Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biologi reproduksi (rasio kelamin, tingkat kematangan gonad, fekunditas dan ukuran pertama matang kelamin) rajungan angin (Podophthalmus vigil) di Selat Tiworo bagian barat. SampelP.vigil diperoleh dari hasil tangkapan sampingan nelayan rajungan dengan menggunakan bubu lipat. Setiap sampel yang diperoleh diidentifikasi jenis kelaminnya, diukur lebar karapas dan bobot tubuhnya. Rasio kelamin dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square (p<0,05). Perkembangan tingkat kematangan gonad diamati dariperubahanmorfologi dan warna gonad.Fekunditas rajungan dihitung

This research was conducted to determine the reproductive aspects of Banggai Cardinal Fish (Pterapogon kauderni) in the Lembeh Strait. Fish samples were obtained by “Small Chang Net” in the Lembeh Strait. The total sample was 150 individuals. Sex Ratio of Pterapogon kauderni in Serena Besar Island 1: 1, in LIPI 1: 1 water, and in Papusungan waters 1: 1.
