Bonita, che offre assistenza psicologica, sociale e legale, nonché il Gruppo Riflettente: As Marias. È possibile percepire attraverso l'esperienza nel gruppo, le nozioni di riconoscimento nel dolore dell'altro e le prospettive di forza. L’economista, giurista, geografo e letterato Giuseppe Maria Galanti, allievo brillante della scuola di Antonio Genovesi, fu uno dei protagonisti della fertile stagione riformatrice che visse Napoli tra gli inizi del regno del piccolo Ferdinando IV e lo scoppio della Rivoluzione francese. Nei suoi viaggi nel Contado del Molise, in Calabria, nelle tante città e villaggi dello Stato borbonico l’illuminista esplorò e descrisse con metodo scientifico le ragioni del ritardo del Mezzogiorno rispetto all’Europa coeva; i suoi studi furono un fondato tentativo per trovare rimedio alle contraddizioni sociali, economiche e culturali di una capitale popolosa e disordinata e di province dilaniate tra gli eccessi del potere regio e gli abusi dei baroni. Il ritratto intellettuale del molisano Galanti viene a definirsi meglio grazie alla pubblicazione di due preziosi inediti giovanili ritenuti perduti, ritrovati nei sotterranei del palazzo di famiglia a Santa Croce del Sannio, e ora pubblicati in un volume arricchito da un cospicuo apparato filologico e un ampio saggio storico-critico.

On the Feastday of the Nativity of the Virgin, September 8, 1296, the papal legate of Boniface VIII, Pietro Valeriano di Piperno, blessed the rebuilding of the church of S. Reparata in Florence. In the ceremonial presence of the podestà, the Standard-Bearer of Justice, and the priors of the Signoria, he named the new cathedral “Santa Maria del Fiore.” Arnolfo di Cambio was made chief architect in charge of the renewal; and it was he who began a program of monumental sculpture devoted to the life of the Virgin (fig. 1). Giovanni Villani, who recorded the benediction ceremony in his chronicle, admitted that notwithstanding the rededication of the church to the Virgin and the invention of the poetic name “Santa Maria del Fiore,” most Florentines continued to call the cathedral S. Reparata.

Abstract:
Analyse et comparaison de 12 tragédies du XVIIe siècle qui ont comme protagoniste la reine Marie Stuart. Dans la première partie on a inséré une résumé de la vie de la reine Marie Stuart tiré de la récente biographie de Antonia Fraser, et on a ensuite analysé les œuvres de certains biographes du XVIIe siècle qui ont raconté la vie de la reine écossaise. Dans la deuxième partie on a présenté le théâtre au XVIIe siècle dans les différents pays européens, et on a inséré les fiches qui présentent les 12 tragédies qui forment le corpus de notre étude. Dans la troisième partie on a analysé douze tragédies (6 italiennes, 4 françaises, 1 anglaise et 1 espagnole) du XVIIe siècle, qui mettent en scène la vie de Marie Stuart. A travers l'analyse de ces tragédies on peut comprendre la diffusion et l'évolution du mythe Marie Stuart dans 4 pays européens au XVIIe siècle.

Abstract:
This is a study about Maria de Zayas y Sotomayor, a seventeenth century Spanish writer who has slowly but surely started to become one of the most read and researched female writers of her time among current scholars. Zayas's work is that of a baroque writer and as such her critics are notorious for having divergent views about her work. The purpose of this study is to discern the reason behind the controversy that exists about her narrative. The present study is an attempt to elucidate the ambiguity around the feminist views Zayas has been adjudicated. Taking into consideration her context as a female writer amidst a patriarchal society and her social status as a member of the nobility, this study analyses some of the apparent contradictions that critics underscore to support their conclusions. It has been the purpose of this study to include a diverse group of critical views in order to come to a conclusion about her literary opus: her only known dramatic play La traicion en la amistad followed by her two collections of short stories Novelas amorosas ejemplares and Desenganos amorosos. Additionally, this study considers other realms of study that would benefit from a more profound study by future researchers.

