Abstract:
Dwifungsi angkatan bersenjata di Indonesia berevolusi dan mencapai puncaknya pada era Orba. Di era ini peran sosial-politik ABRI menjadi sangat dominan dalam segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Namun setelah rezim Orba runtuh pada 1998, dengan krisis moneter akut yang menyertainya, masyarakat Indonesia menuntut negara ini menjadi demokratis seutuhnya. Akibatnya, Dwifungsi ABRI pun ditinggalkan. Tapi seiring berjalannya waktu, upaya untuk mengembalikan Dwifungsi tetaplah kuat. Kini jenderal-jenderal TNI bahkan sudah mulai mengisi berbagai jabatan sipil. Ini tentu saja merupakan langkah mundur dan membuat Indonesia seakan kembali ke masa otoriter. Rencana pemerintahan Jokowi untuk memberikan ruang jabatan bagi militer di kementerian dan institusi sipil lainnya bertentangan dengan semangat demokrasi dan jika dibiarkan akan menjurus kepada sikap otoritarianisme.

Karya Instalasi yang dimulai ketika pada tahun 1917 Marcel Duchamp meletakkan Urinoir pada sebuah pameran di New York, terus menjadi trend sampai saat ini. Karya Duchamp yang diberi judul “Fountain” itu menjadi cikal bakal pengembangan instalasi yang menjadi besar pada tahun 60an. Adanya kesalahpahaman bahwa seni instalasi yang umurnya sudah seabad itu sebagai suatu penemuan baru dalam senirupa, membuat segelintir komunitas seni di Indonesia belum merasa kontemporer kalau tidak membuat atau mengoleksi karya instalasi. Muncul pertanyaan, mengapa karya instalasi tidak pernah menjadi hit dalam art market.

Martin van Bruinessen menulis tentang Tarekat Naqsabandiyyah setelah melihat begitu besarnya pengaruh para syekh tarekat ini di dunia Islam, terlebih setelah ia merasakan adanya kecocokan ritual atau olah batin yang ditawarkan oleh ajaran Naqsabandiyyah dengan apa yang ada di dalam benak hatinya, bahkan kemudian Martin seolah-olah menganggap tarekat sebagai karya ‘Amaliyyah dan bukan sekedar karya ‘Iliniyyah. Martin sangat terpesona dengan tarekat ini oleh sebab Naqsabandiyyah telah menjadi yang terbesar diantara tarekat-tarekat yang berkembang di dunia Islam, dan mampu membuat iri tarekat lain yang ingin mendapatkan tempat yang sama di hati umat Islam. Tarekat-tarekat kecil setelah menyadari “kekalahannya”, maka satu-satunya jalan adalah menggabungkan diri ke dalam Tarekat Naqsabandiyyah yang kemudian disebut sebagai cabang Naqsabandiyyah, penggabungan yang demikian ini di berbagai belahan dunia Islam misalnya di Hijaz, antara Naqsabandivyah dengan Tarekat Mujaddidiyyah, yang dipelopori oleh Syeh al- Sirhindi, kemudian disusul Tarekat Kholidiyyah yang juga menjadi cabang Naqsabandiyyah, yang dipelopori oleh Maulana Kholid dan seterusnya, kemudian nama-nama itu menjadi Tarekat Naqsabandiyyah Mujaddidiyah dan Tarekat Naqsabandiyyah Kholidiyyah

Perjuangan wanita diabadikan dalam al-Qur’an, seperti Hajar, Asiah, Maryam dan lain-lain, bahkan ada yang dijadikan sebagai ritual dalam ibadah haji.Demikian juga para pejuang wanita di Indonesia, tidaklah kalah semangatnya dengan laki-laki dalam mempertahankan dan membela negaranya dari cengkraman penjajah, memajukan dunia pendidikan khusus wanita, mengajarkan kepada para wanita keterampilan-keterampilan, agar terbebas dari belenggu kehidupan yang feodalisme jawa, memaksa wanita tidak mendapatkan kehidupan yang segar sesuai dengan hak-haknya wanita, sebagaimana bebasnya laki-laki dalam menjalankan kehidupan, Namun demikian bukan berarti menghilangkan kudratnya yang asli.

