Hasil penelitian ini berupa pengertian teroi belajar humanistik, tokoh belajar humanistik yang meliputi: 1) Abraham Maslow sebagai berikut; a) biografi Abraham Maslow, b) teori belajar humanistik Abraham Maslow c) Implikasi Teori Abraham Maslow dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Aliran teori humanistik Rogers dan implikasinya pada pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Kesimpulan teori humanistik bertujuan memanusiakan manusia semanusiawi mungkin. Proses pembelajaran dinilai efektif bila peserta didik memahami dirinya dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Peserta didik dalam rangkaian pembelajaran hendaknya berupaya agar cepat atau lambat dia dapat mengaktualisasikan dirinya sebaik mungkin.

Maslow's Motivation Theory in the first stage can be applied in mathematics learning activities by providing food and drink to students, the second stage can be applied by making students safe in mathematics learning activities, the third stage can be applied by establishing communication between teachers and students, The fourth stage can be applied in a way that there is mutual respect between teachers and students and fellow students, and the fifth stage can be applied by providing opportunities for students to express opinions in discussion activities. Abstract:
Abstract: This present study aims at describing the personality and self-actualization of Unyil in the animation video of The Adventures of Si Unyil. This is a descriptive qualitative study in which the personality of Unyil was analyzed using Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalysis theory with the theory specifying id, ego, and superego. Meanwhile, the self-actualization of Unyil was explored using Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of need with the needs consisting of physiological, safety, social, self-conception, and self-actualization. The data were elicited via a number of methods, including observation, transcription, and note-taking. The collected data were then analyzed using the chosen theories. The key findings of this study indicate that Unyil embraces a good personality by helping others, conforming to the acceptable norms, competitive, and selfless. However, at some point, he is also selfish and likes to tease his friends. With respect to self-actualization, it can be said that Unyil can generally fulfill his needs. The needs he cannot fulfill were not all due to his mistakes. Kata kunci: Unyil, personality, self-actualization Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepribadian dan aktualisasi diri Unyil dalam animasi Petualangan Si Unyil. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti dalam penelitian ini berusaha mendeskripsikan kepribadian dan aktualisasi diri Unyil dalam Petualangan Si Unyil. Kepribadian Unyil dianalisis menggunakan teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud. Teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud, yaitu id, ego, dan superego. Teori hierarki kebutuhan Abraham Maslow digunakan untuk menganalisis pemenuhan aktualisasi diri Unyil. Teori hierarki kebutuhan Abraham Maslow terdiri dari kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan akan keamanan, kebutuhan sosial, kebutuhan harga diri, dan aktualisasi diri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode menonton, mentranskripsi, dan mencatat. Kemudian data-data dalam penelitian ini dikaitkan dengan teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud dan hierarki kebutuhan Abraham Maslow. Teori hierarki kebutuhan Abraham Maslow Hasil penelitian ini adalah Unyil memiliki kepribadian yang baik dengan mau menolong orang, berkelakuan baik sesuai norma-norma, kompetitif, dan tidak mementingkan dirinya sendiri. Namun, di waktu tertentu Unyil terkadang egois dan mengejek temannya. Unyil dapat memenuhi sebagian besar kebutuhannya sehingga dapat memenuhi aktualisasi dirinya. Kebutuhan yang tidak dapat dipenuhi Unyil tidak semua karena faktor kesalahannya. Kata kunci: Unyil, kepribadian, aktualisasi diri

Abraham Maslow mengembangkan model Hierarki kebutuhan (1950) dan sampai saat ini tetap digunakan dalam memahami motivasi manusia. Hierarki kebutuhan dari Maslow terdiri dari <em>Physical Needs</em>, <em>Safety Needs</em>, <em>Social Needs</em>, <em>Esteem Needs</em>, dan <em>Self Actualization</em>. Teori ini nantinya menjadi pijakan pengembangan mutu di perpustakaan. Mengapa mengembangkan perpustakaan? Karena perpustakaan memiliki peranan strategis dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan anak bangsa, baik di negara maju maupun negara berkembang. Begitu banyaknya perpustakaan yang ada di Indonesia saat ini, namun belum diimbangi secara kualitas dan fasilitas yang baik, karena arah pengembangannya bukan pada analisis kebutuhan pembaca. Banyak kendala yang dirasakan oleh pembaca, sehingga membuat kondisi minat baca bangsa Indonesia yang cukup memprihatinkan. Indonesia dinyatakan menduduki peringkat ke-60 dari 61 negara soal minat membaca. Bandingkan dengan kondisi perpustakaan luar negeri yang mempunyai fasilitas yang unggul dan memadai. Teori dari Abraham Maslow itulah yang nantinya penulis coba uraikan, dijadikan pula sebagai pijakan teori untuk memahami alternative pengambilan kebijakan di perpustakaan. Agar perpustakaan sesuai dengan hierarki kebutuhan pembaca.</p>