El proyecto se enfoca en relacionar la industria de los centros comerciales con el sector de la construcción y acabados para obtener un centro comercial de la construcción el cual tenga todas las tiendas reconocidas de materiales de obra, acabados ,mobiliario etc. para todo tipo de edificación , brindando modernidad en diseño y arquitectura. Dirigido para todo profesional relacionado al rubro, como también al usuario consumidor que desea mejorar o renovar su casa o cualquier tipo de edificación. Se escogió como tema el Centro Comercial de la Construcción partir del análisis que se hizo en el distrito de Villa María del Triunfo y alrededores. Se concluye que el distrito de Villa María del Triunfo es un distrito en desarrollo, pero en la última década se ha formalizado una zona netamente comercial, especialmente en productos de construcción y acabados de todo tipo. Dicha zona comercial está referida a la avenida Inca Pachacutec. Toda esta avenida está conformada por locales comerciales de venta de productos de construcción como madera, bambú, carrizo triplay o servicio de carpintería ferretería, vidrios, etc. Esta avenida confluye con el distrito de Villa el Salvador la cual tiene como destino el parque industrial, y sería adecuado hacer una propuesta de centro comercial de la construcción como un enlace a los dos distritos y al mismo tiempo ser un hito para toda esa zona comercial. El plano de zonificación enfatiza las avenidas Pista Nueva e Inca Pachacutec, que son avenidas comerciales. La avenida de mayor prolongación es la avenida Inca Pachacutec que une los distritos de Villa maría del triunfo con Villa el Salvador.

El Programa Nacional de Alimentación Escolar Qali Warma (PNAEQW), proporciona un servicio alimentario a las niñas y los niños mayores de 03 años en las instituciones educativas de nivel inicial y primaria del Estado; así como las secundarias de Jornada Escolar Completa (JEC), secundarias con Formas de Atención Diversificadas (FAD), y secundaria de comunidades nativas de la Amazonía; para lo cual adquiere alimentos, realizando contrataciones con diferentes proveedores a nivel nacional, a través de comités de compra. Existen evidencias que los programas de alimentación escolar contribuyen al aprendizaje de las niñas y los niños que asisten a la escuela, evitando el hambre e incrementando sus capacidades cognitivas (D. S. Nº 008-2012-MIDIS ). En este marco, se ha investigado en primer término la percepción de los diferentes actores frente a los servicios que brinda el PNAEQW; así mismo se analizó la percepción de ellos respecto a la implementación de la responsabilidad social empresarial - RSE en los proveedores del Programa y su importancia. Se entiende la RSE como un concepto integral y completo por el cual las empresas se comprometen con los grupos de interés con los que interactúan; y en el PNAEQW, particularmente con los beneficiarios con quienes el proveedor, debe implementar políticas de RSE orientado a mejorar su calidad de vida, además del cuidado del medio ambiente, el cumplimiento de los derechos laborales de sus trabajadores y la adecuada convivencia en comunidad. El objetivo general de la presente investigación es conocer los factores que influyen en la prestación de los servicios que brinda el PNAEQW en Villa María del Triunfo y si se promueven políticas de responsabilidad social empresarial en los Proveedores del PNAEQW durante el periodo 2013 – 2018, analizando la percepción de los diferentes actores involucrados, a fin de proponer lineamientos que promueven la implementación de la responsabilidad social empresarial en los proveedores del PNAEQW que permita mejorar la calidad de atención a los beneficiarios. - 7 - Se ha determinado que existe una relación entre el valor de la responsabilidad social empresarial y el desarrollo del PNAEQW. Los principales actores, reciben de manera positiva la posibilidad de implementar RSE. Además, la falta de conocimiento sobre RSE ocasiona que no se implemente en el mismo, un programa de esta naturaleza. Mediante la presente investigación se busca aportar a la mejora de los servicios alimentarios que brinda el PNAEQW, mediante el fortalecimiento de los proveedores con la implementación de políticas de RSE, que permitan coadyuvar al cumplimiento de la misión de los programas sociales. La calidad del servicio que brinda el PNAEQW, está determinado predominantemente por la labor que realizan los proveedores, teniendo en cuenta factores como:  Tiempo de entrega  Inocuidad, calidad y condiciones de los alimentos  Involucramiento de los proveedores en la prestación del servicio. La realización del presente estudio, permite también, elaborar una propuesta de mejora, a través del diseño de una directiva que promueve la implementación de políticas de RSE en los proveedores del PNAEQW.