Konsep utama materi pembelajaran IPS ini berkaitan dengan waktu, perubahan dan keberlanjutan. Ilmu sejarah memberikan ruang kisah kehidupan manusia di masa lampau, masa sekarang dan di masa yang akan datang yang hanya terjadi satu kali tanpa terulang kembali. Terbukti keadaan masa sekarang merupakan hasil dari proses perjalanan di masa lampau untuk menentukan masa yang akan datang dalam kehidupan manusia. Hasil penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan makna nilai-nilai materi ilmu sejarah terhadap kontribusi IPS yang mana mengandung nilai nasionalisme yang berperan untuk menumbuhkan karakter peserta didik. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Strategi pencarian data dengan penelusuran buku, ebook, dan jurnal melalui google scholar. Penelusuran data pada google scholar menggunakan kata kunci melalui pencarian jurnal penelitian yang dipublikasikan di internet baik jurnal, buku atau ebook. Hal ini terlihat adanya kontribusi dari ilmu sejarah yang memberikan sumbangsih terhadap Pendidikan IPS yang mana memiliki keterkaitan secara historis. Pentingnya mempelajari materi pembelajaran IPS yang didalamnya juga mengandung konsep ilmu sejarah maka secara tidak langsung peserta didik dapat memahami makna nilai nasionalisme pada peserta didik di sekolah. Sehingga berbagai materi ajar IPS berkaitan dengan kesejarahan memiliki peran penting dalam proses belajar mengajar dan mengandung makna nilai-nilai yang ada pada ilmu sejarah yakni nilai nasionalisme sehingga peserta didik mampu menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Kian lama generasi anak bangsa kian menampakkan kebutuhan yang mendesak akan bidang ilmu pengetahuan. Menyambut kebutuhan tersebut pemerintah menggalakkan Gerakan yang berusaha meningkatkan kompetensi generasi bangsa. Salah satunya adalah Gerakan Literasi Nasional (GLN) sebagai Gerakan untuk menjabarkan tujuan pendidikan nasional negara Indonesia. Dewasa ini, pengertian literasi tidak hanya sebatas membaca dan menulis namun sudah memasuki lintas disiplin ilmu. Dalam hal ini, kecakapan multiliterasi diperkenalkan sebagai suatu kecakapan yang meliputi berbagai disiplin ilmu dan multimodal. Di mana kecakapan multiliterasi adalah kecakapan yang diperlukan menghadapi tantangan abad 21. Diantaranya meliputi literasi membaca dan menulis, literasi sains, literasi numerasi, literasi digital, literasi finansial, serta literasi budaya dan kewarganegaraan. Namun, indeks kemampuan literasi negara Indonesia dalam berbagai segi masih belum menampakkan pencapaian signifikan. Terlebih di sekolah dasar sebagai pondasi Pendidikan Dasar peserta didik, di mana pada masa ini peserta didik dalam masa golden age. Di mana masa yang sangat tepat untuk melatih berbagai segi kecakapan untuk kebermaknaan hidup di masa yang akan datang. Maka dari itu artikel ini dikaji sebagai bahan pengetahuan bagaimana kepempimpinan Kepala Sekolah untuk meningkatkan kecakapan multiliterasi di masa yang akan datang. Demi tercapainya generasi emas tahun 2045.