Apabila ada kebutuhan yang tidak terpenuhi, maka akan menimbulkan berbagai bentuk penyimpangan tingkah laku bagi individu yang bersangkutan. sehingga apabila kebutuhan dasar tidak terpenuhi maka akan mengakibatkan timbulnya rasa tidak puas, menjadi frustasi dan terhambatnya pertumbuhan serta perkembangan sikap positif terhadap lingkungan dan diri siswa. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan berbagai upaya oleh semua pihak yang terkait, seperti orang tua, guru/sekolah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan remaja tersebut. Tujuan program ini : mengedukasi pemahaman guru dan siswa tentang Kebutuhan Dasar Abraham Maslow di Sekolah Menengah Atas Yayasan Pendidikan (SMA YP) Mantra Mariana Kecamatan Banyuasin I Propinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode : yang digunakan dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan metode penyuluhan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2019 dengan melibatkan 10 guru dan siswa kelas X sampai kelas XI yang berjumlah 38 siswa. Guru dan siswa diberikan pemahaman tentang 5 Tingkatan kebutuhan dasar Abraham Maslow yang wajib dilaksanakan di sekolah, meliputi pemenuhan kebutuhan fisiologis, rasa aman nyaman, kasih sayang dan penerimaan, harga diri dan pemenuhan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri. Hasil : Semua guru dan siswa mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan kebutuhan dasar Abraham Maslow. Kesimpulan: Setelah dilakukan edukasi guru dan siswa memahami pentingnya pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar siswa selama berada di sekolah. Saran : diharapkan guru dan penyelenggara pendidikandapat memfasilitasi pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar siswa di sekolah. Every human being has basic needs that require fulfillment, adolescents have unique behavior to meet those needs. If there are needs that are not met, then it will cause various forms of behavior deviation for the individual concerned. so that if basic needs are not met it will lead to the emergence of dissatisfaction, frustration and stunted growth and the development of positive attitudes towards the environment and students' self. Therefore it is necessary to do various efforts by all parties concerned, such as parents, teachers / schools to meet the needs of these adolescents. The purpose of this program: educating teachers and students' understanding of Abraham Maslow's Basic Needs in Mantra Mariana Foundation High School (SMA YP), Banyuasin I District, South Sumatra Province Method: used by providing health education using counseling methods. The activities will be held in April 2019, involving 10 teachers and students from grade X to grade XI with a total of 38 students. Teachers and students an understanding of the 5 basic levels of Abraham Maslow's basic needs that must be carried out at school includes the fulfillment of physiological needs, security, comfort, affection and acceptance, self-esteem and finally self-actualization needs.Results: All teachers and students get Abraham Maslow's basic health education needs. Conclusion: After educating the teacher and students understand the importance of meeting the basic needs of students while in school. Suggestion: It is hoped that teachers and education providers can facilitate the fulfillment of the basic needs of students at school.

AbstractIn the late 1960s, the prominent psychologist Abraham Maslow argued that music-making was an inherently bodily activity, which like sex, could induce what Maslow called “peak experiences”—moments of mystical transcendence and personal insight. Amass enough such peak experiences, Maslow suggested, and one could achieve “self-actualization”—the full realization of one's potential as a human being. This article argues that though many musicians would heed Maslow's words, few embodied Maslow's program more than composer John Coolidge Adams did in the late 1970s. The article shows how Maslowian ideas shaped some of Adams's formative musical experiences in the San Francisco Bay Area. The article further demonstrates how these same concepts inspired the development of Adams's idiosyncratic postminimalist idiom, with particular attention to Adams's 1978 string septetShaker Loops. By considering the influence of Adams's countercultural milieu, the article reveals strains of primitivism, eroticism, and exoticism in Adams's work more closely associated with Adams's minimalist predecessors. It also presents an alternative view of postmodernism in music, arguing that for Adams, at least, to make music “after” modernism was to make music a medium of self-actualization.