There is evidence that school feeding programs contribute to the learning of girls and boys who attend school, avoiding hunger and increasing their cognitive abilities. Within this framework, the perception of the different actors whose services they offered to the PNAEQW has been investigated in the first place, likewise, the perception of them regarding the implementation of corporate social responsibility - CSR in the suppliers of the Program and its importance was analyzed. The CSR is seen as an integral and complete concept by which the companies commit themselves with the interest groups with which they interact; and in the PNAEQW, particularly with the beneficiaries with whom the provider must implement CSR policies aimed at improving their quality of life, in addition to other policies such as caring for the environment, compliance with the labor rights of their workers and proper coexistence in community. The general objective of the present research is to know the factors that influence the provision of the services provided by the PNAEQW in the district of Villa Maria del Triunfo and if corporate social responsibility policies are promoted in the PNAEQW Suppliers during the 2013-2018 period, analyzing the perception of all of the different actors involved, in order to propose policies for the implementation of corporate social responsibility in the suppliers of PNAEQW that allows the improving of attention to the beneficiaries. It has been determined that there is a relationship between the value of corporate social responsibility and the development of the PNAEQW, its main actors, positively receive the possibility of implementing Corporate Social Responsibility. In addition, - 9 - the lack of knowledge about Corporate Social Responsibility causes that a program of this nature will not be implemented. This research seeks to contribute to the improvement of the food services provided by the PNAEQW, by strengthening the suppliers with the implementation of CSR policies, which will help to fulfill the mission of the social programs. The quality of the service provided by the PNAEQW is determined predominantly by the work performed by suppliers, taking into account factors such as: ● Delivery time, ● Safety, quality and conditions of food ● Involvement of the providers in the provision of the service. The accomplishment of the present study, allows to elaborate a proposal of improvement, through the design of a directive that promotes the implementation of CSR policies in the suppliers of the PNAEQW.

Building on recent scholarship, this article sketches the development of the Florentine studium of Santa Maria Novella in the thirteenth century, before it became a studium generale between 1305 and 1311. The catalogue of Santa Maria Novella’s library and the information regarding works which were conceived there are collected and analysed to outline the core of the ancient library. The first quire of the manuscript Florence, Biblioteca Nazionale Centrale, Conv. soppr. G 3.451 (cc. 1-8) constitutes a notable case study for the learning interests of Dominican friars. Finally, this article discusses the controversial letter written by Nicholas Trevet to the dedicatee of his commentary on Boethius’ Consolatio Philosophiae and re-assesses its disputed connec- tion with the Florentine environment.

Henrietta Maria not only presented herself as the mother of the future Stuart kings, but also emphasized her Bourbon heritage with her French bedroom suite. Charles I staged himself as British emperor in the gallery and garden by translating the display context of artworks in continental European collections. Translation efforts could also have a mediating function, as can be seen in Inigo Jones’ Queen's Chapel and the apartment of Marie de’ Medici, which combined both English and French court ceremonial.