Abstract:
This diploma theses addresses the changes in the composition of animal lipids during cooling storage and after processing. It was used mincing fish muscle of common carp (Caprinus caprio). After application of selected herbs has been studied their antioxidation effect on the stability of fish lipids after heat - treatment and coooling storage. In total, two analyses were performed. Each analysis consisted of measuring temperature every two to three days for 20 - 23 days. During this period, the effect of oregano (Origanum vulgare), summer savory (Satureja hortensis L.) and greek oregano (Origanum heracleoticum L.) to heat-treated meat in cooling storage was observed with the help of the TBA value as an indicator of the oxidation level . Fish meat contains a high percentage of water and PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty acids) resulting in a higher level of lipid autooxidation. By applying the herbs into the samples, it is possible to slow down the lipid autooxidation and prolong the storage period. The antioxidative effect of herbs was present in all measuremnts. There were no statictically significant differences between greek oregano and summer savory. Statistically significant effects appear between saummer savory and greek oregano and between oregano and greek oregano. During the whole period of measuring TBA, its values were low. No difference between the samples with the herbs and the standart sample was statistically proven. However, cold storage of fish meat with the help of antioxidative effect of the herbs can be considered as an effective reduction of oxidation in the meat.

Abstract:
The submitted diploma thesis deals with modeling the commodity chain of beef, namely the impact of the relevant variables in the production and consumption of beef in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with econometric modeling and general characteristics of the commodity chain. The second section summarizes the process and the economic aspects of beef production in our country. In the practical part there are formulated, specified, quantified and verified two econometric models. The first model deals with addiction beef production in selected variables. The second model solves the question of influences on consumption of beef. The prognosis of future development for the period 2016- 2018 was determined on the basis of these models. The latest model captures the price transfers within the commodity chain of beef.

Abstract:
The main aim of the thesis is to discover the significance of parameters of postmortal changes of game, on which we may well base for the further appraisal in practice. The theoretical part describes company for processing game, from which the samples for the experiment were taken. Furthermore, it incorporates the composition and the qualities of meat and the factors that affect the meat of game. A significant chapter describes postmortal processes and ways of meat spoilage. The experimental part of the thesis measures both the pH and ammoniac postmortal indicators. As for the experiment, the measurement was carried out on two groups of samples coming from the ham of wild boar. With regard to the results the indicators were proved to be measurable postmortal parameters by postmortal changes and consequent process ripening of meat. The figures between individual measurements increased, but the dependence on time cannot be made on grounds of the results. The figure of ammoniac increased during the measurement too, and we gained a concrete image of its content in the meat thanks to photometric method. The results were compared with the measurement of ammoniac of slaughter animals. For analysis volume of ammoniac in specimen of lean flesh was used traditional micro method according to Conway. More profound analysis ought to be made for the appraisal of postmortal indicators. Next interesting parametres for determination of significance postmortal changes could be also enzymatic substance.

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to assess the effect of the method of castration on the characteristics of pork and assess the effect of gender on the composition of a carcass. Carcass value is expressed in quantitative and qualitative characteristics that affect the value of the carcass. The quality of the carcasse is also involved internal factors which influence gender significantly influences the composition of the carcase and quality. Significant impact on meat quality in fattening male pigs have boar odor. Boar odor is strongly linked to surgical castration, which appears to be an effective solution for eliminating undesirable odors. Nowadays in the European Union there is a higher pressure on pigs welfare and thus to enforce the ban on surgical castration of piglets which is painful and stressful. Therefore is one of several options to eliminate boar odor using an immunological castration, which is nowadays the subject of many studies and brings very positive results. The purpose of our test was to compare groups of barrows, gilts, entire boars and imunocastrated boars and monitor the composition of the carcasses, meat quality and level of skatole and androstenone and confirm the hypothesis that the influence of various types of castration of boars, barrows and imunocastrated boars show different quality pork meat. Significant effect of gender on the composition of pig carcasses was proved whenboars and imunocastrated boars achieved the highest growth ability. On the contrary, gilts had the lowest growth ability. During fattening was determined highest daily gain in a group of barrows at favorable feed conversion and higher daily consumption compared to other groups of pigs. Also, barrows achieved best results in some parameters of carcass value, such as carcass weight and carcass yield of the hull on the contrary lean muscle ratio had the lowest percentage in comparison to other categories. Barrows were characterized by the highest thickness of back fat. A higher ratio of back fat was also determined in the group of imunocastrates who are otherwise characterized by good growth ability and quality of the carcass hull, whose parameters equal group of boars. The immunological castration of imunocastrated boars caused weight reduction of sexual glands and stopped their physiological activity and that led to lower concentration of androstenone and skatolebelow the level of boar odor. Boar odor-causing substances exceeded the levels of acceptabilitytwice in the group of male pigs. The group of gilts was evaluated with best results in major meaty parts ratio of both weight and percentage of weight of the carcass of the hull. Gilts were characterized with the highest meat ration the leg and in the roast. Boars had the best neck ration and weight and imunocastrated boar had the best shoulders parameters. Influence of gender had no significant impact on the quality parameters of meat.