Abstract:
This article discusses the level of literacy traditions in Indonesia, especially with regard to the publication of comparatively low scientific journal articles. Psychologically, one that affects the level of scientific journal publications relates to the motivation of the authors. This article describes the views and motivations of authors of the Al-Ahwal Journal: Journal of Islamic Family Law, one of the nationally accredited journals (Rank two), published by Islamic Family Law Study Program, Syari'ah Faculty and Law, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Sources of research data were 30 respondents as article writers and 2 speakers. The data is analyzed through a psychological perspective, using motivational theories developed by Abraham Maslow and Alderfer. The study revealed that the motivation to write articles in journals is not based on the fulfillment of physiological needs and the need for security as in Maslow's hierarchy of needs, nor is it driven by the existence needs in Alderfer's theory. The writing tradition in Al-Ahwal's journal was motivated more by social needs and self-actualization in Maslow's theory, or based on factors to meet the needs of social relations and self-development as found in Alderfer's theory. [Artikel ini membahas tingkat tradisi literasi di Indonesia, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan publikasi artikel jurnal ilmiah yang relatif rendah. Secara psikologis, yang mempengaruhi tingkat publikasi jurnal ilmiah berkaitan dengan motivasi penulis. Artikel ini menjelaskan pandangan dan motivasi penulis Jurnal Al-Ahwal: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam, salah satu jurnal terakreditasi nasional (Peringkat dua), yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Hukum Keluarga Islam, Fakultas Syari'ah dan Hukum, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Sumber data penelitian adalah 30 responden sebagai penulis artikel dan 2 pembicara. Data dianalisis melalui perspektif psikologis, menggunakan teori motivasi yang dikembangkan oleh Abraham Maslow dan Alderfer. Studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi untuk menulis artikel di jurnal tidak didasarkan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan fisiologis dan kebutuhan akan keamanan seperti dalam hierarki kebutuhan Maslow, juga tidak didorong oleh kebutuhan yang ada dalam teori Alderfer. This theory passes a message to us that once a person passes a certain level of need, he is no longer motivated by the level of motivation below. This provides an understanding that a manager or leader or motivator in the organization should know what is needed by subordinates. The need of a daily production worker with staff of managerial staff is different. Problem perkembangan anak usia dini menjadi masalah yang spesifik, unik, dan perlu mendapat prioritas dalam penanganannya yang akurat dan efektif. Sebagai orangtua lazimnya memperhatikan dan memahami perkembangan anak-anaknya. Sehingga, orangtua berkuwajiban mengantisipasinya ataupun mengatasi problematika perkembangan anak-anaknya secara benar. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji urgensitas aspek perkembangan anak ditinjau dalam paradigma psikologi perkembangan anak. Secara faktual, terdapat 3 teori psikologi yang relevan dan menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori Jean Piaget, teori Vygotsky, dan teori Abraham Maslow. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi literatur, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 3 teori psikologi perkembangan. Perkembangan anak tebagi atas 4 tahap dalam menstimulus perkembangannya. Peran penting orang dewasa untuk membantu anak menyelesaikan tugasnya yang berada dalam zona proksimal development {Vygotsky}. Selanjutnya, Abraham Maslow menyatakan bahwa sebelum menstimulus perkembangan terlebih dulu memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya agar perkembangan anak berkembang secara optimal

AbstrackThis research aims to self-actualization of depictions of the main characters of the Novel Hujan work of Tere Liye and structure of which is contained in the novel. This research is qualitative research using the method of content analysis. The approach used ini this study is the structural approach and psychology Abraham Maslow. In this study, there are four ways of engineering data collection performed by the researchers, namely: (a) read and understand the contents of the novel’s story in depth. (b) the identification of each of the novel’s structure, namely: tokoh, characters, setting, and theme. (c) conduct a classification with classified the quotations form phrases, clauses, sentences, or paragraphs containing the existence of self-actualization character and basic necessities to achieve self-actualization. (d) hold a study library to get secondary data as supplementary data about self-actulization of the main character. In qualitative researches apply as key research instruments. The results of this study indicate that there are six basic needs based on Maslow’s hierarchy. Six basic needs are contained in the main character of the novel Hujan by Tere Liye. The main character can actualize himself although only a few basic needs that have been fulfilled in the character, meaning that six basic needs are not all owened by characters. This research was conducted with the aim of describing the main character's personality in the novel "Genduk" by Sundari Mardjuki (Literature Psychology Study) by using Abraham Maslow's perspective. The data in this study are derived from the novel Genduk by Sundari Mardjuki, Cetakan November 2017, the publisher of PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama, with a total of 232 pages. Data is collected by library method, see, record, and documentation. The findings of the study show that all the needs theory proposed by Abraham Maslow has been obtained by the main character. The five needs raised include physiological needs or basic needs, the need for security, needs to be owned and loved, the need for self-esteem, and the need for self-actualization. The results showed that the fulfillment of these five needs in the main character found a good personality development from the main characters, including sociability, compassion, helping, not being easily offended, never giving up in achieving desires, and wise in responding to conflicts or problems.