Das Konzept der Pfadabhängigkeiten stellt einen fruchtbaren Ansatz für die Analyse der Entsorgungspolitik von hochradioaktiven Abfällen in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland dar. Die Ge-schichte des Umgangs mit Atommüll ist, so die hier verwendete Arbeitshypothese, durch spezifische (inter-)nationale Pfadabhängigkeiten geprägt. Dennoch deuten punktuelle Ereignisse undProzesse in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten auf kontextbedingte Pfadbrechungen und nationale Besonderheiten hin. Der Beitrag liefert weiterführende Einsichten hinsichtlich der Frage, inwieweit der Umgang mit der Endlagerung hochradioaktiver Abfälle sowie das gegenwärtige Standortauswahlverfahren durch Pfadabhängigkeiten geprägt ist und was sich daraus lernen lässt. Es wird analysiert, inwieweit die Genese des gegenwärtigen Endlagerkonzeptes durch sich (international)verändernde technische Grundannahmen, aber auch politisch-ökonomische Schwerpunktsetzungen bzw.-verlagerungen in der Vergangenheit mitgeprägt wurde. Darüber hinaus wird postuliert, dass auch die jeweiligen gesellschaftspolitischen Auseinandersetzungen und Erwartungen im Umgang mit hochradioaktiven Abfällen die jeweilige Endlagerpolitik mitbeeinflussten. Abschließend werden Voraussetzungen am Beispiel der Entsorgung hochradioaktiver Abfälle abgeleitet, die er-füllt sein müssen, um künftig Pfadkreationen für das Standortauswahlverfahren, aber auch dieEntsorgungsoptionen politisch gestalten zu können.

Architectural and structural recovery of “mastio” and its courtyard of the new fortress of VolterraThe recovery of the “mastio” and the surrounding courtyard of the new fortress of Volterra (1472-1474) has as its objective the opening to the public of this fortified work, after 542 years from its construction, with the possibility of being enjoyed without interposing with the prison function of the complex, it also represents the possibility of knowledge and study of a constructive typology in the context of the Renaissance fortified architecture of the Italian school called “transition” with the use of the first artillery. The fortress was born as a military garrison and at the time of Lorenzo the magnificent only a part was used as a prison, it will be definitively transformed into a House of Imprisonment during the Grand Duchy of Lorraine in the middle of the eighteenth century. It is the first work by Francesco di Giovanni di Matteo called the Francione (1428-1495), it has an almost square shape with large cylindrical towers at the corners (rondelle) and at the center of the inner courtyard, a large cylindrical tower like of “mastio” (donjon) and inserted the artillery in the walls. The “mastio” consists of a basement and five floors above ground with a domed roof and connected by a narrow spiral staircase. After the cognitive essays carried out on the internal domes of the “mastio”, placed in the first three floors including the cistern, the presence of “hemispherical domes” emerged, made by workers of the Opera del Duomo in Florence, built entirely in bricks without the carpentry of “centina” (self-supporting), with the system called “alla fiorentina”, as well as the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence by Filippo Brunelleschi. This construction system is also applied in the fortified structures of Pietrasanta, Poggibonsi, Sarzanello, Castrocaro, Pisa and Terra del Sole.

Proceeding under the assumption that restorers need to become more involved in the definition of the most advanced management tools for historic buildings, this paper aims to offer a contribution to the “informative” feature of the H-BIM methodology. Indeed, over the past few years, the issues addressed by scholars mostly concerned surveying and modelling techniques, whereas the organization of external data within the virtual model has rarely been considered. The necessity of defining a new operative tool for the maintenance of the wooden chain encircling the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore represented an occasion to develop an informative model that attempts to confer centrality to the knowledge processas a whole. Attention was thus focused on the articulation of the informative apparatus to be associated to the 3D model, as well as to its practical implications in terms of conservation.