ABSTRACT In this thesis, there were assessed basic nutrition values of meat from different animals. Beef meat (bulls, heifers and veal), pork meat ( castrates, boars and gilts ), rabbit meat and chicken meat were included in the experimental part. There were moisture, lipids, proteins, ash and hydroxyproline determinated. Attention was given especially to the content of lipids and moisture. The animals were compared in terms of their type and on the basis of possible differences between sex (beef and pork meat), breed (beef and rabbit meat) or between different parts of animals` body (chicken and rabbit meat). Individual types were also compared with each other. For human nutrition it is possible to recommend veal meat, which contained the least amount of fat, MLD from rabbit meat and chicken breasts. Pork meat from young animals is comparable to chicken breast as regards the content of fat. We should also not omit beef meat in our bill of fare. Thanks to breeder technology the beef is now lower in fat than it used to be and contains valuable matters of red meat.

Abstract:
Mercury and its compounds are one of the most toxic global pollutants in the environment. It occurs in all segments of the environment, and it attains the food chain ang human body by people consuming fish. The theoretical part of this thesis examines the characteristics of mercury, its occurrence, the roots of its pollution, and the toxicity of various forms of mercury. Consequently, the thesis delineates analytical methodologies applied to determine the overall level of mercury and chemical forms of mercury. The practical part focuses on monitoring the level of mercury and methylmercury in 12 extracts of fish meat. The analyzer AMA 254 has been used to determine the level of mercury and methylmercury in these extracts. Based on the level that resulted from the measurements, the thesis concludes a risk that correlates with consuming this type of meat.