Description dealt with psycholiguical needs in accordance with Abraham Maslow theory and educational values. This study is qualittaive research and applied psychoanalysis as the research design. Data were collected using contant analysis and interview and were analyzed using content analysis that included: taxonomy, domain, and thematic analyses. The study revealed that psychological needs from Maslow including: sex, security, self-esteem, and love and affection, and self-actualization were present in the novel. Meliputi, perbedaan gender dari sudut pandang psikologi, dan analisis terhadap manifestasi ketidakadilan gender menggunakan teori hierarki kebutuhan Abraham Maslow. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu jenis kelamin tidak menjadi faktor yang signifikan dalam menentukan kapasitas kecerdasan seseorang. Novel ini memaparkan kisah manusia yang sering bertelagah dan berada dalam situasi dilema dan tidak dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat bagi menyelesaikan masalah. Mereka berhadapan dengan konflik untuk meleraikan masalah yang membelenggu hidup mereka. Konflik yang berlaku kepada watak-watak akhirnya dapat ditangani oleh mereka dengan bijak. Daripada penelitian, novel Nenek menyentuh beberapa aspek konflik seperti konflik individu, politik, ekonomi dan keluarga. Kajian mendapati Razali Endun berjaya memberikan gambaran tentang masyarakat kontemporari berdasarkan paparan konflik semasa dalam novelnya. Nenek won the prestigious Hadiah Sastera Perdana literary prize in 2014. The novel sparked controversy when it was declared the winner. Critics felt that Nenek did not meet the criteria and was awarded the prize due to political interference. The objective of this study is to classify and analyse elements of conflict in Nenek . This study will look at conflicts in the novel from the perspective of the humanistic psychologist Abraham Maslow. Humans are never free of problems. These problems and conflicts cause people to struggle, and they are in a constant state of dilemma where they are unable to make the right decisions and solve problems. Human beings are forced to deal with conflicts to disperse the problems that upset their lives instead of avoiding them. In the end, conflicts involving the characters are handled wisely. The study finds that Nenek touches on several types of conflict, such as political conflicts, economic conflicts and family conflicts. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berdasarkan hierarki kebutuhan Maslow yang meliputi kebutuhan fisiologis, rasa aman, sosial, penghargaan, dan aktualisasi diri terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Madubaru (PG Madukismo) Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni dengan metode wawancara, kuisioner, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 174 orang yang merupakan karyawan tetap PT. Madubaru (PG Madukismo) Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), serta uji adjusted R2 dan determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berdasarkan hierarki kebutuhan Maslow yang meliputi kebutuhan fisiologis, rasa aman, sosial, penghargaan, dan aktualisasi diri secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan tetap. Sedangkan secara parsial hanya kebutuhan fisiologis dan aktualisasi diri yang signifikan, sedangkan kebutuhan rasa aman, sosial, dan penghargaan secara parsial tidak signifikan. Kebutuhan fisiologis merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi prestasi kerja karyawan tetap PT. Madubaru (PG Madukismo) Yogyakarta.

In the editorial, Revisiting Openness: A Must for Society (Mention, Ferreira & Torkkeli, 2016), the authors addresses the issue that despite predominance of openness in contemporary organizations – porous boundaries, virtual and agile teams, as well as interconnectedness, - Western Societies and some of their elected leaders are currently advocating closeness. They raised the questions: How we can build an inclusive society while rejecting difference? How can we achieve innovation when turning our backs on variety and diversity? And could the Maslow Hierarchy of Needs help the mechanics of these trends? This paper shows how Abraham Maslow, before he died, identified a sixth tier of need – self-transcendence – and how a worldwide focus among academia, organizational leaders and political leaders of countries can prevent closeness and isolation among countries and cultures all over the world.