It has exceptional landscape conditions, highly productive lands, and a large percentage of the water reserve that supplies the region and the country, giving the territory an economic center character since the colony. These physical values make part of collective imagination as a recreation area and an opportunity for development in the 1960s, according to the construction of large national infrastructure works. At the same time, it was object of armed conflict in the 1980s and 1990s, and more recently, directly related to the spatial dynamics of the region: unplanned urban expansion, changes in land use and vegetation cover, with effects on the cultural landscape. In a post-conflict situation, the economic strategies of different actors trust on tourism as a social-spatial management strategy to improve the territory. However, the identity of rurality shows spatial imbalances without recognizing elements of historical construction whose legacies must be revealed to ensure equitable development. To do this, we propose an approach from the cultural landscape in a revision of the historical, symbolic and relational transformation through five systems (anthropic, productive, political, symbolic and spatial), analyzing competitiveness, tourism, landscape and social management, in different scales and during three historical moments. Se presenta la experiencia de articulación entre academia, ONG y asociaciones campesinas, alrededor del desarrollo de capacidades para la comercialización de productos de café, en el marco del diseño colaborativo, que permite avanzar en la construcción de canales de economía solidaria y comercio justo. Garittea es una empresa social que disminuye la intermediación comercial, defiende los ingresos de los pequeños caficultores y genera procesos de empoderamiento en las comunidades campesinas; es una marca creada para el fortalecimiento de las relaciones campo-ciudad, el desarrollo sostenible, el impulso del trabajo interdisciplinario y colaborativo, elementos esenciales en la creación de la identidad y el diseño de comunicación visual de una organización. Villafañe (2008) afirma que la identidad corporativa es el “ser” de la empresa, su esencia, concepto que se toma como referencia y pone de manifiesto la importancia del trabajo colectivo en la creación de la identidad en las organizaciones. Este estudio deja ver los modos de participación e intervención de los distintos actores y áreas del conocimiento en los procesos de diseño y gestión de una organización, generando el posicionamiento y la visibilización del carácter de una comunidad productiva. La identidad de Garittea parte de una visión integradora articulada con perspectiva de la triple hélice (Etzkowitz et al. 2000) donde empresas, universidades y otras organizaciones se encuentran para trabajar con un compromiso colaborativo.Los actores del proceso se definen a través de una triada, compuesta por la empresa, (socios de Garittea): la Asociación de Pequeños Caficultores de La Marina, la Asociación de Caficultores Orgánicos de Colombia y el Instituto Mayor Campesino, quienes han aportado su know–how y la experiencia de sus procesos de creación de nuevos productos; un equipo de I+D+i (profesores y gestores), quienes han incorporado sus metodologías y herramientas a través de la interdisciplinariedad en saberes como el mercadeo, la ingeniería, la economía, la psicología y el diseño, aplicando entre otros recursos, modelos sistémicos de formulación por objetivos para apoyar los procesos creativos y la gestión del diseño; los diseñadores (estudiantes), quienes han trabajado en la creación de la identidad de Garittea a través de un equipo integral, dando como resultado la creación de la identidad corporativa e identidad visual de Garittea.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.4995/IFDP.2016.3264

La metodología se centra en la experiencia de viaje de estos usuarios teniendo en cuenta sus percepciones, sentimientos y emociones. Para ello, la metodología utiliza métodos etnográficos y proporciona una representación gráfica del viaje o Mapa de Viaje de Cliente (MVC). Esta herramienta ayuda a identificar elementos clave para visualizar la aplicación de la metodología y permite orientar a los investigadores para encontrar brechas y barreras de modo que permita definir acciones de mejora en la planificación, diseño, implementación y operación de los sistemas de transporte público. La metodología tiene dos partes: i) Acompañamiento y observación del viaje completo y cotidiano de las personas con discapacidad permanente o temporal, y ii) análisis y visualización de la experiencia de viaje, mediante la elaboración de un Mapa de Viaje de Cliente para cada uno de los usuarios observados. La metodología se aplicó en Bogotá, Santiago de Chile y Medellín. Los resultados de la metodología permitieron formular recomendaciones de políticas para mejorar los sistemas de transporte de estas ciudades a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