The caprine and ovine farming was characterized in Minas Gerais, in order to determine the general aspects of the products, health and socioeconomic aspects, using the analysis of questionnaires and direct observation of the properties. Four hundred and ninety-seven properties were studied, being two hundred and eighty located in four esorregions, Noroeste de Minas, Norte de Minas, Jequitinhonha e Vale do Mucuri (Norte) and two hundred and seventeen located in eight mesorregions, Campo das Vertentes, Central Mineira, Metropolitana de Belo Horizonte, Oeste de Minas, Sul/Sudoeste de Minas, Triângulo/Alto Paranaíba, Vale do Rio Doce e Zona da Mata (Centro Oeste Sul). One hundred and ninety-two Norte mesorregions properties and eighty COS kept only goats. Thirteen variables were selected for the determination of the technological level with scares 1,2 or 3, as a function of complexity andtechnical knowledge for its implantation. The technological level was calculated dividing the scores obtained by the property (multiplied by 100) by the total maximum possible score (22 for goats and 26 for sheep). Properties which obtained scores between 0 and 33% were classifiedas poorly technified, between 34 and 63% were classified as average and those with scores between 65 and 100% as high. Among the 219 properties with goats and 117 with sheep, only 15 (6,8%) and two (1,7%), respectively, were considered employing high technology. The results indicated that caprine and ovine farming in Minas Gerais have low level technology aspects.
Realizou-se a caracterização da caprinocultura e ovinocultura em Minas Gerais. A determinação das características gerais dos sistemas de produção, aspectos sanitários dos rebanhos e aspectos socioeconômicos dos produtores foi feita por meio de análise dequestionários e observação direta nas propriedades. Foram amostradas 497 propriedades, dessas, 280 localizadas em quatro mesorregiões, Noroeste de Minas, Norte de Minas, Jequitinhonha e Vale do Mucuri (Norte) e 217 em oito mesorregiões Campo das Vertentes,Central Mineira, Metropolitana de Belo Horizonte, Oeste de Minas, Sul/Sudoeste de Minas,Triângulo/Alto Paranaíba, Vale do Rio Doce e Zona da Mata (Centro Oeste Sul).192 propriedades possuíam somente caprinos e 121 possuíam somente ovinos. Selecionaram-se 13 variáveis para determinação do nível tecnológico das propriedades com pontuações 1, 2 e 3 em função da complexidade e conhecimento técnico para sua implantação. O nível tecnológico foi obtido dividindo-se os pontos alcançados pela propriedade, multiplicado por 100, pelo totalmáximo de pontos possível (22 para caprinos e 26 para ovinos). Propriedades que obtiveram percentuais entre 0 e 33% foram classificadas como de baixo nível tecnológico; entre 34 e 63%, como de nível tecnológico médio e entre 65 e 100%, como de nível tecnológico alto. Entre as 219 propriedades com caprinos e as 117 com ovinos classificadas, somente 15 (6,8%) e duas (1,7%), respectivamente, foram consideradas com de alto nível tecnológico. Os resultados indicaram que a caprinocultura e ovinocultura em Minas Gerais têm baixo nível tecnológico de produção.

Abstract:
The equine viral arteritis infects equides and his control is very important to equideoculture. This infection has been reported in several countries, but there are only a few studies in Brazil. This work intended to verify the frequency and distribution of the disease in ten regions of Minas Gerais State using the test of seroneutralization. The results obtained showed a tax (0.85%) of all the samples (7/826), while the founds in the regions were: Almenara (0.77%), Montes Claros (1.09%), Oliveira (2.12%), São Gonçalo do Sapucaí (2.22%), Teófilo Otoni (1.36%) and Viçosa (1.72%). The regions of Bambuí, Curvelo, Governador Valadares e Unaí theres no animal reagent. Characterizing, therefore, the contact of equides with the virus of the equine viral arteritis in seven of ten investigated regions of Minas Gerais State.
A arterite viral eqüina acomete eqüídeos e seu controle é de grande importância na eqüideocultura. Tem sido descrita mundialmente, havendo poucos estudos no Brasil. Objetivou-se com esse trabalho verificar a freqüência e distribuição da doença em dez Delegacias Regionais do Estado de Minas Gerais através do teste de soroneutralização. Os resultados encontrados apresentaram uma freqüência de 0,85% no total da amostragem (7/826), enquanto que nas Delegacias Regionais os resultados encontrados foram: Almenara (0,77%), Montes Claros (1,09%), Oliveira (2,12%), São Gonçalo do Sapucaí (2,22%), Teófilo Otoni (1,36%) e Viçosa (1,72%). Nas elegacias Regionais restantes Bambuí, Curvelo, Governador Valadares e Unaí não houve animal reagente. Caracterizando-se, portanto, o contato de eqüídeos com o vírus da arterite viral eqüina em sete das dez Delegacias Regionais investigadas no Estado de Minas Gerais.

The present paper examines substandard Polish constructions in which the quantifiers kupa ‘a lot’, masa ‘mass’ and połowa ‘a half’ in Subject function occur in the Accusative case (plus the referential noun in the Genitive) and take neuter singular verb agreement: Kupę ludzi zebrało się na placu, ‘a lot of people gathered in the square’. Drawing on a large amount of occurrences taken from two corpora a qualitative analysis of the construction is carried out, in order to highlight how the indefinite quantifier semantic characteristics predispose it to the thematic role of Patient.
